Optimization of Chiller Loading Problem Using Improved Golden Jackal Optimization Algorithm Leads to Reduction in Energy Consumption

This paper proposes a modified golden jackal optimization(IGJO)algorithm to solve the OCL(which stands for optimal cooling load)problem to minimize energy consumption.In this algorithm,many tools have been developed,such as numerical visualization,local field method,competitive selectionmethod,and iterative strategy.The IGJO algorithm is used to improve the research capabilities of the algorithm in terms of global tuning and rotation speed.In order to fully utilize the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm,three famous examples of OCL problems in basic ventilation systems were studied and compared with some previously published works.The results show that the IGJO algorithm can find solutions equal to or better than other methods.Underpinning these studies is the need to reduce energy consumption in air conditioning systems,which is a critical business and environmental decision.The Optimal Chiller Load(OCL)problem is well-known in the industry.It is the best method of operation for the refrigeration plant to satisfy the requirement of cooling.In order to solve the OCL problem,an improved Golden Jackal optimization algorithm(IGJO)was proposed.The IGJO algorithm consists of a number of parts to improve the global optimization and rotation speed.These studies are intended to address more effectively the issue of OCL,which results in energy savings in air-conditioning systems.The performance of the proposed IGJO algorithm is evaluated,and the results are compared with the results of three known OCL problems in the ventilation system.The results indicate that the IGJO method has the same or better optimization ability as other methods and can improve the energy efficiency of the system’s cold air. 展开更多

The result shows that the curve has a minimal -7.81373 a.u at 1 = 1.55 a0.The binding energy of He3+ with respect to He+He+ +He was calculated to be 0.1064 a.u. (about 2.89 eV). The formation mechanism for the equilateral triangle structure of Li3 cluster is proposed. The curve of the total energy versus the interatomic distance for this structure has been calculated by using the method of Gou's Modified Arrangement Channel Quantum Mechanics. The result shows that the curve has a minimal energy of-22.338 60 a.u at R = 5.82 a0. The total energy of Li3 when R approaches ∞ has the value of-22.284 09 a.u. This is also the total energy of three lithium atoms dissociated from Li3. The difference value of 0.0545 08 a.u. for the above two energy values is the dissociation energy of Li3 cluster, which is also its binding energy. Therefore the binding energy per lithium atom for Li3 is 0.018 169 a.u. = 0.494 eV, which is greater than the binding energy of 0.453 eV per atom for Li2 calculated in a previous work. This means that the Li3 cluster may be formed in the equilateral triangle structure of side length R = 5.82a0 stably with a stronger binding from the symmetrical interaction among the three lithium atoms. 展开更多

Tiêu Equation Experimentation of Understanding by Energy Transfer Quantum Mechanics

Background: The Tiêu equation has a ground roots approach to the process of Quantum Biology and goes deeper through the incorporation of Quantum Mechanics. The process can be measured in plant, animal, and human usage through a variety of experimental or testing forms. Animal studies were conducted for which, in the first day of the study all the animals consistently gained dramatic weight, even as a toxic substance was introduced as described in the introduction of the paper to harm animal subjects which induced weight loss through toxicity. Tests can be made by incorporating blood report results. Human patients were also observed to show improvement to their health as administration of the substance was introduced to the biological mechanism and plants were initially exposed to the substance to observe results. This is consistent with the Tiêu equation which provides that wave function is created as the introduction of the substance to the biological mechanism which supports Quantum Mechanics. The Tiêu equation demonstrates that Quantum Mechanics moves a particle by temperature producing energy thru the blood-brain barrier for example. Methods: The methods for the Tiêu equation incorporate animal studies to include the substance administered through laboratory standards using Good Laboratory Practices under Title 40 C.F.R. § 158. Human patients were treated with the substance by medical professionals who are experts in their field and have knowledge to the response of patients. Plant applications were acquired for observation and guidance of ongoing experiments of animals’ representative for the biologics mechanism. Results: The animal studies along with patient blood testing results have been an impressive line that has followed the Tiêu equation to consistently show improvement in the introduction of the innovation to biologic mechanisms. The mechanism responds to the substance by producing energy to the mechanism with efficient effect. “双碳”目标下,各类可再生能源发电技术发展迅速,综合权衡不同可再生能源发电方案的综合效益对可再生能源的优化设计具有重要意义。综合考虑经济效益、环境效益、能源效益和社会效益4个层面,提出了一种基于模糊决策试验和评价实验(deci... “双碳”目标下,各类可再生能源发电技术发展迅速,综合权衡不同可再生能源发电方案的综合效益对可再生能源的优化设计具有重要意义。综合考虑经济效益、环境效益、能源效益和社会效益4个层面,提出了一种基于模糊决策试验和评价实验(decision making trial and evaluation laboratory,DEMATEL)与超效率数据包络分析(data envelopment analysis,DEA)模型的可再生能源发电技术综合效益评估方法。该方法分为投入-产出指标体系构建和综合评估2个阶段。首先,利用三角直觉模糊数处理模糊评价信息,将其与DEMATEL相结合量化各指标之间相互影响关系,基于指标间逻辑分析结果建立投入-产出评估指标体系。然后,基于超效率DEA模型对各可再生能源发电方案进行评估排序,结合投入冗余和产出不足分析结果给出各方案的针对性改善建议,以期为进一步选择和确定可再生能源产业发展战略提供参考。最后以某省10类可再生能源发电单元为研究对象,基于所提研究方法进行综合评估和分析,并与多准则妥协解排序法和熵权法进行对比分析,验证了所提方法的有效性。 展开更多

