基于King达标理论的培训方案对临床护士叙事能力及人文关怀能力的影响

目的:探讨基于King达标理论构建临床护士叙事护理培训方案对临床护士叙事护理能力、人文关怀能力及共情能力的影响。方法:2023年3月—5月选取淄博市某三级甲等医院138名护士,采用随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组。对照组实施常规叙事护理培训,试验组在对照组的基础上实施基于King达标理论指导下的叙事护理方案。采用医学叙事能力量表(NCS)、关怀能力评价量表(CAI)、杰弗逊共情量表(JSE-HP)进行效果评价。结果:干预后,试验组护士NCS、CAI及JSE-HP得分均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于King达标理论构建的临床护士叙事培训方案可有效提高临床护士叙事护理能力、促进人文关怀能力并提升护士共情能力。

交互式数字叙事:加拿大Writing New Body Worlds阅读治疗新探索

文章基于相关研究文献与语料,对加拿大WNB阅读治疗实践进行梳理与归纳。WNB首次使用交互式数字叙事技术,构建面向公众的阅读治疗平台,以其交互式特征,融合了阅读和治疗引导两个过程,提供可访问的非临床方式,可面向大规模人群实现预防性健康干预。基于数据与计算的精准化阅读治疗是数字人文视角下的新变革,更具推广应用价值;以在线阅读平台建设为依托,推进实施平台化的阅读和治疗应成为未来发展方向之一;基于阅读形态与体验因技术赋能而改变的现状,图书馆应发挥引领作用,积极收集、创建或协助创建数字故事,推进阅读推广、服务与治疗的融合性发展,成为社区建设促进者、历史欣赏者和社区参与倡导者,也使阅读借助交互式数字叙事这一新载体,更好地发挥变革的力量,促进健康与幸福。

King互助达标结合精细化护理在糖尿病合并冠心病患者中的应用

目的探讨King互助达标理论结合精细化护理在糖尿病合并冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)患者中的应用价值。方法选择2023年6月—2024年3月东莞市厚街医院收治的90例糖尿病合并冠心患者为研究对象,根据不同的护理方法分为两组,各45例。对照组进行精细化护理,观察组以King互助达标理论为基础进行精细化护理,比较两组血糖指标、生活质量评分、疾病自我效能评分。结果观察组空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。观察组癌症生活质量核心问卷评分、疾病自我效能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论King互助达标理论结合精细化护理可更好地维持高糖尿病合并冠心病患者的血糖稳定,并提高其疾病自我效能感和生活质量。

Integrated strategies for chemotherapy cycles in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients: Real-world data from two epidemic centers guiding decision-making

objective:Two cycles of induction chemotherapy(IC)followed by 2 cycles of platinum-based concurrent chemoradiotherapy(CCRT)(2IC+2CCRT)for locoregionally advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma(LA-NPC)is widely adopted but not evidence-confirmed.This study aimed to determine the clinical value of 2IC+2CCRT regarding efficacy,toxicity and cost-effectiveness.Methods:This real-world study from two epidemic centers used propensity score matching(PSM)and inverse probability of treatment weighting(IPTW)analyses.The enrolled patients were divided into three groups based on treatment modality:Group A(2IC+2CCRT),Group B(3IC+2CCRT or 2IC+3CCRT)and Group C(3IC+3CCRT).Long-term survival,acute toxicities and cost-effectiveness were compared among the groups.We developed a prognostic model dividing the population into high-and low-risk cohorts,and survivals including overall survival(OS),progression-free survival(PFS),distant metastasis-free survival(DMFS)and locoregional relapse-free survival(LRRFS)were compared among the three groups according to certain risk stratifications.Results:Of 4,042 patients,1,175 were enrolled,with 660,419,and 96 included in Groups A,B and C,respectively.Five-year survivals were similar among the three groups after PSM and confirmed by IPTW.Grade 3-4 neutropenia and leukocytopenia were significantly higher in Groups C and B than in Group A(52.1%vs.41.5%vs.25.2%;41.7%vs.32.7%vs.25.0%)as were grade 3-4 nausea/vomiting and oral mucositis(29.2%vs.15.0%vs.6.1%;32.3%vs.25.3%vs.18.0%).Cost-effective analysis suggested that 2IC+2CCRT was the least expensive,while the health benefits were similar to those of the other groups.Further exploration showed that 2IC+2CCRT tended to be associated with a shorter PFS in high-risk patients,while 3IC+3CCRT potentially contributed to poor PFS in low-risk individuals,mainly reflected by LRRFS.Conclusions:In LA-NPC patients,2IC+2CCRT was the optimal choice regarding efficacy,toxicity and costeffectiveness;however,2IC+2CCRT and 3IC+3CCRT probably shortened LRRFS in high-and low-risk populations,respectively.

