Evaluation of Tourism Status in Sustainable Rural Development by Reynard Model (Case Study: Pa Ghaleh Village, Mamasani County, Iran)

The greatest service industry and income gainer throughout the world occupies a special role and position in developing geographical areas. This study attempts to use “Reynard” model to investigate the role of tourism and its effects on the development of rural settlements with emphasis on Pa Ggaleh Village, which is one of the environs in Mamasani, Iran. Due to its historical and religious attractions and natural and cultural landscapes, this village is highly significant and has the potential to become a tourism hub and attract tourists. The methodology applied in this research is cross-sectional. Tourism potentials of Pa Ghaleh village are identified and evaluated in this study. Geological maps, topographies and field data are used to evaluate the district attractions. Their tourism potentials are also evaluated and rated using Reynard model. According to the sub-criteria of rarity and historical geography, the research results indicate that scientific value has the highest rank. In other words, tourism places in Pa Ghaleh village include 72% of scientific value, 0.59% of added value and 0.57% of compound value.

Rural Tourism Development in China:Principles,Models and the Future

Rural tourism in China,has undergone a rapid development in the last three decades.It is an emerging and effective catalyst that promotes industrial restructuring,agricultural development and the upgrading of rural areas.However,there remains little understanding about the core issues of rural tourism in China:the exact connotation,the principles,the development models and the future directions.This review paper identifies the key issues based on literature analysis,national statistics and press reports to form a general picture of the past,the current and the future prospects of China's rural tourism.The paper firstly addresses the definition,content and principles of rural tourism,and then provides an overview and brief evaluation of the progress and the current development models in China.Finally,based on the analysis of the experiences and problems,the authors sum up with five pathways of the future development of China's rural tourism from the perspective of rural tourism resources,product,market and promotion.

An Analysis on Rural Tourism Development Model in Yi County of Huangshan City

A study on tourism development model with dynamic mechanism of circular economy

With the social and economic development,conflict among the shortage of resources,environmental destruction and economic development is ever more pronounced.In this context,the circular economy was gradually accepted.Guided by sustainable development concept and promoted by six external forces,tourism circular economy take tourism micro-cycle model as the core,implement in corporate and social levels,improve resource utilization efficiency,reduce tourism's adverse impacts on the surrounding environment through recycling,reducing and reusing resources,achieve economic,social and environmental development of the organic unity.

Rural Tourism Development Model of Rice Cultivation Terrace Culture Heritage in Chongyi

The development of rural tourism is one of important measures for the protection and inheritance of agricultural cultural heritage,while agricultural cultural heritage also becomes decisive factor of promoting rural tourism development.They complement each other and develop together.In this paper,Hakka terrace of Chongyi,Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province is taken as the research object,and its cultural heritage is interpreted and classified.It could be roughly divided into four aspects:farming belief and cultural legend,processing techniques of agricultural by-products,traditional farming technology experience,traditional eco-agricultural system and landscape.Based on the four aspects,combining local current tourism resource use situation,four kinds of rural tourism development models based on rice cultivation terrace culture heritage are summarized.

Managing Tourism Development in the Dutch City of Utrecht using a Linear Programming Model of the Tourist Carrying Capacity

As one part of the Landstad International Metropolitan Area,Utrecht has become known as one of the best tourist destinations in recent years,with the rapid growth of worldwide travel trends.In this paper,through the adaption of the linear programming model,the paper intends to not only quantify the optimum number of visitors to Utrecht but also formulate a number of policy recommendations based on the reconstruction of this optimum.The paper draws the following conclusions:(1) tourist carrying capacity of Utrecht is not yet exceeded;(2) restrictive accommodation policy does not currently seem necessary;(3) the cultural-historical attractions are not yet optimally used;(4) investing in strategic provisions is currently not necessary.And from the conclusion,the paper further puts forward the following suggestions on the city’s tourism development strategy:(1) to identify "tourist flood plains";(2) to encourage the tourist disclosure of these alternatives;(3) to invest even more explicitly in residential tourism and,where possible,curb day tourism;(4) to introduce a new business model.

