Clinical Study on the Effectiveness of Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin for Treating Cutaneous Infections and Promoting Wound Healing in Patients with Perianal Abscess

Objective:To explore the effect of the Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin(XFHM)for treating cutaneous infections and promoting wound healing in patients with perianal abscesses.Methods:Sixty-one patients with perianal abscesses who were admitted to our hospital(Xinghua City People’s Hospital)from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,a control group(30 cases)and a study group(31 cases).Both groups received surgical treatment.The control group received conventional treatment and warm water fumigation,sitz bath,and surgical dressing change after surgery,while the research group received XFHM based on the control group.XFHM was taken orally and replaced with warm water for fumigation and sitz bathing.Both groups received treatment for 4 weeks but discontinued sitz bathing after 2 weeks.Various clinical indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate and wound recovery rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group.There were differences in the wound pain scores,surrounding tissue edema,and wound secretions at different time points.Both groups experienced wound pain.The scores of wound pain,surrounding tissue edema,and wound secretions of the study group were lower than those of the control group,7 and 14 days after surgery.The serum interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels,and pH values of the study group were lower than those of the control group 10 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of XFHM for treating cutaneous infections and promoting wound healing in patients with perianal abscesses improved the treatment outcome,alleviated clinical symptoms,and promoted healing.

Analysis and Study on Decorative Art Characteristics of Xianweng Temple in Bofang Village, Gaoping, Shanxi, China

There are many important ancient buildings left in Bofang Village with a long history.The Xianweng Temple located in the north of the village is the only Taoist building in the ancient building group of Bofang Village.Its historical origin can be traced back to Tang and Song dynasties.The temple is a collection of gardens,buildings,painted in one place,all aspects of the achievement is quite high.Through the study of the decorative art characteristics of Xien-weng Temple in Bofang Village,Gaoping,this paper summarizes the artistic characteristics of Taoist architectural decoration in Shanxi,excavates the great value of its existence,and inspires more people to reflect on the protection of ancient buildings.

Effects of Dan-shao-hua-xian on expression of PPAR-gamma and NF-kappa B in rat liver fibrosis

BACKGROUND: Peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPAR-gamma) and nuclear factor kappa B (NF-kappa B) play important roles in liver fibrosis. This study aimed to investigate the effects of Dan-shao-hua-xian, a preparation of traditional Chinese medicine, on the expression of PPAR-gamma and NF-kappa B in the fibrotic livers of rats. METHODS: Seventy Wistar rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: treatment (model, 8 weeks+treatment, 8 weeks; group A), natural recovery (model, 8 weeks+ saline, 8 weeks; group B), model (model only, 8 weeks; group Q, and control (normal, untreated, 16 weeks; group D). Each group consisted of 20 rats (except for group D, which had 10). Fibrotic liver models were induced in rats by subcutaneous injection of CCI4, oral administration of alcohol and a high-lipid/low-protein diet for 8 weeks. After the models were established, the rats in group A were orally given Dan-shao-hua-xian capsules daily for another 8 weeks. Then, the liver indices serum hyaluronic acid (HA), tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) were measured. The degree of hepatic fibrosis was evaluated by optical microscopy. Hydroxyproline (Hyp) in the liver tissue was determined. The expression of PPAR-gamma was detected by immunohistochemical techniques. The protein levels of PPAR-gamma and NF-kappa B were determined by Western blotting. RESULTS: The concentrations of serum HA, TNF-alpha and Hyp in group C increased compared with group D (P<0.05), and they decreased in group A compared with group C (P<0.05). The expression of PPAR-gamma in group C decreased compared with group D (P<0.05), and it increased in group A compared with groups B and C (P<0.05). Similarly, Western blotting showed that the expression of PPAR-gamma in group C decreased compared with group D, and it increased in group A compared with group C. The expression of NF-kappa B increased in group C compared with group D (P<0.05), and it decreased in group A compared with group C (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Dan-shao-hua-xian capsules enhance the expression of PPAR-gamma but decrease that of TNF-alpha and NF-kappa B in the liver tissues of CCI4-induced hepatic fibrotic rats. These effects may play a role in its activity in treating hepatic fibrosis.

Treatment of Nonspecific Chronic Prostatitis with Qian Lie Xian Yan Suppository in 104 Cases

Qian Lie Xian Yan Suppository (前列腺炎栓) was rectally applied to treat 104 patients with nonspecific chronic prostatitis ( damp-heat syndrome with blood stasis) in contrast to 30 patients treated with traditional Chinese drug Ye Ju Hua Shuan (野菊花栓Suppository of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici). The results show that chronic prostatitis is markedly improved by using Qian Lie Xian Yan suppository, with a short-term cure rate of 23.1% and a total effective rate of 84.6%, superior to that of the control group. The animal experiment indicates that Qian Lie Xian Yan suppository has better anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects, with an action of promoting blood circulation.

