Ultrafine BaTiO3 powders were dispersed in the aqueous with ammoniumized citrate (NHa-CA) or ammoniumized citric lanthanum chelate (NH4-La-CA) as dispersant by ultrasonic bath. Better dispersion of BaTiO3 slurry was obtained in the aqueous with NH4-La-CA than that of NH4-CA when the mass ratio of citric acid (CA) to BaTiO3 was less than 0,007. The pH value hardly affects the dispersion property of BaTiO3 suspension dispersed by NH4-La-CA. BaTiO3 powder could be well dispersed (median size D50=0.45 μm) and also doped with high uniformity of added components by adsorbing citric acid chelate on surface. Compared with solid mixing, better microstructure and properties of La/Mn codoped ceramics were obtained by adsorption method.展开更多

However, the requirement for prior knowledge of the shear wave velocity in the pipeline material for popular ultrasonic thickness measurement limits its widespread application. This paper proposes a method that utilizes cylindrical shear horizontal(SH) guided waves to estimate pipeline thickness without prior knowledge of shear wave velocity. The inversion formulas are derived from the dispersion of higher-order modes with the high-frequency approximation. The waveform of the example problems is simulated using the real-axis integral method. The data points on the dispersion curves are processed in the frequency domain using the wave-number method. These extracted data are then substituted into the derived formulas. The results verify that employing higher-order SH guided waves for the evaluation of thickness and shear wave velocity yields less than1% error. This method can be applied to both metallic and non-metallic pipelines, thus opening new possibilities for health monitoring of pipeline structures.展开更多

文摘Lung cancer ranks the top of malignancies that cause cancer-related deaths worldwide. The leaves of Morus alba L are traditional Chinese medicine widely applied in respiratory diseases. Our previous work has demonstrated the anti-lung cancer effect of secondary metabolites of mulberry leaf, but their mechanism of action has still not fully elucidated. We synthesized Moracin N(MAN)-Probe conjugated with alkyne to label lung cancer cells and identified protein targets by chemical proteomic analysis.MAN and its probe exerted similar growth-inhibitory effect on human lung cancer cells.Chemical proteomic results showed that MAN targeted the programmed death ligand 1(PD-L1)checkpoint pathway and T cell receptor(TCR)signaling pathway, indicating its immune-regulatory function.Cell-free surface plasmon resonance(SPR)results showed the direct interaction of MAN with PD-L1 protein.Molecular docking analysis demonstrated that MAN bound to E158 residue of PD-L1 protein.MAN downregulated the expression levels of PD-L1 in a time-and dose-dependent manner and disrupted the PD-L1/programmed death 1(PD-1)binding,including other secondary metabolites of mulberry leaves Guangsangon E(GSE)and Chalcomoracin(CMR).Human peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMCs)co-cultured with MAN-treated A549 cells, resulting in the increase of CD8^(+)GZMB^(+)T cells and the decrease of CD8^(+)PD-1^(+)T cells. It suggested that MAN exerts anti-cancer effect through blocking the PD-L1/PD-1 signaling. In vivo,MAN combined with anti-PD-1 antibody significantly inhibited lung cancer development and metastasis, indicating their synergistic effect.Taken together, secondary metabolites of mulberry leaves target the PD-L1/PD-1 signaling, enhance T cell-mediated immunity and inhibit the tumorigenesis of lung cancer.Their modulatory effect on tumor microenvironment makes them able to enhance the therapeutic efficacy of immune checkpoint inhibitors in lung cancer.

