To better study the electromagnetic characteristics of silicon steel sheet for high-speed motor. In this article, a study on the calculation model of silicon sheet electromagnetic characteristics considers the effects of electromagnetic, stress, and temperature factors. The study is divided into two parts, one is to propose the calculation model of silicon steel sheet’s permeability;the other is to improve the calculation model of silicon steel sheet’s loss. Then, the magnetic field, stress field, and temperature field of a surface mount high speed permanent magnet motor(SMHSPMSM) are analyzed by finite element method(FEM), and the results under the consideration of magnetic, stress, and temperature factors are brought into the calculation model for calculation. Finally, the accuracy of the calculation model for electromagnetic characteristics of silicon steel sheet is verified by comparing the calculated results with the finite element results. 展开更多

In the process of ion-adsorption rare earth ore leaching,the migration characteristics of the wetting front in multi-hole injection holes and the influence of wetting front intersection effect on the migration distance of wetting fronts are still unclear.Besides,wetting front migration distance and leaching time are usually required to optimize the leaching process.In this study,wetting front migration tests of ionadsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole fluid injection(the spacing between injection holes was 10 cm,12 cm and 14 cm)and single-hole fluid injection were completed under the constant water head height.At the pre-intersection stage,the wetting front migration laws of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole fluid injection and single-hole fluid injection were identical.At the postintersection stage,the intersection accelerated the wetting front migration.By using the Darcy’s law,the intersection effect of wetting fronts during the multi-hole liquid injection was transformed into the water head height directly above the intersection.Finally,based on the Green-Ampt model,a wetting front migration model of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole unsaturated liquid injection was established.Error analysis results showed that the proposed model can accurately simulate the infiltration process under experimental conditions.The research results enrich the infiltration law and theory of ion-adsorption rare earth ores during the multi-hole liquid injection,and this study provides a scientific basis for optimizing the liquid injection well pattern parameters of ion-adsorption rare earth in situ leaching in the future. 展开更多

Moreover, the relationship models between undercooling and interlamellar spacing were presented by data regression. The experimental results show that the relationship between undercooling and reciprocal interlamellar spacing remains linear when the undercooling is not very large, or else, the interlamellar spacing tends to be constant and the relationship will deviate from linearity. 展开更多

For different texture of soils,the grain composition is different with significant changes.Since the emitter of subsurface drip irrigation(SDI)is buried in the soil,emitter discharge is influenced by soil properties.An experiment was conducted to investigate the relationship between the soil properties with emitter working pressure and emitter discharge of SDI.Selecting three different grain composition soils,and emitter working pressure,as well as soil clay content,soil bulk density and initial soil moisture content respectively as influence factors of emitter discharge of SDI,the experimental scheme was gained by uniform design.A calculation model for determination of the SDI emitter discharge was established by regression analysis with the first two kinds of soil test data,and its reliability was verified by the third kind of soil test data.The model is simple with high accuracy,easy to use,and lays the foundation to study hydraulic elements of SDI field network,especially taking the soil clay content as an influencing factor has widened the scope of application of the model.The achievement is of great significance for design and management of SDI. 展开更多

Compared with conventional gas reservoir,percolation mechanism of coalbed methane(CBM)is completely different,it is remarkably affected by adsorption/desorption performance,pressure variation and coalbed characteristics.Then it is difficult to calculate the controlled reserves of CBM wells.Moreover,the connection of edge-bottom water or interbedded water by fractures or faults may largely increase the water yield and drainage period,leading to obvious water invasion in some CBM wells.There are few literature about the predicted production for CBM wells with high water yield.Focusing on the unconventional CBM reservoir,methods of pseudo geological reserves and production index curves are adopted to establish the calculation model of water influx and controlled reserves.It further confirms that the calculation model is successfully applicated on the CBM wells at the middle part of Qinshui Basin in China. 展开更多

According to the ion and molecule coexistence theory, the activity model of Al2O3- BaO-B2O3 ternary slag system was established, and the influences of BaO/Al2O3 molar ratio, B2O3 mole fraction and temperature on the activity of the slag system were investigated. Finally, the equal activity curves were drawn with the model results. The results show that with the increase of BaO/Al2O3 ratio, the activity of Al2O3 is significantly reduced, the activi- ty of BaO3-Al2O3 is increased obviously, and the activity of 2Al2O3· B2O3 is also decreased. With the increase of B2O3 mole fraction, the activity of BaO · Al2O3 decreased significantly, while the activities of BaO·B2O3 and 2Al2O3·B2O3 increased. In addition, the influence of temperature on the activities of different components is com paratively smaller than the influence of BaO/Al2O3 ratio and B2O3 mole fraction. 展开更多

