Theaflavins(TFs),as the major polyphenolic components of fermented tea,possess beneficial effects on human health.In this study,the effervescent tablets based on theaflavins were developed.The optimal formulation of T...Theaflavins(TFs),as the major polyphenolic components of fermented tea,possess beneficial effects on human health.In this study,the effervescent tablets based on theaflavins were developed.The optimal formulation of TF effervescent tablets was obtained by response surface methodology with the Box-Behnken design.Then,the physiochemical properties were evaluated,including hardness,friability,effervescent time and pH of the solution.At last,the antioxidant ability of TF effervescent tablets was studied through DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assay.According to the results,the optimal formulation of the tablets contained TF powder 9.09%,disintegrating agent 43.80%(the weight ratio of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate was 1:1),aspartame 1.86%,PEG-6003%,and mannitol in balance.With the wet granulation method,the TF effervescent tablets displayed suitable hardness,fast disintegration time,good color,pleasant taste and high antioxidant activity.This study demonstrated that the TF effervescent tablets could be a valuable product for the supplement market and contribute to promoting practical application of TFs.展开更多
Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue tablet for treating renal anemia.Methods A total of 200 patients with renal anemia from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled a...Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue tablet for treating renal anemia.Methods A total of 200 patients with renal anemia from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with polysaccharide-iron complex,and those in the experimental group were administered Jianpi Shengxue tablet.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic outcomes regarding anemia were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the red blood cell(RBC)count,hematocrit(HCT),reticulocyte percentage(RET),ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI),transferrin saturation(TSAT),and serum albumin(ALB)all increased(P<0.01),and the clinical symptom score and total iron binding capacity decreased(P<0.01)in the experimental group.Moreover,the improvements in RBC,HCT,RET,SF,SI,TAST,ALB,and clinical symptoms(fatigue,anorexia,dull skin complexion,numbness of hands and feet)in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate for treating renal anemia was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Jianpi Shengxue tablet demonstrates efficacy in treating renal anemia,leading to significant improvements in the laboratory examination results and clinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia.展开更多
BACKGROUND The specific benefits of Yangxinshi tablet(YXST)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain uncertain.AIM To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of CHF.METHODS Rand...BACKGROUND The specific benefits of Yangxinshi tablet(YXST)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain uncertain.AIM To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of CHF.METHODS Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating YXST for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight public databases up to November 2023.Meta-analyses of the included clinical studies were conducted using Review Manager 5.3.RESULTS Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were included.The meta-analysis results showed that the YXST combination group,compared to the conventional drug group,significantly increased the clinical efficacy rate by 23%[relative risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(P<0.00001),left ventricular ejection fraction by 6.69%[mean difference(MD)=6.69,95%CI:4.42-8.95,P<0.00001]and 6-min walk test by 49.82 m(MD=49.82,95%C:38.84-60.80,P<0.00001),and reduced N-terminal pro-Btype natriuretic peptide by 1.03 ng/L[standardized MD(SMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,P<0.00001],brain natriuretic peptide by 80.95 ng/L(MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,P<0.00001),and left ventricular endsystolic diameter by 4.34 mm(MD=-4.34,95%CI:-6.22 to-2.47,P<0.00001).Regarding safety,neither group reported any serious adverse events during treatment(RR=0.54,95%CI:0.15-1.90,P=0.33).In addition,Egger's test results indicated no significant publication bias(P=0.557).CONCLUSION YXST effectively improves clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF while maintaining a favorable safety profile,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.展开更多
Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.Methods:The study period was from Janu...Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.Methods:The study period was from January 2020 to December 2023,the sample source was 82 AMI patients admitted to our hospital,grouped into an observation group(n=41)and a control group(n=41)by the numerical table method.The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel bisulfate.The clinical efficacy,coagulation indexes,and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the platelet aggregation rate(PAR)of the observation group was lower than that of the con-trol group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on AMI patients is remarkable.It reduces the PAR and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,so this treatment method should be popularized.展开更多
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Biling Weitong Granules combined with oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets on patients with reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia.Methods:Sixty patie...Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Biling Weitong Granules combined with oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets on patients with reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University between June 2020 and June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,each consisting of 30 cases.The control group received oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets only,while the observation group received Biling Weitong Granules in addition to the tablets.The clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine syndrome points,esophageal kinetic indexes,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and therapeutic safety of both groups were evaluated.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group reached 93.33%,significantly higher than the 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group exhibited significantly lower scores for Chinese medicine symptoms such as early satiety,belching,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and loss of appetite compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group showed significantly higher upper esophageal sphincter pressure,lower esophageal sphincter pressure,and distal esophageal contraction scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,levels of gastric motility hormone,vasoactive intestinal peptide,and gastrin were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Throughout the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,indicating comparable safety of the two treatment modalities(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Biling Weitong Granules with oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets demonstrates significant efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia,with a better safety profile.This finding warrants further clinical promotion.展开更多

