Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)has been passed down for more than 2,000 years.TCM beauty products driven by the principles of identification and treatment with various dosage forms and exhibit mild and safe efficacy are bound to become a main component of the beauty industry in the future.Xu once commented that“Qian Jin Fang”is different from the traditional prescription system,which emphasizes the use of medicines.In this paper,we mainly selected the prescriptions for the treatment of disfigurement diseases such as acne,scarring,black dryness,face hyperpigmentation,black mole,and rosacea from the article titled,“Upper Seven Orifices Disease-Facial Medicine IX”in the Bei Ji Qian Jin Yao Fang[1].By studying and analyzing the original composition of the formula,understanding the etiology and pathogenesis of the disease,and exploring the characteristics of the formula concerning the efficacy of TCM,their properties,flavors,and meridians,we summarized the characteristics of the Qian Jin Fang.It is based on the external treatment of disfigurement diseases,with a wide variety of drugs,flexibility,and accuracy.This method draws upon analogies while utilizing excipients and harmonizers to focus on the combined healing approach of treatment and nourishment. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the effect of the Xian Fang Huo Ming Yin(XFHM)for treating cutaneous infections and promoting wound healing in patients with perianal abscesses.Methods:Sixty-one patients with perianal abscesses who were admitted to our hospital(Xinghua City People’s Hospital)from May 2022 to May 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,a control group(30 cases)and a study group(31 cases).Both groups received surgical treatment.The control group received conventional treatment and warm water fumigation,sitz bath,and surgical dressing change after surgery,while the research group received XFHM based on the control group.XFHM was taken orally and replaced with warm water for fumigation and sitz bathing.Both groups received treatment for 4 weeks but discontinued sitz bathing after 2 weeks.Various clinical indicators between the two groups were compared.Results:The total clinical effective rate and wound recovery rate of the study group were higher than that of the control group.There were differences in the wound pain scores,surrounding tissue edema,and wound secretions at different time points.Both groups experienced wound pain.The scores of wound pain,surrounding tissue edema,and wound secretions of the study group were lower than those of the control group,7 and 14 days after surgery.The serum interleukin 6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-alpha(TNF-α)levels,and pH values of the study group were lower than those of the control group 10 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of XFHM for treating cutaneous infections and promoting wound healing in patients with perianal abscesses improved the treatment outcome,alleviated clinical symptoms,and promoted healing. 展开更多

