Assembly Unit Resource Balancing Strategy based on Discrete Production Mode

Aiming at the characteristics of obvious block division and strong discreteness in the assembly production mode of electronic products,this paper proposes a composite U-shaped flexible assembly line model,and establishes a multi-objective optimization mathematical model on this basis.According to the characteristics of the model,the improved ranked positional weight(RPW)method is used to adjust the generation process of the initial solution of the genetic algorithm,so that the genetic algorithm can be applied to the block task model.At the same time,the adaptive cross mutation factor is used on the premise that tasks between different blocks are not crossed during cross mutation,which effectively improves the probability of excellent individuals retaining.After that,the algorithm is used to iterate to obtain the optimal solution task assignment.Finally,the algorithm results are compared with actual production data,which verifies the validity and feasibility of the assembly line model for discrete production mode proposed in this paper.

The Logical Premise and Methodological Basis of Marx’s Machine Production Theory

Marx’s production paradigm constitutes the logical premise of his construction of machine production theory.Therefore,the machine production theory elaborated by Marx has a unique research method and theoretical perspective,which is fundamentally different from other non-Marxist technical theories,which is also the basic starting point for understanding and explaining Marx’s machine production theory.By defining the logical premise of Marx’s machine production theory as production paradigm,we can not only reinterpret this theory based on the original context,but also examine the latest interaction between contemporary capitalism and technological reality on the basis of this interpretation.Only from the production paradigm can we truly grasp the complete connotation of“machine production”in Marx’s mature criticism of political economy.

Multi-machine collaboration realization conditions and precise and efficient production mode of intelligent agricultural machinery

Multi-machine collaboration of agricultural machinery is one of the international frontier and hot research in the field of agricultural equipment.However,the current domestic multi-machine collaborative operation of agricultural machinery is limited to the research of task goal planning and collaborative path optimization in a single production link.In order to achieve the purpose of zero inventory of agricultural materials and precise and efficient production operations,a new technology of agricultural machinery multi-machine collaboration with multi-dimension and full chain was proposed,which takes into account the whole process of agricultural production,as well as agricultural machinery system and external supply chain,storage and transportation chain collaboration.The problems of data collaboration,process collaboration and organization collaboration were analyzed.And the realization conditions of new multi-machine cooperative technology were analyzed.Meanwhile,the zero inventory mode and precise operation mode of agricultural materials under the background of multi-machine cooperation of intelligent agricultural machinery were studied.Then,a precise and efficient agricultural production mode based on data-process-organization collaboration was constructed.The results showed that the multi-machine cooperative technology mode of multi-dimensional and full-chain agricultural machinery could greatly improve the efficiency of agricultural machinery,operation quality,land utilization rate and reduce production cost.

China＇s Agricultural Modernization and Economies of Scale： Barriers and Solutions

This paper identifies three stages in China's agricultural development with reference to macroeconomic development and international experience.While the first two stages focused on ensuring food security and raising farmer's income,the current stage must give priority to modernizing agricultural production.The lack of progress in this area is due to the following reasons:diminishing return to capital as a result of small and scattered farming operation which has compromised agricultural competitiveness;agriculture is overdependent on subsidy and protection under the conventional wisdom of the uniqueness of agriculture.This paper attempts to reveal the barriers to China s agricultural modernization and proposes recommendations on reforming the land and household registration systems to increase the economies of scale and productivity.

A Reasonable Approach for the Development of Shale Gas Wells with Consideration of the Stress Sensitivity

High-pressure deep shale gas reservoirs are usually highly stress-sensitive.When the reasonable production mode of shale gas well is built,the impact of strong stress sensitivity should be fully considered.First,this study calculated the relationship between permeability and formation pressure under different elastic modulus based on the shale lithology of Long Ma Xi formation in Sichuan Basin by testing and analysing the mechanical parameters of the rock.According to numerical simulation result,when the elastic modulus exceeds 14.0 GPa,the stress sensitivity of the matrix will slight affect the cumulative gas production of shale gas.Second,the changing relation between fracture conductivity and permeability with fracture pressure and the time of pressure acts were experimentally studied.The numerical simulation result suggested that the 30-year cumulative gas production considering the stress sensitivity was reduced by 13.5%compared with the 30-year cumulative gas production without considering the stress sensitivity.Finally,the production of different production modes under different stress sensitive characteristics was predicted using numerical simulation method.When the matrix and fractures are fixed with a same stress-sensitive curve,the initial production allocation will not significantly impact the cumulative gas production.When the fractured fractures are subjected to a varying stress sensitive curve,the lower production allocation will result in higher post-production and cumulative gas production.

The Optimal Order and Production Strategies of Supply Chain with a Stochastic Demand under Carbon Cap-and-Trade Mechanism

In the context of the global low-carbon economy,the carbon cap-and-trade mechanism(CCATM)plays an important impact on the production and trade of enterprises and is widely implemented by most governments to reduce carbon emissions.In this paper,we investigate a two-stage supply chain game model with a stochastic demand under the CCATM,in which the manufacturer has two production modes and the retailer has two order opportunities,and both of them make green effort.The results show that the optimal decision is irrelevant to carbon cap while is relevant to carbon emissions per unit product.The profits of both the manufacturer and the retailer increase under the CCATM.Furthermore,we explore the optimal decisions under the buyback contract and the payment contract provided by the manufacturer to the retailer.We find that the transfer payment can't improve the profit while the buyback contract can do.We further extend our model by investigating the scenario with the risk-averse channel members,and find that the first optimal order quantity of the retailer would reduce due to risk aversion,while the manufacturer would invest more green effort and the manufacturer would be more likely to cooperate with alowerrisk-averse retailer.

Research on Ecological Civilization Evaluation Index System

Ecological civilization, which refers to the harmonious development of man and the nature, has the connotation of the ecological material civilization, ecological consciousness civilization, ecological institutional civilization and ecological behavior civilization. The research on ecological civilization evaluation index system is important in that it can provide the guidance for the construction of ecological civilization, and besides it can improve public recognition of the importance of ecological civilization to the level that they will personally contribute to the development of ecological civilization. The paper attempts to set up an evaluation index system for ecological civilization construction based on consulting to relevant documents, in a bid to provide some policy references for relevant departments.