The cell model was treated with donepezil or compound Danshen tablets after culture for 72 hours. Reverse transcription-PCR showed that the mRNA expression of amyloid protein precursor decreased in all groups following culture for 24 hours, and that there was no significant difference in the amount of decrease between donepezil and compound Danshen tablets. Our results suggest that compound Danshen tablets can reduce expression of the mRNA for amyloid protein precursor in a transgenic cell model of Alzheimer's disease, with similar effects to donepezil.展开更多

This drug has recently been launched into the market, and generic versions of the medication are expected to be produced by local drug producers in some countries. Therefore, new methods are required to control sofosbuvir in pharmaceuticals. In the present study, a new method based on reversed phase(RP)-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC) coupled to diode array detection(DAD) and mass spectrometry(MS) was developed to facilitate the qualitative and quantitative analysis of sofosbuvir in film coated tablets. A wavelength of 260 nm was selected to perform a cost-effective quantification and the method showed adequate linearity,with an R^2 value of 0.9998, and acceptable values of accuracy(75%–102%) and precision(residual standard deviation < 5%). The detection and quantification limits were 0.07 μg/mL and 0.36 μg/mL, respectively.Furthermore, the use of high-resolution MS enabled us to ensure the specificity, check impurities and better sensitivity. Therefore, this methodology promises to be suitable not only for the routine analysis of sofosbuvir in pharmaceutical dosage forms, but also for potential degradants.展开更多

[Methods]One hundred and ninety-seven patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group( n =98) treated with aspirin plus atorvastatin,and research group( n =99) treated with DLT and aspirin plus atorvastatin for one month. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Serum secretory phospholipase A2( s PLA2),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein( ox-LDL),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and World Health Organization Quality of Life( WHOQOL-100) scores were compared before and after one month of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was93. 94% in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group( 79. 59%,P < 0. 05);the levels of serum s PLA2,LP-PLA2,ox-LDL and MCP-1 in the research group were lower than those in the control group after one month of treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance of the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group( P > 0. 05).After one month of treatment,WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in two groups,which were higher in the research group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions]DLT can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life in patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.展开更多
BACKGROUND After receiving entecavir or combined with FuzhengHuayu tablet(FZHY)treatment,some sufferers with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related liver fibrosis could achieve a histological improvement while the others may ...BACKGROUND After receiving entecavir or combined with FuzhengHuayu tablet(FZHY)treatment,some sufferers with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related liver fibrosis could achieve a histological improvement while the others may fail to improve even worsen.Serum metabolomics at baseline in these patients who were effective in treatment remain unclear.AIM To explore baseline serum metabolites characteristics in responders.METHODS A total of 132 patients with HBV-related liver fibrosis and 18 volunteers as healthy controls were recruited.First,all subjects were divided into training set and validation set.Second,the included patients were subdivided into entecavir responders(E-R),entecavir no-responders(E-N),FZHY+entecavir responders(FR),and FZHY+entecavir no-responders(F-N)following the pathological histological changes after 48 wk’treatments.Then,Serum samples of all subjects before treatment were tested by high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS)high-performance LC-MS.Data processing was conducted using multivariate principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis.Diagnostic tests of selected differential metabolites were used for Boruta analyses and logistic regression.RESULTS As for the intersection about differential metabolic pathways between the groups E-R vs E-N and F-R vs F-N,results showed that 4 pathways including linoleic acid metabolism,aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis,cyanoamino acid metabolism,alanine,aspartate and glutamate metabolism were screened out.As for the differential metabolites,these 7 intersected metabolites including hydroxypropionic acid,tyrosine,citric acid,taurochenodeoxycholic acid,benzoic acid,2-Furoic acid,and propionic acid were selected.CONCLUSION Our findings showed that 4 metabolic pathways and 7 differential metabolites had potential usefulness in clinical prediction of the response of entecavir or combined with FZHY on HBV fibrotic liver.展开更多