OBJECTIVE Mu-Xiang-You-Fang(MXYF)is a classic prescription of Hui medicine,composed of five herbs,which has been used to treat ischemic stroke for many years.However,the potential pharmacological mecha⁃nisms of MXYF remain unclear.The present research is to investigate the neuroprotective effect of MXYF and its role in modulating autophagy via AMPK/mTOR signaling pathway in the PC12 oxygen-glucose deprivation and reperfusion(OGD/R)injury model.METHODS MXYF was extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid extraction apparatus.PC12 OGD/R injury model was established by oxygen-glucose deprivation for 2 h and reperfusion for 24 h.The effects of MXYF on the viability and cytotoxicity of PC12 cells were determined through cell counting kit(CCK-8)assay.Colorimetric method was performed to determine the LDH leakage rate.The calcium concentration was determined by chemical fluorescence method and the mitochondrial membrane potential was determined through flow cytometry.Monodansylcadaverine(MDC)staining was conducted to detect autophagosome formation.The expression of LC3,Beclin1,p62,p-AMPK,ULK1,p-mTOR and p-p70s6k proteins were determined by immunofluorescence and Western blotting analyses.RESULTS MXYF(1,2 and 4 mg·L^-1)could significantly increase the cell viability and mitochondrial membrane potential,while decreased the release of lactate dehydrogenase(LDH)and calcium concentration in PC12 cells.Mechanistic studies showed that MXYF reduced the LC3-II/LC3-I ratio and inhibited the expression of beclin1,p-AMPK and ULK1.In comparison,the expres⁃sion of p-mTOR,p-p70s6k and p62 were significantly enhanced.CONCLUSION MXYF inhibits autophagy after OGD/Rinduced PC12 cell injury through AMPK-mTOR pathway,thus MXYF might have therapeutic potential for treating the ischemic stroke. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC)is one of the most common digestive system cancers with high mortality rates worldwide.The main ingredients in Mu Ji Fang Granules(MJF)are alkaloids,flavonoids,and polysaccharides.MJF has been used in the clinical treatment of hepatitis,cirrhosis and HCC for more than 30 years.Few previous studies have focused on the mechanism of MJF on tumor immunology in the treatment of HCC.AIM To explore the mechanism of action of MJF on tumor immunology in the treatment of HCC.METHODS The absorbable ingredients of MJF were identified using Molecule Network related to High Performance Liquid Chromatography-Electron Spray Ionization-Time of Flight-Mass Spectrometry,and hub potential anti-HCC targets were screened using network pharmacology and pathway enrichment analysis.Forty male mice were randomly divided into the Blank,Model,and MJF groups(1.8,5.4,and 10.8 g/kg/d)following 7 d of oral administration.Average body weight gain,spleen and thymus indices were calculated,tumor tissues were stained with hematoxylin and eosin,and Interferon gamma(IFN-γ),Tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α),Interleukin-2,aspartate aminotransferase,alanine aminotransferase,alpha-fetoprotein(AFP),Fas,and FasL were measured by Enzyme-linked Immunosorbent Assay.Relevant mRNA expression of Bax and Bcl2 was evaluated by Real Time Quantitative PCR(RTqPCR)and protein expression of Transforming growth factorβ1(TGF-β1)and Mothers against decapentaplegic homolog(SMAD)4 was assessed by Western blotting.The HepG2 cell line was treated with 10 mg/mL,20 mg/mL,30 mg/mL,40 mg/mL of MJF,and another 3 groups were treated with TGF-β1 inhibitor(LY364947)and different doses of MJF.Relevant mRNA expression of TNF-α,IFN-γ,Bax and Bcl2 was evaluated by RT-qPCR and protein expression of TGF-β1,SMAD2,p-SMAD2,SMAD4,and SMAD7 was assessed by Western blotting.RESULTS It was shown that MJF improved body weight gain and tumor inhibition rate in H22 tumorbearing mice,protected immune organs and liver function,reduced the HCC indicator AFP,affected immunity and apoptosis,and up-regulated the TGF-β1/SMAD signaling pathway,by increasing the relative expression of TGF-β1,SMAD2,p-SMAD2 and SMAD4 and decreasing SMAD7,reducing immune factors TNF-αand IFN-γ,decreasing apoptosis cytokines Fas,FasL and Bcl2/Bax,and inhibiting the effect of LY364947 in HepG2 cells.CONCLUSION MJF inhibits HCC by activating the TGF-β1/SMAD signaling pathway,and affecting immune and apoptotic cytokines,which may be due to MJF adjusting immune escape and apoptosis. 展开更多

Objective:To explore the mechanism of Huatan Sanjie Fang(HTSJ)in regulating goiter in Graves'disease(GD)mice by detecting key factors of the Hippo signaling pathway.Methods:A mouse model of GD was established by injecting Ad-TSHR289 adenovirus into the bilateral quadriceps femoris of female mice.Successful mouse models were then randomly divided into a model group,methimazole(MMI)group,and HTSJ group,and fed with deionized water,MMI(4.5 mg/kg per day),and HTSJ(35.10 g/kg per day),respectively,for 10 weeks.Histopathological changes of the thyroid gland were subsequently observed by hematoxylin-eosin staining.Radioimmunoassay was used to detect serum total thyroxine(T4)and thyrotrophin-receptor antibody(TRAb)levels.The relative expression of mRNA of Mst1,YAP,and TAZ were detected by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,while the protein expression of Mst1,YAP,TAZ,pMst1,and pYAP were detected by western blot.Results:After 10 weeks of drug intervention,goiter and other pathological changes in the HTSJ group significantly improved compared with the model group,and the levels of serum T4 and TRAb significantly decreased(P=.002,P<.001,respectively).Decreased mRNA expression of Mst1,YAP,and TAZ,the key factors of the Hippo signaling transduction pathway,was also observed(P=.002,P=.022,P<.001,respectively).In contrast,protein expression of Mst1(P=.046),pMst1(P=.026),and p YAP(P=.004)increased,while protein expression of YAP and TAZ decreased(P=.041,P<.001,respectively).Conclusion:HTSJ can effectively improve goiter in GD mice through the Hippo signaling pathway. 展开更多

