The new complex was characterized by means of elemental analysis, IR, XPS, electronic spectra and 31 P NMR. The results show that the complex of η 2 form can be formed by C 60 bonding to Ru(NO) 2(PPh 3) 2 in the σ π way and there is hyperconjugation effect in the molecule. So electrons will flow easier and photoelectric effect for this new compound is expected. In addition, the structure of the complex has been supposed. The ruthenium is 4 coordinate in the complex, bonding to two carbon atoms, to one PPh 3 and to one NO.展开更多

Scanning electron microscopy and energy dispersive spectroscopy were used to observe the microstructure of the surfacing layer and the chemical composition of the sample. The hardness and wear resistance of the surfacing layer were tested and analyzed by the HV-1000 hardness tester and the impact wear device. The results showed that in the microstructure, fishbone, spider-web, and floral-like structures appeared in the surfacing layer. When the micro-hardness was tested, the depth of the indentation reflected the hardness of the surfacing layer. When analyzing wear resistance, the amount of wear increases with time.展开更多

Cr3C2 coatings of Ni-Based were prepared respectively with 10%, 20% and 30% Cr3C2 powder and W6Mo5Cr4V2 substrate. The coating microstructure analysis, the micro-hardness test, and the measurement of thermal parameters of coating were conducted. The experimental results show that the coating has the better thermo-physical property by using plasma spray welding method with the powder ratio of 90% Ni60 and 10% Cr3C2, and by this way the micro-hardness of coating can achieve 1100 HV.展开更多
