通过测定杨(Populus×euramericana)抗硫新品种‘普瑞’和‘107’在3种梯度酸雨胁迫下的各项生理指标,研究酸雨胁迫对2个杨品种影响的差异。结果显示,在酸雨胁迫下,‘普瑞’叶片受伤害程度明显轻于‘107’,可以维持较稳定的光合作用... 通过测定杨(Populus×euramericana)抗硫新品种‘普瑞’和‘107’在3种梯度酸雨胁迫下的各项生理指标,研究酸雨胁迫对2个杨品种影响的差异。结果显示,在酸雨胁迫下,‘普瑞’叶片受伤害程度明显轻于‘107’,可以维持较稳定的光合作用,显示出较强的抗酸雨胁迫能力。酸雨胁迫下,‘107’光合作用强度显著下降,非气孔因素是其下降的主要原因。酸雨在一定程度上破坏了2个杨品种的水分平衡,尤其对‘107’的影响程度更为明显,但气孔关闭不是引起其光合作用强度下降的主要原因。研究结果表明杨品种‘普瑞’在酸雨环境下具有更强耐受性。 展开更多

The captopril/Chitosan-gelatin net-polymer microspheres(CTP/CGNPMs) were prepared using Chitosan(CTS) and gelatin(GT) by the methods of emulsification,cross-linked reagent alone or in combination and microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) added in the process of preparation of microspheres,which aimed to eliminate dose dumping and burst phenomenon of microspheres for the improvement of the therapeutic efficiency and the decrease of the side effects of captopril(CTP). The results indicated that CTP/CGNPMs had a spherical shape,smooth surface and integral structure inside but no adhesive phenomena in the preparation. The size distribution ranged from 220 μm to 280 μm. The CTP release test in vitro demonstrated that CTP/CGNPMs played the role of retarding the release of CTP compared with ordinary CTP tablets. The release behaviors of CGNPMS were influenced by preparation conditions such as experimental material ratio(EMR) and composition of cross linking reagents. Among these factors,the EMR(1/4),CLR(FA+SPP) and 0.75% microcrystalline cellulose(MCC) added to the microspheres constituted the optimal scheme for the preparation of CTP/CGNPMs. The ER,DL and SR of CTP/CGNPMs prepared according to the optimal scheme were 46.23±4.51%,9.95±0.77% and 261±42%,respectively. The CTP/CGNPMs had the good characteristics of sustained release of drug and the process of emulsification and cross-linking were simple and stable. The CGNPMs are likely to be an ideal sustained release formulation for water-soluble drugs. 展开更多

Enhancing cardiac function and hematological parameters in STEMI patients:evaluating the efficacy and safety of ticagrelor combined with prourokinase and reteplase thrombolysis

To compare the effects of ticagrelor combined with prourokinase and reteplase thrombolysis on cardiac function and blood-related indexes in patients with ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction(STEMI),280 patients hospitalized between January 2017 and December 2021 were randomly assigned into two groups:the experimental group and the control group,each comprising 140 cases.The control group received ticagrelor combined with prourokinase thrombolysis,while the experimental group received ticagrelor combined with reteplase thrombolysis.The impact of these treatments on cardiac function and blood-related indexes in STEMI patients was assessed.Results revealed that CK-MB,AST,and LDH levels significantly decreased after 7 d of treatment compared to pre-treatment levels,with the experimental group exhibiting lower levels compared to the control group.Additionally,NT-pro BNP levels decreased in both groups after 24 h of treatment,with the experimental group showing a greater reduction compared to the control group.Furthermore,LVEF and E/A values significantly increased after 7 d of treatment in both groups,while LVEDd and LVESd values notably decreased,indicating improved cardiac function in the experimental group compared to the control group.Following treatment,levels of PT,TT,and APTT increased in both groups,while FIB levels decreased significantly,with noticeable differences between the two groups.The incidence of major adverse cardiovascular events(MACE)in the experimental group was significantly lower compared to the control group,although the rate of mild bleeding did not significantly differ.In conclusion,the combination of ticagrelor and reteplase demonstrated superior efficacy in reducing myocardial enzyme and NT-pro BNP levels,improving cardiac function,and enhancing safety compared to ticagrelor and prourokinase.These findings suggested that ticagrelor combined with reteplase thrombolysis held promise for clinical application. 展开更多

AIM:To establish the presence of the hypothalamic hormone protirelin(thyrotropin-releasing hormone,TRH)in human thyroid and to investigate whether the concentration of this peptide in the thyroid gland is sensitive to thyroid status.METHODS:A procedure has been developed for the determination of TRH in the thyroid gland,distinct from TRH-like peptides which also react with TRH-antibody.RESULTS:Human thyroid was shown to contain both authentic TRH and TRH-like peptides,a similar pattern was seen in a range of animal thyroids.The concentrations of TRH in non-active goiter thyroids were substantial(41.6-248 pmol·g-1);in contrast the thyroids from hyperthyroid patients contained very little TRH(0.01-2.52 pmol·g-1).CONCLUSION:The physiologic role of TRH in the thyroid is not known but the large difference between the concentrations of this hormone in non-active and hyperactive thyroids suggests that thyroidal TRH may be involved in the regulation of thyroid status. 展开更多