Tripterygium glycosides tablet(TGT),the classical commercial drug of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F.has been effectively used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,nephrotic syndrome,leprosy,Behcet's syndrome,le...Tripterygium glycosides tablet(TGT),the classical commercial drug of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F.has been effectively used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,nephrotic syndrome,leprosy,Behcet's syndrome,leprosy reaction and autoimmune hepatitis.However,due to its narrow and limited treatment window,TGT-induced organ toxicity(among which liver injury accounts for about 40%of clinical reports)has gained increasing attention.The present study aimed to clarify the cellular and molecular events underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury using single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)technology.The TGT-induced acute liver injury mouse model was constructed through short-term TGT exposure and further verified by hematoxylin-eosin staining and liver function-related serum indicators,including alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase and total bilirubin.Using the mouse model,we identified 15 specific subtypes of cells in the liver tissue,including endothelial cells,hepatocytes,cholangiocytes,and hepatic stellate cells.Further analysis indicated that TGT caused a significant inflammatory response in liver endothelial cells at different spatial locations;led to marked inflammatory response,apoptosis and fatty acid metabolism dysfunction in hepatocytes;activated hepatic stellate cells;brought about the activation,inflammation,and phagocytosis of liver capsular macrophages cells;resulted in immune dysfunction of liver lymphocytes;disturbed the intercellular crosstalk in liver microenvironment by regulating various signaling pathways.Thus,these findings elaborate the mechanism underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury,provide new insights into the safe and rational applications in the clinic,and complement the identification of new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for liver protection.展开更多

Objective: To observe the effect of oral fuming tablets on the levels of serum β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), Nitric oxide (NO), Malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in pa...Objective: To observe the effect of oral fuming tablets on the levels of serum β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), Nitric oxide (NO), Malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with diabetic cataract (DC) after phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy. Methods: A total of 90 patients with DC were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45) according to the lottery method. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy. On this basis, the control group underwent phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy. The observation group was treated with Fuming tablets on the basis of the control group. The levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO, MDA and SOD in peripheral blood were measured in all subjects. Result: Before treatment, there were no significant difference in serum levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO, MDA and SOD between the two groups. The levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO and MDA in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. And the levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO and MDA of the observation group was notably lower than those of the control group. After treatment, the levels of SOD in the two groups were notably higher than those before treatment. And the levels of SOD of the observation group was notably higher than those of the control group after treatment. Conclusion: After phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy, supplemented with Fuming tablet treatment can effectively reduce serum levels of β2-MG and HbA1c to improve the degree of fundus lesions in DC patients;reduce serum MDA and NO levels, increase the concentration of SOD, DC patients to restore the antioxidant energy. Fuming tablets are effective adjuvant drugs for clinical cataract surgery.展开更多
Background:Jinqi Jiangtang tablets(JQJT)have been approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in China for many years.Exploring the effective substances and mechanisms of JQJT is important for its clin...Background:Jinqi Jiangtang tablets(JQJT)have been approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in China for many years.Exploring the effective substances and mechanisms of JQJT is important for its clinical application and further drug research and development.This study aimed to explore the chemical basis and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.Methods:With network pharmacology,we screened substances in JQJT and their possible targets,then constructed the action network and enriched the biological functions and pathways associated with the active components,and identified the potential targets and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.Based on the network pharmacology data,we explored the hypoglycemic mechanisms of coptisine in JQJT through western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results:Forty-three compounds with good pharmacokinetic properties were identified in JQJT,together with 146 potential biological targets.Among these potential targets,74 were associated with treatment of T2DM.A compound-target network of the 43 compounds against T2DM was constructed.Biological process and signal pathway enrichment analysis of the network highlighted the FoxO signaling pathway.Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction results showed that coptisine,but not epiberberine,significantly inhibited expression of key genes involved in hepatocyte gluconeogenesis by regulating the FoxO1 signaling pathway.Conclusion:Network pharmacology analysis and cell experiments showed that coptisine regulated glucose homeostasis by inhibiting the FoxO1 signaling pathway and hepatic gluconeogenesis,which may be one of the mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.展开更多