目的 以内源性脂肪酸合成相关法尼醇X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)-固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1c(sterol regulatory element-bindingprotein-1c,Srebp1c)-脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FAS)通路及外源性脂肪酸摄入相关的白细胞分... 目的 以内源性脂肪酸合成相关法尼醇X受体(farnesoid X receptor,FXR)-固醇调节元件结合蛋白-1c(sterol regulatory element-bindingprotein-1c,Srebp1c)-脂肪酸合成酶(fatty acid synthase,FAS)通路及外源性脂肪酸摄入相关的白细胞分化抗原36(cluster of differentiation 36,CD36)为切入点,探讨祛痰活血方抗非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)的分子机制。方法 雄性C57BL/6J小鼠,随机分为对照组、模型组、祛痰活血方组和易善复组,每组各10只。模型组、祛痰活血方组和易善复组给予高脂饲料喂养,4周后祛痰活血方组和易善复组开始给药干预,给药8周后取各组小鼠血清用于生化检测;肝组织用于病理、肝脏总胆固醇(cholesterol,TC)、甘油三酯(triglyceride,TG)含量及FXR、Srebp1c、FAS、CD36基因及蛋白表达的检测。结果 与对照组比较,模型组小鼠体质量、肝质量明显增加(P<0.05);肝组织病理结果及肝脏TC、TG含量的升高(P<0.01)均提示明显脂肪变性;肝组织FXR、Srebp1c的m RNA表达水平,以及CD36的m RNA和蛋白表达均明显上升(P<0.01),FAS蛋白表达下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较,祛痰活血组小鼠体质量、肝质量均明显降低(P<0.01);肝组织脂肪变性明显减轻;肝组织中FXR m RNA表达明显升高(P<0.01),Srebp1c、FAS、CD36的m RNA及蛋白表达均明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 外源性脂肪酸摄入增加可能是高脂引起的NAFLD的主要成因,祛痰活血方既抑制外源性脂肪酸摄入,亦减少内源性脂肪酸合成,双向调节改善NAFLD。 展开更多

“象”是中华民族舞蹈原始发生中的一种文化存在。《象舞》是周代一个比较重要的祭祀舞蹈。作为周公纪功乐舞的《象》又称《象箾》,《象》的“以箾为仪”指向《易》的“象也者像也”。汉代宫廷中有一种专职艺人称为“象人”,“象人”的... “象”是中华民族舞蹈原始发生中的一种文化存在。《象舞》是周代一个比较重要的祭祀舞蹈。作为周公纪功乐舞的《象》又称《象箾》,《象》的“以箾为仪”指向《易》的“象也者像也”。汉代宫廷中有一种专职艺人称为“象人”,“象人”的“蒙假面”与“方相氏”的“相人”之意均与丧葬事宜相关。荀子《非相》的义理积淀于“偶人”的形制和“面具”的图式之中;张衡《西京赋》的“舞像”更指向整体的“舞者”——其中的汉之“戏象”一词,正是从“戏倡舞像”中点化而来,而“戏倡舞像”本自“尸礼废而像事兴”。由“象人”与偶、与俑、与傀儡的关联一直联系到“傀儡戏”,显然已远离周公的纪功乐舞《象》,也无关乎《荀子·儒教》所言,“戏象”之说显然是从“舞象”一词演变而来的。 展开更多

运用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法建立了同时对蘘荷花苞中20种无机金属元素(Li、Be、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Cd、Ba、Pb、K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe)定量检测的方法。探究了前处理消化方式、优化ICP-MS仪器参数... 运用微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法建立了同时对蘘荷花苞中20种无机金属元素(Li、Be、Al、V、Cr、Mn、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Se、Cd、Ba、Pb、K、Ca、Na、Mg、Fe)定量检测的方法。探究了前处理消化方式、优化ICP-MS仪器参数、选择内标元素及检测模式对实验准确度的影响。实验结果表明:20种金属元素均呈现较好的线性关系,相关系数均大于0.999,按所建立实验方法对实际样品测定并进行加标回收实验,加标回收率在95.0%~104.6%之间,RSD为2.5%~6.8%。采用所建立的方法对国家标准物质GBW10019(GSB-10苹果)进行实验验证,测定值均在标准值不确定度范围内。该方法精密度好,准确度高,测试结果稳定,自动化程度高,满足对蘘荷花苞中金属元素的分析测定要求。 展开更多