许铣教授中西医结合治疗玫瑰痤疮的临证经验

《增广贤文》中的纺织服饰信息源考及其文化内涵探析

目前《增广贤文》中关于纺织服饰的信息解读存在着一些误解,这些误解不利于中国传统文化和纺织文化的传播。文章基于文献考据和考古实物相结合的二维互证研究方法,对《增广贤文》中关于纺织服饰的信息进行再研究,研究认为:第一,“红粉”并不是指红色的粉,而是指胭脂和粉妆。第二,“假缎染就真红色,也被旁人说是非”一句,其实是被人篡改了,“缎”应该是“饶”字,此句是一种反面警示教育,告诫即使有真本事也会被人诋毁。第三,“种麻得麻,种豆得豆”一句中的麻是指麻籽,而非麻纤维。第四,“会使不在家豪富,风流不用着衣多”“有钱堪出众,无衣懒出门”涉及“衣”的解读两句看似相互矛盾,但二句反映的是中国君子对于自己的内心强调的是淡然,对外则强调“光前裕后”,强调“礼”在生活中的重要,同时强调礼只有通过心才能起到作用。第五,“光阴似箭,日月如梭”一句,体现了中国古代的纺织与世界观、宇宙观的联系。第六,“一毫之恶,劝人莫作。一毫之善,与人方便”中的毫是重量单位。

历史迭转中“同治中兴”诗歌的众声与别调

咸同时期,内忧外患的社会变局迫使士人乱极思治、危世图存。以治世为理想的士人援引历代治乱之道,属望中兴。诗人的中兴书写,以同治改元与同治三四年间江南克复两度达到高潮,被赋予了强烈的政治寓意:前一节点的中兴书写重在激励,以稳民心;后一节点重在歌咏,以庆中兴。在书写中兴之局时,亦有诗人创作了一些针砭现实之作,这构成了中兴诗歌写作中的别调。这些别调之音在咸同、光绪的迭代中呈现出不同的内容倾向,前一时期侧重于中兴之局的名不副实,而后一时期倾向于通过回忆中兴之局针砭现实。诗人对同治中兴的书写,不管是众声还是别调,都是现实境况的一体两面,既展现了诗人于变局下的盛世夙愿,亦体现了他们藉作品讽谕现实的济世情怀。

张先《十咏图》构成了一个文化事件,那些看似同一时间发生的偶然事件,背后却隐藏了许多至今为张先《十咏图》研究者未曾发覆的历史真相。范仲淹名篇《岳阳楼记》开头就提到的庆历年与滕子京,与张先《十咏图》之间有着密不可分的关系。通过重新思考和发掘张先《十咏图》本身所处的特定场域与语境,发覆其背后隐晦表达的多层历史真相,揭示了张先《十咏图》的图像叙事,通过视觉呈现的方式,微妙表达了张先的政治立场。

作为中国古代百越地区的著名的少数民族领袖,冼夫人的历史贡献主要在于维护了国家统一,促进了民族融合。在冼夫人身上,不仅表现出增进民族团结、反对国家分裂、维护大一统局面的强烈爱国主义精神,而且她严于律己,清正廉洁,打击腐败,大义灭亲,是古代廉洁自律的典范。冼夫人的忠廉观念吸纳、继承了中国传统伦理精华,虽然存在一定的历史局限性,但在建设新时代中国特色社会主义的今天,对铸牢中华民族共同体认同意识、建设忠诚担当和清正廉洁的干部队伍仍具有十分积极的历史意义和时代价值。

基于CiteSpace的仙灵骨葆临床研究可视化分析

目的:通过CiteSpace可视化分析探究仙灵骨葆的临床研究现状与发展趋势。方法:应用计算机在中国知网中检索关于仙灵骨葆的临床研究文献,检索年限为1991—2023年。根据文献纳入标准和排除标准筛选文献,将引文数据导入CiteSpace软件,对年发文量、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化分析。结果:①一般结果。检索获得文献848篇,最终纳入文献624篇,发表在233种期刊上,涉及作者1692位、机构776家。②年发文量。1999—2005年,年发文量均在10篇以下,且波动不大;2006—2008年,年发文量呈快速上升趋势;2009—2013年,年发文量维持在20~30篇,呈小幅波动趋势;2014—2017年,年发文量逐步增加,并在2017年达到峰值;2018—2023年,年发文量呈波动性下降趋势。③作者。发文量较大的作者合作网络分别是以史晓林为核心的合作网络和包括史历、侯钦午、马俊岭等的合作网络。④机构。发文量位于前5的机构依次为浙江省丽水市中心医院、广州中医药大学第一附属医院、上海市浦东新区北蔡社区卫生服务中心、浙江中医药大学第二附属医院、中国中医科学院中医临床基础医学研究所。⑤关键词。共现网络分析结果显示,突出节点有仙灵骨葆、骨质疏松、骨密度、临床观察、临床疗效等;频次分析结果显示,仙灵骨葆、骨质疏松、骨密度、临床观察出现频次较高;聚类分析结果显示,仙灵骨葆、骨质疏松、骨折、骨密度聚类规模较大;突现分析结果显示,2005年前的突现词为临床观察、中药治疗、骨复活汤,2006—2008年的突现词为临床研究、膝关节、骨关节炎等,2009—2017年的突现词为玻璃酸钠、骨折愈合、钙尔奇D等,2018年后的突现词为骨代谢、生活质量、甲氨蝶呤等。结论:仙灵骨葆的临床研究整体上处于稳定发展中,出现了阶段性的上升和下降;研究团队较少,作者较为分散,团队之间合作不紧密;研究机构分布广泛,机构之间合作不紧密;仙灵骨葆治疗骨质疏松的关注度较高;探究仙灵骨葆影响骨代谢的作用机制可能是下一阶段的研究方向。

