Extensive numerical simulations and scaling analysis are performed to investigate competitive growth between the linear and nonlinear stochastic dynamic growth systems, which belong to the Edwards–Wilkinson(EW) and K...Extensive numerical simulations and scaling analysis are performed to investigate competitive growth between the linear and nonlinear stochastic dynamic growth systems, which belong to the Edwards–Wilkinson(EW) and Kardar–Parisi–Zhang(KPZ) universality classes, respectively. The linear growth systems include the EW equation and the model of random deposition with surface relaxation(RDSR), the nonlinear growth systems involve the KPZ equation and typical discrete models including ballistic deposition(BD), etching, and restricted solid on solid(RSOS). The scaling exponents are obtained in both the(1 + 1)-and(2 + 1)-dimensional competitive growth with the nonlinear growth probability p and the linear proportion 1-p. Our results show that, when p changes from 0 to 1, there exist non-trivial crossover effects from EW to KPZ universality classes based on different competitive growth rules. Furthermore, the growth rate and the porosity are also estimated within various linear and nonlinear growths of cooperation and competition.展开更多

The objective of this work was to describe the epidemiological, clinical and paraclinical aspects of viral hepatitis B and c in t...Introduction: Viral hepatitis B and C constitute real public health problems worldwide. The objective of this work was to describe the epidemiological, clinical and paraclinical aspects of viral hepatitis B and c in the internal medicine department of Kara University Hospital. Method: this was a retrospective descriptive study carried out in the Internal Medicine department of Kara University Hospital, over a period of 3 years from March 2020 to April 2023. It included all patients seen in consultation or hospitalized for hepatitis viral B and/or C. Results: A total of 57 patients were included in our study. The average age was 44.30 years ± 16.75 and the M/F sex ratio was 1.38. Married people were in the majority 63.2%. The circumstances of the discovery of viral hepatitis B and C were dominated by abdominal pain in 35.1% of cases and hepatomegaly in 29.8% of cases and in 33.3% of cases, it was during screening voluntary. Patients with viral hepatitis B only accounted for 64.9% of cases;those with only viral hepatitis C represented 31.6% of cases and 3.5% of cases had HVB/HCV co-infection. We recorded 36.8% complications including 52.4% liver cirrhosis and 47.6% hepatocellular carcinomas. During the evolution, there were 03 deaths. Conclusion: the prevalence of hepatitis B and C virus carriage in patients followed in internal medicine at Kara University Hospital is high. It is therefore essential to put in place treatment and prevention strategies against these viruses.展开更多
目的探讨循环可溶性MHC-I类链相关蛋白A[soluble major histocompatibility complex class I-related chain A,sMICA)、可溶性MHC-I类链相关蛋白B(soluble major histocompatibility complex class I-related chain B,sMICB]与系统性红...目的探讨循环可溶性MHC-I类链相关蛋白A[soluble major histocompatibility complex class I-related chain A,sMICA)、可溶性MHC-I类链相关蛋白B(soluble major histocompatibility complex class I-related chain B,sMICB]与系统性红斑狼疮(systemic lupus erythematosus,SLE)疾病活动性、自身抗体的关系。方法选择2020年1月~2023年1月重庆大学附属黔江医院收治的156例SLE患者(SLE组)和门诊体检中心体检的103例健康志愿者(对照组)。根据SLE疾病活动度评分(SLE disease activity index,SLEDAI)将SLE患者分为轻度活动组(n=43)、中度活动组(n=69)和重度活动组(n=44)。检测血清sMICA,sMICB水平以及自身抗体、外周血NK细胞占比,Spearman或Pearson分析sMICA,sMICB与评分、自身抗体、外周血NK细胞占比的相关性,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线用来分析sMICA和sMICB诊断SLE活动度的价值。结果SLE组血清sMICA(173.65±23.92 pg/ml),sMICB(96.35±15.74 pg/ml)水平高于对照组(32.51±6.27 pg/ml,12.03±2.47 pg/ml),外周血CD3^(-)CD56^(+)NK细胞(12.02%±2.65%)占比低于对照组(18.35%±3.71%),差异具有统计学意义(t=58.498,53.897,-16.010,均P<0.05)。重度活动组血清sMICA,sMICB水平高于中度活动组和轻度活动组(t=8.192,12.352;19.652,23.742,均P<0.05),外周血CD3^(-)CD56^(+)NK细胞占比低于中度活动组和轻度活动组(t=8.154,10.658,均P<0.05),差异具有统计学意义。不同疾病活动SLE患者抗‐dsDNA抗体、抗核抗体、抗核小体抗体和抗组蛋白抗体阳性率比较,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.795,7.216,7.539,8.946,均P<0.05)。SLE患者血清sMICA,sMICB水平与SLEDAI评分、抗‐dsDNA抗体、抗核抗体、抗核小体抗体、抗组蛋白抗体呈正相关(r=0.206~0.402,均P<0.05),与外周血CD3^(-)CD56^(+)NK细胞占比呈负相关(r=-0.563,-0.427,均P<0.05)。sMICA和sMICB诊断SLE重度活动的曲线下面积为0.652,0.704,联合sMICA,sMICB诊断SLE重度活动的曲线下面积为0.812,高于单独诊断(Z=3.050,2.346,均P<0.05)。结论SLE患者血清sMICA和sMICB水平增高,且与SLE自身抗体阳性率增加、外周血NK细胞占比降低、疾病活动性增强有关,可作为SLE的潜在标志物。展开更多

