目的 探讨上肢气囊止血带充气压力与肢体周径的关系。方法 (1)选择进行上肢手术的病人120例,随机分实验组和对照组。实验组按肢体周径大小给予相应的压力值,对照组按传统充气压力(33.33~40.00kPa);(2)选取健康成年志愿者20... 目的 探讨上肢气囊止血带充气压力与肢体周径的关系。方法 (1)选择进行上肢手术的病人120例,随机分实验组和对照组。实验组按肢体周径大小给予相应的压力值,对照组按传统充气压力(33.33~40.00kPa);(2)选取健康成年志愿者20例,分健康Ⅰ组和健康Ⅱ组各10例,采用自身对照的方法.右上臂为健康实验侧(称健康Ⅰ组),左上臂为健康对照侧(称健康Ⅱ组),然后分组进行实验,健康Ⅰ组按肢体周径大小给予相应的压力值,健康Ⅱ组按传统充气压力(33.33~40.00kPa)。结果 实验组60例病人手术中止血效果好,手术后无1例止血带副损伤发生,对照组60例病人手术麻醉消失后,有10例病人出现局部受压红肿疼痛,2例病人出现上肢感觉迟钝及垂腕的桡神经损伤征象。结论应根据肢体周径大小、选择不同的充气压力,使充气压力更加个体化,在达到止血效果的同时,使组织损伤减轻到最低限度。 展开更多

To investigate the influence of wet conditions on vehicle braking behavior,a numerical-analytical method was proposed for the simulation of tire hydroplaning and frictional energy dissipation. First, a finite element model of tire hydroplaning was established using the coupled EulerianLagrangian method,including a pneumatic tire model and a textured asphalt pavement model. Then,the frictional force on the tire-pavement interface at different speeds was calculated by the model. Based on vehicle braking mechanism and frictional energy dissipation,a calculation method for braking distance was proposed based on a three-stage braking process. The proposed method was verified by comparing the calculated hydroplaning speed and braking distance with field test results.Then,vehicle braking distances and wet friction coefficients were calculated under different conditions. The results show that thinner water film,a more complex tread pattern and higher tire inflation pressure all contribute to the vehicle braking performance; moreover, the pavement texture has obvious influence on vehicle braking behavior,especially at a high speed. The proposed method shows great effectiveness in predicting vehicle braking behavior on wet asphalt pavements. 展开更多

Pilot Project on in Situ Aerobisation of Old Landfills: Results from Konstanz Dorfweiher Landfill

A new in situ treatment technique was being utilized on a part of the Dorfweiher landfill in Konstanz, Germany to reduce the aftercare period. From 2010 to 2012, the landfill was aerated intermittently with low pressure. Outgoing air was treated passively in an open biofilter which covers the landfill surface. The landfill was aerated by means of 80 air injection wells arranged area-wide in a 10 m grid. An elaborate measuring process and technological controls are being utilized in the pilot scheme. The data collected offer interesting insights about the processes during aeration, allowing optimization of the aeration strategy depending on changes of the conditions in the landfill. During the three-year aeration phase, conditions have changed inside the landfill section in various ways. In numerous zones of the landfill body, the aeration caused aerobic conditions with a decline of methane production. Accelerated settlings are measured up to 11%. The effects of the aerobic stabilization on the landfill are evaluated in a two-year monitoring phase started in 2013. 展开更多

As a high gravity(HIGEE)unit,the rotating packed bed(RPB)uses centrifugal force to intensify mass transfer.Zigzag rotating bed(RZB)is a new type of HIGEE unit.The rotor of RZB consists of stationary discs and rotating discs,forming zigzag channels for liquid-gas flow and mass transfer.As in RPBs,some hydrodynamic behavior in RZB is interesting but no satisfactory explanation.In this study,the experiments were carried on in a RZB unit with a rotor of 600 mm in diameter using air-water system.The gas pressure drop and power consumption were measured with two types of rotating baffle for RZB rotors,one with perforations and another with shutter openings. The circumferential velocities of gas were measured with a five-hole Pitot probe.The pressure drop decreased rapidly when the liquid was introduced to the rotor,because the circumferential velocity of the liquid droplets was lower than that of the gas,reducing the circumferential velocity of gas and the centrifugal pressure drop.The power consumption decreased first when the gas entered the RZB rotor,because the gas with higher circumferential velocity facilitates the rotation of baffles. 展开更多
