The output voltage varies from 0 V to 12 V with the incremental value of 0. 1 V. The actual output voltage is shown in the nixietube. However, in aerospace, energetic partic...Convolutional neural networks(CNNs) exhibit excellent performance in the areas of image recognition and object detection, which can enhance the intelligence level of spacecraft. However, in aerospace, energetic particles, such as heavy ions, protons, and alpha particles, can induce single event effects(SEEs) that lead CNNs to malfunction and can significantly impact the reliability of a CNN system. In this paper, the MNIST CNN system was constructed based on a 28 nm systemon-chip(SoC), and then an alpha particle irradiation experiment and fault injection were applied to evaluate the SEE of the CNN system. Various types of soft errors in the CNN system have been detected, and the SEE cross sections have been calculated. Furthermore, the mechanisms behind some soft errors have been explained. This research will provide technical support for the design of radiation-resistant artificial intelligence chips.展开更多

The structure a...In order to cool computer chip efficiently with the least noise, a single phase water-cooling radiator for computer chip driven by piezoelectric pump with two parallel-connection chambers is developed. The structure and work principle of this radiator is described. Material, processing method and design principles of whole radiator are also explained. Finite element analysis (FEA) software, ANSYS, is used to simulate the heat distribution in the radiator. Testing equipments for water-cooling radiator are also listed. By experimental tests, influences of flowrate inside the cooling system and fan on chip cooling are explicated. This water-cooling radiator is proved more efficient than current air-cooling radiator with comparison experiments. During cooling the heater which simulates the working of computer chip with different power, the water-cooling radiator needs shorter time to reach lower steady temperatures than current air-cooling radiator.展开更多

BACKGROUND Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)superfamily plays an important role in tumor progression and metastasis.Activin A receptor type 1C(ACVR1C)is a TGF-βtype I receptor that is involved in tumorigenesis th...BACKGROUND Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)superfamily plays an important role in tumor progression and metastasis.Activin A receptor type 1C(ACVR1C)is a TGF-βtype I receptor that is involved in tumorigenesis through binding to dif-ferent ligands.AIM To evaluate the correlation between single nucleotide polymorphisms(SNPs)of ACVR1C and susceptibility to esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC)in Chinese Han population.METHODS In this hospital-based cohort study,1043 ESCC patients and 1143 healthy controls were enrolled.Five SNPs(rs4664229,rs4556933,rs77886248,rs77263459,rs6734630)of ACVR1C were assessed by the ligation detection reaction method.Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium test,genetic model analysis,stratified analysis,linkage disequi-librium test,and haplotype analysis were conducted.RESULTS Participants carrying ACVR1C rs4556933 GA mutant had significantly decreased risk of ESCC,and those with rs77886248 TA mutant were related with higher risk,especially in older male smokers.In the haplotype analysis,ACVR1C Trs4664229Ars4556933Trs77886248Crs77263459Ars6734630 increased risk of ESCC,while Trs4664229Grs4556933Trs77886248Crs77263459Ars6734630 was associated with lower susceptibility to ESCC.CONCLUSION ACVR1C rs4556933 and rs77886248 SNPs were associated with the susceptibility to ESCC,which could provide a potential target for early diagnosis and treatment of ESCC in Chinese Han population.展开更多
The grading judgment for apples is related to a variety of factors including,size,shape,color,texture,and scars.Traditional manual sorting methods are time consuming and labor intensive.In addition,the accuracy of the...The grading judgment for apples is related to a variety of factors including,size,shape,color,texture,and scars.Traditional manual sorting methods are time consuming and labor intensive.In addition,the accuracy of the method is easily subjective,not repeatable,error-prone,and affected by the sorting environment.This paper presents a complete and automated grading system for apples.The system uses a single-chip microcomputer as the controller of the system,and a PC as the graphics processing unit.It also includes a conveyor,drive motor,frequency converter for motor control,photoelectric sensors,air compressor,and air jets for ejecting the graded apples.The classification algorithm is implemented by using a convolutional neural network(CNN).In order to eliminate contact damage of apples,the system specifically uses air jets as actuators to eject the graded apples into the corresponding bins.At the same time,in order to ensure that an apple triggers the correct ejecting actuator,this paper designs a jet controller with proper logic.展开更多
目的:分析骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)患者不确定潜能的克隆性造血(CHIP)相关基因突变谱和临床特征,探讨CHIP相关基因与其心脑血管事件(CCE)的相关性及可能作用机制。方法:回顾性分析2019年8月-2022年7月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院血液科收...目的:分析骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)患者不确定潜能的克隆性造血(CHIP)相关基因突变谱和临床特征,探讨CHIP相关基因与其心脑血管事件(CCE)的相关性及可能作用机制。方法:回顾性分析2019年8月-2022年7月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院血液科收治的73例MPN患者的临床资料和二代测序结果,采用Logistic回归分析CHIP相关基因、炎症细胞因子对MPN患者CCE的影响。结果:55例(75.3%)MPN患者检出CHIP相关基因,原发性血小板增多症(ET)和真性红细胞增多症(PV)患者CHIP相关基因各突变频率差异无统计学意义。CHIP相关基因突变以单基因形式为主,检出率从高至低依次为JAK2V617F(63.0%,46/73)、ASXL1(16.4%,12/73)、TET2(11.0%,8/73)、DNMT3A(9.6%,7/73)、SRSF2(6.9%,5/73)、SF3B1(4.1%,3/73)、TP53(1.4%,1/73)和PPMID(1.4%,1/73)。年龄>60岁患者CHIP相关基因检出率明显高于≤60岁者[91.7%(33/36)vs 59.5%(22/37)]。27例(37.0%)MPN患者伴CCE(MPN/CCE),2次CCE者5例,均为动脉事件。CCE组患者年龄(62.8±12.8 vs 53.9±15.8岁,P=0.015)、IL-1β水平(17.7±26.0vs 4.3±8.6,P=0.012)、IL-8水平(360.7±598.6 vs 108.3±317.0,P=0.045)、血栓形成史(29.6%vs 2.2%,P=0.020)和CHIP相关基因检出率(88.9%vs 67.4%,P=0.040)高于无CCE组。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(OR=0.917,95%CI:0.843-0.999,P=0.047)、血栓形成史(OR=34.148,95%CI:2.392-487.535,P=0.009)、任何1个CHIP相关基因突变(OR=16.065,95%CI:1.217-212.024,P=0.035)和IL-1β水平升高(OR=0.929,95%CI:0.870-0.992,P=0.027)均是MPN/CCE的独立危险因素;CHIP相关单基因突变与MPN/CCE无关,但DNMT3A(OR=88.717,95%CI:2.690-292.482,P=0.012)、ASXL1(OR=7.941,95%CI:1.045-60.353,P=0.045)突变是PV/CCE的独立危险因素。结论:MPN患者CHIP相关基因突变率高,尤其是60岁以上患者;高龄、血栓形成史、CHIP相关基因突变和IL-1β水平升高是MPN发生CCE的独立危险因素。DNMT3A、ASXL1单基因突变是PV患者CCE的独立危险因素。CHIP相关基因突变及炎症细胞因子IL-1β升高是MPN新的CCE危险因素。展开更多

