Rechargeable magnesium-ion(Mg-ion)batteries have attracted wide attention for energy storage.However,magnesium anode is still limited by the irreversible Mg plating/stripping procedure.Herein,a well-designed binary Bi...Rechargeable magnesium-ion(Mg-ion)batteries have attracted wide attention for energy storage.However,magnesium anode is still limited by the irreversible Mg plating/stripping procedure.Herein,a well-designed binary Bi_(2)O_(3)-Bi_(2)S_(3)(BO-BS)heterostructure is fulfilled by virtue of the cooperative interface and energy band engineering targeted fast Mg-ion storage.The built-in electronic field resulting from the asymmetrical electron distribution at the interface of electron-rich S center at Bi_(2)S_(3) side and electron-poor O center at Bi_(2)O_(3) side effectively accelerates the electrochemical reaction kinetics in the Mg-ion battery system.Moreover,the as-designed heterogenous interface also benefits to maintaining the electrode integrity.With these advantages,the BO-BS electrode displays a remarkable capacity of 150.36 mAh g^(−1) at 0.67 A g^(-1) and a superior cycling stability.This investigation would offer novel insights into the rational design of functional heterogenous electrode materials targeted the fast reaction kinetics for energy storage systems.展开更多

Objective To observe the clinical effects on upper extremities function recovery of cerebral apoplexy induced hemiplegia by combination of JIN's 3-needle technique and motor function trai- ning. Methods Eight-seven c...Objective To observe the clinical effects on upper extremities function recovery of cerebral apoplexy induced hemiplegia by combination of JIN's 3-needle technique and motor function trai- ning. Methods Eight-seven cases of cerebral apoplexy induced hemiplegia were randomized into an observation group (44 cases) and a control group (43 cases). JIN's 3-needle technique and motor function training were both adopted for the observation group. Three temporal acupuncture points on the affected side were selected. Three lower arm points, namely Qfichi (曲池 LI 11 ), Waiguan (外关 TE 5) and Hegu ( 合谷 LI 4) were adopted for flaccid hemiplegia. While 3 upper arm points for relieving spasm, namely Jiquan (极泉HT 1), Chize (尺泽 LU 5) and Neiguan (内关 PC 6) were chosen for spastic hemiplegia. Motor function training was applied alone for the control group. Treating courses for both groups were 5 weeks. And scores of Brunnstrom and FugI-Meyer assessments of the affected limbs were analyzed. Results Improvement on scores of FugI-Meyer and Brunnstrom assessments were observed for both groups after the treatment(P〈0. 05, P〈0. 01 ). The post-treatment scores of the observation group was better than that of the control group after the treatment ( P〈0.05, P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Treat- ment of combination of JIN's 3-needle technique with motor function training can obviously improve the motor function of the upper extremities of patients with cerebral apoplexy induced hemiplegia.展开更多

The results showed that there covered an area...Study on landscape spatial pattern in the center of Chengdu City is based on the Landsat-8 image by using 3S technique and spatial pattern analysis software Fragstats 3.3. The results showed that there covered an area of 193.92 km<sup>2</sup> in the center of Chengdu City. 55.24% of the total area was made up of buildings, covering an area of 107.12 km<sup>2</sup>, and the overall landscape of impervious ground-based. There were 22,666 patches;29.67% of the patches were roads. The human interference of buildings, roads and green space was a maximum;fragmentation of the highest was green space. The fragmentation of overall urban landscape was high;the diversity was low;the value of Shannon’s diversity index was 0.63;the value of Shannon’s evenness index was 0.70. All kinds of landscape distribution were not balanced, and lack of connectivity. This research puts important reference for creating good urban landscape space and restoring the natural ecological environment in the western regions of China.展开更多
The semiconductor,β-Ga_(2)O_(3)is attractive for applications in high power electronic devices with low conduction loss due to its ultra-wide bandgap(∼4.9 eV)and large Baliga’s figure of merit.However,the thermal c...The semiconductor,β-Ga_(2)O_(3)is attractive for applications in high power electronic devices with low conduction loss due to its ultra-wide bandgap(∼4.9 eV)and large Baliga’s figure of merit.However,the thermal conductivity of𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)is much lower than that of other wide/ultra-wide bandgap semiconductors,such as SiC and GaN,which results in the deterioration of𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based device performance and reliability due to self-heating.To overcome this problem,a scalable thermal management strategy was proposed by heterogeneously integrating wafer-scale single-crystalline𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin films on a highly thermally conductive SiC substrate.Characterization of the transferred𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin film indicated a uniform thickness to within±2.01%,a smooth surface with a roughness of 0.2 nm,and good crystalline quality with an X-ray rocking curves(XRC)full width at half maximum of 80 arcsec.Transient thermoreflectance measurements were employed to investigate the thermal properties.The thermal performance of the fabricated𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/SiC heterostructure was effectively improved in comparison with that of the𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)bulk wafer,and the effective thermal boundary resistance could be further reduced to 7.5 m 2 K/GW by a post-annealing process.Schottky barrier diodes(SBDs)were fabricated on both a𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/SiC heterostructured material and a𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)bulk wafer.Infrared thermal imaging revealed the temperature increase of the SBDs on𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)/SiC to be one quarter that on the𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)bulk wafer with the same applied power,which suggests that the combination of the𝛽-Ga_(2)O_(3)thin film and SiC substrate with high thermal conductivity promotes heat dissipation in𝛽β-Ga_(2)O_(3)-based devices.展开更多
