World Class Elite Breaststrokers Downward Kick EMG Muscle Activity of the Gluteus Maximus, Quadriceps Femoris, Hamstring, Gastrocnemius Medialis, Rectus Abdominal, and Erector Spinae

This study analyzed the difference between using a downward breaststroke kick and a horizontal breaststroke kick in a sample of world class elite swimmers.We compared average muscle activity of the gluteus maximus,quadriceps femoris(vastus medialis and rectus femoris),hamstring/long head of the biceps femoris,gastrocnemius medialis,rectus abdominal,and erector spinae when using the downward breaststroke kick technique.We find that when this sample of swimmers utilized the downward breaststroke kick,max speed and velocity per stroke increased,measured by 12,788 EMG samples,where the results are highly correlated to duration of the aerodynamic buoyant force in breaststroke kick technique.The increases in performance observed from measuring the world class elite swimmers is highly correlated to the duration of the kick aerodynamic buoyant force.Among this sample of elite swimmers,the longer a swimmer demonstrates a buoyant force breaststroke kick,the lower the time in a 100 breaststroke.

The research was conducted at the University of Satya Christian Wacana (SWCU). Business processes in perceived walking SWCU are not optimal in using IS/IT in the organization. The planning process/IT has not been done in all business units and SWCU does not have an Executive Information System that can help in the decision making process. The process of strategic planning of information systems and information technology using The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) has compiled a few methods of strategic planning. The results obtained by the study of the needs of IS/IT in SWCU generating application portfolio will be implemented in the institution.

Application of Dijkstra Algorithm to Proposed Tramway of a Potential World Class University

Nowadays, the development of “smart cities” with a high level of quality of life is becoming a prior challenge to be addressed. In this paper, promoting the model shift in railway transportation using tram network towards more reliable, greener and in general more sustainable transportation modes in a potential world class university is proposed. “Smart mobility” in a smart city will significantly contribute to achieving the goal of a university becoming a world class university. In order to have a regular and reliable rail system on campus, we optimize the route among major stations on campus, using shortest path problem Dijkstra algorithm in conjunction with a computer software called LINDO to arrive at the optimal route. In particular, it is observed that the shortest path from the main entrance gate (Canaan land entrance gate) to the Electrical Engineering Department is of distance 0.805 km.

Cost Deployment Tool for Technological Innovation of World Class Manufacturing

This article brings a discussion about using the Cost Deployment methodology for technological innovation in the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) systems at Fiat Group Automobiles Production System (FAPS). It aims to show how this tool acts in the technical pillars of the WCM, and its proper use as an alternative to innovate in production processes, achieving a drastic reduction in wastes and cost optimization during specific activities in production systems. The Cost Deployment builds a distinctive transversal method of WCM which helps to promote and provide extremely effectiveness in the activation of more specific methods that have been tried successfully in the Japanese manufacturing improvements. It also allows to link the operational performances, usually measured with indicators such as efficiency, providing number of defects, hours of desaturation. The used methodology was based on a literature review about the proposed topic. It ends up finding that the Cost Deployment tool is one of the most sophisticated technological innovations existing for the production systems of the World Class Manufacturing.

Journal of Sport and Health Science《运动与健康科学》(英文版),简称JSHS,是我国内地地区第一本英文体育学术期刊,深入分析和全面认识JSHS的期刊画像特征,对我国体育学术英文期刊国际化发展实践和建设世界一流期刊均具有重要现实意义。采集Web of Science数据库中2012-2022年755篇JSHS论文,基于科学计量的方法,系统挖掘了JSHS在时间产出、作者合作、机构分布、刊文热点与趋势等特征,还从影响因子、即年指标、被引半衰期等指标,对标对表British Journal of Sports Medicine(简称BJSM,英国运动医学杂志)进行深入分析。研究发现:JSHS作为新创的体育科学期刊和我国建设世界一流期刊的代表,总体发展势头良好。年载文量稳步增长,期刊影响因子、论文影响力显著提升。论文高产机构来自上海体育学院、北卡罗莱纳大学、卡尔加里大学等,高产作者有Walter Herzog、刘宇、于冰、陈佩杰等,作者队伍越来越壮大,且呈团队合作趋势。JSHS在不断发展中形成6大主题群,包括儿童青少年运动与健康促进、老年人群运动与健康、运动表现分析、运动损伤、运动与疾病风险以及运动与认知功能。对标对表BJSM分析,JSHS在出版周期、年发文量、论文影响力等方面亟需提升。