目的观察眠安方对抑郁症睡眠障碍大鼠血清白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)及海马脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor... 目的观察眠安方对抑郁症睡眠障碍大鼠血清白细胞介素-6(Interleukin-6,IL-6)、白介素-1β(Interleukin-1β,IL-1β)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(Tumor necrosis factor alpha,TNF-α)及海马脑源性神经营养因子(Brain-derived neurotrophic factor,BDNF)蛋白表达的影响。方法将清洁级雌性大鼠48只按随机数字表法分为模型组、眠安方组、黛力新组、空白组,每组各12只。除空白组外,其他组采用孤养结合慢性温和不可预知应激加快速动眼相睡眠剥夺方法,建立大鼠抑郁症睡眠障碍(Sleep deprivation depression,SDD)模型。采用体质量观察、糖水偏爱实验、旷场实验检测各组大鼠行为学变化指标。酶联免疫吸附测定法(Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,ELISA)测定各组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α的含量;蛋白质免疫印迹(Western blot,WB)法检测大鼠海马BDNF蛋白表达。结果行为学测定:造模前各组大鼠体质量、糖水偏爱率、旷场实验得分均无差异(P>0.05);造模及给药后,与空白组比较,模型组、眠安方组、黛力新组大鼠体质量、糖水偏爱率、旷场实验得分均明显下降(P<0.05);与模型组比较,眠安方组、黛力新组大鼠体质量、糖水偏爱率、旷场实验得分均升高(P<0.05)。ELISA法检测结果:大鼠血清IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α含量与空白组比较,模型组显著升高(P<0.01);与模型组比较,眠安方组、黛力新组均显著降低(P<0.01);与眠安方组比较,黛力新组大鼠血清IL-6、IL-1β的含量组间无差异、TNF-α的含量降低(P<0.05)。WB法检测结果:与空白组比较,模型组大鼠海马BDNF蛋白表达水平降低(P<0.05);与模型组比较,眠安方组、黛力新组海马BDNF蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05);与眠安方组比较,黛力新组大鼠海马BDNF蛋白表达水平升高(P<0.05)。结论眠安方可改善SDD模型大鼠的抑郁行为和睡眠障碍,其作用机制可能与降低血清IL-6、IL-1β及TNF-α的含量,上调海马组织BDNF蛋白的含量有关。 展开更多

“语录不可阑入古文”说的生成及现代省思

基于数据挖掘探讨《医方类聚·咳嗽门》用药规律

目的 探讨《医方类聚·咳嗽门》中治疗咳嗽病用药规律,为临床提供参考和借鉴。方法 纳入《医方类聚·咳嗽门》所载咳嗽病治疗处方,对方中使用药物的用药频次、性味归经、功效等进行频数统计,对高频药物进行药物类别、关联规则... 目的 探讨《医方类聚·咳嗽门》中治疗咳嗽病用药规律,为临床提供参考和借鉴。方法 纳入《医方类聚·咳嗽门》所载咳嗽病治疗处方,对方中使用药物的用药频次、性味归经、功效等进行频数统计,对高频药物进行药物类别、关联规则及聚类分析。结果 共纳入方剂1 332首,包括中药378味,药味多在12味以下,高频药物包括甘草、半夏、人参、杏仁、陈皮、茯苓、生姜、五味子等,药性以温性为主,药味以辛、苦、甘味为主,主要归肺经、脾经,功效类别以化痰止咳平喘药及补虚药为主;关联规则共得出2联组合18项,3联组合34项,4联组合3项,多为健脾祛湿、宣肺化痰药物组合,同时得出核心药物组为二陈汤加减,聚类分析得出6个药物组群,具有清肺润肺、理气健脾、燥湿化痰及温阳功效特点。结论 明代以前医家对咳嗽病的处方用药相对精简,以温化为主,润燥合宜,肺脾同治,重视理气化痰。 展开更多

