Application of sensory and motor training in AIDET communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty

BACKGROUND Patients with knee arthroplasty often have problems such as slow recovery of knee function,which may cause negative emotions and affect their postoperative rehabilitation.The application of sensory and motor training in the Acknowledge,Introduce,Duration,Evaluation,Thank You(AIDET)communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty can provide reference for the selection of postoperative rehabilitation training measures.AIM To explore the sensory and motor training effects in AIDET communication mode on knee function recovery and resilience of patients after knee arthroplasty.METHODS One hundred patients who underwent knee arthroplasty at our hospital between January 2022 and January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)received routine rehabilitation training.In the observation group(n=50),the AIDET communication mode was used to perform sensory and motor training,in addition to routine rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation training was administered for 8 weeks.After surgery,knee function,balance ability,walking ability,proprioception,and resilience were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The New York Hospital for Special Surgery knee scores of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after intervention were(65.23±6.84,84.53±5.27),which was higher than those of the control group(61.03±7.15,74.92±6.52)(P<0.05).The balance ability of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,the time of time up to go test was shorter than that of the control group,and proprioceptive function was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The resilience level in the observation group after the intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sensory and motor training in AIDET communication mode promotes knee function recovery of patients after knee arthroplasty,improves their limb walking ability and balance function,and increases their resilience level.

In view of the common problems of integrating artificial intelligence into the training of postgraduates in Acupuncture and Tuina major,this paper reviews the related research progress both at home and abroad.It puts forward the innovative reform paths for integrating artificial intelligence into postgraduate training mode of Acupuncture and Tuina major:construct the teaching staff of artificial intelligence graduate students;innovating artificial intelligence to promote the integration of classics and scientific research;constructing the ideological and political case base of artificial intelligence courses;implementing artificial intelligence platform blended teaching;building a domestic and foreign exchange platform for artificial intelligence.Through practical research in teaching,it has achieved good teaching results and played a good demonstration,leading and radiation role in similar majors in China.

The Influencing Factors and Improvement Paths of Applied Talent Training Mode under the Digital Informatization

This study takes the human resource management major of Guangzhou Institute of Science and Technology as an example to discuss the factors influencing the applied talent training mode and improvement paths under digital informatization.The research points out that digital informatization poses new challenges and opportunities to higher education and requires the applied talent training mode to practice and innovate.This study identified five key influencing factors of the applied talent training mode under digital informatization:curriculum setting,teaching methods,faculty structure,practical teaching,and student training.This research presents the improvement paths,including optimizing curriculum settings,innovating teaching methods,adjusting teacher structure,improving practical teaching,and creating student training.Implementing these paths will help students master the latest knowledge and skills of digital informatization,improve their practical ability and innovative thinking to meet the social demand for human resource management professionals,and promote the development of higher education system.

Research on the Dual Carbon Talent Training Model for the Construction Engineering Technology Major in Higher Vocational Education

Against the backdrop of global climate change and China’s“dual carbon”goals,the green transformation of the construction industry is imperative,and completing the transformation requires many dual carbon talents to support it.This article focuses on the construction engineering technology major in higher vocational education.It explores in depth the specific requirements for construction engineering technology talents in terms of professional knowledge,vocational skills,and literacy under the dual carbon mode.Based on this,corresponding dual carbon talent training courses are proposed,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for cultivating high-quality dual carbon talents that meet the needs of the new era.

Discussion on Talent Training Mode of Engineering Cost Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

With the rapid development of higher vocational education,the number of schools and enrollment has increased rapidly,and each specialty has been continuously refined.This has led to new challenges in the talent training of new specialties in higher vocational colleges in recent years.Based on the post ability standard of cost staff and the skill requirements of related posts,according to the characteristics of this major and guided by the idea of systematization of the work process,this paper discusses the problems existing in the talent training mode of higher vocational engineering cost major and provides some suggestions for the talent training and construction of higher vocational engineering cost major.It aims to promote continuous teaching reform in the future and the development of engineering cost majors in higher vocational colleges.

Exploration of the Talent Cultivation Model for the Integration of Industry and Education in University Asset Evaluation

During the 14th Five Year Plan period,the main task of talent team construction in China’s asset appraisal industry was to develop innovative talent training models.Therefore,this article focuses on the talent cultivation model of integrating industry and education in asset evaluation in universities,systematically summarizes the theoretical and practical significance of research on asset evaluation talent cultivation models in universities,and explores the construction measures of asset evaluation talent cultivation models based on the integration of industry and education that meet social needs and the development of the times[1].At the same time,the strategy of constructing a deep integration talent training system was explored,guided by the integration of industry and education,to cultivate asset evaluation composite talents with strong practical skills.The aim is to provide a reference for improving the quality of asset evaluation professionals in China and promoting the development of asset evaluation talent training models.

“1+X”网格化模式在审方药师药学服务胜任力培养中的应用和实践

目的通过建立规范、系统、可行的培训方法和课程体系,探索以临床药师为核心的审方药师培养与实践新模式,为各级医疗机构处方审核药师培训考核机制建设提供参考。方法从专业、团队、工作三个层面构建“1+X”网格化处方审核药师培养模式,利用合理用药分析软件,分析评价中国科学技术大学附属第一医院2022年1—10月“1+X”处方审核模式应用效果;并采用李克特量表,设定审方药师自我评价满意度水平,据此设计问卷调查表,进行审方药师培训前后药学服务胜任力的自我评定。结果经过“1+X”网格化模式培训后,审方药师已成功优化审方规则225条,药师每月审核处方比例从5.24%降至2.56%,药师每月干预处方比例从19.32%降至11.17%,医师修改处方数、药师干预有效的处方数、整体用药错误上报率等明显下降,审方工作效率提升;审方药师在个人素养、基本知识和技能、专业知识和技能、内驱力方面均得到了不同程度的提升(P<0.05)。结论“1+X”工作模式应用效果显著、易推广,可提高药师核心胜任力,保障用药安全,契合当前政策和实际工作的需要。

建筑领域非全日制工程管理硕士培养模式与路径研究

职业为导向的非全日制专业硕士丰富完善研究生学位制度,不同领域多已经形成各具特色并相对固定的特色培养模式。结合山东某高校实践,该文以建筑领域非全日制工程管理硕士为研究对象,分析国内外的硕士培养模式,总结一个目标、两个体系及两种方法的“122”培养模式,从重实践的国际化知识结构体系、知识模块清晰简洁的课程体系、反思案例教学为主的教学方法及规定标准动作的质量四个方面分析“122”模式的实施路径。实践表明,该模式能有效提高培养质量。
