The development of electric and hybrid automobiles has gained momentum with the growth of interest in the field of miniaturization of electrode materials. In particular, technologies that improve the electrical property of stainless steel, while maintaining corrosion resistance, are gaining interest in terms of maintaining specific resistivity. The study on metal doping in diamond-like carbon coating is currently in progress to enhance the characteristics of conductivity and corrosion resistance with excellent properties such as corrosion resistance and lubrication coating. It is the process of using Cr arc with DLC coating to actuate AEGD. The change of I(D)/I(G) (Graphite peak (G) and disordered bond peak (D)) ratio and G-peak position in Cr-containing DLC film causes graphitization and thus lowers the basic electric resistance. Simultaneous input of nitrogen gas leads to deposition of CrN by a specific ratio of Cr and N in the DLC coating, and the nitrogen atoms replace hydrogen in bonding to increase the sp3 bond structure in the DLC film, in which CrN is not deposited, to result in specific resistivity of a specific value or less. 展开更多

Nanocomposite Cr C/hydrogenated amorphous carbon(nc-CrC/a-C:H) coatings were deposited by a hybrid beams system comprised of a hollow cathode ion source and a cathodic arc ion-plating unit with varying H_2 flow rates. The influences of H_2 flow rates on the morphologies, microstructures, and properties of the coatings were systematically studied. The morphologies and microstructures of the coatings were characterized by SEM, AFM, XPS, Raman spectroscopy, GIXRD, and HRTEM. The mechanical and tribological properties were measured by a nano-indenter, scratch tester, and ball-ondisk tribometer. The wear tracks were evaluated using 3D profilometer, optical microscope, and EDS analysis. It has been found that a moderate H_2 flow rate can effectively smooth the surface, enlarge the fraction of a sp^3 bond, and improve the properties. The coating exhibits the highest hardness and elastic modulus at the H_2 flow rate of 40 sccm. A superior combination of adhesion strength,friction coefficient, and wear resistance can be achieved at the H_2 flow rate of 80 sccm. 展开更多

Hydrogenated amorphous carbon coatings, deposited by low pressure plasma to minimize the wear of C100 steel components, were optimized and characterized. In order to ensure good adhesion of the films to the steel surface, a thin Ti interlayer was deposited, by magnetron sputtering, before the plasma deposition. The chemical characterization of the deposits was performed by means of RAMAN, XPS, RBS and ERDA analysis, while nanoindentation, nanoscratch and nanowear tests allowed to estimating the tribomechanical properties of the deposits, with the aim of evaluating their scuff-resistance. It was found that the optimized plasma deposited hydrogenated amorphous carbon coatings were well adherent to C100 steel and increased more than 70% its surface hardness. 展开更多

Fe-based and Co-based cladding layers were prepared on the surface of AISI H13 hot die steel by laser cladding technology.The microstructure,hardness and abrasion resistance of the two cladding layers were studied by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,rockwell hardness tester,and high temperature friction and wear tester.Also,the red hardness of the cladding layers was measured,after holding the layers at 600℃ for 1 hour by muffle furnace and repeated 4 times.The rockwell hardness values of the substrate,the Fe-based and the Co-based alloy coating measured were HRC 47,HRC 52 and HRC 48,respectively.The red hardness values of the substrate and the Fe-based cladding layer were decreased,while that of the Co-based cladding layer was increased.The Co-based cladding layer has the minimal wear loss weight and friction coefficient among them.The wear mechanisms of the substrate,the Fe-based layer and the Cobased layer attribute mainly to abrasive wear,adhesion wear,and both of them,respectively. 展开更多

The microstructures and properties of coating from cemented carbide on the substrate of H 13 by vacuum powder sintering were studied. The effect of sintering temperature on the microstructures of coating was discussed. The interface characteristics between coating and H 13 steel substrate, microhardness distribution and wear resistance in the coating were analyzed. The coating from cemented carbide with thickness of 1-3 mm by vacuum powder sintering at temperature ranging from 1280℃to 1300 ℃ was obtained. The experimental results indicated that the coating with microhardness of HV 1600 favorable to wear resistance is strongly bonded with the H 13 steel substrate by mutual diffusion and penetration of Fe,Cr, Mo,V in substrate towards the coating and W, Co,Ni in coating towards the substrate. 展开更多

