Modified Sadowski formula-based model for the slope shape amplification effect under multistage slope blasting vibration

Blasting operations,which are crucial to open-pit mine production due to their simplicity and efficiency,require precise control through accurate vibration velocity calculations.The conventional Sadowski formula mainly focuses on blast center distance but neglects the amplification effect of blasting vibration waves by terraced terrain,from which the calculated blasting vibration velocities are smaller than the actual values,affecting the safety of the project.To address this issue,our model introduces the influences of slope and time into Sadowski formula to measure safety through blast vibration displacement.In the northern section of the open-pit quartz mine in Jinchang City,Gansu Province,China,the data of a continuous blasting slope project are referred to.Our findings reveal a noticeable vibration amplification effect during blasting when a multi-stage slope platform undergoes a sudden cross-sectional change near the upper overhanging surface.The amplification vibration coefficient increases with height,while vibration waves within rocks decrease from bottom to top.Conversely,platforms without distinct crosssectional changes exhibit no pronounced amplification during blasting.In addition,the vibration intensity decreases with distance as the rock height difference change propagates.The results obtained by the proposed blast vibration displacement equation incorporating slope shape influence closely agree with real-world scenarios.According to Pearson correlation coefficient(PPMCC)analysis,the average accuracy rate of our model is 88.84%,which exceeds the conventional Sadowski formula(46.92%). 展开更多

[Objectives]To investigate the acute toxicity and hepatoprotective effect of Jinchuan formula plum wine extract on mice,determine its safety range,and evaluate its hepatoprotective effect.[Methods]The median lethal dose(LD_(50))was determined by acute toxicity test with the toxic reaction and mortality of mice as indexes.Sixty Kunming mice were randomly divided into 6 groups:normal control group,model group(ConA-induced liver injury model),Jinchuan formula plum wine high,medium and low dose groups(1.0,0.5,0.25 g/kg)and silybin group(0.1 g/kg).The levels of ALT,AST,LDH in serum and TG,VLDL in liver were measured.After HE staining,the pathological changes of liver tissue in mice were observed,and the liver protective effect of Jinchuan formula plum wine extract was analyzed and evaluated.[Results]LD_(50)was 11.18 g/kg,and the 95%confidence limit of LD_(50)was 10.31-12.05 g/kg.The high-dose group of Jinchuan formula plum wine extract could significantly reduce the serum ALT and AST activities of ConA-induced liver injury mice(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Jinchuan formula plum wine extract is relatively safe,and also has a protective effect on liver injury. 展开更多

Coherence of the Even-Odd Rule with an Effective-Valence Isoelectronicity Rule for Chemical Structural Formulas: Application to Known and Unknown Single-Covalent-Bonded Compounds 被引量:5

Ions or molecules are said to be isoelectronic if they are composed of different elements but have the same number of electrons, the same number of covalent bonds and the same structure. This criterion is unfortunately not sufficient to ensure that a chemical structure is a valid chemical compound. In a previous article, a procedure has been described to draw 2D valid structural formulas: the even-odd rule. This rule has been applied first to single-bonded molecules then to single-charged single-bonded ions. It covers hypovalent, hypervalent or classic Lewis’ octet compounds. The funding principle of the even-odd rule is that each atom of the compound possesses an outer-shell filled only with pairs of electrons. The application of this rule guarantees validity of any single-covalent-bond chemical structure. In the present paper, this even-odd rule and its electron-pair criterion are checked for coherence with an effective-valence isoelectronic rule using numerous known compounds having single-covalent-bond connections. The test addresses Lewis’ octet ions or molecules as well as hypovalent and hypervalent compounds. The article concludes that the even-odd rule and the effective-valence isoelectronicity rule are coherent for known single-covalent-bond chemical compounds. 展开更多

Xiaoer-Feire-Kechuan(XFK) is an 11-herb Chinese medicine formula to treat cough and pulmonary inflammation.The complicated composition rendered its chemical analysis and effective-component elucidation.In this study,we combined quantitative analysis and bioactivity test to reveal the antiinflammatory constituents of XFK.First,UPLC-DAD and UHPLC/Q-Orbitrap-MS methods were established and validated to quantify 35 analytes(covering 9 out of 11 herbs) in different XFK formulations.Parallel reaction monitoring mode built in Q-Orbitrap-MS was used to improve the sensitivity and selectivity.Then,anti-inflammatory activities of the 35 analytes were analyzed using in vitro COX-2 inhibition assay.Finally,major analytes forsythosides H,I,A(8-10),and baicalin(15)(total contents varied from 21.79 to 91.20 mg/dose in different formulations) with significant activities(inhibitory rate ≥ 80%) were proposed as the anti-inflammatory constituents of XFK.The present study provided an effective strategy to discover effective constituents of multi-herb formulas. 展开更多