基于King达标理论的心肺康复训练对高血压合并冠心病患者心肺适能及血压的影响

目的 探讨基于King达标理论的心肺康复训练对高血压合并冠心病患者心肺适能及血压的影响。方法 采用随机数字表法将84例高血压合并冠心病患者分为对照组(n=42)和试验组(n=42)。对照组采用常规康复治疗,试验组在常规康复治疗基础上加入心肺康复训练,两组均持续12周。干预后,比较两组干预前后心功能(LVEF、FS、BNP、VO2max、AT、METS)、肺功能(FVC、FEV1/FVC)、血压及运动自我效能的变化。结果 与干预前比较,干预12周后,两组LVEF、FS、VO2max、AT、METS、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平及运动自我效能感得分较干预前升高,且试验组升高幅度均大于对照组(均P<0.001);两组血浆BNP、收缩压、舒张压水平均降低,且试验组降低幅度大于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论 基于King达标理论的心肺康复训练能够显著提高高血压合并冠心病患者的心肺功能,降低患者血压,增强机体运动功能,促进心血管疾病康复。

废冰箱回收利用环境效益评估——基于IMPACT WORLD+方法

废电器是产生量大且增速快的一类固体废物.我国构建的废电器回收体系是实施碳达峰?碳中和的重要举措,但废电器回收利用体系的环境效益尚不清楚.利用IMPACTWORLD+方法,从不同环境影响类型出发评估废电器回收处理的环境效益,并通过损害类型指标量化评价.结果表明,废冰箱回收利用的损害类型指标“人体健康”和“生态环境质量”的结果分别为-10592.501EUR2015和-8211.357EUR2015,合计为-18803.857EUR2015,即环境收益相当于18803.857EUR2015.据此估算,中国2021年废电器回收处理体系中仅废冰箱回收利用的环境收益可达12.82亿EUR2015.研究结果表明废电器回收处理的环境收益十分可观,有望为废电器回收行业的可持续发展提供新的助力.

World Trading Signals for Indian Agriculture during WTO Regime: Multi-Stakeholders Decision Making

Globally, any country in the world either exporting or importing country need to look at international market signals. Agriculture is one of the most contorted sectors in international trade. The study is basically based on estimation and identification of various international trading signals to advocate their usefulness in decision making to multi-stake holders. Study period is 1990-91 to 2015-16 and the study employed is the Foreign Trade Philosophy to analyze the international market signals, trends, growth rates, elasticity’s, instability index, AOI, meta-analysis and the vision. It was observed that the export and import price elasticity’s for all the crops shown are positive except the wheat export price elasticity (-0.3%) and import price elasticity of soybean (-0.45%). Among cereals, pulses, oilseeds and fiber crops, rice (1.24%), peas (2.36%), mustard (0.97%) and cotton (0.75%) have high export elasticity’s respectively. These trade price elasticity’s are the important signals for the policy makers to layout the future trade. Study observed that the domestic support offered in the agricultural sector in Russia, India, China and New Zealand is more compared to other WTO member countries. Technical Barriers to Trade, Sanitary and Phytosanitary and Anti-dumping were found to be the most prominent in world and the highest imposed in Asia, Europe and North America. Study concluded, India has a comparative advantage in pulses, oilseeds and wheat and terms of trade of India’s cereals (except rice, maize), pulses (except pigeon pea, peas), cotton and jute which were found to be increased. The poor treatment towards the agriculture sector by the governments and World Bank Funding was observed. India’s import basket majorly consists of oilseeds and rice is the major exported product. Present study adds to the research directed at the impacts of domestic support and measures policies for WTO negotiations.

