Effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge regarding therapeutic nurse- patient communication among the staff nurses

Introduction:The therapeutic nurse patient relationship is viewed as central or foundational to the practice of nursing.Such relationship not only improve patients’physical and emotional state but also facilitate their adjustments to their illness,ease pain and can ultimately lead to a good health experience.Methodology:The pre experimental one group pre test post test study was undertaken to assess the effectiveness of structured teaching programme on knowledge regarding therapeutic nurse-patient communication among the staff nurses working in SGT Hospital,Haryana.Total 30 study participants were selected by convenient sampling technique and Data were collected by using a structured knowledge questionnaire.Result:The findings of the study revealed that half of the participants 50%had average and poor knowledge regarding therapeutic nurse patient communication in the pre test.Similarly,the post test scores depicted that majority(63%)had average knowledge and 37%had good knowledge regarding therapeutic nurse patient communication.Most of the demographic variable was not significantly associated with level of pre knowledge of staff nurses regarding therapeutic nurse patient communication.Only staff nurses years of experience P=0.021 were found to statistically significant at 0.05 level of significance.There was significant difference between the knowledge of staff nurses before and after the implementation of structured teaching programme(t=11.844,P=0.0001).Conclusion:It was concluded that structured teaching programme was effective strategy which can help to increase their knowledge regarding therapeutic nurse patient communication.

Research on Dynamic Mathematical Resource Screening Methods Based on Machine Learning

The current digital educational resources are of many kinds and large quantities, to solve the problems existing in the existing dynamic resource selection methods, a dynamic resource selection method based on machine learning is proposed. Firstly, according to the knowledge structure and concepts of mathematical resources, combined with the basic components of dynamic mathematical resources, the knowledge structure graph of mathematical resources is constructed;according to the characteristics of mathematical resources, the interaction between users and resources is simulated, and the graph of the main body of the resources is identified, and the candidate collection of mathematical knowledge is selected;finally, according to the degree of matching between mathematical literature and the candidate collection, machine learning is utilized, and the mathematical resources are screened.

A Systems-Science-Based Knowledge Explanation Method

Systems Science principles are the universal fundamental philosophical principles for analyzing, understanding, reforming and perfecting the objective world. This paper presents a Systems-Science-Based Knowledge Model (SSBKM) to establish a more general knowledge structure model. It can be regarded as a development of frame representation for discovering and constructing slot structures as well as the frame structures. With this model the paper also presents a System-Sciences-Based Object-Oriented Analysis method (SSBOOA), which is a strategy to find and determine object classes and class structures, the relations between object instances of different classes, not to just explain classes. Finally, the paper illustrates knowledge analysis and computerizing (synthesizing) steps in an example of SSBKM of cognitive psychology-based CAI Network for Teaching Middle School Mathematics.

Bibliometric mapping of solid lipid nanoparticles research(2012–2022)using VOSviewer

Nanotechnology is a rapidly expanding discipline,and solid lipid nanoparticles(SLN)are at the forefront of this development.They offer various possible clinical and pharmaceutical research applications and numerous other fields.A quantitative review technique called bibliometric analysis uses statistics,data mining,and mathematics to find emerging trends in a particular academic topic.It is currently more widely utilized and is employed in many academic subjects.As a result,the current study looked through Scopus-indexed research documents on SLNs from 2012 to 2022 to assess the growth and expansion of this body of knowledge and predict its course in the future.The VOSviewer package and Scopus Analytics were used to conduct the bibliometric analysis.VOSviewer offers two distinct viewing modes:network and overlay visualization.A total of 3768 journal articles(n=3709)and conference papers(n=59)were extracted.The number of research documents published by 12,367 authors was steadily increasing annually.Gene therapy,development and detection methods,bioavailability,and controlled release have been important research subjects.Souto,E.B.,of the University of Porto in Portugal,is considered the most prolific and frequently cited scholar.Punjab University(India)is the top-publishing institution.India is the leading country in the number of publications and research collaborations.The International Journal of Pharmaceutics is the top source.The current results keep pace with global scientific efforts in nanotechnology and successfully integrate them into the pharmaceutical industry.

