The status quo and problems of industrial cluster of the primary agriculture is discussed by dividing the cluster into primary cluster and advanced cluster and by using Michael Porter's Diamond Model from the five aspects including production factors, demand factors, relevant industry and supporting industry, the strategy and structure of enterprises and horizontal competition and opportunities and government. In the end, the countermeasures on promoting the development and expansion of industrial cluster of primary agriculture are put forward. Ultra-precision diamond cutting is a promising machining technique for realizing ultra-smooth surface of different kinds of materials.While fundamental understanding of the impact of workpiece material properties on cutting mechanisms is crucial for promoting the capability of the machining technique,numerical simulation methods at different length and time scales act as important supplements to experimental investigations.In this work,we present a compact review on recent advancements in the numerical simulations of material-oriented diamond cutting,in which representative machining phenomena are systematically summarized and discussed by multiscale simulations such as molecular dynamics simulation and finite element simulation:the anisotropy cutting behavior of polycrystalline material,the thermo-mechanical coupling tool-chip friction states,the synergetic cutting responses of individual phase in composite materials,and the impact of various external energetic fields on cutting processes.In particular,the novel physics-based numerical models,which involve the high precision constitutive law associated with heterogeneous deformation behavior,the thermo-mechanical coupling algorithm associated with tool-chip friction,the configurations of individual phases in line with real microstructural characteristics of composite materials,and the integration of external energetic fields into cutting models,are highlighted.Finally,insights into the future development of advanced numerical simulation techniques for diamond cutting of advanced structured materials are also provided.The aspects reported in this review present guidelines for the numerical simulations of ultra-precision mechanical machining responses for a variety of materials. 展开更多

A numerical investigation was carried out to examine the role of micro-sized diamond powder filler on the on-axis tensile stiffness properties of the standard modulus T300 and the high modulus YS90A woven fabric composite plates by progressive damage modeling. Finite element modeling (FEM) results for the T300 composite with and without diamond powder predicted a specific case of fiber failure in all the plies showing the characteristics of brittle failure. Static tensile tests were carried out on the YS90A composite coupons containing no diamond powder (DP) and filled with 6% and 12% volume fractions of DP. A higher content of diamond powder in the coupons led to agglomeration. This induced stress concentrations and subsequently reduced the mechanical properties. FEM was carried out considering specimens with and without an induced stress concentration geometry in the YS90A coupons filled with DP. The results of the on-axis tensile tests indicated a delamination type of failure in both cases with additional fiber fracture in the Open Hole Tensile (OHT) coupons. 展开更多

Grey relationship analysis and grey forecasting modeling on thermal stability of synthetic single diamond

Through analyzing 7 Ib-type samples of synthetic single diamonds by their DTA and TG in air, we ascertained the extrapolated onset temperature on the curves of DTA as the characteristic temperature of their thermal stabilities. Based on the grey system theory, we analyzed 4 factors influential in the thermal stability by the grey relationship analysis, a quantitative method, and derived the grey relationship sequence, that is, the rank of the influence extent of 4 factors on the thermal stability. Furthermore, we established the grey forecasting model, namely GM(1,5), for predicting the thermal stability of single diamonds with their intrinsic properties, which was then examined by a deviation-probability examination. The results illustrate that it is reasonable to take the Extrapolated Onset Temperature in DTA as the characteristic temperature for thermal stability (TS) of Ib-type synthetic single diamonds. The nitrogen content and grain shape regularity of diamonds are dominating factors. Likewise, grain size and compressive strength are minor factors. In addition, GM(1,5) can be used to predict the thermal stability of Ib-type synthetic single diamonds available. The precision rank of GM(1,5) is ‘GOOD’. 展开更多

Critical Behavior of the Gaussian Model with Periodic Interactions on Diamond—Type Hierarchical Lattices in External Magnetic Fields

The Gaussian spin model with periodic interactions on the diamond-type hierarchical lattices is constructed by generalizing that with uniform interactions on translationally invariant lattices according to a class of substitution sequences. The Gaussian distribution constants and imposed external magnetic fields are also periodic depending on the periodic characteristic of the interaction bonds. The critical behaviors of this generalized Gaussian model in external magnetic fields are studied by the exact renormalization-group approach and spin rescaling method. The critical points and all the critical exponents are obtained. The critical behaviors are found to be determined by the Gaussian distribution constants and the fractal dimensions of the lattices. When all the Gaussian distribution constants are the same, the dependence of the critical exponents on the dimensions of the lattices is the same as that of the Gaussian model with uniform interactions on translationally invariant lattices. 展开更多

