A Study of the Effect of Sichuan Opera Singing on the Vocal Skills of Music Students

The purpose of the article is to explore the effects of Sichuan opera singing on music majors’vocal skills,focusing on three key aspects:pitch test,assessment of rhythmic perception,and emotional expression.Through a quasi-experimental design,100 music majors were selected as research subjects and divided into an experimental group that received Sichuan opera singing instruction and a control group that received traditional vocal instruction.The results showed that compared with the control group,the experimental group receiving Sichuan opera singing teaching showed significant improvement in pitch mastery,rhythm perception,and emotional expression.

Exploration of the Facilitative Effects of Music Acquiring Device on Language Acquisition

Music Acquiring Device （or MAD, for short） is proposed to identify the origin and acquisition of human language, and is regarded as preceded Chomsky＇s LAD （Language Acquisition Device）. This paper tries to find the answers to two questions. Firstly, what are the main similarities between music and language？ Secondly, in what aspects can music facilitate language similarities （sound, rhythm, and acquisiti structure on？ By literature reviewing, comparison and contrast, three main ） between music and language are discussed, and then three facilitative effects of MAD on language acquisition are illustrated. They are： （1） MAD lays a foundation for language pronunciation acquisition; （2） MAD accelerates the mastery of language rhythm; and （3） MAD promotes language syntax acquisition. This paper will help teachers who like to use music-assistant language teaching method understand more about the positive effects of music on language teaching and acquisition.

The Need for Music as a Learner＇s Characteristic Affecting the Effects of Educational Films

This paper is about the development of applications for a more specific and therefore more effective teaching and instructional technology usage in classrooms. It investigates the relationship between a lack of music in educational films and its effect on film evaluation and interest gain in educational film topics. Results of the presented study raise the assumption of a need for music as central characteristic of learners related to the effects of educational science films： Basically, it shows that the evaluation of educational films is based on emotional as well as on factual criteria and that both dimensions are positively related to the interest of learners in the film content. Further it shows that learners with need for music, compared to their classmates that do not state a need for music, exhibit a significant worse evaluation on the film factual characteristics and a reduced class performance, as measured by reduced interest in the film topic, the research area and the motivation to carry out follow-up research on the topic. Implications are discussed.

Strategies to Effectively Dock Professional Music Performance Skills Teaching and Stage Practice

Music performance major requires students to have rich experience in professional stage practice.Therefore,in the process of promoting the teaching of music performance,the effective connection between the teaching of professional music performance skills and professional stage experience practice needs to be emphasized.With professional experience in teaching practice,this article analyzes the course teaching and stage practice of music performance,suggesting several problems in the current teaching methods,and from different angles,this article suggests countermeasures to effectively dock professional skills teaching with stage practice in hope to provide practical reference for relevant professionals so as to better cultivate and improve students’comprehensive application ability in music performance.

Research on the Intervention Effect of Vibroacoustic Therapy in the Treatment of Patients with Depression

Research purpose:This study implemented somatosensory music therapy on patients with depressive disorders,and explored the effects of somatosensory music therapy on the degree of depression,positive and negative emotions,intuitive stress and autonomic nervous function of patients.Research method:We collected 66 patients diagnosed with depression from the Department of Psychological Medicine of Henan Provincial People’s Hospital,and divided them into a control group and an intervention group according to the random number table,with 33 people in each group.The control group received routine psychiatric treatment and nursing.On the basis of the control group,the intervention group received somatosensory music therapy 3 times a week,30 min each time,for 4 consecutive weeks.The Hamilton Depression Scale,Positive and Negative Emotion Scale,Perceived Stress Scale,and Heart Rate Variability Index were collected and analyzed at baseline(T0),2 weeks after treatment(T1)and 4 weeks after treatment(T2).Research results:After 4 weeks of treatment,the HAMD scores of the two groups decreased to varying degrees,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of positive emotions in both groups increased to varying degrees,and the scores of negative emotions increased to varying degrees.The scores decreased to varying degrees,and there were statistically significant differences between the positive and negative emotion groups(p<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the CPSS scores of the two groups decreased to varying degrees,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Analyzing the main effect of intervention factors alone,after 4 weeks of treatment,SDNN and RMSSD indexes all increased to varying degrees,and the degree of increase in the intervention group was greater than that in the control group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(p<0.05).Research conclusion:assisting somatosensory music therapy for patients with depressive disorders can improve depressive symptoms,increase positive emotions,reduce negative emotions,and reduce perceived stress.These are beneficial to restore the balance of autonomic nervous system,and are effective for the treatment of depression.