[Methods] The orthogonal design with three levels was carried out with microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrophosphate and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone as three factors to optimize the preparation process. [Results] When microcrystalline cellulose 200 mg/tablet, calcium hydrophosphate 150 mg/tablet, and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone 80 mg/tablet were added, the angle of repose could meet the requirements of tablet pressing, and the dissolution could reach more than 95% in 30 min. The results of the orthogonal test showed that the dissolution effect of self-made tablets was faster than that of commercial products. [Conclusions] The glucosamine hydrochloride chondroitin sulfate tablets prepared by this prescription have better quality.展开更多
BACKGROUND Depression is a widespread mental health condition that requires effective treatment.In the treatment of depression,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers obvious advantages,fewer adverse reactions,and a l...BACKGROUND Depression is a widespread mental health condition that requires effective treatment.In the treatment of depression,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers obvious advantages,fewer adverse reactions,and a lower recurrence rate.AIM To evaluate the clinical benefits of Guipi decoction combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets for individuals with depression.METHODS In total,80 patients diagnosed as having depression were enrolled in the study and divided into either an experimental group or a control group.All of the patients were orally administered escitalopram oxalate tablets.Additionally,the experimental group received Jiajian Guipi decoction and reduced Governor vessel fumigation over 4 wk.TCM syndrome scores,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAM-D)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores were measured for the two groups and compared before and after the treatment.The two groups were monitored for any adverse reactions.RESULTS After 4 wk of treatment,both groups exhibited a significant reduction in TCM syndrome scores compared with their pre-treatment scores(P<0.05).However,the experimental group exhibited significantly lower TCM syndrome scores than the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,the post-treatment SDS and HAM-D-24 scores were significantly lower in both groups than the pre-treatment scores(P<0.05),with the experimental group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency was significantly better in the experimental group(97.14%)than in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Furthermore,after 4 wk of treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores for both groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),with the experimental group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of Guipi decoction and escitalopram oxalate tablets was found to be an effective and safe treatment for depression.This combination could reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve depressive symptoms,and enhance sleep quality.展开更多

文摘Theaflavins(TFs),as the major polyphenolic components of fermented tea,possess beneficial effects on human health.In this study,the effervescent tablets based on theaflavins were developed.The optimal formulation of TF effervescent tablets was obtained by response surface methodology with the Box-Behnken design.Then,the physiochemical properties were evaluated,including hardness,friability,effervescent time and pH of the solution.At last,the antioxidant ability of TF effervescent tablets was studied through DPPH and ABTS radical scavenging assay.According to the results,the optimal formulation of the tablets contained TF powder 9.09%,disintegrating agent 43.80%(the weight ratio of citric acid and sodium bicarbonate was 1:1),aspartame 1.86%,PEG-6003%,and mannitol in balance.With the wet granulation method,the TF effervescent tablets displayed suitable hardness,fast disintegration time,good color,pleasant taste and high antioxidant activity.This study demonstrated that the TF effervescent tablets could be a valuable product for the supplement market and contribute to promoting practical application of TFs.

文摘Objective This study aimed to analyze the clinical efficacy of the Jianpi Shengxue tablet for treating renal anemia.Methods A total of 200 patients with renal anemia from December 2020 to December 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into two groups.Patients in the control group were treated with polysaccharide-iron complex,and those in the experimental group were administered Jianpi Shengxue tablet.After 8 weeks of continuous treatment,the therapeutic outcomes regarding anemia were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the red blood cell(RBC)count,hematocrit(HCT),reticulocyte percentage(RET),ferritin(SF),serum iron(SI),transferrin saturation(TSAT),and serum albumin(ALB)all increased(P<0.01),and the clinical symptom score and total iron binding capacity decreased(P<0.01)in the experimental group.Moreover,the improvements in RBC,HCT,RET,SF,SI,TAST,ALB,and clinical symptoms(fatigue,anorexia,dull skin complexion,numbness of hands and feet)in the experimental group were significantly greater than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate for treating renal anemia was significantly higher in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion The Jianpi Shengxue tablet demonstrates efficacy in treating renal anemia,leading to significant improvements in the laboratory examination results and clinical symptoms of patients with renal anemia.