Process variables such as temperature and stress in the coating l ayer as well as in the substrate were analyzed. The efficacy of the present FEM analysis was verified by conducting controlled milling experiments on AISI H13 t o collect the relevant tool life and force data.The results show that the stress in a coated tool can significantly be reduced compared to an uncoated cutting t ool,possibly due to surface coatings improving the tribological properties of cu tting tools.Coatings with good thermal properties also help to improve the therm al behavior of cutting tool. 展开更多

Effects of CeO_2 Coating on Oxidation Behavior of TP304H Steel in High-Temperature Water Vapor

Oxidation behaviors of TP304H steel with electrophoresis deposited CeO2 coating in water vapor were studied at 610℃~770℃ for 65 h. The results showed that CeO2 coating reduced effectively the oxidation rate of TP304H. Analysis with SEM and EDS showed the structure of oxide scale turned from multi-layer to mono-layer and oxide scale with high Cr content formed on the surface of CeO2 coating while inner oxidation disappeared. Based on test results and CeO2characters that Ce ion can vary between Ce4+ and Ce3+ under oxygen-rich and oxygen-poor environment, it is concluded that CeO2 coating acts as a barrier to prevent oxygen inner diffusion and the partial oxygen pressure of CeO2 coating-substrate interface is limited. Cr first diffuses outward across CeO2 coating and forms oxide scale on the surface, which delays formation of Fe oxide. 展开更多

以H2和反式-2-丁烯(T2B)为工作气体,利用低压等离子体增强化学气相沉积法制备了α-C:H薄膜。采用原子力显微镜、扫描电镜测试了α-C:H薄膜的表面形貌,分析了实验参数对其形貌的影响。研究表明:固定压强(15Pa),当T2B/H2流量比... 以H2和反式-2-丁烯(T2B)为工作气体,利用低压等离子体增强化学气相沉积法制备了α-C:H薄膜。采用原子力显微镜、扫描电镜测试了α-C:H薄膜的表面形貌,分析了实验参数对其形貌的影响。研究表明:固定压强(15Pa),当T2B/H2流量比为4时,薄膜均方根粗糙度可达0.97nm。保持T2B/H2流量比固定,增加工作气压,薄膜均方根粗糙度减小,表面更平整、致密。利用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对薄膜价键结构进行分析,结果表明:α-C:H薄膜中主要存在sp^3C—H键,氢含量较高;T2B/H2流量比越低,薄膜中含有更多的C=C键。应用UV—VIS光谱仪,获得了波长在200~1100nm范围内薄膜的光吸收特性,α-C:H薄膜透过率可达98%,计算得到的折射率在1.16~1.40。随工作气压的增加,α-C:H薄膜中sp^3杂化键增多,透过率、折射率增大。 展开更多

以1H,4H-6-硝基吡唑[4,3-c]并吡唑-3-羧酸为起始原料,经过一步脱羧硝化反应得到1H,4H-3,6-二硝基吡唑[4,3-c]并吡唑(DNPP),收率76.7%,然后与硝酸铅、3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪反应合成了DNPP碱式铅盐(PbDNPP)与DNPP的3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5... 以1H,4H-6-硝基吡唑[4,3-c]并吡唑-3-羧酸为起始原料,经过一步脱羧硝化反应得到1H,4H-3,6-二硝基吡唑[4,3-c]并吡唑(DNPP),收率76.7%,然后与硝酸铅、3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪反应合成了DNPP碱式铅盐(PbDNPP)与DNPP的3,6-二肼基-1,2,4,5-四嗪含能离子盐(DHT-DNPP)。采用红外光谱、1 H NMR、13 C NMR、质谱及元素分析等对其结构进行了表征,利用DNPP质谱裂解碎片信息,探讨了热解反应机理,揭示了其裂解微观反应过程。采用DSC和TG-DTG法研究了DNPP及其两种盐的热行为。结果表明,DNPP、Pb-DNPP和DHT-DNPP的放热分解峰分别为256.4、319.1和174.3℃,显示Pb-DNPP比DNPP和DHT-DNPP有更好的热稳定性。 展开更多

以芳醛、4 羟基香豆素、丙二腈为原料 ,乙醇为能量转移剂 ,哌啶为催化剂 ,在微波辐射下一步合成了一系列 2 氨基 3 氰基 4 芳基 4H ,5H 吡喃 [3 ,2 c]苯并吡喃 5 酮 ,反应在 40~ 60s时间内完成 ,产率 60 %~ 97% .
