四合木(Tetraena mongolica Maxim.)是内蒙古东阿拉善-西鄂尔多斯地区的特有珍稀植物,为古地中海孑遗物种。自然环境恶化和人类活动干扰,使其生境发生了严重的破碎化,甚至消失。有限的分子标记限制了对该植物种质遗传多样性和生存现状... 四合木(Tetraena mongolica Maxim.)是内蒙古东阿拉善-西鄂尔多斯地区的特有珍稀植物,为古地中海孑遗物种。自然环境恶化和人类活动干扰,使其生境发生了严重的破碎化,甚至消失。有限的分子标记限制了对该植物种质遗传多样性和生存现状的认识。本研究通过转录组测序,构建了含有119603条Unigenes的四合木表达序列文库,系统识别了表达序列标签简单重复序列(EST-SSR,expressed sequence tag-simple sequence repeat),进行了SSR位点的特性分析和标记开发。结果显示,在21065条Unigenes中共检测出25721个SSR位点;SSRs在四合木转录组中的出现频率为21.51%,单、二和三核苷酸重复最丰富的类型为A/T、AG/CT和ATC/ATG;在选取的39个SSR中,32个具有多态性,在48个个体中共鉴定出140个条带,Ho和He的变化范围分别为0.167~0.792和0.252~0.789,均值分别为0.462和0.579,PIC值变化范围为0.218~0.746,均值为0.518。本研究所开发SSR标记可进一步应用于四合木遗传结构和适应进化机制的研究中,能推动该种质资源的保护、开发与利用。 展开更多

西鄂尔多斯地区四合木(TetraenamongolicaMaxim)氨基酸含量的测定与分析表明:四合木中含有动物必须的8种氨基酸,其含量为:成株13.65g·kg-1,幼苗15.46g·kg-1,分别占氨基酸总量的36.77%和32.645%.四合木成株与幼苗的根、茎、叶... 西鄂尔多斯地区四合木(TetraenamongolicaMaxim)氨基酸含量的测定与分析表明:四合木中含有动物必须的8种氨基酸,其含量为:成株13.65g·kg-1,幼苗15.46g·kg-1,分别占氨基酸总量的36.77%和32.645%.四合木成株与幼苗的根、茎、叶之间部分氨基酸含量有显著差异,除苏氨酸外,其它氨基酸含量特征为幼苗>成株;四合木11种氨基酸含量高于沙打旺、紫花苜蓿而小于沙生灌木、沙棘、花棒、柠条和多枝柽柳.与其它5种优良牧草(箭舌豌豆、苦卖菜、沙打旺、白三叶、紫花苜蓿)必须氨基酸含量相比较,部分氨基酸含量高于箭舌豌豆和白三叶.与荒漠濒危植物比较,其脯氨酸含量具有特殊性.四合木幼苗根与茎之间脯氨酸含量有显著差异,且根的脯氨酸含量为茎的2倍.由于脯氨酸含量与植物的抗旱能力呈正相关,因此,十分有利于四合木幼苗的成活. 展开更多

Large-scale epidemiological studies have found that hyperhomocysteinemia is a powerful, independent risk factor for Alzheimer's disease. Trillium tschonoskii maxim is a traditional Chinese medicine that is used to promote memory. However, scientific understanding of its mechanism of action is limited. This report studied the potential neuroprotective effects of Trillium tschonoskii maxim extract against homocysteine-induced cognitive deficits. Rats were intravenously injected with homocysteine(400 μg/kg) for 14 days to induce a model of Alzheimer's disease. These rats were then intragastrically treated with Trillium tschonoskii maxim extract(0.125 or 0.25 g/kg) for 7 consecutive days. Open field test and Morris water maze test were conducted to measure spontaneous activity and learning and memory abilities. Western blot assay was used to detect the levels of Tau protein and other factors involved in Tau phosphorylation in the hippocampus. Immunohistochemical staining was used to examine Tau protein in the hippocampus. Golgi staining was applied to measure hippocampal dendritic spines. Our results demonstrated that homocysteine produced learning and memory deficits and increased levels of Tau phosphorylation, and diminished the activity of catalytic protein phosphatase 2A. The total number of hippocampal dendritic spines was also decreased. Trillium tschonoskii maxim extract treatment reversed the homocysteine-induced changes. The above results suggest that Trillium tschonoskii maxim extract can lessen homocysteine-induced abnormal Tau phosphorylation and improve cognitive deterioration such as that present in Alzheimer's disease. 展开更多

