目的:探究奥塔戈运动(otago exercise programme,OEP)干预结合音乐疗法在老年脑卒中患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选择老年脑卒中患者120例,按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用OEP干预结合...目的:探究奥塔戈运动(otago exercise programme,OEP)干预结合音乐疗法在老年脑卒中患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法:选择老年脑卒中患者120例,按照随机数表法分成观察组和对照组,每组60例。对照组采用常规干预,观察组采用OEP干预结合音乐疗法,共干预16周。比较两组干预前后跌倒效能(modified falls efficacy scale,MFES)、平衡能力(berg balance scale,BBS)、步行能力(time up and go test,TUGT)、肢体运动能力(Fugl-Meyer assessment,FMA)、日常生活能力(Barthel评分)、生活质量(quality of life 30,QOL-30评分)、焦虑(self-rating anxiety scale,SAS)、抑郁(self-rating depression scale,SDS)评分,并比较干预后两组护理满意度评分。结果:干预后,两组MFES评分、BBS评分、Barthel评分、QOL-30评分、FMA评分及护理满意度各维度评分均高于干预前,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05),两组TUGT时间、SAS评分及SDS评分均低于干预前,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用OEP干预结合音乐疗法能够有效提高老年脑卒中患者躯体运动功能,避免跌倒,改善其不良情绪,提高其日常生活能力、生活质量及护理满意度。展开更多

文摘目的:观察侧脑室注射促性腺激素抑制激素(Gn IH)对OEP大鼠血浆促性腺激素释放激素(Gn RH)和黄体生成素(LH)水平的影响。方法:健康成年雌性SD大鼠40只,均建立卵巢摘除兼予雌激素注射(OEP)模型。随机分为Gn IH实验组和生理盐水对照组,每组20只,大鼠分别给予侧脑室注射Gn IH(5μl)和同等剂量生理盐水。采用ELISA法检测注射后1h、2h、4h、6h(n=5)大鼠血浆Gn RH和LH的水平。结果:与对照组相比,注射Gn IH1h、6h Gn RH、LH水平无明显变化(P>0.05);注射Gn IH 2h、4h Gn RH、LH水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论:侧脑室注射Gn IH可影响OEP大鼠血浆Gn RH和LH的水平,且影响作用与时间有关。
