Metastable face-centered cubic ruthenium-based binary alloy for efficient alkaline hydrogen oxidation electrocatalysis

Metastable nanostructured electrocatalyst with a completely different surface environment compared to conventional phase-based electrocatalyst often shows distinctive catalytic property.Although Ru-based electrocatalysts have been widely investigated toward hydrogen oxidation reaction(HOR)under alkaline electrolytes,these studies are mostly limited to conventional hexagonal-close-packed(hcp)phase,mainly arising from the lack of sufficient synthesis strategies.In this study,we report the precise synthesis of metastable binary RuW alloy with face-centered-cubic(fcc)phase.We find that the introduction of W can serve as fcc phase seeds and reduce the formation energy of metastable fcc-RuW alloy.Impressively,fcc-RuW exhibits remarkable alkaline HOR performance and stability with the activity of 0.67 mA cm_(Ru)^(-2)which is almost five and three times higher than that of hcp-Ru and commercial Pt/C,respectively,which is attributed to the optimized binding strength of adsorbed hydroxide intermediate derived from tailored electronic structure through W doping and phase engineering.Moreover,this strategy can also be applied to synthesize other metastable fcc-RuCr and fcc-RuMo alloys with enhanced HOR performances. 展开更多

Ta-W/Hf合金具有高熔点、高密度、高延展性等性质,在核电、武器装备等关键零部件中发挥着重要作用,本研究基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法,构建不同掺杂含量下的Ta-W/Hf合金模型,计算Ta-W/Hf的晶格常数、结合能、弹性常数、弹性模量、泊松比、维氏硬度、电子态密度等性质参数,分析W、Hf掺杂元素对Ta合金稳定性及力学性能的影响.结果表明:Ta-W合金的晶格常数、弹性常数、体模量、杨氏模量、剪切模量均随着W含量的增加而增加;然而Ta-Hf合金的相关性质参数变化趋势则相反.同时,结合能及电子态密度结果表明Ta-W合金的稳定性与W含量呈正相关;Ta-Hf合金的稳定性随着Hf含量的增加而降低,但Hf的添加对Ta合金的各向异性趋势变化影响显著,且Hf可以明显提高Ta合金的韧性. 展开更多

镍基高温合金是制造先进航空发动机热端部件的关键材料之一,其高温力学性能直接关系到发动机运行安全和使用寿命.本文采用改进分析型嵌入原子模型(MAEAM)和分子动力学(MD)研究合金化元素钌(Ru)团簇对Ni/Ni_(3)Al纳米线形变机制的影响,... 镍基高温合金是制造先进航空发动机热端部件的关键材料之一,其高温力学性能直接关系到发动机运行安全和使用寿命.本文采用改进分析型嵌入原子模型(MAEAM)和分子动力学(MD)研究合金化元素钌(Ru)团簇对Ni/Ni_(3)Al纳米线形变机制的影响,结果表明:在单轴拉伸应变下,纳米线的弹性模量和屈服强度随温度升高而降低.温度较低时,纳米线形变由位错产生与发射而导致晶格滑移所引起.由于晶格热振动非谐效应不明显,Ru团簇阻碍效果显著,使得晶格滑移区域仅限于Ru团簇与Ni/Ni_(3)Al相界面之间且呈非对称分布.温度较高时,纳米线的形变由位错发射而引起晶格滑移所致,但因非谐效应显著,Ru团簇无法阻碍位错运动,滑移区域在Ru团簇周围对称分布于Ni_(3)Al相中.最后从Ru团簇微观结构及其稳定性的角度进一步分析其对纳米线形变影响. 展开更多

Coarse grained WC-9Co cemented carbides with 0-1.0% TaC(mass fraction) were fabricated by HIP-sintering and gas quenching. The effects of TaC on the microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), energy dispersive X-ray analysis(EDS), X-ray diffractometry(XRD) and mechanical properties tests. The results show that the maximum values of hardness and strength are HV 1124 and 2466 MPa respectively when 0.4% TaC is added. When the content of TaC is more than 0.6%, the grain size of WC is no longer affected by the amount of TaC, and(W,Ta)C occurs as well. Moreover, the strength and fracture toughness increase and the(Ta+W) content decreases with the increase of TaC content. The dependence of(Ta+W) content on the mechanical properties indicates that(Ta+W) content in Co should be decreased as low as possible to improve the mechanical properties of coarse grained WC-TaC-9Co cemented carbides with the microstructure of WC+γ two phase regions. 展开更多

Effect of Ru on stress rupture properties of nickel-based single crystal superalloy at high temperature 被引量:5