To uncover multiple mutations occurred in minority of EGFR-mutated cells,whi...EGFR mutations companion diagnostics have been proved to be crucial for the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeted cancer therapies. To uncover multiple mutations occurred in minority of EGFR-mutated cells,which may be covered by the noises from majority of unmutated cells, is currently becoming an urgent clinical requirement. Here we present the validation of a microfluidic-chip-based method for detecting EGFR multimutations at single-cell level. By trapping and immunofluorescently imaging single cells in specifically designed silicon microwells, the EGFR-expressed cellswere easily identified. By in situ lysing single cells, the cell lysates of EGFR-expressed cells were retrieved without cross-contamination. Benefited from excluding the noise from cells without EGFR expression, the simple and cost-effective Sanger's sequencing, but not the expensive deep sequencing of the whole cell population, was used to discover multi-mutations. We verified the new method with precisely discovering three most important EGFR drugrelated mutations from a sample in which EGFR-mutated cells only account for a small percentage of whole cell population. The microfluidic chip is capable of discovering not only the existence of specific EGFR multi-mutations,but also other valuable single-cell-level information: on which specific cells the mutations occurred, or whether different mutations coexist on the same cells. This microfluidic chip constitutes a promising method to promote simple and cost-effective Sanger's sequencing to be a routine test before performing targeted cancer therapy.展开更多

Single-event effects(SEEs)induced by mediumenergy protons in a 28 nm system-on-chip(SoC)were investigated at the China Institute of Atomic Energy.An on-chip memory block was irradiated with 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons,r...Single-event effects(SEEs)induced by mediumenergy protons in a 28 nm system-on-chip(SoC)were investigated at the China Institute of Atomic Energy.An on-chip memory block was irradiated with 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons,respectively.Single-bit upset and multicell upset events were observed,and an uppermost number of nine upset cells were discovered in the 90 MeV proton irradiation test.The results indicate that the SEE sensitivities of the 28 nm SoC to the 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons were similar.Cosmic Ray Effects on Micro-Electronics Monte Carlo simulations were analyzed,and it demonstrates that protons can induce effects in a 28 nm SoC if their energies are greater than 1.4 MeV and that the lowest corresponding linear energy transfer was 0.142 MeV cm^2 mg^-1.The similarities and discrepancies of the SEEs induced by the 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons were analyzed.展开更多