长江经济带中三角三省碳排放及脱钩分析——基于2011—2020年省际面板数据

碳减排是人类共同面对的世界级难题。论文利用2011—2020年长江经济带中三角湘鄂赣三省相关省际面板数据,采用泰尔指数、Tapio模型等方法,分析了中三角三省碳排放趋势及脱钩现状。研究表明:(1)2011—2020年,江西、湖北和湖南的碳强度分... 碳减排是人类共同面对的世界级难题。论文利用2011—2020年长江经济带中三角湘鄂赣三省相关省际面板数据,采用泰尔指数、Tapio模型等方法,分析了中三角三省碳排放趋势及脱钩现状。研究表明:(1)2011—2020年,江西、湖北和湖南的碳强度分别下降了48.22%、66.15%和51.01%,能源强度则分别下降了31.02%、59.37%和52.15%。得益于碳强度的下降和能源效率的提升,中三角碳排放量变化不大,区域碳排放和经济增长均衡性得以增强。(2)中三角三省主要处于碳弱脱钩状态,没有负脱钩和复挂钩的现象出现。(3)三省能源消费总量增量不多,能源结构降“碳”明显,江西、湖北和湖南煤炭消耗量占比分别下降到40.81%、37.33%和44.75%,非化石能源占比分别提高到31.23%、27.02%和26.70%。建议三省加强产业规划合作布局,完善以长江为主轴,赣江、汉江和湘江为补充的水运航道系统,强化清洁能源生产能力,最终促进三省经济发展形成绿色低碳新格局。 展开更多

黄河金三角地区城市O_(3)污染的时空格局演变特征

黄河金三角地区空气质量的改善是践行黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的体现,科学认识O_(3)浓度时空演变和污染特征对于该地区大气污染联防联控具有重要意义.本研究融合地面观测和卫星遥感反演O_(3)浓度数据,采用统计分析、趋势分析及热... 黄河金三角地区空气质量的改善是践行黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的体现,科学认识O_(3)浓度时空演变和污染特征对于该地区大气污染联防联控具有重要意义.本研究融合地面观测和卫星遥感反演O_(3)浓度数据,采用统计分析、趋势分析及热点分析的方法揭示黄河金三角地区O_(3)浓度的年、季节和月尺度以及空间变化特征,探究O_(3)污染等级的变化特征.结果表明:①黄河金三角地区2015−2022年4个地级市大气中O_(3)浓度呈升高趋势,O_(3)年均浓度表现为运城市(105μg/m^(3))>临汾市(103μg/m^(3))>三门峡市(97μg/m^(3))>渭南市(95μg/m^(3)).②O_(3)季均浓度总体表现为夏季(146μg/m^(3))>春季(113μg/m^(3))>秋季(83μg/m^(3))>冬季(59μg/m^(3)).③1−12月O_(3)浓度呈现抛物线的变化特征(5−9月偏高).④空间分布上,O_(3)浓度最大值和平均值的高值区域主要分布在黄河金三角地区东北到西南方向,低值区域分布在西北和东南方向,O_(3)浓度最小值的空间分布特征与此相反.⑤黄河金三角地区1−12月O_(3)浓度在北部、中部和南部均呈现高值和低值交替出现的空间聚集特征.NPP/VIIRS-O_(3)聚集区主要分布在该地区北部的5个区县,GDP-O_(3)聚集区零散分布在该地区的7个区县.⑥2015−2022年黄河金三角地区4个地市O_(3)不同污染等级的天数表现为优良(199 d)>轻度污染(123 d)>中度污染(46 d)>重度污染(7 d)>严重污染(0 d),优良和轻度污染的天数较多且优良的天数占到50%以上,轻度污染和中度污染出现的天数表现为夏季(77 d)>春季(58 d)>秋季(27 d)>冬季(6 d),优良的季节性变化特征则正好相反.研究成果对于揭示黄河金三角地区O_(3)时空演变规律及污染特征,制定科学合理的防治措施具有现实意义. 展开更多