基于钻石模型的胶合板国际竞争力来源实证研究

出口是中国胶合板产业发展的重要动力因素,但近年来中国胶合板出口竞争呈现不利态势,分析胶合板国际竞争力来源及其动态变化,有助于中国胶合板重构竞争优势。文章利用UNComtrade、WDI数据库等相关数据,以国际市场占有率表征的实际国际... 出口是中国胶合板产业发展的重要动力因素,但近年来中国胶合板出口竞争呈现不利态势,分析胶合板国际竞争力来源及其动态变化,有助于中国胶合板重构竞争优势。文章利用UNComtrade、WDI数据库等相关数据,以国际市场占有率表征的实际国际竞争力为导向,以波特钻石模型的国际竞争力来源要素为指导选择代表性指标,运用多元线性回归模型实证研究胶合板国际竞争力的实际来源。结果显示:(1)劳动力、资源、资本等3个传统生产要素是胶合板国际竞争力的主要来源,影响程度分别为0.81、0.42、0.20;相关支持性产业水平也发挥着重要作用,影响程度为0.12;受刨花板、中密度纤维板替代和环保需求增强等影响,胶合板面临需求困境,需求的影响程度为-0.36;技术要素与企业战略、结构和同业竞争因素影响不显著。(2)异质性分析表明,随着时间变迁,胶合板国际竞争力对丰富劳动力的依赖程度降低,劳动力成本影响显化,资源禀赋作用上升,资本要素作用增强,工业基础水平作用显现,胶合板呈现从劳动密集型转向资本技术密集型的趋势。文章构建了国际竞争力来源的实证研究逻辑,提供了国际竞争力来源研究的时间和空间视角,弥补了胶合板国际竞争力来源计量经济研究的不足。结合中国胶合板产业实际,提出重组资本与劳动要素、夯实资源基础、改善需求条件、发挥相关支持性产业作用、促进高水平竞争等政策启示,重构中国胶合板竞争优势,再塑中国胶合板国际竞争力。 展开更多

数字贸易的发展迸发着强大的力量,RCEP的签订与生效为其成员国数字贸易的发展带来了新机遇。文章基于2005—2021年RCEP15个成员国的数字贸易数据,在测算数字贸易综合竞争力的基础上,以迈克尔·波特的“钻石模型”为理论依据,选择9... 数字贸易的发展迸发着强大的力量,RCEP的签订与生效为其成员国数字贸易的发展带来了新机遇。文章基于2005—2021年RCEP15个成员国的数字贸易数据,在测算数字贸易综合竞争力的基础上,以迈克尔·波特的“钻石模型”为理论依据,选择9个影响数字贸易竞争力的因素,对RCEP数字贸易国际竞争力的影响因素进行实证。结果显示:RCEP成员国数字贸易的规模呈现不断扩大的态势,但整体上竞争力优势不明显,区域成员国内部数字贸易发展不平衡,存在较大差距;信息化设施、城市化水平、数字贸易产业开放度和相关政策对RCEP成员国数字贸易国际竞争力产生显著的积极作用,并且对中日韩澳新五国和东盟十国具有异质性的影响。据此,文章提出积极推进城市化建设、挖掘数字需求消费、扩大数字贸易开放程度、完善数字基础设施和注重RCEP政策优势的建议对策。 展开更多

随着遥感传感器多样化及遥感数据处理技术的深入,遥感技术的原位、快速、有效等特点使其成为矿产勘查的重要技术手段。以山东蒙阴地区西峪金伯利岩带金刚石矿床为研究对象,对红旗矿区的金伯利岩体(岩脉)及围岩样品进行短波红外光谱测试... 随着遥感传感器多样化及遥感数据处理技术的深入,遥感技术的原位、快速、有效等特点使其成为矿产勘查的重要技术手段。以山东蒙阴地区西峪金伯利岩带金刚石矿床为研究对象,对红旗矿区的金伯利岩体(岩脉)及围岩样品进行短波红外光谱测试,分析其光谱特征及蚀变矿物组成。红旗矿区样品在1391、1912、2318、2393 nm等波长处有吸收谷,这为ASTER遥感数据提取蚀变异常信息提供波谱依据,据此可分类型提取镁羟基异常、铝羟基异常、铁染异常信息。利用PALSAR雷达遥感数据、WorldView-2高分辨率遥感数据对研究区进行构造、岩性、水系解译,得出金伯利岩分布在NE向与NW向构造交汇部位,通过水系解译排除因冲刷沉积引起的假蚀变遥感异常,通过岩性增强界定岩性差异的边界,进而构建金伯利岩带金刚石矿床的遥感找矿模型,将找矿模型应用于矿区外围的找矿预测,叠加地质、化探、重砂等多元信息,在筛选后的遥感异常图上圈定了6个找矿靶区,为金刚石找矿和矿产资源评价提供依据。 展开更多