基于合成导向矢量广义MUSIC算法的水平极化米波雷达测高方法

米波雷达具有抗击隐身目标和反辐射导弹的天然优势,但其俯仰维波束较宽,探测低空目标时波束打地,多径效应的存在严重影响米波雷达测高精度。针对这一问题,采用均匀线阵米波雷达经典镜像多径传播信号模型,总结归纳了以广义多重信号分类算法为基础的3种测高方法,并在此基础上提出了一种适用于水平极化米波雷达基于合成导向矢量广义MUSIC算法的精确测高方法,仿真实验与性能最优的第三种测高方法进行对比,在重点分析目标仰角、信噪比、快拍数、幅相误差和地面反射系数等因素对低空目标测高性能影响的基础上得出一般性结论,证明了新方法的优越性。

Working Elements of Music Therapy for Children and Young People with Autism

Music therapy is used in the treatment of children and young people with autism. Several studies show that it has positive effects, especially in the areas of social behavior and communication. However, there has been no research into which elements are responsible for these effects. This study explores which elements facilitate a change in social behavior. To research this, a combination of the Grounded Theory and the Stimulated Recall Method was used. Therapies with 14 clients were analyzed and the music therapists were interviewed using the Stimulated Recall Method. After the data analysis, five element categories were presented that stimulated a change in social behavior in children and adolescents with autism: Format, Communication, Musical Elements, Connecting and Challenging. Those categories were then incorporated into a first working model, which demonstrates how changes in the social behavior of children and young people with autism occur during the music therapy process. The therapist’s continuous adaptation to the client proves to be an important element of this process.

Aromatic Essential Oil Acupressure Combined with Music Therapy in Cancer Pain Management

Objective: To explore the effect of aroma oil acupressure combined with music therapy in pain intervention for tumor patients. Methods: 60 patients with malignant tumors accompanied by cancer pain who were hospitalized in the oncology department of a tertiary-level hospital in Jingzhou City, Hubei Province, from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects, and were divided into 30 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the intervention group according to the stratified sampling method. This study applies the diatonic chord in music theory,utilization rate,and the close relationship between the main chord system,the dominant chord system,and the subordinate chord system.From the perspective of music theory,the computer can automatically and quickly analyze the music,and establish a set of algorithms for configuring the chord accompaniment for the main melody,called the symmetrical circle offifths algorithm,SCFA(Symmetrical Circle of Fifths Algorithm).SCFA can immediately confirm the key,perform harmony analysis,configure chord accompaniment for the main melody,and effectively and correctly complete any given melody or interval.It can also quickly analyze and correctly configure the chord accompaniment for any MIDI(Musical Instrument Digital Interface)music,enriching the musicality of the music.It can also allow scorers or computer music creators to quickly deconstruct the harmony configuration of the melody.Through the measurement of bio-feedback sensor HRV(Heart Rate Variability),it can achieve a relaxing music healing effect.

音乐训练经验与节奏变化空间表征的关系:基于SMARC效应的检验

运用眼动分析法,采用架子鼓渐快/渐慢节奏听觉材料,利用SMARC效应的机制,探讨个体的音乐训练经验与其形成节奏变化的空间表征的关系。结果显示,相对于无音乐训练经验被试,有音乐训练经验被试在渐快节奏下对远方位有更多注视时间,在渐慢节奏下对近方位有更多注视时间。即在有音乐训练经验者身上更可能观察到音乐节奏变化与远近空间方位的SMARC效应。因此,个体能否形成音乐节奏变化的空间表征与其音乐训练经验存在关系。

在线教学视频中背景音乐的作用:基于对照实验的实证分析

教学视频已经成为在线学习的主要构成要素。但教学视频中背景音乐的作用效果学界还没有一致的结论。研究以背景音乐偏好为调节变量,采用2(陈述性vs程序性)×2(有音乐vs无音乐)的实验设计,尝试探明不同知识类型下背景音乐对学习者的学习情绪、学习成绩及认知负荷的影响。结果发现:背景音乐能有效激发学习者积极的学业情绪;能显著提升高音乐偏好学习者的迁移成绩,但对低音乐偏好和无音乐偏好学习者,其保持和迁移成绩不存在显著性影响;背景音乐对学习者的认知负荷不存在显著性影响。据此,从在线教学视频设计和在线学习平台两个层面提出优化建议,以期改善在线学习体验和学习效果。
