Innovative Perspectives to Apply Blockchain Model for the Saints Cyril and Methodius and Saint Sophronius of Vratsa Historical Sights in the Context of European Cultural Routes

The focus of the study is the implementation of blockchain as an emerging technology that can radically improveoperations when it comes to cultural heritage and in particular in the context of the European cultural routes, andcan create new opportunities for innovation. The development of blockchain technologies in the last few yearsinvolves examples of networks of various organizations that collaborate to create value and improvecompetitiveness. This type of network could provide together with local stakeholders and small- and medium- sizeenterprises (SMEs) on local markets additional assets as to the goods and services between the participants.

The Protection and Suggestion of the East Asian Maritime Cultural Routes Heritage

It is of great practical significance to study and protect the East Asian Maritime Cultural Routes Heritage. This is conducive to a profound understanding of the spirit of the East Asian region, especially traditional Chinese marine culture, and the maintenance of peace and order in East Asia and the world as a whole. But at present, some problems increase the difficulty for the protection of East Asian Maritime Cultural Routes Heritage, for example, improper development and utilization in the process of urbanization, imperfection of the management mechanism, multiplicity of the ownership of the estate. Propose to carry out a survey of the East Asian Maritime Cultural Routes Heritage as soon as possible, build regional integration cooperation mechanism, improve the marine cultural heritage protection technology, perfect the relevant laws and regulations.

Research on Optimizing the Construction of the Long March National Cultural Park from the Perspective of Cultural Route Heritage Protection

The idea of cultural route heritage protection expands the protection theory for world cultural heritage.The Long March route carries the prominent characteristic of cultural route heritage.By actively building the Long March National Cultural Park,China has strengthened the overall protection and integrated utilization of the Long March cultural heritage,upgraded the hardware facilities for exhibition,and investigated ways to protect cultural route heritage with Chinese characteristics.During the construction of the Park,it is necessary to draw on the concept and norms of the cultural route heritage protection,optimize the construction approach,and make the construction of the Park more in line with the linear cultural characteristics of Long March heritage.Specifically,it is proposed to improve the Long March cultural route heritage protection system oriented towards“authenticity”protection,to deeply tap and interpret the prominent universal worth of the Long March route,augmenting the international dissemination of the Long March culture in an innovative way,and realizing a more scientific and effective protection and utilization of Long March cultural resources.

Research on the Historical Evolution and Spatial Composition of Fukouxing Cultural Route

The Eight Taihang Xing routes are eight natural passages formed by the Taihang Mountains,which bore the functions of transportation and military gateways for the three provinces of Shanxi,Hebei and Henan in ancient times.Fukouxing is one of the Eight Taihang Xing routes.It is the main road connecting the Shangdang Basin and southern Hebei.It has an important influence on the history and culture of southeastern Shanxi and southern Hebei,forming a unique cultural route.In this study,the historical evolution of Fukouxing is analyzed firstly,and then the spatial distribution of the ancient road is explored,hoping to provide an important basis for the protection of cultural heritage along the Fukouxing route.

Study on the Protection of Settlements and Tangible Cultural Heritage along the Fukouxing from the Perspective of Cultural Route

The eight Taihang Xing routes are natural passages among Taihang Mountains.As one of the passage,Fukouxing is an important channel for communication between Changzhi City,Shanxi Province and Handan City,Hebei Province,which deeply influences the development of the history of the two places.As a typical linear cultural heritage,Fukouxing has the basic elements of cultural route,and there are rich tangible cultural heritage along the passage.From the perspective of cultural route,the study identifies and investigates the heritage resources of settlements and tangible heritage along the Fukouxing route,and then puts forward effective heritage protection strategies in accordance with the heritage characteristics of Fukouxing,based on the analysis of heritage value.

Cultural Heritage System and Coordinated Protection of Ancient Sichuan Salt Road

Ancient Sichuan Salt Road(the ancient road for the transportation of Sichuan salt) is a cultural route characterized by salt transportation culture in southwest and central-west China, along which a large number of diversifi ed and systematic cultural heritages have been left, including both tangible and intangible salt transportation cultural heritages such as ancient salt transportation road, salt shop, post house, stele inscription, ancient town, ancient bridge, guild hal, and boatmen's work songs. With the rapid economic and social development, the accelerating modernization and urbanization, and also drastic changes of traffi c environment have contributed to the endangered situation of ancient Sichuan salt road cultural heritage. In face of such problems as lack of coordinated protection mechanism, destructive development, backward protection of cultural relics, and inheritance risks of intangible heritage, cultural heritages along the ancient Sichuan salt road should be protected by establishing a protection mechanism, organizing the coordinated actions of local areas along the road, investigating and rescuing cultural heritage in time, and enhancing the cooperative research. In view of the complicate and long-term nature of protecting linear cultural heritage, successful experience of domestic and foreign cultural route heritage management can be learned, salt transportation cultural heritage protection, tourism planning and development of ancient Sichuan salt road should be considered, protection of the ancient salt road should be combined with economic, social and cultural development of regions along the road, so as to explore an effective mode for the protection, development and management of large-scale linear cultural heritages consisting of both land and water routes.

