The design and selection of indicators of agricultural comprehensive development project performance evaluation system

Integrated Agricultural Development Project is an important part of China＇ s fiscal expenditure. Make a reasonable assessment to Integrated projects for agricultural development, not only can to protect the quality of the project has been implemented, but also has important practical significance for enhancing China＇ s comprehensive agricultural production capacity. In this paper, combined with the present situation of China＇ s comprehensive agricultural development project performance evaluation, proposed the design process of comprehensive agricultural development project performance evaluation system, and analysis of the performance evaluation method selected.

A Study on the performance evaluation of the agricultural comprehensive development project

Agricultural comprehensive development project is an important component of our country＇s financial expenditure. Making a reasonable evaluation of comprehensive agricultural development projects is not only to guarantee high quality of project implementation, but also of practical significance to the enhancement of our country＇ s comprehensive agricultural production capacity. Being based on the present situation and characteristics of the project, this paper has raised the general thinking about the overall performance evaluation for the project and analyzed the dimension factors in the evaluation system.

Research on the agricultural comprehensive development project performance evaluation problems and countermeasures

Research and Design of Consistent Project Cases for the Software Engineering Course Group

In order to enhance the abilities of practical innovation and solving complex engineering problems of students in the engineering context,we design a course cluster teaching model based on a unified enterprise-level project case.The program divides the knowledge points required by the project into the corresponding courses,and divides their realization into the practical teaching cases,so as to realize the design of teaching practice cases embodied in the unified project framework.This model allows students to practice projects based on the unified project background while learning knowledge from different courses.It not only allows students to learn abstract,fragmented,and difficult-to-understand knowledge systems thoroughly,but also integrates the knowledge into the practice of the enterprise-level project development,helping students experience the value of knowledge in complex engineering projects and thus improving their ability to solve complex engineering problems while learning theoretical knowledge.

Poverty alleviation through e-commerce:Village involvement and demonstration policies in rural China

The diffusion of e-commerce has played a significant role in recent rural economic development in China.E-commerce is also considered as an efficient channel to alleviate poverty in rural China.Voluminous studies have investigated the contribution of e-commerce to agricultural development,yet it is lacking empirical evidence as to the effects of e-commerce on rural poverty alleviation.Since the year of 2014,in order to develop rural e-commerce,Chinese government launched the National Rural E-commerce Comprehensive Demonstration Project.This gradual involvement policy offered a natural experiment for evaluation of e-commerce.Based on village-level survey data from rural China and Heckit method,our study finds that rural e-commerce has a significantly positive effect on rural income.Moreover,the effect is inverted U-shaped for the relative-poverty villages.The estimation of the propensity scores matching model confirms that the results are robust.The following policy recommendations are proposed:(1)policy support to rural e-commerce should prioritize the povertystricken villages.By doing so,the marginal income effects of e-commerce will be maximized.(2)Investment in internet infrastructure and establishment of human resources for e-commerce in rural areas will have spillover effects,increasing rural income through the"digital dividend".

Review of Restoration Technology and Multi-environmental Factors Analysis of West Lake Ecosystem in Hangzhou City

The urban lake ecosystem has the characteristics of long-term,complex and comprehensive in its ecological restoration process because it is related to social and economic activities at multiple levels.Located in Hangzhou City,China,the West Lake is a national-level scenic spot and a world heritage cultural landscape.It provides key ecosystem services for the city and has a significant impact on the urban ecological environment and the well-being of citizens.The West Lake has undergone an 1800-year governance process in history,realizing the harmonious coexistence with Hangzhou City.Since modern times,due to the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization,the water quality of the West Lake and its freshwater ecosystem have been greatly damaged.Since 2002,Hangzhou City has achieved the overall restoration of the West Lake ecosystem through a series of measures,such as water diversion projects,dredging projects,and the West Lake comprehensive protection project,and the water environment and lakeshore landscape have been greatly improved.This study analyzed the restoration technology of the West Lake ecosystem from two scales of the watershed and the site and discussed the water ecological governance system of the West Lake in the past 20 years.Through thedata analyses of the West Lake land use,vegetation,TP,TN,NH_(3)-N,COD_(Mn) and other multi-environmental factors,the results showed that the water quality,transparency and eutrophication of the West Lake had been greatly improved.At the same time,the application of large-scale restoration methods and technologies also required long-term observation,and attention should be paid to the proliferation of alien species and the loss of heritage value,so as to further avoid potential ecological risks caused by ecological restoration.

Effect of Land Use and Land Cover Change on the Changes in Net Primary Productivity in Karst Areas of Southwest China:A Case Study of Huanjiang Maonan Autonomous County

Karst areas in southwest China have experienced significant land cover and land use change(LUCC)due to utilization for human activity and a comprehensive rocky desertification control project(RDCP)since 2008.It is important to quantify the effect of LUCC on ecosystem productivity in this region for assessing the overall benefit of this ecological restoration project.In this study,we used using MODIS land cover and NPP products to investigate the relative contribution of LUCC to the change in net primary productivity(NPP)during 2008–2013 in Huanjiang County,one of first one hundred pilot counties to implement RDCP.Our results show that NPP increased in 95.53%of the county,and the average growth of NPP in non-rocky desertification area was higher than in rocky desertification or potential rocky desertification areas.LUCC has an important contribution(25.23%)to the NPP increase in the county,especially in the LUCC area(70.97%),which increased the average NPP by 3.9%and 10.5%,respectively.Across the six RDCP regions in the county,the average increase in NPP for the vegetation restoration measure of governed karst area is significantly greater than in the ungoverned karst area,and the positive change in NPP increased with the increasing implementation area of the vegetation restoration measure.