In order to accelerate the construction of green production mode for tea in Hubei Province, improve the yield of tea and use efficiency of fertilizers, and improve the quality of tea, application effects of special slow-release formula fertilizer in tea plants were investigated in Wuhan. The results showed that compared with conventional fertilization, application of tea plant-specific slow-release formula fertilizer improved the yield of tea by more than 30%. The amino acid content in tea was increased by 21.05% and 30.82%, respectively, and the income was increased 27 696 (33.88%) and 27 624 (33.79%) yuan/hm2, respectively. 展开更多

The therapeutic actions of Qing Luo Yin (QLY清络饮) with heat property and Wen Luo Yin (WLY温络饮) with cold property on pain, swelling of the ankle, arthritis index and ultrastructures of synoviocytes were compared in rats of type II collagen-induced arthritis (CIA), with tripterygium glycosidorum (TG) used as control. The results indicated that both QLY and WLY could reduce pain, swelling of the ankle and the arthritis index of CIA, and QLY had better effects in reducing the swelling of the ankle and controlling the secondary pathological lesions as compared with WLY. Investigation on the ultrastructures of synoviocytes indicated that both QLY and WLY could reduce the number of Golgi apparatus, rough surface endoplasmic reticulum, dense bodies, matrix filaments and vacuoles so as to suppress the excessive secretion of synoviocytes in rats of CIA. 展开更多

Method The model of endometriosis rat was induced by transplanting with endometrium surgically The rats were divided into 6 groups randomly: the non-treatment group, the castrate group, Danazol group(80 mg/kg), "Caulis Sargentodoxae Formula" group (110 g/kg), the medium dose group(77.5 g/kg) and the low dose group(55 g/kg). After 3 weeks' treatment, the volume ofendometrium was detected by cutting the rats' belly open, drawing the materials from endometrium for tissue section, and doing the quantity analysis of endometrium by semiautomatic image analysis machine.Results There was no significant difference of the endometrium volumes between the low dose group and the non-treatment group(P〉O.05), other groups' endometrium volumes were significantly lower than those of the non-treatment group(P〈0. 05). And apart from the low dose group, all other groups' heights of the endometrium epithelia were significantly lower than that of the non-treatment group(p〈0.01). Conclusion "Caulis Sargentodoxae Formula" can refrain the growth of the endometrium, and the effects are better than that of Danazol's. 展开更多

Production of Infant Formula Analogs by Membrane Fractionation of Caprine Milk: Effect of Temperature Treatment on Membrane Performance

A two-step-cascade membrane separation by ultrafiltration was performed on caprine milk prepared under different temperature conditions to eliminate beta-lactoglobulin (β-Lg) from the whey fraction. Effects of temperature treatment and membrane pore size on the elimination of β-Lg and retention of alpha-lactalbumin (α-La) were examined to determine the optimum permeate fraction for production of infant formula analogues from caprine milk. The frozen raw caprine milk, with and without prior pasteurization, showed the best membrane separation performance. The permeates obtained from the 800/30kDa membrane combination showed the optimal results. The infant formula analog produced using the casein and 800/30kDa-permeate fractions of the treated caprine milk had the closest similarity to human milk with respect to the total protein content (1.3g 100g-1), beta-lactoglobulin content (1% - 2%), and casein- α-lactalbumin ratio (0.6 - 0.7). Membrane performance during ultrafiltration of caprine milk was affected by temperature treatment of the milk prior to membrane separation. 展开更多

Thermal Hall effect, where a transverse temperature difference is generated by implementing a longitudinal temperature gradient and an external magnetic field in the perpendicular direction to systems, is a useful tool to reveal transport properties of quantum materials. A systematic study of the thermal Hall effect in a Chern insulator is still lacking. Here,using the Landauer–Büttiker formula, we investigated the thermal Hall transport of the Harper–Hofstadter model with flux φ= 1/2 and its generalizations. We demonstrated that the Wiedemann–Franz law, which states that the thermal Hall conductivity is linearly proportional to the quantum Hall conductivity in the low temperature limit, is still valid in this Chern insulator, and that the thermal Hall conductivity can be used to characterize the topological properties of quantum materials. 展开更多