Cultural Route of Ancient Villages and Towns in Zhuozhang River Valley

Shanxi Zhuozhang River Basin has a long history of human habitation,which is one of important cradles of Central-Plains civilization.It has a distinctive valley landscape and holds the glorious Shangdang culture through the Fukou pathway of the ancient 8 valley pathways in Taihang,one of the main activities of Shanxi Lu Trader,and the old revolutionary base areas of Chinese Communist Party.Within the study area,the common factors infl uencing the ancient villages and towns space characteristics were systematically revealed from fi ve aspects of valley landscape environment,Lu Trader development lines,Buddhism propagation path,regional folklore and military activity site.By exploring the uniqueness and similarity,this study analyzed the spatial pattern of ancient villages and towns in the Zhuozhang River Basin and the infl uence of natural,social and historical factors.The feasibility of constructing cultural route in the Zhuozhang River Basin was demonstrated.

Evaluation System for Yunnan Cultural Tourism Routes Based on a Five Component Model: Case Study of the Ancient Tea-horse Road in the South of Yunnan

Cultural tourism routes can reveal and protect cultural tourism heritage by means of cultural tourism in the'time category'and the'space category'.The construction of an evaluation system for cultural tourism routes and the evaluation,scoring and grading of existing and potential cultural tourism routes are the key to the protection of heritage,history and culture along these routes,and the key to encouraging the standardization,branding and sustainable development of various formats on the routes.Yunnan cultural tourism routes are diverse and rich in resources,and their developmental foundation is good.However,the tourism development and cultural development activities occur along separate lines and there is a lack of unified management.Therefore,it is necessary to conduct research on information collection,information analysis,problem diagnosis and improvement of status in the local practices of Yunnan cultural tourism routes,and to guide the sustainable development of Yunnan cultural tourism routes.Based on the advanced experience of COE(Council of Europe),UNESCO WHC(United Nations Educational,Scientific and Cultural Organization,World Heritage Committee)and ICOMOS(International Council on Monuments and Sites),this paper comprehensively analyzes the decisive criteria for line evaluation by interpreting and summarizing the connotations of cultural tourism routes,and determines that the evaluation of cultural tourism routes should include lines.Five aspects―the theme,the participating subject,the object itself,related activities and multi-party value―are used to construct a five-component model.At the same time,based on the consumer utility function,a complete route evaluation and hierarchical system is constructed.Then,taking the Ancient Tea-horse Road cultural tourism route as an example and using the expert scoring method and the analytic hierarchy process,the actual scores and grades of the Ancient Tea-horse Road cultural tourism route are determined,and countermeasures and suggestions for its sustainable development are proposed.The paper also verifies the applicability and practicability of the evaluation system,and promotes and improves the feedback evaluation system.The aim is to at promote and widely apply the evaluation system of cultural tourism routes,realizing the transformation from individual cases to joint cases,and promoting the standardization and sustainable development of cultural tourism routes.

Stakeholder Contradictions and Win-win Strategies for Tourism along the Ancient Tea Horse Road in the South of Yunnan based on Game Analysis

With the emergence of the concept of cultural routes, researchers have increasingly turned their attention to the sustainable development of tourism along cultural routes. The needs for community participation and the ongoing provision of benefits of stakeholders are characteristics of cultural routes. Therefore, the importance of cooperative relations and systematic development among stakeholders in tourism activities along cultural routes has become a subject of interest. This paper selects local government, tourism enterprises and local community residents, all of which play a key role in the Ancient Tea Horse Road cultural route in the south of Yunnan, as the main stakeholders. We use game theory to construct a model to trace interactions between local government and tourism enterprises, between tourism enterprises and community residents, and between local government and community residents. The paper then analyzes the different interests of the three parties and key factors that influence them in the game process. This provided a certain scientific basis for the win-win decisions regarding tourism development made by the three parties. Our results show that the final decision choices of the three parties depend on the initial payoff matrix of the game, and the influence of key parameters. When making decisions about tourism, the government should respect the wishes of local residents, strengthen protections of local traditions, manage the unreasonable behavior of tourism enterprises as they develop tourism, and develop appropriate penalties for violations of regulations. When tourism enterprises carry out tourism development, they should let community residents take the initiative and fully participate in tourism activities, and be sure that income from tourism is fed back to local residents, to ensure that tourism is mutually beneficial. The study shows that conflicts among the three parties originated mainly from differences in interests, but that the three parties also shared common interests. With a goal of coordinating interests, we can establish relevant mechanisms, follow the principle of interest realization, attach importance to supervision and management, strengthen community participation and decision-making, and realize win-win results for the three parties.
