袁枚、曾燠交游考论——兼论《随园诗话补遗》的刊刻过程

袁枚在《随园诗话补遗》卷七中言未曾与曾燠谋面,但考之二人的诗文集,两者多有交往,不但相互唱和赠答,且在诗中明确注明袁枚多次到过曾燠扬州的题襟馆,曾燠也曾去随园拜访袁枚,袁枚扶病相见,二人谈论诗学。现存曾燠所刻《邗上题襟集》中存有袁枚佚诗《题宾谷先生西溪渔隐图》一首。根据曾燠与袁枚交游的诗歌可以推定曾燠的生卒年,纠正包世臣《曾抚部别传》的错误。《随园诗话补遗》的刊刻是一个动态的过程,随得随刻,用原版刻录,只补入,却不修改,于嘉庆二年后定稿,成《随园诗话补遗》十卷。《随园诗话补遗》卷七刊刻时,袁枚未曾见到曾燠,故言“素未识面”。因袁枚有求于曾燠,有了一段名士与官员的密切交往,因为诗歌的媒介,带有了风雅的韵味。

唐王维时期至今的“辋川别业”山水空间变迁探究

唐代王维辋川别业诗、画、园兼备,是现代园林史研究者公认的最重要的唐代造园案例之一。以往研究多集中在辋川诗文、绘画与二十景现地方面。由于考古数据的缺失,很少有涉及辋川别业山水空间层面的研究。对于园林研究来说,“空间”层面的研究是无法回避一部分,以当今辋川地理山水空间为基础,利用古文献、地理信息数据和20世纪60年代卫星图等资料,分析王维至今一千多年以来辋川别业所在地——辋谷可能发生的山、水变迁内容,最后大致推测出王维时期的“辋川别业”山水空间形态。

中式景观亭、廊建筑新材料与工艺的应用研究

传统的中式景观包含亭、廊、轩、榭和舫等元素,实施过程中须采用大量的木材,因施工的成本高、工艺复杂、防火及防腐性能差以及维修养护成本高等缺点在施工中很难普及。应用仿木质的建筑材料对于降低成本和缩短施工期非常必要。该文以2个中式别墅居住小区的景观项目为例,对居住小区的景观要素——亭、廊进行研究。介绍应用不同材料的工艺流程,并对比分析相同尺寸和造型的亭廊分别采用木质、铝合金或镀锌钢材质进行施工的材料成本、施工周期及维修成本差异。该研究为中式景观项目的新材料应用提供依据。

Gardening Art of Qianlu Villa in Ancient Huishan Town of Wuxi City,China

Qianlu Villa is a private garden owned by YANG Zong-lian (1832-1905,Yifang is his style name),a government official in the end of the Qing Dynasty.There are only a few private gardens in that period,Qianlu Villa stands out for its compact layouts and artful designs,its gardening concepts and cultural connotations are of great referential value to understand garden styles in the southern regions of the Yangtze River and traditional Chinese gardening arts.By analyzing seclusion culture and Fengshui doctrines implied in Qianlu Villa,as well as its water layouts,Qianlu Villa is divided into two major areas:eastern area and western area,the former includes mainly halls which are symmetrically designed along the central axis,and the latter indicates mainly residential spaces in a free layout.Gardening arts such as divided scenery,borrowing scenery,winding scenery and traditional gardening techniques such as stone layouts in Qianlu Villa are pointed out,"virtue-like" attributes of plants are utilized to create cultural and artistic concepts.Metaphor and symbolism are applied in the landscaping via garden ornamentals,in this study,the frequently-applied crane ornamentals and special "卐" pavement patterns are introduced to demonstrate the significance of interpreting ornamentals for exploring cultural connotations of Qianlu Villa.

穆勒别墅与图根哈特别墅分别位于捷克共和国的两座相距不远的城市,作为现代主义早期两位建筑大师的代表作,它们几乎同时完成设计与建造,并在诸多方面存在可比性。经历了相似的战乱创伤以及共同的社会变革之后,在世纪相交之际,两幢别墅相继被修复,并开启了各自的新篇章。文章从两幢别墅最初的建造历程、后期所经受的毁损与变更着眼,审视它们的修复过程,特别聚焦前期的研究工作以及修复过程中处理建筑主体结构、内部装饰和艺术收藏品的相关做法,以展示针对现代主义初创时期建筑遗产保护的应对之策。两幢建筑的修复过程存在大量异同,通过分析比较可以揭示相应保护观念与具体做法的得失,为类似建筑遗产的保护工作提供借鉴。