光纤通信的发展对通信器件中薄膜滤光片提出了新的要求。根据45°倾斜应用的多通道干涉截止滤光片的设计指标,选择Nb2O5和SiO2为高、低折射率材料设计非规整膜系,以减少偏振效应的影响。结合APS1104型镀膜机的特点,分析了设计膜系... 光纤通信的发展对通信器件中薄膜滤光片提出了新的要求。根据45°倾斜应用的多通道干涉截止滤光片的设计指标,选择Nb2O5和SiO2为高、低折射率材料设计非规整膜系,以减少偏振效应的影响。结合APS1104型镀膜机的特点,分析了设计膜系的膜层灵敏度和薄膜生长过程中的模拟监控曲线,判断设计薄膜的可镀制性。然后采取直接光学监控方式,选择合适的镀制工艺成功镀制滤光片。测试结果表明:滤光片在45°倾斜应用条件下,1255~1365 nm、1475~1502 nm双通带最大插入损耗为0.199 dB,1547~1565 nm为反射带,通带隔离度为17.3 dB,满足系统应用需求。 展开更多

[目的]为明晰高肥力区凹叶厚朴树体生长及树皮药用成分含量对氮、磷、钾配方施肥的响应,获得氮、磷、钾肥优化的施肥量。[方法]以凹叶厚朴5年生树为研究对象,采用氮、磷、钾“3414”施肥设计进行田间施肥试验,测定不同处理的树高和地径增长量及药用成分厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、总酚的含量,拟合建立树高增长量的肥料效应模型,采用频次分析方法获得优化施肥量。[结果]凹叶厚朴氮、磷、钾配方施肥处理的树高增长量、地径增长量、和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、总酚的含量的平均值比不施肥处理分别提高了84.56%、48.74%、3.40%、3.10%、3.21%。氮、磷、钾对树高和地径生长量的影响均是N>P>K,对树皮厚朴酚、和厚朴酚、总酚含量的影响均是K>N>P。氮、磷、钾对树高增长量的单因素效应为正,氮与磷、氮与钾、磷与钾的交互效应也都是正。[结论]高肥力区凹叶厚朴树高最大增长量的施肥量为氮肥128.63克/株、磷肥79.84克/株、钾肥54.63克/株,树高最大增长量为129.91 cm;最优施肥量为氮肥98.12~123.31克/株、磷肥60.23~74.78克/株、钾肥41.62~51.24克/株,预期树高平均增长量121.22 cm。 展开更多

健脾通络方改善胃癌术后失眠临床疗效观察

目的观察健脾通络方治疗胃癌术后失眠的临床疗效。方法将80例胃癌术后失眠患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组40例。对照组(40例,脱落2例)给予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组(40例,脱落1例)给予健脾通络方治疗,7 d为1个治疗疗程,两组均治疗4个疗... 目的观察健脾通络方治疗胃癌术后失眠的临床疗效。方法将80例胃癌术后失眠患者随机分为对照组及治疗组,每组40例。对照组(40例,脱落2例)给予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组(40例,脱落1例)给予健脾通络方治疗,7 d为1个治疗疗程,两组均治疗4个疗程。统计两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分及中医证候评分变化,比较舌象、苔质变化,对比两组中医证候疗效,并监测不良反应事件的发生。结果两组PSQI评分比较,治疗组PSQI各项指标及总分均低于对照组(P<0.05);两组HAMA评分比较,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组中医证候评分比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组舌象、苔质也较治疗前好转(P<0.05);治疗后,两组疗效相比,治疗组有效率为79.49%(31/39),对照组有效率为60.53%(23/38),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论健脾通络方能够有效提高胃癌术后患者睡眠疗效,改善患者睡眠障碍、提高患者生活质量,且不良反应小,能为临床改善胃癌患者相关性失眠提供参考。 展开更多

目的评估二陈止嗽润肺方结合穴位敷贴治疗老年急性支气管炎临床效果。方法研究纳入94例老年急性支气管炎患者(2019年1月—2021年12月)进行研究,将纳入患者以随机数字表法分为常规治疗组与中医治疗组,各47例,常规治疗组患者采取西医常规... 目的评估二陈止嗽润肺方结合穴位敷贴治疗老年急性支气管炎临床效果。方法研究纳入94例老年急性支气管炎患者(2019年1月—2021年12月)进行研究,将纳入患者以随机数字表法分为常规治疗组与中医治疗组,各47例,常规治疗组患者采取西医常规治疗,中医治疗组患者在常规西医治疗基础上结合二陈止嗽润肺方及穴位敷贴治疗,各组数据观察:疗效、治疗前后中医证候(咳嗽气粗、口干口苦、痰多黄稠、烦躁不安等)积分变化、动脉血氧分压(PaO_(2))及动脉血二氧化碳分压(PaCO_(2))水平变化、用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)及最大呼气峰流速百分比(PEF%)指标变化、血清白细胞介素-4(IL-4)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平变化、不良反应。结果中医治疗组患者治疗总有效率(95.74%,45/47)高于常规治疗组(82.98%,39/47),P<0.05;治疗前,各组患者中医证候(咳嗽气粗、口干口苦、痰多黄稠、烦躁不安等)积分、PaO_(2)及PaCO_(2)、FVC、FEV1、PEF%、IL-4、IL-6、hs-CRP等指标均改善,中医治疗组患者中医证候(咳嗽气粗、口干口苦、痰多黄稠、烦躁不安等)积分、PaO_(2)及PaCO_(2)、FVC、FEV1、PEF%、IL-4、IL-6、hs-CRP等指标治疗后均优于常规治疗组,P<0.05;常规治疗组患者1例恶心,中医治疗组患者1例皮肤过敏,两组不良反应率均较低,P>0.05。结论二陈止嗽润肺方结合穴位敷贴治疗老年急性支气管炎临床效果显著,患者症状及肺功能改善,不良反应少,治疗安全可靠。 展开更多