基于区块链与联邦学习融合创新的技术赋能视角,构建了成渝绵“科技创新金三角”科学数据的共享系统,旨在为促进科学数据在三方之间的开放共享提供技术支撑,以适应科学研究智能化对多源异构数据的大规模需求;在厘清现有科学数据共享存在... 基于区块链与联邦学习融合创新的技术赋能视角,构建了成渝绵“科技创新金三角”科学数据的共享系统,旨在为促进科学数据在三方之间的开放共享提供技术支撑,以适应科学研究智能化对多源异构数据的大规模需求;在厘清现有科学数据共享存在阻力的基础上,探讨了“区块链+联邦学习”赋能科学数据可信共享的技术机理,并从模型交换、数据计算和激励机制3个方面阐述了具体的实现路径;根据研究结果,指出该共享系统既具有区块链的可追溯、防篡改、去中心化等可信特征,又具有联邦学习“数据不动模型动”的隐私保护功能,还具有这两种技术融合创新后所衍生的新特点,可概括为安全可靠、隐私保护、可扩展性和自动化激励,从而允许各方所掌握的科学数据在“不出域”的情况下亦能参与大规模的协同计算,有助于调动利益相关者的积极性,为科学知识的共同生产提供支撑平台。 展开更多

In this paper, proportional fairness(PF)-based energy-efficient power allocation is studied for multiple-input multiple-output(MIMO) non-orthogonal multiple access(NOMA) systems. In our schemes, statistical channel state information(CSI) is utilized for perfect CSI is impossible to achieve in practice. PF is used to balance the transmission efficiency and user fairness. Energy efficiency(EE) is formulated under basic data rate requirements and maximum transmitting power constraints. Due to the non-convex nature of EE, a two-step algorithm is proposed to obtain sub-optimal solution with a low complexity. Firstly, power allocation is determined by golden section search for fixed power. Secondly total transmitting power is determined by fractional programming method in the feasible regions. Compared to the performance of MIMO-NOMA without PF constraint, fairness is obtained at expense of decreasing of EE. 展开更多

Hundred years after the conjecture of the British astronomer Eddington that the sun is powered by nuclear fusion of hydrogen, new physics theory may help make energy harvesting by nuclear fusion soon a reality. Researchers as well as investors funding fusion megaprojects are asked to deal with new relativistic corrections for mass and energy proposed by Suleiman in his Information Relativity Theory (IRT). These corrections were calculated in this contribution. It will help to decide whether a venture will be successful and to save big investments when in doubt. The assumed optimal kinetic energy for controlled nuclear fusion must be corrected to a somewhat higher level. At very high kinetic energy in the upper GeV range, it remains not enough baryonic mass to be transformed in energy. The fusion probability faded out to zero already at the golden limit of the recession speed of  between target nucleon and projectile nucleon. Cold nuclear fusion, if ever possible, is recommended for protons rather than deuterons at highest experimental possible temperatures around 1000 (K) and needs fine-tuned kinetic nucleon energy. It would be also of interest whether a golden ratio based nuclear fuel confinement chamber could be beneficial. In this connection, also cold nuclear fusion setups should be discussed. Nature is governed by the golden ratio and criticality of physical systems influenced by it, and nuclear physics is not an exception. Computer simulations of the underlying controlled nuclear fusion processes should gain profit from IRT corrected starting information and may tackle anew possible low energy nuclear transmutations considering the wave-like dark components of matter and energy. 展开更多