文摘BACKGROUND The specific benefits of Yangxinshi tablet(YXST)in the treating chronic heart failure(CHF)remain uncertain.AIM To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of YXST in the treatment of CHF.METHODS Randomized controlled trials(RCTs)investigating YXST for CHF treatment were retrieved from eight public databases up to November 2023.Meta-analyses of the included clinical studies were conducted using Review Manager 5.3.RESULTS Twenty RCTs and 1845 patients were included.The meta-analysis results showed that the YXST combination group,compared to the conventional drug group,significantly increased the clinical efficacy rate by 23%[relative risk(RR)=1.23,95%CI:1.17-1.29],(P<0.00001),left ventricular ejection fraction by 6.69%[mean difference(MD)=6.69,95%CI:4.42-8.95,P<0.00001]and 6-min walk test by 49.82 m(MD=49.82,95%C:38.84-60.80,P<0.00001),and reduced N-terminal pro-Btype natriuretic peptide by 1.03 ng/L[standardized MD(SMD)=-1.03,95%CI:-1.32 to-0.74,P<0.00001],brain natriuretic peptide by 80.95 ng/L(MD=-80.95,95%CI:-143.31 to-18.59,P=0.01),left ventricular end-diastolic diameter by 3.92 mm(MD=-3.92,95%CI:-5.06 to-2.78,P<0.00001),and left ventricular endsystolic diameter by 4.34 mm(MD=-4.34,95%CI:-6.22 to-2.47,P<0.00001).Regarding safety,neither group reported any serious adverse events during treatment(RR=0.54,95%CI:0.15-1.90,P=0.33).In addition,Egger's test results indicated no significant publication bias(P=0.557).CONCLUSION YXST effectively improves clinical symptoms and cardiac function in patients with CHF while maintaining a favorable safety profile,suggesting its potential as a therapeutic strategy for CHF.
文摘Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on acute myocardial infarction(AMI)patients.Methods:The study period was from January 2020 to December 2023,the sample source was 82 AMI patients admitted to our hospital,grouped into an observation group(n=41)and a control group(n=41)by the numerical table method.The patients in the control group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets,and the patients in the observation group were treated with aspirin enteric-coated tablets combined with clopidogrel bisulfate.The clinical efficacy,coagulation indexes,and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events between the two groups were compared.Results:The clinical efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the platelet aggregation rate(PAR)of the observation group was lower than that of the con-trol group after treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the prothrombin time(PT)and activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of cardiovascular adverse events in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment effect of clopidogrel bisulfate tablets combined with aspirin enteric-coated tablets on AMI patients is remarkable.It reduces the PAR and the incidence of cardiovascular adverse events,so this treatment method should be popularized.
文摘Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Biling Weitong Granules combined with oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets on patients with reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia.Methods:Sixty patients diagnosed with reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University between June 2020 and June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups:the control group and the observation group,each consisting of 30 cases.The control group received oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets only,while the observation group received Biling Weitong Granules in addition to the tablets.The clinical efficacy,Chinese medicine syndrome points,esophageal kinetic indexes,gastrointestinal hormone levels,and therapeutic safety of both groups were evaluated.Results:The total efficiency of the observation group reached 93.33%,significantly higher than the 73.33%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group exhibited significantly lower scores for Chinese medicine symptoms such as early satiety,belching,abdominal distension,abdominal pain,and loss of appetite compared to the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the observation group showed significantly higher upper esophageal sphincter pressure,lower esophageal sphincter pressure,and distal esophageal contraction scores compared to the control group(P<0.05).Additionally,levels of gastric motility hormone,vasoactive intestinal peptide,and gastrin were significantly higher in the observation group compared to the control group(P<0.05).Throughout the treatment period,there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups,indicating comparable safety of the two treatment modalities(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Biling Weitong Granules with oryz-aspergillus enzyme and pancreatin tablets demonstrates significant efficacy in the treatment of reflux esophagitis with functional dyspepsia,with a better safety profile.This finding warrants further clinical promotion.

文摘After gene mutation, the pcDNA3.1/APP595/596 plasmid was transfected into HEK293 cells to establish a cell model of Alzheimer's disease. The cell model was treated with donepezil or compound Danshen tablets after culture for 72 hours. Reverse transcription-PCR showed that the mRNA expression of amyloid protein precursor decreased in all groups following culture for 24 hours, and that there was no significant difference in the amount of decrease between donepezil and compound Danshen tablets. Our results suggest that compound Danshen tablets can reduce expression of the mRNA for amyloid protein precursor in a transgenic cell model of Alzheimer's disease, with similar effects to donepezil.

