Research on the Construction of Chinese National Park System Based on Sustainable Development Theory

To make full use of Chinese natural heritage resources and achieve their sustainable development, it is imperative and necessary to construct Chinese National Park System. Based on the theory of sustainable development and the connotation of national park, this paper will discuss the signifi cance of establishing Chinese National Park System and then propose some measures. Chinese National Park System can be constructed from four levels, including policy, management, economic and social levels, and through such ways as reconstructing the national conservation system, making laws and regulations, establishing planning system, setting up independent and specialized regulatory agency, adopting way of franchising, innovating funding investment mechanisms and establishing mechanisms of public participation.

The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China （CPC） set ＂respecting and ensuring human rights＂ as an important goal of development and reform in China, thus siniciz ing the latest Marxist human rights theories and reflecting major in novations and developments made by the CPC in the field of human rights theory. I. Human Rights as a Core Idea and Important Goal of Social Development Human rights are integral to the pursuit of the core value of socialism and to the core idea of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The report of the 18th CPC National Congress summarized the new progress and experience of human rights advance ment in recent years in China by setting ＂respecting and ensuring hu man rights＂ as an important goal of China as it completes the building of a moderately prosperous society.

Failure analysis of polycrystalline diamond compact cutters for breaking rock by bending waves theory

The breakage mechanism of the polycrystalline diamond compact(PDC) cutters was analyzed by the energy theory of bending waves. The cutting tests of granite block were conducted on a multifunctional testing device by using the cutter at three kinds of negative fore angles of 30°, 45° and 60°. The results show that, when the edge of the PDC layer is broken, the layer of tungsten cobalt is broken a little under the angle of 30°, while the layer of tungsten cobalt is broken continuously under the angle of 60°, their maximum depths are about 2 and 7 mm respectively in the two cases. The eccentric distance mainly depends on the negative fore angle of the cutter. When the cutter thrusts into the rock under an attack angle of 60°, the energy of bending waves reaches the maximum since the eccentric distance is the maximum. So the damage of cutter is the most serious. This test result is consistent with the conclusion of theoretical analysis well. The eccentric distance from the axial line of cutter to the point of action between the rock and cutter has great effect on the breakage of the cutter. Thus during the process of cutting, the eccentric distance should be reduced to improve the service life of PDC cutters.

Culture is a way that human beings actively adapt to the surroundings and keep consistence with environmental change. All cultures created by human beings are changing, so is the Chinese culture. The physical and cultural evolution presented by the archaeological discoveries and related historical researches show that Chinese culture is multi-sourced and multicultural. This is the secret for the Chinese culture to retain its vitality. The reasons that Chinese civilization is the only civilization thriving to this day among all of ancient civilizations in the world include the ancestral worship, the identity to common ancestors, traditions of writing pedigrees and history books, the longhistory Chinese character system and the creative thinking and cultural methods of interpreting new thoughts by using traditional Chinese thinking and cultural structures. Especially in modern times, impacted by the nationalism trend, the national state narration built for meeting the requirement of the national state"historical memory"left us the strong impression of Chinese civilization being the only continued civilization and fostered the affective identification with the common history.

总体国家安全观视域下的国家安全学理论研究十年回眸

中国学界对国家安全学理论的研究可以追溯到20世纪90年代。2014年总体国家安全观提出以后,国家安全学理论研究有了根本遵循,标志着国家安全学理论研究进入新时代。2024年,在总体国家安全观提出十周年之际,中国学界对国家安全学理论的研究,形成了以总体国家安全观研究为先导、加快国家安全学及其学科理论研究和推进中国本土化国家安全学自主理论体系探究的新格局。总体国家安全观内涵不断丰富和深化,国家安全学研究对象和学科定位日益清晰明确,国家安全学理论本土化进一步彰显,国家安全学理论构建日趋完善,国家安全学一级学科建设稳步推进。虽然国家安全学一级学科建设起步较晚,国家安全学理论研究存在一些短板,但当今世界之变、时代之变和历史之变的步伐逐渐加快,中国面临的安全挑战前所未有,需要国家安全学理论研究有所作为,作出应有的历史贡献。为此,中国学界需要做“深”国家安全学基础理论研究,拓展国家安全学理论研究的厚度和深度;做“专”领域国家安全学理论研究,强化国家安全学理论研究的广度;做“强”工具国家安全学理论研究,凸显国家安全学理论研究的实效性。

异质性企业贸易理论具备诠释作用的先决条件是商品流通渠道的顺畅无阻,而某些外部事件所造成的冲击会阻碍人员与商品的正常流通,这会削弱维持经济运行的市场交易动能。当把研究视角放在跨越领土边界的国际贸易时,其所受到的冲击要比国内贸易更加严重,甚至会出现完全阻断国际商品流通渠道的情形。对比异质性企业贸易理论的基本观点,中国在特定时期内应对外部冲击所采取的出口产品转内销实践与原理论难以相容。尽管不能因为特殊情况就否定经济理论的贡献,但依托外在冲击所造成的贸易阻断状况以及帮扶性公共政策的实际影响去进一步思考理论的成立条件,会有新的发现并有望扩展原有的理论。通过构建生产者尽力追求盈利、理性消费者想要获得最大满足与政策制定者为民谋利益的三维决策框架,研究发现能和三方最优选择相容的出口产品转内销的具体举措,主要体现在如何让国内商品流通渠道变得更为畅通,从而在实践层面指明了利用商品流通顺畅程度拓展异质性企业贸易理论的具体方向。在加快构建新发展格局以及建设全国统一大市场的背景下,维持本土市场主体需求的安全与稳定具有必要性,这亦是异质性企业贸易理论与商品流通顺畅程度相结合的理论内涵之一。

文化翻译视角下壮族体育文化外宣翻译文献分析与研究展望

随着我国综合实力和国际地位不断攀升,民族自信和文化自信日益受到尊崇。梳理近20年文献综述发现,现阶段壮族体育文化的研究成果虽初具规模,但大多集中在溯源、挖掘、整理、传承发展等方面,在外宣方面的研究较少,且不成体系,文化表达、翻译策略等方面存在短板。该文在文化翻译理论指导下,一方面,通过对相关文献的梳理,发现研究短板,提出研究建议与展望。另一方面,为探讨如何选取适宜的外宣翻译策略,即如何保持壮族特色又能提高文化传播适应性的研究而提供研究依据,从而加快广西民族特色文化的传播,使得壮族体育文化能更好地造福人类健康。

借助功能翻译目的论为分析框架,以政治文献词汇为研究对象,基于党的二十大报告中的英文译例展开研究。通过分析原文中政治词汇的不同特点,说明目的论视角下政治文献词汇翻译的不同情况。研究发现,政治文献词汇有五种特点:独特性、文化性、时代性、概括性和通俗性。针对以上不同词汇特点,翻译处理方法有五种:直译、意译、增译、释译、直译加注释。在目的论视角下,根据政治文献词汇的不同特点,所采用的翻译方法不同。