世界一流大学开放科学数据政策体系框架及内容要素研究

[目的/意义]针对世界一流大学制定的开放科学数据政策体系展开调研分析,以期为国内科研机构制定与完善开放科学数据政策体系提出政策建议。[方法/过程]本研究首先调研了世界一流大学制定的开放科学数据政策体系,其次归纳了其开放科学数据政策体系所包含的政策类型及涉及的相关政策法规,然后分析了各个政策类型应涵盖的与开放科学数据相关的政策内容要素,最后针对我国科研机构制定与完善开放科学数据政策体系提出了政策建议。[结果/结论]建议国内科研机构参考与借鉴世界一流大学的先进政策实践,尽快制定涵盖个人数据保护、科研档案管理、科研诚信管理、科研伦理治理、知识产权保护、数据安全管理等相关政策的开放科学数据政策体系,在政策制定层面支持科学数据、原始资料、科研档案的协同管理,以期确保在科学数据全生命周期内遵守近年来持续调整的各类相关政策法规,并关注科研机构与资助机构、出版机构、数据知识库等其他利益相关者制定的开放科学数据政策之间的政策协同问题。

加快形成新质生产力是新时代塑造发展新动能的应有之义。提升中央企业科技创新能力并助力其成为世界一流企业,是加快形成新质生产力的关键抓手。从创新决策能力、创新支持能力、创新生态能力、创新攻关能力和创新引领能力等5个维度构建了世界一流企业科技创新能力评价指标体系。评价指标体系是加快建设世界一流企业的“指挥棒”。通过构建科学合理的世界一流企业科技创新能力评价指标体系,以评促改不断提升中央企业科技创新能力,加快培育一批竞争力强的“链主”企业。在指标设置方面,应结合各类中央企业特征、所处行业属性以及内外部环境,使不同类型企业的评价指标能够切实反映其本质特征。

加快创新中心城市的一流大学支持能力建设

党的二十届三中全会提出统筹推进教育科技人才体制机制一体改革,要进一步优化高等教育布局,为加快建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地提供有力支撑。从发达国家发展历史来看,世界一流大学已成为吸引全球顶尖人才和国家科技创新竞争的决定力量。相比发达国家特别是美国,我国创新中心城市数量明显低于对应经济规模应有的水平,在数量与质量上均存在较大差距。我国一流大学对创新中心城市建设的支撑能力不足是其重要原因,具体表现为世界一流大学数量偏少、大学布局与创新中心城市空间偏离、大学对企业的创新溢出效应不足以及人才培养重心过低等问题,从而阻碍了我国创新高地的建设。因此,必须加快建设以世界一流大学群体为支撑的人才中心和创新高地,尽快提高我国自主创新能力,赢得中美战略竞争的主动权。

中国建设世界一流大学经过三十年的实践探索,其政策方向和内容随着时代变化在不断变迁。引入历史制度主义理论视角,从结构分析范式和历史分析范式深入探究中国建设世界一流大学政策变迁的制度逻辑。中国建设世界一流大学政策总体上呈现出渐进变迁特征,变迁方式以自上而下的强制性制度变迁为主,“背景-制度”结构是政策变迁的决定性因素,“变量-制度”结构、“行为-制度”结构是政策变迁的关键性因素,中国建设世界一流大学实践中的重大事件构成政策变迁的“关键节点”,学习效应、协同效应和适应性预期导致政策变迁呈现出明显的路径依赖特征。最后,提出“服务国家发展战略,保持政策供给强度”“充分考虑利益诉求,更加重视公平”“政府政策引导,高校分类和特色发展”等三个方面优化策略。

“双一流”背景下地方高校学科竞赛创新人才培养模式探索

在“双一流”建设如火如荼的当下,学科竞赛赋能创新人才培养,对提升创新意识、强化实践创新能力和培养团队合作精神具有积极作用。针对学科竞赛在地方高校创新人才培养中存在的问题,经过十余年的探索与实践,本文构建了由“四位一体”培养目标、“四模块”培养环节和“四机制”保障体系构成的“双一流”背景下地方高校学科竞赛创新人才培养模式。实践表明,该培养模式能显著提升专业办学条件、有力营造师生积极参与学科竞赛的氛围、切实增强学生的综合素质、强化教师的教学和科研水平。该培养模式的构建与实践检验为地方高校工科类专业创新人才培养和改革提供了借鉴。