Drude, Hall and Maximal Conductivities: A Unified Complex Model

By adopting a complex formulation of Ohm’s law, we arrive at combined equations connecting the conductivities of conductors. The horizontal resistivity is equal to the inverse of Drude’s conductivity δo( ), and the vertical resistivity (ρy) is equal to the Hall’s conductivity ( δH). At high magnetic field, the horizontal conductivity becomes exceedingly small, whereas the vertical conductivity equals to Hall’s conductivity. The Hall’s conductivity is shown to represent the maximal conductivity of conductors. Drude’s and Hall’s conductivities are related by δo =δHωC , where ωC is the cyclotron frequency, and is the relaxation time. The quantization of Hall’s conductivity is attributed to the fact that the magnetic flux enclosed by the conductor is carried by electrons each with h/e, where h is the Planck’s constant and e is the electron’s charge. The Drude’s conductance is found to be equal to Hall's conductance provided the magnetic flux enclosed by the conductor is a multiple of h/e. 展开更多

The problems of stability and stabilization for the discrete Takagi-Sugeno(T-S) fuzzy time-delay system are investigated.By constructing a discrete piecewise Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(PLKF) in each maximal overlapped-rules group(MORG),a new sufficient stability condition for the open-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed and proved.Then the systematic design of the fuzzy controller is investigated via the parallel distributed compensation control scheme,and a new stabilization condition for the closed-loop discrete T-S fuzzy time-delay system is proposed.The above two sufficient conditions only require finding common matrices in each MORG.Compared with the common Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(CLKF) approach and the fuzzy Lyapunov-Krasovskii function(FLKF) approach,these proposed sufficient conditions can not only overcome the defect of finding common matrices in the whole feasible region but also largely reduce the number of linear matrix inequalities to be solved.Finally,simulation examples show that the proposed PLKF approach is effective. 展开更多

为了进一步廓清迁地保护条件下孑遗植物四合木(Tetraena mongolica)的光合生理生态适应性,在分析了瞬时光合效率的基础上,应用LI-6400光合作用测定系统测定了迁地保护试验区的四合木以及原生境伴生种白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)的光合作... 为了进一步廓清迁地保护条件下孑遗植物四合木(Tetraena mongolica)的光合生理生态适应性,在分析了瞬时光合效率的基础上,应用LI-6400光合作用测定系统测定了迁地保护试验区的四合木以及原生境伴生种白刺(Nitraria tangutorum)的光合作用日变化,并测定了其生长量。结果表明:四合木实生苗的生长南北冠幅大小依次为乌海四合木核心区实生苗(26.48cm×27.26 cm)>鄂尔多斯实生苗(21.27 cm×21.75 cm)>阿拉善实生苗(19.25 cm×18.27 cm)。在原生境地乌海四合木核心区种植的实生苗与阿拉善实生苗之间的生长量存在显著差异(P≤0.01),与鄂尔多斯实生苗之间的生长量存在显著差异(P≤0.05)。迁地保护条件下四合木生实生苗植株叶片光合速率Pn日变化均呈"双峰"曲线。不同试验区四合木光合作用日变化(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)均表现出明显的分异。迁地保护四合木条件下原生境地栽培的四合木实生苗的光合速率>鄂尔多斯栽培的四合木实生苗的光合速率>阿拉善栽培的四合木实生苗。鉴此可以作进一步推论,孑遗濒危植物四合木从原生境地西鄂尔多斯核心区(乌海)东移进行迁地保护具有更高的生理生态适应性和生境适宜性。但完成"从种子到种子"进而实现"保存性和代表性",最终实现四合木迁地保护的"保持性和防止性",保持其遗传多样性和遗传稳定性,最终成功实现四合木的迁地保护仍有待作进一步探索和深入研究。 展开更多