The Connection of Vegetation with Tourism Development and Economic Growth： A Case Study for Aruba

Vegetation is an important ecosystem on earth. It influences the earth system in many ways. Any influences on this fragile variable should be investigated, especially in a changing climate. Humans can have a positive or a negative influence on plants. This paper investigates the possible impact of tourism development and economic growth on vegetation health using cointegration and causality for Aruba. The proposed framework contributes to a better understanding on the use of remote sensing of vegetation response to tourism development and economic growth. Thereby, provide opportunities for improving the overall strategy for achieving sustainable development on a small island state. The calculations showed that there were relationships between the tourism demand and economic growth on the vegetation health on Aruba for the western part of the island. On the other hand, for the central part of the island, no relationships were found.

Green development of rural tourism from the perspective of sharing economy

A tourist vacation that integrates leisure and learning has become a new fashion. In line with this development trend, rural tourism with unique charm has developed well. However, the delay and asymmetry of information in the development of rural tourism lead to the coexisting contradiction between lack of a large number of resources idle and the inability of satisfying tourists’ deep experience. The sharing economy can help match the supply and demand sides precisely to improve the efficiency of use of idle resource. The sharing economy is integrated into the development of rural tourism. Through the Internet platform, it can effectively realize the maximum use of idle resources of rural tourism, to promote green sustainable development of rural tourism in the context of sharing economy.

The Study on Problems and Countermeasures in Tourism Development of Farmhouse Enjoyment in Shaanxi

Farmhouse enjoyment is a newly-emerging tourism product which is developing rapidly in recent years. Farmhouse enjoyment tourism is beneficial for increasing farmers＇ incomes, and providing farmers with more employment by adjusting the industrial structure. Farmhouse enjoyment tourism has produced a huge social and economic impact. But it also has some shortages for the sustainable and stable development of farmhouse enjoyment. This article starts from the analysis of present situation of farmhouse enjoyment tourism in Shaanxi; points out the problems that appeared and proposes the corresponding measures, to help farmhouse enjoyment tourism to develop healthily and sustainably.

Development and Research on Rural Regional Characteristic Sports Tourism Industry: A Case Study of Southern Jiangxi Province

With the hope of providing basis for sound development of rural sports tourism industry in economic less-developed region and the establishment of macro industry policy,this paper demonstrated the selection of development way,space frame and product system of rural sports tourism industry in southern Jiangxi Province by consulting document literature and conducting field research and based on the analysis of social background for the rise of rural sports tourism.

基于SWOT-AHP模型的达州、巴中红色旅游发展策略研究

无论是经济层面还是文化层面,亦或是地缘层面,巴中市与达州市都有同根性,因此有必要对其红色旅游进行区域联动的发展研究.基于此背景,通过实地调研和阅读文献运用SWOT方法扫描以及定性分析达州、巴中红色旅游发展影响因素和指标体系.继而,以SWOT-AHP为分析模型,构建达州、巴中红色旅游发展评价体系,运用德尔菲法获取数据构造判断矩阵并借助Excel软件计算各因素指标相对权重.研究发现:达州、巴中红色旅游发展战略四边形战略重心P点位于第一象限SO开拓型战略区.因此,要求达州、巴中红色旅游联动发展应采取积极开拓发展策略,即:“抓实”政策机遇、挖掘资源优势、区域协同联动、产业融合发展的红色旅游发展策略.

基于SWOT-AHP模型的安康市康养旅游产业高质量发展战略分析

运用SWOT-AHP模型分析框架,通过问卷调查和实地调研获取数据,分析了安康市康养旅游产业高质量发展的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁,并对各项指标的重要性进行权重研判。结果表明,安康市康养旅游产业属于实力型产业,产业高质量发展应采取积极的开拓型战略;并提出了在产业发展起步阶段应遵循“政府主导、市场主体、部门联动、内外合力”的发展机制,做好统筹规划、整合资源,以全域旅游建设实现区域康养旅游产业一体化发展;在产业发展的高质量阶段应以技术创新促进产业融合,进而构建区域康养旅游产业链和产业体系,实现区域康养旅游特色化、集聚化、适度规模化发展。

