The sensitivitytesting was performed by an agar dilution method.Results: All three isolates were identified as Ngonorrhoeae strains by positive oxidase test andbecause they only utilized glucose in the carbohydrateutilization test. All three strains were resistant tociprofloxacin and susceptible to ceftriaxoneSpectinomycin-resistant strains were found in onlytwo of the three patients, including one penicillinase-producing N. gonorrhoeae (PPNG). The third patienthad a spectinomycin sensitive strain, which was alsoPPNG and tetracycline resistant (TRNG). Based onthe medical history, spectinomycin treatment failurefor the third patient was due to inadequate injection.Conclusion: The causes of spectinomycin treatmentfailure of gonorrhea include spectinomycin resistanceand inadequate injection.展开更多

[Results]The test strip had a detection limit of 50 μg/kg to milk with a detection time of 15 min,and the false positive rate and false negative rate were both 0. Without derivatization, this method can simultaneously determine the main component and impurities in spectinomycin pharmaceutical raw material. Ease of preparation, being applied in DC detection mode and good catalytic stability confirmed the interests of this modified electrode as amperometric sensor for the determination of spectinomycin.展开更多

Three operating modes, i.e., constant mass rate addition of diluent, constant mass fraction of diluent and constant size-independent growth rate, were investigated over a wide range of controlled parameters. The intrinsic characteristics of the crystallization process and the influence of operation parameters were analyzed in detail. Suitable strategy for better performance was suggested.展开更多