基于King互动达标理论在产科护士分层培训与教育中的应用及效果研究

目的 研究基于King互动达标理论在产科护士分层培训与教育中的应用及效果。方法 选取2021年1—12月本院正式在岗并在产科病区工作满1年及以上的N0-N4级护理人员64名为本次研究对象。依据随机化分组方法分成试验组和对照组,每组32名。试验组中的32名护理人员以King互动达标理论为基础的培训内容、并在317护APP平台接受培训。对照组中的32名护理人员接受教师讲解与示范操作式的传统护士分层与教育方式。对比两组的培训成绩、自主学习能力、注册护士核心能力。结果 教学后,试验组的培训成绩要高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的自主学习能力明显优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组的注册护士核心能力明显强于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于King互动达标理论在产科护士分层培训与教育中的有效应用,可以在很大程度上强化护士的学习主观能动性,使不同层次的护士可以在培训与教育中收获更多理论知识与实践技能,提高培训成绩,强化学习能力与注册护士核心能力,增加晋升机会,减轻压力,增强职业归属感。

Mental health in the virtual world:Challenges and opportunities in the metaverse era

Current rates of mental illness are worrisome.Mental illness mainly affects females and younger age groups.The use of the internet to deliver mental health care has been growing since 2020 and includes the implementation of novel mental health treatments using virtual reality,augmented reality,and artificial intelligence.A new three dimensional digital environment,known as the metaverse,has emerged as the next version of the Internet.Artificial intelligence,augmented reality,and virtual reality will create fully immersive,experiential,and interactive online environments in the metaverse.People will use a unique avatar to do anything they do in their“real”lives,including seeking and receiving mental health care.In this opinion review,we reflect on how the metaverse could reshape how we deliver mental health treatment,its opportunities,and its challenges.

King互助达标理论下精细化护理结合分阶段健康教育在妊娠糖尿病患者中的应用

目的 探讨King互助达标理论下精细化护理结合分阶段健康教育在妊娠糖尿病(GDM)患者中的应用效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年5月郑州大学第三附属医院收治的100例GDM患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予分阶段健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予King互助达标理论下精细化护理结合分阶段健康教育,比较两组的护理效果。结果 观察组空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖达标率均高于对照组(P <0.05);干预4周后,观察组自我管理能力评分高于对照组(P <0.05)。结论 King互助达标理论下精细化护理结合分阶段健康教育可提高GDM患者血糖达标率,改善患者自我管理能力,值得推广。

King达标理论在慢性病家庭护理中应用的范围综述

目的 系统整合King达标理论在慢性病家庭护理中应用的相关研究,了解其目前的应用特征,分析其在家庭护理中的作用及不足,以期为今后相关研究的实施和推广提供参考。方法 采用范围综述的研究方法,系统检索PubMed、Embase、The Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方、维普以及中国生物医学文献数据库中有关King达标理论在慢性病家庭护理中应用的研究,检索时限均为建库至2024年2月2日,对最终纳入的文献进行数据提取、收集、总结并报告研究结果。结果 共纳入20项研究,从研究目的、研究对象、研究设计及结局指标等进行整理分析。结论 基于King达标理论的慢性病家庭护理方案具有积极的应用效果,但当前仍存在一些不足。未来研究应明确理论内涵,立足我国本土文化特征,朝研究方法多样化、应用形式多元化的方向发展,构建科学严谨的慢性病家庭护理干预方案及评价体系,进而形成符合我国国情的慢性病家庭护理模式。
