Application of sensory and motor training in AIDET communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty

BACKGROUND Patients with knee arthroplasty often have problems such as slow recovery of knee function,which may cause negative emotions and affect their postoperative rehabilitation.The application of sensory and motor training in the Acknowledge,Introduce,Duration,Evaluation,Thank You(AIDET)communication mode in patients after knee arthroplasty can provide reference for the selection of postoperative rehabilitation training measures.AIM To explore the sensory and motor training effects in AIDET communication mode on knee function recovery and resilience of patients after knee arthroplasty.METHODS One hundred patients who underwent knee arthroplasty at our hospital between January 2022 and January 2024 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(n=50)received routine rehabilitation training.In the observation group(n=50),the AIDET communication mode was used to perform sensory and motor training,in addition to routine rehabilitation training.The rehabilitation training was administered for 8 weeks.After surgery,knee function,balance ability,walking ability,proprioception,and resilience were compared between the two groups.RESULTS The New York Hospital for Special Surgery knee scores of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after intervention were(65.23±6.84,84.53±5.27),which was higher than those of the control group(61.03±7.15,74.92±6.52)(P<0.05).The balance ability of the observation group at the time of discharge and 8 weeks after the intervention was higher than that of the control group,the time of time up to go test was shorter than that of the control group,and proprioceptive function was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The resilience level in the observation group after the intervention was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Sensory and motor training in AIDET communication mode promotes knee function recovery of patients after knee arthroplasty,improves their limb walking ability and balance function,and increases their resilience level. 展开更多

近年来深度强化学习作为一种高效可靠的机器学习方法被广泛应用在交通信号控制领域。目前,现有交通信号配时方法通常忽略了特殊车辆(例如救护车、消防车等)的优先通行;此外,基于传统深度强化学习的信号配时方法优化目标较为单一,导致其... 近年来深度强化学习作为一种高效可靠的机器学习方法被广泛应用在交通信号控制领域。目前,现有交通信号配时方法通常忽略了特殊车辆(例如救护车、消防车等)的优先通行;此外,基于传统深度强化学习的信号配时方法优化目标较为单一,导致其在复杂交通场景中性能不佳。针对上述问题,基于Double DQN提出一种融合特殊车辆优先通行的双模式多目标信号配时方法(Dual-mode Multi-objective signal timing method based on Double DQN,DMDD),以提高不同交通场景下路口的通行效率。该方法首先基于路口的饱和状态选择信号控制模式,特殊车辆在紧急控制模式下被赋予更高的通行权重,有利于其更快通过路口;接着针对等待时长、队列长度和CO 2排放量3个指标分别设计神经网络进行奖励计算;最后利用Double DQN进行最优信号相位的选择,通过灵活切换信号相位以提升通行效率。基于SUMO的实验结果表明,DMDD与对比方法相比能有效缩短路口处特殊车辆的等待时长、队列长度和CO 2排放量,特殊车辆能够更快通过路口,有效地提高了通行效率。 展开更多

The welding heat source models and the plastic tension zone sizes of a typical weld joint involved in the double floor structure of high speed train under different welding parameters were calculated by a thermal-elastic-plastic FEM analysis based on SYSWELD code.Then,the welding distortion of floor structure was predicted using a linear elastic FEM and shrinkage method based on Weld Planner software.The effects of welding sequence,clamping configuration and reverse deformation on welding distortion of floor structure were examined numerically.The results indicate that the established elastic FEM model for floor structure is reliable for predicting the distribution of welding distortion in view of the good agreement between the calculated results and the measured distortion for real double floor structure.Compared with the welding sequence,the clamping configuration and the reverse deformation have a significant influence on the welding distortion of floor structure.In the case of30 mm reverse deformation,the maximum deformation can be reduced about 70%in comparison to an actual welding process. 展开更多

To overcome this shortcoming, a quasi-PT(parity-time)symmetric double ridge semiconductor laser is proposed to reach single lateral mode operation for an intrinsic multi-mode stripe laser. The coupled mode theory is used to analyze the non-Hermitian modulation of the gain(or loss) of the PT symmetric double ridge laser to obtain the coupling coefficient between the two ridge waveguides. Finally, the mode field distributions of the quasi-PT symmetric double ridge laser are simulated before and after the spontaneous PT symmetry breaking, which keep the laser operating in single lateral mode. 展开更多

Compared with a delta wing aircraft, the double delta wing configuration has better aerodynamic performance at high angles of attack. An operational analysis was introduced as a method for evaluating training effectiveness of trainer aircraft. Approaches to the engineering estimation of aerodynamic characteristics for aircraft with a double delta wing configuration were studied, and the procedures for determining aircraft performance indices formulated. Taking training effectiveness as the objective function and geometric parameters of the wing platform as design variables, through a numerical multivariate optimization arithmetic, the conceptual design optimization for a certain fighter trainer aircraft with double delta wing configuration was carried out under the constraints of tactical and technical requirements and interrelated geometry. Agreement of a calculation example with engineering practice indicates that the optimal design has higher training effectiveness than the baseline design, and in addition, improves the structural force bearing conditions. 展开更多

The mechanical models of interface crack for mode Ⅱ are given. By translating the governing equations into the generalized hi-harmonic equations, the stress functions containing two stress singularity exponents are derived with the help of a complex function method. Based on the boundary conditions, a system of non-homogeneous linear equations is found. Two real stress singularity exponents are determined be solving this system under appropriate conditions about bimaterial engineering parameters. According to the uniqueness theorem of limit, both the formulae of stress intensity factors and theoretical solutions of stress field near the interface crack tip are derived. When the two orthotropic materials are the same, the stress singularity exponents, stress intensity factors and stresses for mode II crack of the orthotropic single material are obtained. 展开更多

Meanwhile, the adaptive fast nonsingular terminal sliding-mode attitude stabilization controller is proposed for satellite's main body to quicken convergence speed of state variables. Similarly, the adaptive fast nonsingular terminal sliding-mode attitude maneuver controller is designed for each payload to weaken the disturbance effect of motion of satellite's main body. Double tearing modes(DTMs),induced by double current sheet configurations or two neighboring rational surfaces with the same safety factor in tokamaks,are widely observed in solar,space,and fusion plasmas.In this paper,the evolution of DTMs without a guide field is investigated numerically using a hybrid model(electron fluid+ion PIC).The overall evolution processes of DTMs are qualitatively consistent with previous works using other models.The particle dynamics during the evolution of DTMs is analyzed in detail.Behaviors of ions and electrons present different characteristics around the reconnection region which gives rise to Hall effects producing the out-of-plane quadrupole magnetic field.In the explosive reconnection process with interactions between two DTMs islands,the asymmetric drive and the thin current layer feature lead to the emergence of secondary magnetic islands which develop with the late evolution of the DTMs. 展开更多