卡尔图斯修道院修士空间对柯布西耶“居住单位”空间的影响分析——以1922年别墅公寓和马赛公寓为例

勒·柯布西耶对“居住单位”的研究实践与其早年探访过的艾玛修道院、帕维亚修道院等卡尔图斯修道院有着渊源上的联系。本文以1922年别墅公寓和马赛公寓为例,遴选艾玛修道院、帕维亚修道院和克莱蒙修道院三座卡尔图斯修道院,从修道院修士集体和个人空间入手,基于图纸、文献和照片,进行文献研究和个案分析,探讨卡尔图斯修道院修士空间对以1922年别墅公寓和马赛公寓为代表的“居住单位”空间的影响。文章认为,柯布西耶“居住单位”中集体与个人两部分空间的并置,其最初的灵感就来源于卡尔图斯修道院,柯布西耶从当时城市家庭生活出发,剔除修道院中的宗教属性,对空间进行了适应时代要求的世俗化改造。

Plant Furnishing in Villa Residential Areas

With the development of the times, villa has already become one of the spiritual pursuits of people for higher living quality, and plants as a significant component of villa landscape construct the pleasant landscape environment together with hard landscapes within villa areas. Viewing at the villa landscape design, a villa could be divided into three functional areas, i.e. front yard, side yard and back yard, and the plant furnishing, planting goals as well as plant application were analyzed in this study, additionally, the significance of plants in creating landscape was stressed.

Path Analysis of Agricultural Project Design Based on Function Expansion: A Case Study of Naya Mountain Villa

The expansion of agricultural function is one of the important means for modern agricultural projects to promote agricultural economic benefits. Successful modern agricultural projects require good creative ideas and design programs. While developing high-efficient modern agricultural production activities,we should fully explore the intangible value of agricultural production activities,combine agriculture with agricultural products,natural conditions,cultural conception and other effective resources,to expand agricultural functions,and promote comprehensive benefits. In order to build a sustainable modern agricultural project operation system,Naya Mountain Villa project planning is taken as an example for analysis. Naya Mountain Villa began construction in 2011; the creative planning based on the agricultural expansion function was carried out in 2013; it had successful access to the capital market in 2015. The project realizes the effective integration of agricultural production system and agricultural function expansion,constructs a set of long-term stable profiting models,and lays an important foundation for entering the capital market. The project is a representative example of the function-expanding modern agricultural project. Through the analysis of the design ideas of the project,this paper discusses the function expansion elements of basic resources,public welfare and agricultural function expansion methods,the formation of general ideas,source and construction logic of creative thinking,and summarizes and abstracts some inspiring design methods of agricultural function expansion. Through the analysis of the key points in the design of the specific technical aspects of the project,this paper provides a reference for solving common difficult problems in the practical design. The summary and refinement of the thinking logic,thinking construction and specific design method of the project is inspiring and repeatable to some extent,which can provide reference for the relevant researchers.

This paper introduced the origination of seclusion culture, analyzed historical background, causes, and aesthetic performances of hermit culture, took living style and life attitude of Tao Yuanming for example to summarize the location characteristics of villas under the impact of hermit culture in the Wei and Jin Dynasty. On this basis, site selection of Tianquan Julong International Eco-villa in Longquanyi District, Chengdu City was analyzed, and profound influence of hermit culture on the location aesthetics of modern villa explored.

Perception of Villa Manager on Using the Online Travel Agents as Marketing Media in North Kuta District, Badung, Bali, Indonesia

The development of villas in Bali is very rapid, especially in Badung regency with the distribution of the number of dominant villas in North Kuta district. Based on preliminary study, tourists tend to make reservations through online travel agents （OTA）. Therefore, there is a tendency if the villa manager in North Kuta district makes promotion through OTA. The aim of this research is to explain and analyze the dominant factors that influence the perception of villa managers in North Kuta district on using OTA as marketing media. The population in this research is composed of 191 villas. The final sample villas, using Slovin formula, were chosen based on cluster proportional sampling technique, totally 66 unit villas. Respondent in this research is the villa manager of each sample villa, so there are as much as 66 respondents. For data analysis, we used confirmatory factor analysis and descriptive statistics. In general, the perception of managers in North Kuta district on the use of OTA as marketing media is strongly agree or strongly positive with an average value of 4.37. The analysis of factors simultaneously showed that the perception of villa managers in North Kuta district on the use of OTA is determined by three factors, namely, factor in the self-perception of villa manager （F 1）, the factors in the self-perception of OTA （F2）, and situational factors （F3）.

武汉农村别墅太阳能-空气能耦合应用研究

针对武汉地区一别墅建筑的空调、供暖、生活热水及用电需求,本文介绍了一套太阳能-空气源热泵耦合供能系统的设计和优化。采用SketchUp软件搭建建筑三维模型,并使用TRNBuild计算冷热负荷,确定各设备容量。进一步采用TRNSYS软件建立系统仿真模型,模拟季节运行得出全年数据。通过对比优化,确定了系统最节能的集热器与光伏面积配比为1∶6.5,系统太阳能综合利用率最高达19.80%。结果表明,该耦合系统全年耗电量主要由室内冷热负荷决定,太阳能集热效率在40%左右,太阳能保证率为75.7%,热泵全年COP在2.8左右,系统能效比EER为3.3,系统回收期为7.37 a。该系统兼具经济、节能、环保等特点,可为系统在武汉及周边农村地区推广应用提供理论依据。