三线建设工业遗产保护与旅游融合:价值解读、模式与路径

三线建设工业遗产是记录中国军工史、工业化史和党史的重要载体,是一种独特的红色旅游资源和工业遗产旅游资源。为了促进三线建设工业遗产保护与融合发展,本文采用文献分析、实地调研等方法,界定了三线建设工业遗产的概念,解读了三线建设工业遗产旅游价值,提出三线建设工业遗产保护与旅游融合发展路径与对策,为三线建设工业遗产与旅游融合发展提供理论指导。

旅游发展影响经济增长的动态新型城镇化门限效应

将新型城镇化纳入旅游业导向型经济增长研究框架,能够有效拓展对经济增长决定因素的认识视域。文章在量化测度旅游业与新型城镇化综合指数基础上,基于中国2004—2019年省际面板数据,通过构建能够捕捉非线性不对称动态因素的面板门限回归模型,并使用允许门限变量和解释变量同时内生的一阶差分矩估计法,实证检验旅游业对经济增长的新型城镇化门限效应。结果表明,中国旅游业与经济增长之间因新型城镇化水平不同而呈现具有显著双重门限特征的非线性关系,并且旅游业对经济增长的影响随新型城镇化跨越门限值而具备边际效用递增特性。因此,文章认为,增进旅游业与新型城镇化耦合协同,充分发挥新型城镇化在旅游业影响经济增长过程中的渠道作用,能够显著提升旅游业的经济增长效应。

旅游业高质量发展水平时空演变及障碍因素分析——以西北五省区为例

基于旅游业高质量发展基本内涵,从“创新发展、协调发展、绿色发展、开放发展、共享发展、有效发展”六个维度构建旅游业高质量发展水平评价指标体系,综合运用熵值-TOPSIS模型、收敛性分析、聚类分析和障碍度模型等方法,探究2010-2019年西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平演化特征及障碍因素。结果表明:(1)西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平整体呈现缓慢上升态势,逐渐形成以陕西为核心发展区域,外围向南北递减的时空布局,空间非均衡性特征显著;(2)西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平与不同子系统发展水平的时序演化特征的区域差异性显著,且差距随时间的推移持续增大,可以划分为强势型、稳定型和滞后型三个等级;(3)西北五省区旅游业高质量发展水平的主要障碍因素为实际利用外资、科研经费、专利授权数量、入境旅游收入和入境旅游人数,不同障碍因素对不同地区的影响程度存在明显差异。

中国省际数字经济与旅游业高质量发展的耦合互动关系

数字经济是推动旅游业高质量发展的重要驱动力,同时旅游业高质量发展也为数字经济发展提供了物质支撑。首先,利用改进后的熵值法分别测算30个省份2011—2020年数字经济与旅游业高质量发展水平;其次,采用耦合协调度模型与Kernel密度估计法分析二者的耦合协调状态;最后,借助PVAR模型探究二者的互动响应关系。研究结果表明:(1)在研究期内,中国数字经济发展水平呈现稳步上升趋势,增幅较大且呈现显著的空间异质性;旅游业高质量发展水平呈现倒“N”型波动交替演化特征,且呈现显著的空间异质性。(2)在研究期内,数字经济与旅游业高质量发展的耦合协调度在时序上稳步提升,从期初的中度失调转为期末的基本协调状态,且存在“俱乐部收敛”发展趋向;在空间上由大到小呈东部、西部、东北部、中部的空间分布格局。(3)中国数字经济与旅游业高质量发展存在良性互动关系,短期内二者的交互效应较大;从长期影响来看,二者受自身发展的影响较大。

海南茶旅融合发展的动因及路径研究

茶产业与旅游产业的融合发展对于破解海南茶产业的发展困境具有重要意义。研究基于国家战略导向及绿色旅游消费讨论了茶旅融合发展的动因,利用海南2011—2020年间的茶产业和旅游产业的面板数据,分析了海南茶产业和旅游产业的发展趋势,以及茶旅融合发展的协调度。分析表明,2011—2020年间,海南省茶产业和旅游产业的耦合协调度逐渐上升,两个产业综合发展水平稳步提高。基于此,研究从海南茶产业和旅游产业的实际情况出发,运用产业融合理论从乡村振兴、全域旅游、国际旅游消费中心3个视角分析了茶旅融合发展的路径,利用三者交互影响,推动茶产业提质增效,以期为海南乃至全国茶旅经济的发展和相关产业的升级提供理论参考。