Verification of Authentication Protocols for Epistemic Goals via SAT Compilation

This paper introduces a new methodology for epistemic logic, to analyze communication protocols that uses knowledge structures, a specific form of Kripke semantics over hostile networks. The paper particularly focuses on automatic verification of authentication protocols. Our approach is based on the actual definitions of a protocol, not on some difficultto-establish justifications. The proposed methodology is different from many previous approaches to automatic verification of security protocols in that it is justification-oriented instead of falsification-oriented, i.e., finding bugs in a protocol. The main idea is based on observations： separating a principal executing a run of protocol from the role in the protocol, and inferring a principal＇s knowledge from the local observations of the principal. And we show analytically and empirically that this model can be easily reduced to Satisfiability （SAT） problem and efficiently implemented by a modern SAT solver.

Research on the evolutionary characteristics of interdisciplinary degree and intersections of library and information science:Based on the keywords coupling analysis of the National Social Science Fund Projects

From the perspective of the National Social Science Fund projects,this paper explored a new way to research on the interdisciplinarity,so as to improve the understanding of interdisciplinarity and its evolutionary characteristics in the domain of Library and Information Science(LIS).Based on the keywords extracted from the titles of the National Social Science Fund projects approved in the past ten years,this paper calculated the interdisciplinary degree and detected the intersections between LIS and other 22 disciplines by means of keywords coupling analysis,to reveal the evolutionary characteristics in the past ten years and investigate the evolution forms and mechanism.LIS has a strong interdisciplinary degree which is showing an increasing trend.The interdisciplinary and openness of LIS are the fundamental driving force of interdisciplinarity.Its interdisciplinarity is mainly manifested in the adherence to the discipline core and the expansion of the discipline edge.In the process of interdisciplinarity,LIS also has the problem of insufficient influence and penetration.

A step forward towards a comprehensive framework for assessing liquefaction land damage vulnerability:Exploration from historical data

The unprecedented liquefaction-related land damage during earthquakes has highlighted the need to develop a model that better interprets the liquefaction land damage vulnerability(LLDV)when determining whether liquefaction is likely to cause damage at the ground's surface.This paper presents the development of a novel comprehensive framework based on select case history records of cone penetration tests using a Bayesian belief network(BBN)methodology to assess seismic soil liquefaction and liquefaction land damage potentials in one model.The BBN-based LLDV model is developed by integrating multi-related factors of seismic soil liquefaction and its induced hazards using a machine learming(ML)algorithm-K2 and domain knowledge(DK)data fusion methodology.Compared with the C4.5 decision tree-J48 model,naive Bayesian(NB)classifier,and BBN-K2 ML prediction methods in terms of overall accuracy and the Cohen's kappa coefficient,the proposed BBN K2 and DK model has a better performance and provides a substitutive novel LLDV framework for characterizing the vulnerability of land to liquefaction-induced damage.The proposed model not only predicts quantitatively the seismic soil liquefaction potential and its ground damage potential probability but can also identify the main reasons and fault-finding state combinations,and the results are likely to assist in decisions on seismic risk mitigation measures for sustainable development.The proposed model is simple to perform in practice and provides a step toward a more sophisticated liquefaction risk assessment modeling.This study also interprets the BBN model sensitivity analysis and most probable explanation of seismic soil liquefed sites based on an engineering point of view.

Introduction:Comparative Literature beyond Eurocentrism

This introductory essay discusses the Eurocentrism of Comparative Literature and argues that as an effect of the structures of the modern humanities,thestudy of non-European literatures has been mostly consigned to area studies and not literary studies departments at universities Therefore,despite the efforts to overcome this condition of the field,including the rise of World Literature since the turn of the 21st century,scholarship has reproduced the status quo to the extent that World Literature also remainsa largely Eurocentricproject.We argue that revisionist efforts have so far operated within the European theoretical space and referred toa limited number of languages.The essays collected in the present issue address this problem and propose diverse solutions for overcoming the Eurocentrism of the discipline.