露天边坡体爆破振动特性研究

针对洪山露天边坡体爆破振动响应问题,结合引入高程差H的二元回归爆破振动速度衰减模型,开展了实测爆破振速峰值(PPV)分析和爆破振速衰减规律预测,分析了露天边坡体爆破振动特性。结果表明:在振速峰值方面,自由面数量越多,PPV越小,其中... 针对洪山露天边坡体爆破振动响应问题,结合引入高程差H的二元回归爆破振动速度衰减模型,开展了实测爆破振速峰值(PPV)分析和爆破振速衰减规律预测,分析了露天边坡体爆破振动特性。结果表明:在振速峰值方面,自由面数量越多,PPV越小,其中,单自由面条件下的PPV远大于双自由面和三自由面条件下的PPV;|H|相同时,正高程条件下的PPV大于负高程下的PPV;露天边坡体存在明显的爆破振动高程放大效应,放大系数随|H|的增大先增大后减小,随水平爆源距的增大而减小。在振速衰减规律方面,高程差对切向方向的速度影响较大,高程效应明显;自由面数量越多,爆破振动速度衰减曲面越平缓;引入高程差的二元回归爆破振速衰减模型比传统一元萨氏回归模型更能有效预测爆破振速衰减规律,相对平均误差为12.3%~15.4%,其中单自由面矢量和的相对平均误差仅为9.5%。 展开更多

升降作业平台在野外工地、河滩等环境中高空作业时,其支腿底盘的明置基础与软土地基会发生动力相互作用,从而改变作业平台系统的动力特性。提出了考虑土与结构相互作用效应下的含3种不同惯容减振系统(SIS,SPIS-1,SPIS-2)的升降作业平台... 升降作业平台在野外工地、河滩等环境中高空作业时,其支腿底盘的明置基础与软土地基会发生动力相互作用,从而改变作业平台系统的动力特性。提出了考虑土与结构相互作用效应下的含3种不同惯容减振系统(SIS,SPIS-1,SPIS-2)的升降作业平台动力学模型,推导了作业平台在简谐激励下的振幅放大因子以及在随机激励下的响应均方值的解析表达式。利用遗传算法分别求解了位于中硬土、中软土以及软弱土3种地基表面的作业平台在H_(∞)和H_(2)优化准则下,惯容减振系统的最优设计刚度比和阻尼比。对最优状态下的各减振系统进行减振效果分析,结果表明:SPIS-2减振系统效果最佳,不仅最大程度地抑制了升降作业平台的共振效应,而且更有效地拓宽频带范围;SSI效应可以降低简谐激励下作业平台的位移振幅放大因子和随机激励下作业平台绝对位移的均方值;SSI效应对简谐激励和随机激励下惯容减振系统的最优设计参数影响很小,因此针对3种惯容减振系统位于不同地基表面下的最优设计参数拟合出经验公式,为升降作业平台的研发和减振设计奠定了理论基础。 展开更多

目的探讨芪龙通络汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年8月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的90例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例),研究组采用芪龙通络汤、... 目的探讨芪龙通络汤治疗不稳定型心绞痛的临床效果。方法选取2021年1月至2023年8月福建中医药大学附属第二人民医院收治的90例不稳定型心绞痛患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为研究组(45例)与对照组(45例),研究组采用芪龙通络汤、常规治疗方法,对照组采用常规治疗方法,两组均连续用药4周。比较两组的生活质量、治疗指标、治疗结果。结果治疗后,研究组患者的生活质量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组舒张压、收缩压、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)均低于对照组,研究组患者的高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论芪龙通络汤能够显著降低血压、血脂等指数,稳定不稳定型心绞痛患者的体征状态,且服用后生活质量改善明显。 展开更多
