Objective:To establish the quality standards for the preparation of Xiao’er Qingre enema in hospitals.Method:Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Radix Isatidis and Glycyrrhizae in the prescription.The ...Objective:To establish the quality standards for the preparation of Xiao’er Qingre enema in hospitals.Method:Thin-layer chromatography(TLC)was used to identify Radix Isatidis and Glycyrrhizae in the prescription.The content of(R,S)-Goitrin was determined by high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC).Results:In TLC identification,there was no interference between the negative controls of Radix Isatidis and glycyrrhizae,and the spots were well-separated.The HPLC results of(R,S)-Goitrin showed a good linear relationship between the peak area and concentration within the range of 0.476-95.2μg·mL-1(r=0.9999).Conclusion:The TLC and HPLC methods established in this experiment are simple,reproducible,and specific,making them suitable for the quality control Xiao’er Qingre enema preparation in hospitals.展开更多
Numerous mantle xenoliths 6–12 cm in size and sub-angular to rounded in shape occur within Mio-Pliocene basanite lavas of the monogenic volcano of HosséréSédé in the Adamawa plateau.Xenoliths of s...Numerous mantle xenoliths 6–12 cm in size and sub-angular to rounded in shape occur within Mio-Pliocene basanite lavas of the monogenic volcano of HosséréSédé in the Adamawa plateau.Xenoliths of spinel lherzolite exhibit protogranular,equigranular or porphyroclastic texture.Microprobe chemical analyses show that olivine is highly magnesian(Fo_(88-90)),clinopyroxene crystals are diopside and augite(Wo_(41.6–49.6)En_(45.3–53.7)Fs_(4.2–6.2)),orthopyroxene crystals are enstatite(Wo 1.4–1.5 En_(88.6–89.0)Fs_(9.6–9.9))and spinel crystals are mainly Al-spinel associ-ated to minor Cr-spinel.Estimated temperatures and pressures through empirical formulas show that HosséréSédé noliths have equilibrated between 1085 and 1204℃and 1.08 to 1.57 GPa,corresponding to sampling depths of 36 and 52 km.Detailed petrographical and mineral chemistry of HosséréSédénoliths evidences the com-plex nature and composition of the subcontinental lithosphere under the Adamawa plateau.This may involve a probable uplift of the whole area after a limited exten-sional event,possible metasomatism through melt infiltration during shearing of the lithospheric mantle along the Pan African strike-slip fault system.展开更多

Acoustic mode is crucial for duct propagation but little study about the relation between serration and mode. Thus, taking axial single-turbine test bench NPU-Turb as object, the effect of Stator with Serrated Trailing-edge (Bionic S) and Rotor with Serrated Leading-edge (Bionic R) on duct acoustic modes of turbine turbulence interac-tion noise were studied in detail using DDES/AA hybrid model validated by acoustic experiment of NPU-Turb. Serval conclusions can be made here. First, for broadband noise, the effect of serrations on duct modes (increased or reduced of PWL<sub>mn</sub>) with the increasing frequency is more prominent. Second, the changing trend of ?PWL<sub>mn</sub> is something like Chinese character “人” with circumferential mode m and alternating with radial mode. Such distribution is more obvious at higher frequency. More theoretical and mechanistic research work needs to be carried out in depth in the future. .展开更多
As a non-apoptotic cell death form,ferroptosis offers an alternative approach to overcome cancer chemotherapy resistance.However,accumulating evidence indicates cancer cells can develop ferroptosis resistance by evolv...As a non-apoptotic cell death form,ferroptosis offers an alternative approach to overcome cancer chemotherapy resistance.However,accumulating evidence indicates cancer cells can develop ferroptosis resistance by evolving antioxidative defense mechanisms.To address this issue,we prepared a Buthionine-(S,R)-sulfoximine(BSO)loaded metal organic framework(MOF)of BSO-MOF-HA(BMH)with the combination effect of boosting oxidative damage and inhibiting antioxidative defense.MOF nanoparticle was constructed by the photosensitizer of[4,4,4,4-(porphine-5,10,15,20-tetrayl)tetrakis(benzoic acid)](TCPP)and the metal ion of Zr6,which was further decorated with hyaluronic acid(HA)in order to impart active targeting to CD44 receptors overexpressed cancer cells.BMH exhibited a negative charge and spherical shape with average particle size about 162.5nm.BMH was found to restore the susceptibility of 4T1 cells to ferroptosis under irradiation.This was attributed to the combination of photodynamic therapy(PDT)andγ-glutamylcysteine synthetase inhibitor of BSO,shifting the redox balance to oxidative stress.Enhanced ferroptosis also induced the release of damage associated molecular patterns(DAMPs)to maturate dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes,leading to superior anti-tumor performance in vivo.Taken together,our findings demonstrated that boosting oxidative damage with photosensitizer serves as an effective strategy to reverse ferroptosis resistance.展开更多