目的:分析近30年中药象思维研究概况。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库(Wanfang Database)建库至2022年所收录的中药领域“象思维”相关文献,通过CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对发文作者、机构、期刊及关键词进行分析,并对结果可视化... 目的:分析近30年中药象思维研究概况。方法:检索中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库(Wanfang Database)建库至2022年所收录的中药领域“象思维”相关文献,通过CiteSpace和VOSviewer软件对发文作者、机构、期刊及关键词进行分析,并对结果可视化。结果:共纳入文献266篇,发文量呈现逐年增长趋势,主要发表于《中华中医药杂志》《时珍国医国药》等期刊;发文较多的作者是王永炎、朋汤义、梁永林等,发文量≥10篇的机构有3个,其中北京中医药大学发文最多(18篇)。关键词分析显示,2020年之后药性理论、功效、应用等关键词研究较多,表明象思维在中药学的教学过程中应用日益增多。结论:象思维与中药名称、药性理论及功效应用的关系非常密切,正确运用象思维对理解中药药性理论、功效及应用意义深远。 展开更多

基于网络药理学方法和动物实验探讨五福健膝方治疗膝骨关节炎的作用机制

目的:探讨五福健膝方治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的作用机制。方法:①网络药理学研究。采用网络药理学方法筛选五福健膝方治疗KOA的靶点。②动物实验。将18只10周龄SPF级雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为3组,每组6只。模型组和五... 目的:探讨五福健膝方治疗膝骨关节炎(knee osteoarthritis,KOA)的作用机制。方法:①网络药理学研究。采用网络药理学方法筛选五福健膝方治疗KOA的靶点。②动物实验。将18只10周龄SPF级雄性C57BL/6小鼠随机分为3组,每组6只。模型组和五福健膝方组小鼠采用内侧半月板失稳术在右后肢构建KOA模型,假手术组小鼠仅切开对应区域皮肤和关节囊后缝合。造模手术后第2天,五福健膝方组小鼠以五福健膝方汤剂(生药浓度1.1 g·mL^(-1))灌胃,每次0.6 mL,每天1次,连续灌胃8周;模型组和假手术组小鼠以等量生理盐水灌胃。药物干预结束后,收集小鼠右后肢膝关节,分别进行股骨远端Micro-CT扫描、组织病理学观察(阿尔新蓝-苏木素/橙黄G染色)及免疫组织化学染色。免疫组织化学染色主要针对Ⅱ型胶原蛋白与网络药理学研究确定的核心靶点蛋白,测量Ⅱ型胶原蛋白表达阳性区域的厚度(视为软骨厚度),同时计算核心靶点蛋白阳性细胞百分比。结果:①网络药理学研究结果。通过网络药理学研究确定的五福健膝方治疗KOA的关键靶点基因15个,其中TP53为核心靶点基因,其对应的蛋白为P53蛋白。②动物实验结果。股骨远端Micro-CT检查结果显示,模型组较假手术组骨表面积骨体积比值降低(P=0.028)、骨体积分数升高(P=0.003),五福健膝方组较模型组骨表面积骨体积比值升高(P=0.004)、骨体积分数降低(P=0.048)。膝关节软骨组织阿尔新蓝-苏木素/橙黄G染色显示,模型组小鼠软骨缺失明显,五福健膝方组小鼠软骨丢失较模型组明显改善。免疫组织化学染色结果显示,模型组小鼠膝关节软骨厚度较假手术组减小(P=0.001),五福健膝方组小鼠膝关节软骨厚度较模型组增加(P=0.048);模型组小鼠膝关节软骨组织中P53阳性细胞百分比较假手术组增加(P=0.000),五福健膝方组小鼠膝关节软骨组织中P53阳性细胞百分比较模型组减少(P=0.000)。结论:五福健膝方能够有效延缓KOA模型小鼠的软骨退变,其机制可能与其抑制P53蛋白表达有关。 展开更多
