Using time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau formalism,we investigate the multiple reversals of ratchet effects in an unpatterned superconducting strip by the tilted dynamic pinning potential.In the case of collinear sliding ...Using time-dependent Ginzburg-Landau formalism,we investigate the multiple reversals of ratchet effects in an unpatterned superconducting strip by the tilted dynamic pinning potential.In the case of collinear sliding potential and Lorentz force,vortices are always confined in the channels induced by sliding potential.However,due to the inclination angle of sliding pinning potential with respect to the Lorentz force,vortices could be driven out of the channels,and unexpected results with multiple reversals of vortex rectifications are observed.The mechanism of multiple reversals of vortex rectifications is explored by analyzing different vortex motion scenarios with increasing ac current amplitudes.The multiple reversals of transverse and longitudinal ratchet effects can be highly controlled by ac amplitude and dynamic pinning velocity.What's more,at certain large current the ratchet effect reaches strongest within a wide range of pinning sliding velocity.展开更多

An analytical solution is derived for the traveling wave and the work is extended to a discrete formulation with a piecewise linear reaction function. We propose an operator splitting numerical scheme to solve the equation and demonstrate that the wave either propagates or gets pinned based on how the spatial mesh is chosen.展开更多

The simulation results for the three kinds of deformations of the flange agree well with the experimental results. So it is possible to explain the reason of flange bending by analyzing the strain vectors in the flange for the three kinds of deformation, which shows that it is important to apply the FE simulation technology for predicting the defects and optimizing the spinning process of TC4 alloys.展开更多

The impact of diode physical characteristics and electrical parameters on switch performance is discussed. A new structure for GaAs PIN diodes is proposed and the fabrication process is described. GaAs PIN diodes with an on-state resistance of 〈2. 2Ω and off-state capacitance -〈20fF in the range of 100MHz to 12.1GHz are obtained.展开更多
目的分析系统性淋巴结清扫术联合TC方案治疗子宫内膜癌的临床疗效及对患者血清PRL、adropin水平的影响。方法将2010年10月-2013年1月泰州市中医院妇产科收治的100例子宫内膜癌患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用系统性淋巴结清扫...目的分析系统性淋巴结清扫术联合TC方案治疗子宫内膜癌的临床疗效及对患者血清PRL、adropin水平的影响。方法将2010年10月-2013年1月泰州市中医院妇产科收治的100例子宫内膜癌患者,随机分成观察组和对照组,对照组采用系统性淋巴结清扫术治疗,观察组采用系统性淋巴结清扫术联合TC方案治疗;随访5年,记录患者3、5年生存率并绘制生存曲线并记录复发率;治疗前、治疗结束后6个月时检测患者血中催乳素(prolactin,PRL)、adropin、恶性肿瘤相关物质群(tumor supplied group of factors,TSGF)、人附睾蛋白4(human epididymis protein 4,HE4)及C-反应蛋白(C-reactive protein,CRP)水平,记录2组治疗结束6个月内不良反应发生情况。结果观察组3年、5年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05),且观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组血中TSGF、HE4及CRP水平均降低(P<0.05),且观察组血中TSGF、HE4及CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后2组血中PRL水平降低(P<0.05),且观察组血中PR L水平低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后2组血中adropin水平均升高(P<0.05),且观察组血中adropin水平高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者深静脉血栓、下肢水肿、不全性肠梗阻、恶心呕吐、骨髓抑制、肺毒性及心脏毒性不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜癌患者采用系统性淋巴结清扫术联合TC方案治疗后具有较高的临床疗效,并改善患者血中PRL、adropin水平。展开更多

The switch features an...A monolithic single pole single throw (SPST) switch is developed with GaAs PIN diode technology from IMECAS. A novel small signal model of a GaAs PIN diode is developed for circuit simulation. The switch features an on-state insertion loss of less than 1.6dB and a return loss of greater than 10dB while maintaining an off-state isolation of greater than 23dB from 5.5 to 7. 5GHz. The measured 1dB power gain compression point is about 20dBm.展开更多
