The intelligent security system is a series of systems that use modern information technology means such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, face recognition to carry out comprehensive monitoring, e...The intelligent security system is a series of systems that use modern information technology means such as artificial intelligence, cloud computing, big data, face recognition to carry out comprehensive monitoring, early warning, prevention and control, disposal, etc, for security protection. It is the development trend of security system in the future, and it is also the basis for open sharing between higher education parks and universities. By using content analysis, unstructured interviews and other research methods, this paper deeply studies the feasibility and basic ideas of the construction of intelligent security system in Shahe Higher Education Park, and forms basic experience and typical practices through the project construction, which further promotes the more intelligent, standardized and scientific safety management in colleges and universities. It really provides an important theoretical basis and practical guidance for the opening and sharing between higher education parks and universities.展开更多

Twenty-five species were sampled, representing 24 genera of al...Phylogenetic relationships of the 'higher' hamamelids were estimated based on nucleotide sequences of the non-coding region of chloroplast trnL-F. Twenty-five species were sampled, representing 24 genera of all eight families of the 'higher' hamamelids. A parsimony analysis of data set indicated that the 'higher' hamamelids formed a strongly supported clade with 100% bootstrap value in the strict consensus tree. Nothofagus was the basal lineage and the Fagaceae was sister to a well-supported core 'higher' hamamelids clade containing Myricaceae, Rhoipteleaceae, Juglandaceae, Casuarinaceae, Ticodendraceae and Betulaceae. Three clades were recognized in the core ' higher' hamamelids: (1) Casuatina ( Ticodendron, ( Betu-laceae)), (2) Juglandaceae-Rhoipteleaceae, and (3) Myricaceae. Compared with the previous studies, familial relationships of the 'higher' hamamelids were better resolved.展开更多

The adequacy of state funding for higher education in America is vital to cultivate the qualified workforce and help in developing the state’s economy.With the economy downturn situation,whether the current state fun...The adequacy of state funding for higher education in America is vital to cultivate the qualified workforce and help in developing the state’s economy.With the economy downturn situation,whether the current state funding is adequate to the need of institutions and students is a valuable question to be investigated.This research reviewed the whole trends of state and federal support of the higher education,having analyzed the data of higher education funding for the whole state,for the institution development,and for the students and their families.With the enrollment increasing and the inflation growing,the state fund was dropping.Although states supply a greater part of funding to public universities,most of the state funding goes to community colleges and non-research public institutions.The public research institutions and undergraduate education are important components in higher education,generating changing the development for the entire society.The state should make some adjustments in distributing funding in order to keep up with the most urgent needs of the higher education and ease pressure on the institutions,and ease the financial burden on students and their families.展开更多