文摘Sofosbuvir is one of the new direct-acting antiviral drugs against hepatitis C virus(HCV) infection. This drug has recently been launched into the market, and generic versions of the medication are expected to be produced by local drug producers in some countries. Therefore, new methods are required to control sofosbuvir in pharmaceuticals. In the present study, a new method based on reversed phase(RP)-ultra-high performance liquid chromatography(UHPLC) coupled to diode array detection(DAD) and mass spectrometry(MS) was developed to facilitate the qualitative and quantitative analysis of sofosbuvir in film coated tablets. A wavelength of 260 nm was selected to perform a cost-effective quantification and the method showed adequate linearity,with an R^2 value of 0.9998, and acceptable values of accuracy(75%–102%) and precision(residual standard deviation < 5%). The detection and quantification limits were 0.07 μg/mL and 0.36 μg/mL, respectively.Furthermore, the use of high-resolution MS enabled us to ensure the specificity, check impurities and better sensitivity. Therefore, this methodology promises to be suitable not only for the routine analysis of sofosbuvir in pharmaceutical dosage forms, but also for potential degradants.

文摘[Objectives]This study aimed to establish a method for simultaneous determination of four ingredients in Guanxin Danshen tablets by RP-HPLC.[Methods]HPLC chromatography was adopted with column of Thermo Hypersil-Keystone C 18 column(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),mobile phase of acetonitrile(A)-0.03 mol/L ammonium acetate(pH adjusted to 2.4 with formic acid)(B),gradient elution(0-5 min,5%A;5-10 min,5%A→19%A;10-40 min,19%A;40-68 min,19%A→36%A;68-90 min,36%A→95%A),flow rate of 1.0 mL/min and column temperature of 25℃.[Results]The content of salvianic acid A sodium,protocatechuic aldehyde,salvianolic acid B and tanshinone II A showed good linear relationship with chromatographic peak area in the range of 3.310-18.66,0.03950-0.2370,0.7500-4.500,0.05920-0.3550μg,respectively.The recovery rate(n=6)was 101.75%,96.86%,104.15%and 99.03%,respectively,and the RSD was 1.52%,2.81%,1.80%,and 1.37%respectively.The established method has good precision,reproducibility and stability.[Conclusions]This method can be used for the quality control of multiple ingredients of Guanxin Danshen tablets.
文摘[ Objective ] This study was conducted to improve quality standard of Compound Danshen tablets. [ Method] Tanshinones in Compound Danshen tab- lets were determined by HPLC method. [ Result] A good linear relationship was found in the range of 0.10 -0.50 μg, and the average recovery rate was 100.59% (RSD = 1.38% ). [ Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid and reproducible, and could be used as a method for quality control of Compound Danshen Tablets.

文摘[Objectives] To explore the efficacy of Danlou Tablet( DLT) in the treatment of coronary heart disease( CHD) with phlegm and blood stasis syndrome and its effects on serum inflammatory factors. [Methods]One hundred and ninety-seven patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018 were selected and randomly divided into two groups: control group( n =98) treated with aspirin plus atorvastatin,and research group( n =99) treated with DLT and aspirin plus atorvastatin for one month. The clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were observed. Serum secretory phospholipase A2( s PLA2),lipoprotein-associated phospholipase A2( LP-PLA2),oxidized low-density lipoprotein( ox-LDL),monocyte chemoattractant protein-1( MCP-1) and World Health Organization Quality of Life( WHOQOL-100) scores were compared before and after one month of treatment. [Results] The total effective rate was93. 94% in the research group,which was higher than that in the control group( 79. 59%,P < 0. 05);the levels of serum s PLA2,LP-PLA2,ox-LDL and MCP-1 in the research group were lower than those in the control group after one month of treatment( P < 0. 05). There was no statistical significance of the difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the research group and the control group( P > 0. 05).After one month of treatment,WHOQOL-100 scores were higher in two groups,which were higher in the research group than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). [Conclusions]DLT can significantly reduce the level of serum inflammatory factors,improve the quality of life in patients with CHD and phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.

