A new glycoside, gamma-pyranone-3-O-beta-D-[6'-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-dimethyoxybenzoyl)]-glucopyranoside (erigeside D, 2), together with nine known compounds, viz., erigeside I (1), erigeside A (3), eriges... A new glycoside, gamma-pyranone-3-O-beta-D-[6'-(4'-hydroxy-3',5'-dimethyoxybenzoyl)]-glucopyranoside (erigeside D, 2), together with nine known compounds, viz., erigeside I (1), erigeside A (3), erigeside B (4), erigeside II (5), scopolin (6), icariside B-2 (7), blumenol C glucoside (8), (+)-syringaresinol O-beta-D-glucopyranoside (9) and scutellarein-7-O-beta-D-glucuronide methyl ester (10), was isolated from Erigeron breviscapus (Vant.) Hand.-Mazz. Their structures were established on the basis of spectral evidence. According to the beta-glucopyranosyl moiety in 7, the absolute configuration of 7 was determined by X-ray crystallographic analysis. Compounds 7, 8 and 9 were isolated for the first time from this genus, an compound 6 was first obtained from this plant. 展开更多

目的研究光皮木瓜[Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne]化学成分,为药理活性筛选奠定基础。方法采用大孔吸附树脂Daion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、ODS中压制备和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱并结合半制备液相等传统的分离手段,对光皮木瓜的体... 目的研究光皮木瓜[Chaenomeles sinensis(Thouin)Koehne]化学成分,为药理活性筛选奠定基础。方法采用大孔吸附树脂Daion HP-20、Toyopearl HW-40、ODS中压制备和Sephadex LH-20柱色谱并结合半制备液相等传统的分离手段,对光皮木瓜的体积分数50%丙酮提取物进行了分离纯化,通过系统波谱解析,结合文献数据分析,鉴定分离得到的化合物结构。结果从光皮木瓜中分离得到20个酚类化合物,6-O-(E)-feruloyl-β(α)-glucopyranoside(1),2,4,6-三羟基苯乙酮-2-O-吡喃葡萄糖苷(2),(E)-4-羟基-肉桂醇-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl-1-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(4),顺式松柏苷(5),syringin(6),4-(2,3-dihydroxypropyl)-2,6-dimethoxyphenyl-β-D-glucopyranoside(7),(7S,8S)-syringoylglycerol-9-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(8),L-threo-guaiacylglycerol-8-O-β-glucopyranoside(9),3,5-dimethoxy-4-O-β-D-glucopyranosylphenylpropane-7,9-diol(10),3-methoxy-4-hydroxyphenol 1-O-β-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(11),3,4,5-trimethoxyphenol 1-O-β-D-apiofuranosyl-(1→6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(12),二氢丁香苷(13),3-羟基-5-丙基苯基-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(14),ω-hydroxypropioguaiacone(15),dihydrosyringenin(16),3,4-二羟基苯甲酸(17),香草酸(18),1,3,5-三甲氧基苯(19)和对羟基苯丙酸(20)。结论化合物1~20均为首次从该植物中分离得到。 展开更多

On the basis of spectrosco... Eight compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate- and n-butanol-soluble fractions of the ethanollc extract of the whole plant of Anoectochllus roxburghll(Wali.) Lindi. (Orchidaceee). On the basis of spectroscopic methods, the structures of these compounds were elucidated as quercetin-7-O-β-D-[6"-O-(trans-feruloyi)]- giucopyranosids (compound 1), 8-C-p-HydroxybenzyiquerceUn (compound 2), isorhamnetin-7-O-β-D- giucopyranoside (compound 3), isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-giucopyranoside (compound 4), kaempferoi-3-O-β-D- giucopyranoside (compound 5), kaempferoi-7-O-β-D-giucopyranoside (compound 6), 5-hydroxy-3',4',7- trimethoxyfiavonoi-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (compound 7), and isorhamnetin-3-O-β-D-rutinoside (compound 8). Of the compounds isoisted, compound 1 was a new flavonoid giucoside and exhibited strong scavenging activity against the 1,1-diphenyi-2-picryihydrazyi free radical, whereas the ethanolic extract showed weak activity.