Objective:In this research,we tried to explore how short-term mindfulness(STM)intervention affects adoles-cents’anxiety,depression,and negative and positive emotion during the COVID-19 pandemic.Design:10 classes were...Objective:In this research,we tried to explore how short-term mindfulness(STM)intervention affects adoles-cents’anxiety,depression,and negative and positive emotion during the COVID-19 pandemic.Design:10 classes were divided into experiment groups(5 classes;n=238)and control(5 classes;n=244)randomly.Hospital Anxi-ety and Depression Scale(HADS)and Positive and Negative Affect Schedule(PANAS)were used to measure par-ticipants’dependent variables.In the experiment group,we conducted STM practice interventions every morning in theirfirst class from March to November 2020.No interventions were conducted in the control group.Methods:Paired-sample t-tests were used to identify if a significant difference exists between every time point of the experimental and control groups.Repeated ANOVA and Growth Mixture Model(GMM)were used to analyze the tendency of positive and negative emotions,anxiety,and depression in the experimental group.Results and Conclusions:(1)With the intervention of STM,there was a significant decrease in negative emotions and an increase in positive emotions in the experimental group,whereas there were non-significant differences in the control group.(2)To explore the heterogeneity trajectories of dependent variables,we built a GMM and found there were two latent growth classes in the trajectories.(3)The results of the models showed their trajec-tories were downward,which meant that the levels of anxiety,depression,and negative emotions of participants decreased during the STM training period.Nonetheless,the score of positive affect showed upward in three loops of intervention,which indicated that the level of the participants’positive affect increased through the STM inter-vention.(4)This research indicated that STM should be given increasing consideration to enhance mental health during the worldwide outbreak of COVID-19.展开更多

To analyze the internal strengths (S) and weaknesses (W) as well as the external opportunities (O) and threats (T) of the online ideological and political class with SWOT theory, based on which to explore targeted solutions, is a “symptomatic” approach to improving the quality of the online ideological and political class. The analysis results are as follows: S includes “not limited by time and space”, “comprehensive teaching monitoring data”, “diverse and innovative interactive forms”, and “abundant high-quality teaching resources”. W refers to “increased difficulty in classroom control”, “teachers’ psychological pressure caused by online teaching”, and “limited by hardware conditions”. O means the opportunity provided by the modernization of ideological and political education and epidemics. T indicates external threats, such as limitations from the network and the severe impact of wrong values on the internet. The driving strategy for above case could be “upgrading of online teaching platforms”, “building a teaching team skilled in information technology teaching”, “improving hardware facilities” and “joining forces to confront value crisis”.展开更多