文摘BACKGROUND After receiving entecavir or combined with FuzhengHuayu tablet(FZHY)treatment,some sufferers with hepatitis B virus(HBV)-related liver fibrosis could achieve a histological improvement while the others may fail to improve even worsen.Serum metabolomics at baseline in these patients who were effective in treatment remain unclear.AIM To explore baseline serum metabolites characteristics in responders.METHODS A total of 132 patients with HBV-related liver fibrosis and 18 volunteers as healthy controls were recruited.First,all subjects were divided into training set and validation set.Second,the included patients were subdivided into entecavir responders(E-R),entecavir no-responders(E-N),FZHY+entecavir responders(FR),and FZHY+entecavir no-responders(F-N)following the pathological histological changes after 48 wk’treatments.Then,Serum samples of all subjects before treatment were tested by high performance liquid chromatographytandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS)high-performance LC-MS.Data processing was conducted using multivariate principal component analysis and orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis.Diagnostic tests of selected differential metabolites were used for Boruta analyses and logistic regression.RESULTS As for the intersection about differential metabolic pathways between the groups E-R vs E-N and F-R vs F-N,results showed that 4 pathways including linoleic acid metabolism,aminoacyl-tRNA biosynthesis,cyanoamino acid metabolism,alanine,aspartate and glutamate metabolism were screened out.As for the differential metabolites,these 7 intersected metabolites including hydroxypropionic acid,tyrosine,citric acid,taurochenodeoxycholic acid,benzoic acid,2-Furoic acid,and propionic acid were selected.CONCLUSION Our findings showed that 4 metabolic pathways and 7 differential metabolites had potential usefulness in clinical prediction of the response of entecavir or combined with FZHY on HBV fibrotic liver.
文摘The model of membranous glomerulonephritis(MGN)in rats was successfully established using self-made cationic bovine serum albumin(C-BSA)and treated with Huangdan Decoction (HDD) and Tripterygium Wilfordii Co.tablet(TW).Results indicated that the levels of urinary protein,blood urea nitrogen(BUN)and serum creatinine(Scr) in treated groups(groups A,B and C)were significantly decreased as compared with the control group(group D)(PM0.01).By light and electron microscope and immunofluorescent technique,the damage to kidney in groups A,B and C was found much milder than that in group D with lesion in group A being slightest.These findings suggest that HDD and TW may alleviate the pathological lesions of MGN,prevent or retard its progression,and have remarkable therapeutic effects on MGN.

文摘Tripterygium glycosides tablet(TGT),the classical commercial drug of Tripterygium wilfordii Hook.F.has been effectively used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis,nephrotic syndrome,leprosy,Behcet's syndrome,leprosy reaction and autoimmune hepatitis.However,due to its narrow and limited treatment window,TGT-induced organ toxicity(among which liver injury accounts for about 40%of clinical reports)has gained increasing attention.The present study aimed to clarify the cellular and molecular events underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury using single-cell RNA sequencing(scRNA-seq)technology.The TGT-induced acute liver injury mouse model was constructed through short-term TGT exposure and further verified by hematoxylin-eosin staining and liver function-related serum indicators,including alanine aminotransferase,aspartate aminotransferase,alkaline phosphatase and total bilirubin.Using the mouse model,we identified 15 specific subtypes of cells in the liver tissue,including endothelial cells,hepatocytes,cholangiocytes,and hepatic stellate cells.Further analysis indicated that TGT caused a significant inflammatory response in liver endothelial cells at different spatial locations;led to marked inflammatory response,apoptosis and fatty acid metabolism dysfunction in hepatocytes;activated hepatic stellate cells;brought about the activation,inflammation,and phagocytosis of liver capsular macrophages cells;resulted in immune dysfunction of liver lymphocytes;disturbed the intercellular crosstalk in liver microenvironment by regulating various signaling pathways.Thus,these findings elaborate the mechanism underlying TGT-induced acute liver injury,provide new insights into the safe and rational applications in the clinic,and complement the identification of new biomarkers and therapeutic targets for liver protection.

For the safety and purity of the tablet, we need to scan it by developed scanner technology, which should be not more expensive and easily available in the market. The THz technology is one of them. In the proposed work, we have tasted tablet images with the help of the THz super-resolution scanner, which is already available in our lab. The AI machine learning data concept has been investigated. Good resolution of images has been obtained. Furthermore, the challenging research problems are discussed. Finally, it summarizes the recent updates in terahertz technology for drug inspection and medical applications with potential research challenges.
文摘Objective: To observe the effect of oral fuming tablets on the levels of serum β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), Glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c), Nitric oxide (NO), Malondialdehyde (MDA) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in patients with diabetic cataract (DC) after phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy. Methods: A total of 90 patients with DC were randomly divided into control group (n=45) and observation group (n=45) according to the lottery method. Both groups were treated with conventional therapy. On this basis, the control group underwent phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy. The observation group was treated with Fuming tablets on the basis of the control group. The levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO, MDA and SOD in peripheral blood were measured in all subjects. Result: Before treatment, there were no significant difference in serum levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO, MDA and SOD between the two groups. The levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO and MDA in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment. And the levels of β2-MG, HbA1c, NO and MDA of the observation group was notably lower than those of the control group. After treatment, the levels of SOD in the two groups were notably higher than those before treatment. And the levels of SOD of the observation group was notably higher than those of the control group after treatment. Conclusion: After phacoemulsification combined with vitrectomy, supplemented with Fuming tablet treatment can effectively reduce serum levels of β2-MG and HbA1c to improve the degree of fundus lesions in DC patients;reduce serum MDA and NO levels, increase the concentration of SOD, DC patients to restore the antioxidant energy. Fuming tablets are effective adjuvant drugs for clinical cataract surgery.

