To achieve the production information management of the coning,drawing and twisting's workshop,and promote a good and fast development of the textile enterprise,firstly,we analyze the information technology develo...To achieve the production information management of the coning,drawing and twisting's workshop,and promote a good and fast development of the textile enterprise,firstly,we analyze the information technology development status of the textile enterprise at home and abroad,study the weaknesses of the existing computer monitoring system,introduce the system design project,and propose a system network model based on client/server(C/S)mode.Secondly,a multi-agent production monitoring and control system is developed,and the communication of the single-port-multi-protocol and a multi-thread data collection technology are studied via the multi-thread and standard template library(STL)technologies.Thirdly,the system management functions,the structure design of the database,and the technical difficulties in the process of software design are also introduced.As proved in practice,the system satisfies the production management requirements of the workshop,and implements the network management of the production information.展开更多

First, the relationship between Shénquè （神阙 CV 8） and zang-fu and eight extra meridians stated in the ancient literature explained that the theory of CV 8 as the theoretical core of abdominal acupuncture therapy had literature support and theoretical evidence; second, with emphasis on the diagnosis and treatment based on differentiation of syndromes, four methods for selecting the points, including the ones according to hologram, meridians and collaterals, the Ba-kuo （八 廓） and three energizer, meanwhile, the origin of method selecting the points according to Three Energizer and clinical experience was also addressed; third, some problems about the manipulation of abdominal acupuncture therapy were put forward, such as selection of depth, direction, needle tool, as well as personal ideas and precautions, in order to ensure the clinical effect.展开更多

Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) is a Chinese national strategy which calls for cooperative economic, political and cultural exchange at the global level along the ancient Silk Road. The overwhelming natural hazards loca...Belt and Road Initiative(BRI) is a Chinese national strategy which calls for cooperative economic, political and cultural exchange at the global level along the ancient Silk Road. The overwhelming natural hazards located along the belt and road bring great challenges to the success of BRI. In this framework, a 5-year international program was launched to address issues related to hazards assessment and disaster risk reduction(DRR). The first workshop of this program was held in Beijing with international experts from over 15 countries. Risk conditions on Belt and Road Countries(BRCs) have been shared and science and technology advancements on DRR have been disseminated during the workshop. Under this program, six task forces have been setup to carry out collaborative research works and three prioritized study areas have been established. This workshop announced the launching of this program which involved partners from different countries including Pakistan, Nepal, Russia, Italy, United Kingdom, Sri Lanka and Tajikistan. The program adopted the objectives of Sendai Framework for Disaster Risk Reduction 2015-2030 and United Nation Sustainable Development Goals 2030 and was implemented to assess disaster risk in BRCs and to propose suitable measures for disaster control which can be appropriate both for an individual country and for specific sites. This paper deals with the outcomes of the workshop and points out opportunities for the near future international cooperation on this matter.展开更多

These two methods als...JiTT （Just-in-Time Teaching） and flipped classroom are two innovations in academia where high-tech and no-tech resources are blended to encourage more interaction and creativity among students. These two methods also help minimize the dependency on face-to-face lecture and make the class time more creative and effective. This study is the very first attempt of implementing these strategies in Bangladesh. It explores the prospect of JiTT and flipped classroom at tertiary level in Bangladesh. In the first part of this paper, recent studies on JiTT and flipped classroom are discussed to shed light on their effectiveness and problems. The latter part explains the data and research findings. Before collecting the data, JiTT and flipped classroom were used with 33 students of undergraduate level who were students of＂ELT Methodology＂ course. After the implementation of the methods, a questionnaire survey was conducted to collect data regarding their response to these two methods. The study reveals that JiTT and flipped classroom help cover more topics in a short time while enhancing students＇ interaction and participation. They make students come to the class prepared and reflect on their learning. Teachers can understand students need better and provide required feedback. The overall interaction among students and teachers can be improved using JiTT and flipped classroom since everyone is clear about each other＇s existing knowledge and learning objectives.展开更多

The partic...This research was aimed to evaluate the training program enhancing caring behaviors of new nurses by Kirkpatrick＇s four level for evaluation model： reaction, learning, behavior, and result of the program. The participants were new nurses, preceptors of new nurses, administrators, patients and members of the patients＇ family cared by new nurses. The research instruments were： （1） five questionnaires toward program suitability, knowledge, attitude, caring expression, and result to organization. The mean, standard deviation and dependent sample t-test were used for data analysis; （2） guidelines for focus group discussion and semi-structural questionnaire analyzed by content analysis. The study revealed that： （1） the mean of suitability was at the very high level （X = 4.49, SD. = .30）; （2） the knowledge and attitude after training were significantly higher than before training at .000 level, [t =-21.65, p = .000 and t = -19.30, p = .000）; {3} caring behavior after training was significantly higher than before training at the .000 level; and {4} the result of the program was at the high level { X = 4.25, SD. = .17}, related to the result of semi-structured interview and focus group discussion. These evaluation research finding suggested that administrators can use for improving the preparation of any project and apply to evaluate other training programs, developing human resource system.展开更多
