With their integration, the teaching method gets constantly updated, and the teaching resources are greatly enriched, which con-spicuously enhances the teaching effect, and is embraced by students. Teaching assessment is a key link in college English teach-ing. Establishing a scientific and perfect assessment system is also an important means to achieve teaching goals, and thus it is im-perative to establish a scientific and reasonable assessment system based on the SPOC platform for college English blended teach-ing. The present paper argues the assessment system from two aspects:establishing assessment criteria and setting up the content of assessment. It aims to establish a scientific and perfect assessment system to promote students'growth, and improve the quality of teaching as well as personnel training.展开更多