文摘Background:Jinqi Jiangtang tablets(JQJT)have been approved for the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM)in China for many years.Exploring the effective substances and mechanisms of JQJT is important for its clinical application and further drug research and development.This study aimed to explore the chemical basis and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.Methods:With network pharmacology,we screened substances in JQJT and their possible targets,then constructed the action network and enriched the biological functions and pathways associated with the active components,and identified the potential targets and mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.Based on the network pharmacology data,we explored the hypoglycemic mechanisms of coptisine in JQJT through western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction.Results:Forty-three compounds with good pharmacokinetic properties were identified in JQJT,together with 146 potential biological targets.Among these potential targets,74 were associated with treatment of T2DM.A compound-target network of the 43 compounds against T2DM was constructed.Biological process and signal pathway enrichment analysis of the network highlighted the FoxO signaling pathway.Western blot and quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction results showed that coptisine,but not epiberberine,significantly inhibited expression of key genes involved in hepatocyte gluconeogenesis by regulating the FoxO1 signaling pathway.Conclusion:Network pharmacology analysis and cell experiments showed that coptisine regulated glucose homeostasis by inhibiting the FoxO1 signaling pathway and hepatic gluconeogenesis,which may be one of the mechanisms of JQJT in the treatment of T2DM.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to optimize the Formulation Process of glucosamine chondroitin sulfate tablets. [Methods] The orthogonal design with three levels was carried out with microcrystalline cellulose, calcium hydrophosphate and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone as three factors to optimize the preparation process. [Results] When microcrystalline cellulose 200 mg/tablet, calcium hydrophosphate 150 mg/tablet, and cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone 80 mg/tablet were added, the angle of repose could meet the requirements of tablet pressing, and the dissolution could reach more than 95% in 30 min. The results of the orthogonal test showed that the dissolution effect of self-made tablets was faster than that of commercial products. [Conclusions] The glucosamine hydrochloride chondroitin sulfate tablets prepared by this prescription have better quality.

文摘BACKGROUND Depression is a widespread mental health condition that requires effective treatment.In the treatment of depression,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)offers obvious advantages,fewer adverse reactions,and a lower recurrence rate.AIM To evaluate the clinical benefits of Guipi decoction combined with escitalopram oxalate tablets for individuals with depression.METHODS In total,80 patients diagnosed as having depression were enrolled in the study and divided into either an experimental group or a control group.All of the patients were orally administered escitalopram oxalate tablets.Additionally,the experimental group received Jiajian Guipi decoction and reduced Governor vessel fumigation over 4 wk.TCM syndrome scores,Hamilton depression rating scale(HAM-D)scores,self-rating depression scale(SDS)scores,and Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores were measured for the two groups and compared before and after the treatment.The two groups were monitored for any adverse reactions.RESULTS After 4 wk of treatment,both groups exhibited a significant reduction in TCM syndrome scores compared with their pre-treatment scores(P<0.05).However,the experimental group exhibited significantly lower TCM syndrome scores than the control group(P<0.05).Similarly,the post-treatment SDS and HAM-D-24 scores were significantly lower in both groups than the pre-treatment scores(P<0.05),with the experimental group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The total treatment efficiency was significantly better in the experimental group(97.14%)than in the control group(77.78%)(P<0.05).Furthermore,after 4 wk of treatment,the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scores for both groups were significantly lower than those before the treatment(P<0.05),with the experimental group exhibiting lower scores than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The combination of Guipi decoction and escitalopram oxalate tablets was found to be an effective and safe treatment for depression.This combination could reduce TCM syndrome scores,improve depressive symptoms,and enhance sleep quality.