Two experimental single crystal superalloys, Ru-free alloy and Ru-containing alloy with [001] orientation, other alloying element contents being basically kept same, were cast in the directionally solidified furnace. The effect of Ru on the stress rupture properties of the single crystal superalloy was investigated at (980 ℃, 250 MPa), (1100 ℃, 140 MPa) and (1120 ℃, 140 MPa). The results show that Ru can enhance high temperature stress rupture properties of single crystal superalloy. The improvement effect of Ru addition on stress rupture properties decreases with increasing test temperature. The γ′ coarsening and rafting directionally are observed in Ru-free alloy and Ru-containing alloy after stress rupture test. Needle shaped TCP phases precipitated in both of alloys after stress rupture test at (1100 ℃, 140 MPa) and (1120 ℃, 140 MPa) and no TCP phase was observed in both of alloys after stress rupture test (980 ℃, 250 MPa). The precipitate volume fraction of TCP phases is significantly decreased by the addition of Ru. At last, the relationship between the microstructure change with Ru addition and improvement of stress rupture properties was discussed. 展开更多

The chemical composition, microstructure and micro-hardness of the as-deposited GSM were investigated. The results show that the TA2 part of exhibiting near-equiaxed grains was Widmanst?tten α-laths microstructure. The TA15 part containing large columnar grains was fine basket-weave microstructure. The graded zone was divided into four deposited layers with 3000 μm in thickness. As the distance from the TA2 part increases, the alloy element contents and the β phase volume fraction increase, the α phase volume fraction decreases and the microstructure shows the evolution from Widmanst?tten α-laths to basket-weave α-laths gradually. The micro-hardness increases from the TA2 part to the TA15 part due to the solid solution strengthening and grain boundary strengthening. 展开更多

The dynamic globularization kinetics of TA15(Ti-6Al-2Zr-1Mo-1V) titanium alloy with a colony α microstructure during deformation at temperature range of 860-940 ℃ and strain rate range of 0.01-10 s-1 was quantitatively studied through isothermal compression tests.It is found that the dynamic globularization kinetics and the kinetics rate of TA15 are sensitive to deformation parameters.The dynamic globularized fraction increases with increasing strain,temperature but decreasing strain rate.The variation of globularized fraction with strain approximately follows an Avrami type equation.Using the Avrami type equation,the initiation and completion strains for dynamic globularization of TA15 were predicted to be 0.34-0.59 and 3.40-6.80.The kinetics rate of dynamic globularization increases with strain at first,then decreases.The peak value of kinetics rate,which corresponds to 20%-33% globularization fraction,increases with increasing temperature and decreasing strain rate. 展开更多

采用热分解方法在钛基体上制备了(36%)RuO2-(64%)Ta2O5混合氧化物涂层。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、循环伏安(CV)以及恒流充放电测试研究了涂层电极的组织结构、表面形貌以及电容性能。结果表明:(36%)RuO2-(64%)Ta2O5涂层以非... 采用热分解方法在钛基体上制备了(36%)RuO2-(64%)Ta2O5混合氧化物涂层。采用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)、循环伏安(CV)以及恒流充放电测试研究了涂层电极的组织结构、表面形貌以及电容性能。结果表明:(36%)RuO2-(64%)Ta2O5涂层以非晶氧化物为基体,带有少量纳米微晶RuO2的组织结构。在酸性溶液中,在50~900 mV/s的扫描速度下,Ti/(36%)RuO2-(64%)Ta2O5涂层电极的伏安曲线都具有近似矩形形状,表现出良好的电容特性和功率特性。以5 mA/cm2和10 mA/cm2放电,比电容分别为525.5 F/g和495.1 F/g。在经历2000次循环充放电后,电极的电荷储存能力仍未衰减,显示其优异的循环稳定性。 展开更多

The effects of Si addition on microstructures, mechanical and shape memory properties of Ti-55Ta biomedical alloy were investigated. The results show that the microstructures consist of mainly α′′ martensite and a little β phase, and the grain size decreases obviously with increasing Si addition. When x = 0.2, small (Ti, Ta)3Si precipitates are formed at grain boundaries. With further increasing Si content, the amount of the precipitates gradually increases. The tensile and yield strength of Ti-55Ta-xSi alloys gradually increase with increasing Si addition, whereas elongation decreases. Ti-55Ta-0.1Si alloy exhibits the lowest elastic modulus and the best shape memory recoverable strain. It is revealed that the refinement of grain and the precipitation of (Ti, Ta)3Si phase are responsible to the changes of their mechanical and shape memory properties. 展开更多

