In accordance with the timely weather report and routine meteorological resources of the meteorological observatory of Liaoning Province from 1979 to 2009,durative fog occurred in Liaoning and their characteristics we...In accordance with the timely weather report and routine meteorological resources of the meteorological observatory of Liaoning Province from 1979 to 2009,durative fog occurred in Liaoning and their characteristics were counted and analyzed in this paper.The report showed that the continuous hazy days occurred three times in 30 years and they had large chances to take place in winter.After the heavy precipitation in the North China and Northeast China,temperature in every place turned up again.If under such circumstances,expansion and temperature inversion happened in the 925 hPa and the wind speed was slower than 4 to 8 m/s in the 1 000 hPa,continuous hazy days happened.展开更多

The interatomic forces between the work...By means of Tersoff and Morse potentials, a three-dimensional molecular dynamics simulation is performed to study atomic force microscopy cutting on silicon monocrystal surface. The interatomic forces between the workpiece and the pin tool and the atoms of workpiece themselves are calculated. A screw dislocation is introduced into workpiece Si. It is found that motion of dislocations does not occur during the atomic force microscopy cutting processing. Simulation results show that the shear stress acting on dislocation is far below the yield strength of Si.展开更多

The dropdown is analysed with a simple theoretical one-dimensional heat diffusion model and verified by fluorescence time constants change as a function of fluence. The dropdown is explained as a result of liquid-solid mixture layer at the liquid and solid boundary. The effect of the layer becomes important at low fluences.展开更多