中国旅游经济韧性与旅游发展质量的关系研究

旅游经济韧性和旅游发展质量是旅游业持续健康发展的两个重要方面,探究二者关系对于旅游经济快速恢复并走上高质量发展道路具有重要意义。文章以中国30个省区为研究对象,运用熵权TOPSIS法对2009—2019年旅游经济韧性与旅游发展质量进行测度,通过耦合协调度模型、空间自相关和PVAR模型等方法探究二者关系。结果表明:(1)各省区旅游经济韧性与旅游发展质量水平稳步上升,两系统发展水平均呈“由西向东”逐渐递增的空间格局。(2)旅游经济韧性与旅游发展质量耦合协调水平总体显著提升,低度协调和中度协调区主要分布在西北地区,高度协调区数量大幅增长并向内陆扩张,极度协调区始终位于东部沿海一线;耦合协调亚类型划分中,“低度协调—旅游经济韧性滞后型”省区数量缩减最为明显,中度协调类型省区中旅游经济韧性滞后问题始终广泛存在,“高度协调—旅游经济韧性滞后型”省区数量显著增加,广东成为唯一“极度协调—旅游发展质量滞后型”省区。(3)旅游经济韧性与旅游发展质量耦合协调度存在全局空间集聚现象且逐步增强;局部空间自相关中,各类型集聚区整体变化不大,存在一定程度的路径依赖和空间锁定。(4)在互动关系方面,分别以全国范围和东部、中部地区为研究对象时发现,旅游发展质量对旅游经济韧性存在单向正面效应,而西部地区旅游经济韧性对旅游发展质量起单向促进作用。

基于多元Logistic模型与解释结构模型的乡村旅游可持续发展路径研究

在全面推进乡村振兴战略背景下,乡村旅游成为助推乡村经济高质量的有效路径。基于广西阳朔县23个景区的1005份问卷数据,采用多元Logistic回归模型和解释结构模型,探讨乡村旅游可持续发展因素及内在逻辑关系。研究发现:①旅游资源多样性、特色民俗文化、交通通达度、投资主体结构、管理者的战略视野和进取态度、国家和地方的政策环境都对乡村旅游的可持续性产生显著影响;②旅游资源的多样性和特色民俗文化是影响乡村旅游可持续发展的深层因素,交通通达度和投资主体结构为中层间接因素,而管理者的战略眼光和进取态度、国家及地方政策环境则是直接影响的表层因素;③乡村旅游的可持续发展是由客观环境因素和主观人为因素共同作用的复杂系统,在动态互动中形成了“旅游资源—发展条件—治理环境—乡村旅游的可持续发展”的传导关系。

文化产业集聚视角下公共文化服务示范区的旅游经济效应

随着我国迈入“文化强国”和文旅深度融合的新发展阶段,公共文化服务逐渐成为提升地区文化软实力、带动地区旅游经济发展的重要抓手。基于多期双重差分模型的反事实分析框架,采用2008-2019年中国281个地级市的面板数据,识别了公共文化服务示范区创建的旅游经济效应。实证分析表明,公共文化服务示范区创建显著带动了地区旅游经济发展,且这一促进效应主要作用于国内游客,对国外游客影响不显著;机制分析表明,文化产业集聚是公共文化服务示范区释放旅游经济效应的重要途径;进一步研究发现,公共文化示范区创建的旅游经济促进效应存在地区异质性,具体表现在对文旅资源禀赋低、数字经济发展水平好的城市作用更为显著。研究结论进一步拓展了文化与经济的研究范畴,为政界和学界通过提升公共文化服务助推文旅融合发展,进而实现全民精神共同富裕提供了有益思路和启示。