In current research,many researchers propose analytical expressions for calculating the packing structure of spherical particles such as DN Model,Compact Model and NLS criterion et al.However,there is still a question that has not been well explained yet.That is:What is the core factors affecting the thermal conductivity of particles?In this paper,based on the coupled discrete element-finite difference(DE-FD)method and spherical aluminum powder,the relationship between the parameters and the thermal conductivity of the powder(ETC_(p))is studied.It is found that the key factor that can described the change trend of ETC_(p) more accurately is not the materials of the powder but the average contact area between particles(a_(ave))which also have a close nonlinear relationship with the average particle size d_(50).Based on this results,the expression for calculating the ETC_(p) of the sphere metal powder is successfully reduced to only one main parameter d_(50)and an efficient calculation model is proposed which can applicate both in room and high temperature and the corresponding error is less than 20.9%in room temperature.Therefore,in this study,based on the core factors analyzation,a fast calculation model of ETC_(p) is proposed,which has a certain guiding significance in the field of thermal field simulation. 展开更多

The process and path of retrometamorphism of coesite have great significance to our understanding of the P-T tracks of the exhumation of ultrahigh-pressure metamorphic rocks. Most of the coesites in the eclogite from Shima, Anhui Province, the Dabie Mountains, China, are found degraded to quartz partly or wholly, with ruptures occurring in the shells, outside which include the coesite and quartz. According to the microscopic observation, the sample of coesite inclusion is composed of garnet, quartz and coesite, based on which we have built a three-shelled composite sphere model to compute the transition of coesite. Based on the crystal growth formulas and pressure conditions of the ruptures in the garnet, we have calculated the radius of the quartz sphere, which depends on temperature, and eventually drawn the different retrometamorphic paths for different retrometamorphism rates. 展开更多

The hybrid models were composed of the extraction equilibrium calculation model and the Radial Basis Function (RBF) Neural Network (NN) error compensation model; the parameters of compensation model were optimized by the hierarchical genetic algorithms (HGA). In addition, application experiment research of this proposed method was carried out in the rare earth separation production process of a corporation. The result shows that this method is effective and can realize online measurement for the component content of rare earth in the countercurrent extraction. 展开更多

A calculation method for predicting the formation of alkali-silica gel and analyzing the relationship of ASR induced expansion and aggregate size was proposed. The complicated chemistry of alkali silica reaction was simplified to be controlled by the diffusion process of chemical ions into reactive aggregates. The transport of chemical ions was described by the Fick's law. The ASR induced expansion was assumed to be directly related to the volume of produced alkali-silica gel. The finally expansion of a representative volume element (RVE) of concrete was then calculated according to the ratio of volume of alkali-silica gel and RVE. The input parameters of the model contains radius of reactive aggregate, volume fraction of reactive aggregate, initial concentration of chemical ions and porosity of cement paste. The applicability of the model was validated by an experiment of ASR-affected concrete specimens containing glass aggregate. It is shown that the amount of alkali-silica gel and ASR induced expansion can be well predicted. The expansion increasing with the decreasing aggregate size can be reproduced by the proposed model. 展开更多

The unfrozen water content of rock during freezing and thawing has an important influence on its physical and mechanical properties.This study presented a model for calculating the unfrozen water content of rock during freezing and thawing process,considering the influence of unfrozen water film and rock pore structure,which can reflect the hysteresis and super-cooling effects.The pore size distribution cu rves of red sandsto ne and its unfrozen water conte nt under different temperatures during the freezing and thawing process were measured using nuclear magnetic resonance(NMR) to validate the proposed model.Comparison between the experimental and calculated results indicated that the theoretical model accu rately reflected the water content change law of red sandstone during the freezing and thawing process.Furthermore,the influences of Hamaker constant and surface relaxation parameter on the model results were examined.The results showed that the appropriate magnitude order of Hamaker constant for the red sandstone was 10J to 10J;and when the relaxation parameter of the rock surface was within 25-30 μm/ms,the calculated unfrozen water content using the proposed model was consistent with the experimental value. 展开更多

In such demand,this paper investigates PV faade in terms of PV electricity generation in different arrangements and weather conditions of four major cities in China. The calculation models for PV faade are developed and validated by comparing the results with the measured data from the field experiments. A parametric study is carried out to provide a reference for the optimal design of the PV faades. The results show that with various cities,building orientations,building forms,materials and arrangements of PV modules,there is a distinct difference in the electrical output energy of PV faades. Weather conditions play a very important role in terms of PV generation performance of PV faades. 展开更多

The selection or establishment of structural calculating model is a matter of primary importance in structural analysis. By analysing the irrationality of the calculating models used by some research organizations at home and abroad in structural analyses for truss jack-up rig legs, this paper introduces a new calculation model which is more reasonable. This model can simulate better the load situation of a rig reflecting more precisely the effects of the leg loads caused by the spring support of gearboxes of the jacking system and the secondary bending moment raised by hull displacement under extreme conditions. The rig conversion was completed in 1989.