文摘Advanced LUAD shows limited response to treatment including immune therapy. With the development of sequencing omics,it is urgent to combine high-throughput multi-omics data to identify new immune checkpoint therapeutic response markers.Using GSE72094(n=386)and GSE31210(n=226)gene expression profile data in the GEO database,we identified genes associated with lung adenocarcinoma(LUAD)death using tools such as“edgeR”and“maftools”and visualized the characteristics of these genes using the“circlize”R package. We constructed a prognostic model based on death-related genes and optimized the model using LASSO-Cox regression methods.By calculating the cell death index(CDI)of each individual,we divided LUAD patients into high and low CDI groups and examined the relationship between CDI and overall survival time by principal component analysis(PCA)and Kaplan-Meier analysis. We also used the“ConsensusClusterPlus”tool for unsupervised clustering of LUAD subtypes based on model genes. In addition,we collected data on the expression of immunomodulatory genes and model genes for each cohort and performed tumor microenvironment analyses. We also used the TIDE algorithm to predict immunotherapy responses in the CDI cohort. Finally,we studied the effect of PRKCD on the proliferation and migration of LUAD cells through cell culture experiments. The study utilized the TCGA-LUAD cohort(n=493)and identified 2,901 genes that are differentially expressed in patients with LUAD.Through KEGG and GO enrichment analysis, these genes were found to be involved in a wide range of biological pathways. The study also used univariate Cox regression models and LASSO regression analyses to identify 17 candidate genes that were best associated with mortality prognostic risk scores.By comparing the overall survival(OS)outcomes of patients with different CDI values,it was found that increased CDI levels were significantly associated with lower OS rates. In addition, the study used unsupervised cluster analysis to divide 115 LUAD patients into two distinct clusters with significant differences in OS timing. Finally,a prognostic indicator called CDI was established and its feasibility as an independent prognostic indicator was evaluated by Cox proportional risk regression analysis. The immunotherapy efficacy was more sensitive in the group with high expression of programmed cell death models.Relationship between programmed cell death(PCD)signature models and drug reactivity. After evaluating the median inhibitory concentration(IC50)of various drugs in LUAD samples, statistically significant differences in IC50 values were found in cohorts with high and low CDI status.Specifically,Gefitinib and Lapatinib had higher IC50 values in the high-CDI cohort, while Olaparib,Oxaliplatin,SB216763,and Axitinib had lower values. These results suggest that individuals with high CDI levels are sensitive to tyrosine kinase inhibitors and may be resistant to conventional chemotherapy. Therefore, this study constructed a gene model that can evaluate patient immunotherapy by using programmed cell death-related genes based on muti-omics.The CDI index composed of these programmed cell death-related genes reveals the heterogeneity of lung adenocarcinoma tumors and serves as a prognostic indicator for patients.
文摘In our relevant paper[Zhao S X(2021)Chin.Phys.B 30055201],a delta distribution of negative ions is given by fluid simulation and preliminarily explained by decomposed anions transport equation. In the present work, first, the intrinsic connection between the electropositive plasma transport equation and spring oscillator dynamic equation is established.Inspired by this similarity, reformed“spring oscillator”equation with dispersing instead of restoring force that gives quasi-delta solution is devised according to the math embodied in the anion equation, which is of potential significance to the disciplines of atomic physics and astronomy as well. For solving the“diffusion confusion”the physics that determines the delta profile within the continuity equation is explored on the basis that recombination loss source term plays the role of drift flux, which is applicable for fluid model of low temperature plasma, but not the ordinary fluid dynamics.Besides, the math and physics revealed in this work predict that the ratio of recombination or attachment(for electrons)frequency versus the species diffusion coefficient is a very important parameter in determining the delta distribution,as it acts as the acceleration of object, according to the reformed oscillator equation. With this theory, the analogous delta profile of electrons density in the famous drift and ambi-polar diffusion heating mechanism of electronegative capacitively coupled plasma is interpreted.
文摘BACKGROUND Lung cancer is a common disease with high mortality, and psychological support is very important in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative patients with cancer pain.AIM To explore the application effect of the narrative nursing method in postoperative lung cancer patients in the intensive care unit.METHODS A total of 120 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and experiencing cancer-related pain were randomly allocated into two groups:an observation group and a control group, each consisting of 60 cases. The control group was given routine analgesic and psychological care, while the research group applied the five-step narrative nursing method based on routine care, comparing the visual analogue scale scores, sleep status, anxiety and depression status, and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.RESULTS The pain scores, anxiety scores, and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention using the narrative nursing method, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Using narrative nursing methods to intervene in patients with lung cancer combined with cancerous pain can help patients to correctly recognize their disease, adjust their mentality, establish confidence, alleviate patients'subjective pain feelings, and improve their adverse emotions.
文摘BACKGROUND Small cell lung carcinoma(SCLC)is highly susceptible to metastasis in the early stages of the disease. However, the stomach is an uncommon site of metastasis in SCLC,and only a few cases of this type of metastasis have been reported. Therefore,SCLC gastric metastases have not been systematically characterized and are easily missed and misdiagnosed.CASE SUMMARY We report three cases of gastric metastasis from SCLC in this article. The first patient presented primarily with cough, hemoptysis, and epigastric fullness. The other two patients presented primarily with abdominal discomfort, epigastric distension, and pain. All patients underwent gastroscopy and imaging examinations.Meanwhile, the immunohistochemical results of the lesions in three patients were suggestive of small cell carcinoma. Finally, the three patients were diagnosed with gastric metastasis of SCLC through a comprehensive analysis. The three patients did not receive appropriate treatment and died within a short time.CONCLUSION Here,we focused on summarizing the characteristics of gastric metastasis of SCLC to enhance clinicians'understanding of this disease.

文摘Objective This study aimed to investigate the changes of follicular helper T(TFH)and follicular regulatory T(TFR)cell subpopulations in patients with non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and their significance. Methods Peripheral blood was collected from 58 NSCLC patients at different stages and 38 healthy controls.Flow cytometry was used to detect TFH cell subpopulation based on programmed death 1(PD-1)and inducible co-stimulator(ICOS),and TFR cell subpopulation based on cluster determinant 45RA(CD45RA)and forkhead box protein P3(FoxP3).The levels of interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-17a(IL-17a),interleukin-21(IL-21),and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in the plasma were measured, and changes in circulating B cell subsets and plasma IgG levels were also analyzed. The correlation between serum cytokeratin fragment antigen 21-1(CYFRA 21-1)levels and TFH,TFR,or B cell subpopulations was further explored. Results The TFR/TFH ratio increased significantly in NSCLC patients. The CD45RA^(+)FoxP3^(int) TFR subsets were increased, with their proportions increasing in stages Ⅱ to Ⅲ and decreasing in stage IV.PD-1^(+)ICOS+TFH cells showed a downward trend with increasing stages.Plasma IL-21 and TGF-β concentrations were increased in NSCLC patients compared with healthy controls.Plasmablasts, plasma IgG levels, and CD45RA^(+)FoxP3^(int) TFR cells showed similar trends.TFH numbers and plasmablasts were positively correlated with CYFRA 21-1 in stages Ⅰ-Ⅲ and negatively correlated with CYFRA 21-1 in stage IV.Conclusion Circulating TFH and TFR cell subpopulations and plasmablasts dynamically change in different stages of NSCLC,which is associated with serum CYFRA 21-1 levels and reflects disease progression.
文摘A study for further improving the suspension rate of alcohol-based coatings using a new nano-dispersing agent has been presented in this paper. The results of experiments show that the new nano-dispersing agent should be used in combination with organic auxiliary agent which significantly increases the suspension effect of alcohol-based coatings. By the methods, the suspension rates of 99%, 98%, 96% and 94% can be achieved at 2h, 2h, 48h and 72h, respectively. These alcohol-based coatings have characters of higher strength, lower gas evolution, better brush ability and no blister after ignition.