The configuration is formed by replacing the central part of the Z-wire pattern with a zigz...We propose a wire configuration to create a one-dimensional (1D) array of magnetic microtraps for trapping ultracold atoms. The configuration is formed by replacing the central part of the Z-wire pattern with a zigzag wire. We simulate the performance of this pattern by the finite element method which can take both the width and depth of the wire into consideration. The result of simulation shows that this configuration can create magnetic microtraps which can be separated and combined by changing bias magnetic field. We manage to split Z-wire trap and prove that similar result can occur for the new wire configuration. The fabrication processes of the atom chip are also introduced. Finally we discuss the loading method.展开更多

The pa...Single event effects (SEEs) in a 28-nm system-on-chip (SoC) were assessed using heavy ion irradiations, and susceptibilities in different processor configurations with data accessing patterns were investigated. The patterns included the sole processor (SP) and asymmetric multiprocessing (AMP) patterns with static and dynamic data accessing. Single event upset (SEU) cross sections in static accessing can be more than twice as high as those of the dynamic accessing, and processor configuration pattern is not a critical factor for the SEU cross sections. Cross section interval of upset events was evaluated and the soft error rates in aerospace environment were predicted for the SoC. The tests also indicated that ultra-high linear energy transfer (LET) particle can cause exception currents in the 28-nm SoC, and some even are lower than the normal case.展开更多

文摘目的:分析骨髓增殖性肿瘤(MPN)患者不确定潜能的克隆性造血(CHIP)相关基因突变谱和临床特征,探讨CHIP相关基因与其心脑血管事件(CCE)的相关性及可能作用机制。方法:回顾性分析2019年8月-2022年7月首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院血液科收治的73例MPN患者的临床资料和二代测序结果,采用Logistic回归分析CHIP相关基因、炎症细胞因子对MPN患者CCE的影响。结果:55例(75.3%)MPN患者检出CHIP相关基因,原发性血小板增多症(ET)和真性红细胞增多症(PV)患者CHIP相关基因各突变频率差异无统计学意义。CHIP相关基因突变以单基因形式为主,检出率从高至低依次为JAK2V617F(63.0%,46/73)、ASXL1(16.4%,12/73)、TET2(11.0%,8/73)、DNMT3A(9.6%,7/73)、SRSF2(6.9%,5/73)、SF3B1(4.1%,3/73)、TP53(1.4%,1/73)和PPMID(1.4%,1/73)。年龄>60岁患者CHIP相关基因检出率明显高于≤60岁者[91.7%(33/36)vs 59.5%(22/37)]。27例(37.0%)MPN患者伴CCE(MPN/CCE),2次CCE者5例,均为动脉事件。CCE组患者年龄(62.8±12.8 vs 53.9±15.8岁,P=0.015)、IL-1β水平(17.7±26.0vs 4.3±8.6,P=0.012)、IL-8水平(360.7±598.6 vs 108.3±317.0,P=0.045)、血栓形成史(29.6%vs 2.2%,P=0.020)和CHIP相关基因检出率(88.9%vs 67.4%,P=0.040)高于无CCE组。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄(OR=0.917,95%CI:0.843-0.999,P=0.047)、血栓形成史(OR=34.148,95%CI:2.392-487.535,P=0.009)、任何1个CHIP相关基因突变(OR=16.065,95%CI:1.217-212.024,P=0.035)和IL-1β水平升高(OR=0.929,95%CI:0.870-0.992,P=0.027)均是MPN/CCE的独立危险因素;CHIP相关单基因突变与MPN/CCE无关,但DNMT3A(OR=88.717,95%CI:2.690-292.482,P=0.012)、ASXL1(OR=7.941,95%CI:1.045-60.353,P=0.045)突变是PV/CCE的独立危险因素。结论:MPN患者CHIP相关基因突变率高,尤其是60岁以上患者;高龄、血栓形成史、CHIP相关基因突变和IL-1β水平升高是MPN发生CCE的独立危险因素。DNMT3A、ASXL1单基因突变是PV患者CCE的独立危险因素。CHIP相关基因突变及炎症细胞因子IL-1β升高是MPN新的CCE危险因素。