基于CiteSpace的鲜竹沥液研究热点分析

目的基于文献计量学和CiteSpace可视化分析鲜竹沥液的研究现状和发展趋势,为未来研究方向提供参考和建议。方法检索2000年1月1日至2023年12月1日收录于中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据知识服务平台(Wanfang)、维普资讯中文期刊服务平台(VIP)以及中国生物医学文献服务系统(SinoMed)有关鲜竹沥液的相关文献,使用CiteSpace 6.1.R6软件对作者、研究机构及关键词信息进行知识图谱构建,并进行可视化分析。结果共纳入文献445篇,其中付辉政发文量最高(20篇),近年该方面研究主要以付辉政与罗跃华为代表的合作网络为主,江西省药品检验检测研究院是目前发文最多的机构(27篇);鲜竹沥液的研究近期热点主要集中在治疗范围、组方规律、成分探索及抗菌作用等方面。结论鲜竹沥液研究机构间合作较少,还需加强跨团队、跨地域合作,推动鲜竹沥液研究的深入。近期研究热点主要集中在成分分析方面,但各成分间相互作用机制研究较少,还需相关学者提供更多证据,完善该领域。

基于网络药理学和分子对接技术研究四鲜汤治疗急性白血病的作用机制

目的:利用网络药理学和分子对接技术对四鲜汤治疗急性白血病(AcuteLeukemia,AL)的作用机制进行研究。方法:通过中药系统药理学数据库与分析平台(Traditional Chinese Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform,TCMSP)、中药分子机制生物信息学分析工具(Bioinformatics Analysis Tool for Molecular Mechanism of Traditional Chinese Medicine,BATMAN—TCM)和中医药百科全书数据库(Encyclopedia of Traditional Chinese Medicine,ETCM)检索并获取鲜药复方四鲜汤组方中药(生地、白茅根、小蓟、蒲公英)的化学成分,建立鲜药复方-四鲜汤的天然药物活性化学成分数据集;检索人类基因数据库(Human Gene Data Base,Gencards)、人类疾病相关基因和变异的信息的数据库(Database of Gene-Disease Associations,DisGeNET)、在线生物信息学和化学信息学数据库(Database for Drug and Drug Target Info,DrugBank)、人类疾病数据库(Human Disease Database,MalaCards)以获得AL疾病相关靶点,建立疾病靶点数据库。获取药物以及疾病的交集靶点后,在线画出两者共同靶点venn图;利用String11.5平台构建药物疾病蛋白互作网络;利用cytoscape3.8.2软件构建“药物—疾病—靶点—信号通路”网络,获取相关靶点网络拓扑参数。结果:经TcMSp\BAT-MAN—TcM和ETcM三个数据库检索,获得四鲜汤活性成分30个,相关靶点677个;通过Gencards、DrugBank、MalaCards和DisGeNET四个数据库获得12110个AL疾病潜在靶点;通过R4.2.2平台的ClusterProfiler软件包获得生物功能富集(Gene Ontology,GO)信息条目1011条,其中生物过程(Biological Process,BP)467条,分子功能(Molecular Function,MF)236条,细胞组分(Cellular Component,CC)308条;获得富集的京都基因与基因组百科全书(Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genesand Genomes,KEGG)信号通路220条,主要涉及化学致癌受体激活、脂质与动脉粥样硬化、流体剪切力与动脉粥样硬化、前列腺癌、AGE-RAGE信号通路在糖尿病并发症中的作用等;网络拓扑分析发现,四鲜汤治疗AL疾病作用的主要活性成分有γ-氨基丁酸、腺嘌呤核苷、槲皮素、东莨菪碱和蒲公英萜醇等化合物。结论:四鲜汤治疗AL是一种多成分多靶点多信号通路的共同调节过程,网络药理学为阐明四鲜汤治疗AL的作用机理提供了坚实的研究基础。