Electronic Structure Research on Lattice Stability of V, Nb, and Ta by Density Functional Theory

The difference of energy and electronic structure of V, Nb, and Ta in different crystalline structures were investigated by different methods in density functional theory (DFT). Lattice constants, total energies, and densities of states of these metals were calculated using the plane-wave pseudopotential method in DFT. Results were compared with those of projector augmented wave method, CALPHAD method, and experiments. Total energy and electronic structure analyses showed that valence electrons mostly transferred from s to p or d state, changing obviously with both the crystal structure and the elemental period number from V to Ta and leading to stronger cohesion, higher cohesive energy and more stable lattice of heavier metals. 展开更多

研究了甲基苯并三氮唑钾盐(TTA-K)与pH值协同作用对Ru基阻挡层Cu互连图形片Cu膜化学机械平坦化(Cu CMP)后碟形坑及蚀坑的影响。静态腐蚀实验结果表明,Cu静态腐蚀速率和Cu去除速率随TTA-K体积分数增加而显著降低,随抛光液pH值增加而显著... 研究了甲基苯并三氮唑钾盐(TTA-K)与pH值协同作用对Ru基阻挡层Cu互连图形片Cu膜化学机械平坦化(Cu CMP)后碟形坑及蚀坑的影响。静态腐蚀实验结果表明,Cu静态腐蚀速率和Cu去除速率随TTA-K体积分数增加而显著降低,随抛光液pH值增加而显著上升。即TTA-K对Cu静态腐蚀有明显的抑制作用,但TTA-K对Cu的抑制效果随抛光液pH值升高而逐渐减弱。图形片Cu CMP结果表明,在抛光液pH值为9时,仅体积分数0.1%的TTA-K即可将线宽和线间距分别为100μm和100μm的碟形坑深度由350 nm降低到70 nm,将线宽和线间距分别为9μm和1μm的蚀坑深度由250 nm控制在60 nm,且满足Cu和Ru去除速率比大于100∶1的工艺要求,具有较强的平坦化性能。X射线光电子能谱(XPS)结果表明其平坦化机理为TTA-K与Cu形成钝化膜附着在Cu表面,阻挡了抛光液进一步腐蚀。 展开更多

后现代女性主义运动在元宇宙社区中采取了两种话语路径以抵抗男权秩序。第一种路径是通过使用中性的“Ta”话语来实现边缘群体(赛博格、同性恋、双性人等)在主流社会的平等融入。这一路径在元宇宙社区中建立了一个更具包容性和多元性的... 后现代女性主义运动在元宇宙社区中采取了两种话语路径以抵抗男权秩序。第一种路径是通过使用中性的“Ta”话语来实现边缘群体(赛博格、同性恋、双性人等)在主流社会的平等融入。这一路径在元宇宙社区中建立了一个更具包容性和多元性的认知框架和文化秩序。第二种路径是在科学技术层面构建元宇宙社区“Ta”气质概念,以解构“男人/女人”二元不平等的社会秩序。从元宇宙社区主体生存角度来看,“Ta”这一流行语不是一个简单的词汇游戏,而是具有思想史意义上的社会观念革新。然而,尽管后现代女性主义运动在元宇宙社区中通过“Ta”话语努力促进平等和社会观念革新,但其面临的悖论也凸显了在追求变革的道路上所遭遇的困难和挑战,需要不断探索更全面的解决方案。 展开更多

在定向凝固炉中,采用相同的硅基陶瓷型芯,刚玉陶瓷型壳,熔炼工艺和定向凝固工艺制备了四种不同Ru、Y含量的单晶高温合金叶片,研究了组织稳定性提升元素Ru、抗氧化性增强元素Y对合金与陶瓷材料界面反应的影响。研究结果表明,合金中不含Ru... 在定向凝固炉中,采用相同的硅基陶瓷型芯,刚玉陶瓷型壳,熔炼工艺和定向凝固工艺制备了四种不同Ru、Y含量的单晶高温合金叶片,研究了组织稳定性提升元素Ru、抗氧化性增强元素Y对合金与陶瓷材料界面反应的影响。研究结果表明,合金中不含Ru、Y时,合金与型壳发生的界面反应主要为物理粘砂作用,未见合金元素与型壳发生明显的化学反应,合金与型芯发生轻微的界面反应,除了物理作用,还发生了Al与SiO2的化学反应。合金中添加Ru,对合金与型壳或型芯的界面反应无影响。合金中添加0.01%Y后,合金与陶瓷型壳或型芯的界面反应稍有增加,但由于其添加量较少,故影响较小。 展开更多