文摘EGFR mutations companion diagnostics have been proved to be crucial for the efficacy of tyrosine kinase inhibitor targeted cancer therapies. To uncover multiple mutations occurred in minority of EGFR-mutated cells,which may be covered by the noises from majority of unmutated cells, is currently becoming an urgent clinical requirement. Here we present the validation of a microfluidic-chip-based method for detecting EGFR multimutations at single-cell level. By trapping and immunofluorescently imaging single cells in specifically designed silicon microwells, the EGFR-expressed cellswere easily identified. By in situ lysing single cells, the cell lysates of EGFR-expressed cells were retrieved without cross-contamination. Benefited from excluding the noise from cells without EGFR expression, the simple and cost-effective Sanger's sequencing, but not the expensive deep sequencing of the whole cell population, was used to discover multi-mutations. We verified the new method with precisely discovering three most important EGFR drugrelated mutations from a sample in which EGFR-mutated cells only account for a small percentage of whole cell population. The microfluidic chip is capable of discovering not only the existence of specific EGFR multi-mutations,but also other valuable single-cell-level information: on which specific cells the mutations occurred, or whether different mutations coexist on the same cells. This microfluidic chip constitutes a promising method to promote simple and cost-effective Sanger's sequencing to be a routine test before performing targeted cancer therapy.

文摘Single-event effects(SEEs)induced by mediumenergy protons in a 28 nm system-on-chip(SoC)were investigated at the China Institute of Atomic Energy.An on-chip memory block was irradiated with 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons,respectively.Single-bit upset and multicell upset events were observed,and an uppermost number of nine upset cells were discovered in the 90 MeV proton irradiation test.The results indicate that the SEE sensitivities of the 28 nm SoC to the 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons were similar.Cosmic Ray Effects on Micro-Electronics Monte Carlo simulations were analyzed,and it demonstrates that protons can induce effects in a 28 nm SoC if their energies are greater than 1.4 MeV and that the lowest corresponding linear energy transfer was 0.142 MeV cm^2 mg^-1.The similarities and discrepancies of the SEEs induced by the 90 MeV and 70 MeV protons were analyzed.

文摘We propose a wire configuration to create a one-dimensional (1D) array of magnetic microtraps for trapping ultracold atoms. The configuration is formed by replacing the central part of the Z-wire pattern with a zigzag wire. We simulate the performance of this pattern by the finite element method which can take both the width and depth of the wire into consideration. The result of simulation shows that this configuration can create magnetic microtraps which can be separated and combined by changing bias magnetic field. We manage to split Z-wire trap and prove that similar result can occur for the new wire configuration. The fabrication processes of the atom chip are also introduced. Finally we discuss the loading method.

文摘The propagation of single-event effects(SEEs)on a Xilinx Zynq-7000 system on chip(SoC)was inves-tigated using heavy-ion microbeam radiation.The irradia-tion results reveal several functional blocks’sensitivity locations and cross sections,for instance,the arithmetic logic unit,register,D-cache,and peripheral,while irradi-ating the on-chip memory(OCM)region.Moreover,event tree analysis was executed based on the obtained microbeam irradiation results.This study quantitatively assesses the probabilities of SEE propagation from the OCM to other blocks in the SoC.

文摘Single event effects (SEEs) in a 28-nm system-on-chip (SoC) were assessed using heavy ion irradiations, and susceptibilities in different processor configurations with data accessing patterns were investigated. The patterns included the sole processor (SP) and asymmetric multiprocessing (AMP) patterns with static and dynamic data accessing. Single event upset (SEU) cross sections in static accessing can be more than twice as high as those of the dynamic accessing, and processor configuration pattern is not a critical factor for the SEU cross sections. Cross section interval of upset events was evaluated and the soft error rates in aerospace environment were predicted for the SoC. The tests also indicated that ultra-high linear energy transfer (LET) particle can cause exception currents in the 28-nm SoC, and some even are lower than the normal case.
文摘This paper introduces a SF vector control system of a slip frequency controlled induction mo-tor with simple structure,fair performance and convenient operation.It is realized by two singlechip microprocessors and fed from SPWM-GTR inverter.The whole system is combined by twosubsystems,both of them are 8031 single chip microprocessors.The communication between themis coordinated by the full duplex serial port within the chip and ask-and-answer communicationmanner.The error-corrected means adopted has improved the operation reliability of the system.A series of experimental results on a 3 kW induction motor are given at the end of this paper.

文摘A single molecule detection technique was developed by the combination of a single channel poly (dimethylsiloxane)/glass micro-fluidic chip and fluorescence correlation spectroscopy (FCS). This method was successfully used to determine the proportion of two model components in the mixture containing fluorescein and the rhodamine-green succinimidyl ester.
