The professional and moral education of high school mathematics teachers will make classroom management work better,but their work pressure will also lead to classroom management problems.To do a good job in high school class teacher management and organically integrate it with mathematics teaching,we need to start from two aspects:mathematics teaching class teachers and class teacher work teaching,and penetrate mathematical thinking into daily classroom management,moral education,and classroom culture construction.Based on the attributes of the subject,we guide high school students to reflect after class to stimulate their self-management initiative through the cultivation of qualified class representatives.In addition,it is necessary to skillfully resolve classroom generative problems,change the roles of teachers and students,and integrate classroom management with mathematics teaching. 展开更多

How to Promote the Online Flow of High-Quality Teacher Resources under the"Double Reduction"Policy:An Analysis of Factors Influencing Teachers'Continuance Intention to Participate in Online After-School Teaching Services

Promoting the online flow of high-quality teacher resources has emerged as an important way to pursue coordinated progress in burden reduction and quality improvement under the"double reduction"policy.Based on the Open Online Tutoring Program of Secondary School Teachers(hereinafter referred to as"the open tutoring program")in City A,China,this study examined the factors influencing teachers'continuance intention to participate in the open tutoring program and their structural relationships,using a structural equation modeling analysis based on 1,159 sample data.The results show that:Firstly,teachers'reputation enhancement,perceived playfulness,perceived usefulness,and perceived ease of use have a positive effect on teachers'continuance intention to participate in online after-school teaching services.Secondly,online teaching efficacy has no direct effect on teachers'continuance intention,but rather impacts their reputation enhancement and beliefs about the value of the open tutoring program.Thirdly,social influence has a positive effect on teachers'reputation.Fourthly,perceived ease of use has a positive effect on teachers'perception of the value of the open tutoring program.In light of the above,relevant suggestions are proposed to encourage teachers to continue participating in online after-school teaching services. 展开更多

This paper analyzes the characteristics of the output gradient histogram and shortages of several traditional automatic threshold methods in order to segment the gradient image better. Then an improved double-threshold method is proposed, which is combined with the method of maximum classes variance, estimating-area method and double-threshold method. This method can automatically select two different thresholds to segment gradient images. The computer simulation is performed on the traditional methods and this algorithm and proves that this method can get satisfying result. The research finds that(1) teachers in different class types prefer to adopt evaluative feedback and use more positive feedback.(2) the proportion of each feedback is different in listening and speaking, reading and writing class. Furthermore, we know that teachers' beliefs on teaching and learning play an important role in class. During the process of learning and teaching, a teacher's own learning from relevant books on education and learning helps a lot in increase teachers' awareness about English teaching and learning, and improving the classroom teaching. 名班主任工作室建设是落实“三全育人”“提质培优”行动计划的重要举措。通过问卷调查法、访谈法对高职院校名班主任工作室建设情况进行调查,发现名班主任工作室人数规模适宜、成员年龄结构均衡,成员期待开展班主任工作交流、经验研讨... 名班主任工作室建设是落实“三全育人”“提质培优”行动计划的重要举措。通过问卷调查法、访谈法对高职院校名班主任工作室建设情况进行调查,发现名班主任工作室人数规模适宜、成员年龄结构均衡,成员期待开展班主任工作交流、经验研讨与业务培训,工作室运行模式多样化、专业活动频次适中,工作室对班主任队伍、学生成长和班级管理均有显著促进成效。但工作室存在四个方面的问题:师资来源单一,职称结构不均衡;配套政策制度不健全,运行机制不畅、建设经验欠佳;班主任业务能力培训偏少、教科研协同有待加强;工作室建设成效参差不齐、班级管理成效亟待提升等。可从优化工作室师资结构、健全工作室长效运行体制机制、打造班主任专业成长共同体、探索班级管理新模式等方面推进名班主任工作室建设,以期助推高职院校名班主任工作室高质量发展。 展开更多

Nowadays,more and more foreign teachers have come to or been invited to China,joining in the English education cause,especially in colleges and universities.Using the methods of questionnaires and interviews,this paper conducts a survey of three foreign teachers and one hundred Chinese English majors at Qufu Normal University,aiming to explore their different perceptions and attitudes towards varied aspects of cross-cultural communication in native EFL classes.The quantitative and qualitative data obtained from the survey were both processed and analyzed from such categories as "teaching contents","teaching attitude","teaching methods","classroom interaction" and "cultural background".The findings suggested that intercultural communication plays a significant role in the process of English language teaching and learning at college native EFL classes. 展开更多
