目的分析角色扮演(Role-play)联合翻转课堂教学法对护理实习生新生儿复苏知信行的影响。方法选取2022年10月1日至2023年8月1日在我院产科及儿科实习的80名本科段护理实习生进行前瞻性研究,将其随机分为试验组(采用Role-play联合翻转课堂教学法进行新生儿复苏技能培训)和对照组(采用传统临床教学法进行新生儿复苏技能培训),各40名。比较两组的教学效果。结果试验组的理论知识、态度信念得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的复苏操作得分高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的灵活应变能力、资源利用能力及沟通协作能力得分均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组的教学满意度高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Role-play联合翻转课堂教学法在护理实习生新生儿复苏教学中的效果优于传统临床教学法。

Discussion on prosthodontics teaching methods

Prosthodontics is one of the main courses of oral clinical oral compulsory medical students, and it is a highly practical skill required for the course. In the teaching process, we not only should pay attention to the teaching of theoretical knowledge, but should strengthen the training of practical skills. In order to improve the teaching quality of experimental teaching and students＇ practical ability, we reform the method of experimental evaluation in prosthodontics experimental teaching, explore the establishment of a reasonable, applicable and effective experiment prosthodontics assessment methods.

Discussion on the Measurement Method for the Coda Wave Quality Factor

The Quality factor is the parameter that can be used to describe the energy attenuation on seismic wave. In theory, we can obtain the relationship between the change of the coda wave quality factor with time and the strong earthquake preparation process on the basis of the quality factor of a coda wave in a same ray path. However, in reality the coda wave quality factor measured by different seismic coda waves corresponds to different seismic wave ray paths. The change of the quality factor with time is related to non-elastic characteristics of the medium and the volume of scattering ellipsoid constrained by scattered wave phase fronts, besides the change of regional stress field. This paper discusses the relationship between quality factor, epicenter distance and different lapse time, and then discusses the relationship between quality factor and frequency. Furthermore the determination method of the coda wave quality factor is put forward. The improved determination method of the quality factor, which removes the influence of different earthquakes or propagation depth of scattered waves, may increase measurement precision, thus information pertaining to abnormal changes in quality factor and the relationship between the quality factor and earthquake preparation process can be acquired.

The Role of Teachers’Apperception in Herbart’s Theory for Chinese Teaching in Shenzhen Primary Schools of China

This paper deeply analyzes the practical application of Herbart’s educational concept in contemporary education and teaching,especially its guiding significance to the primary school Chinese classroom in Shenzhen area.Herbart proposed that teachers should play a key role in students’cognitive process,that is,help students better understand and master new knowledge by combining it with existing knowledge.The survey results show that although teachers have some understanding of Herbart’s educational philosophy,it is not widely used in the concrete teaching process.However,the study also shows that there is a positive relationship between Herbart’s theory and students’academic performance,indicating that it plays an important role in improving students’interest and engagement in learning.The research also reveals the differences between educational concepts and practices,as well as the uneven distribution of educational resources,and puts forward measures to alleviate these contradictions,such as strengthening teacher training,improving teaching methods,and emphasizing moral education.At the same time,the study also highlights the critical role of teachers in promoting knowledge integration,arousing learning enthusiasm,shaping students’moral character,and promoting personal and professional growth.

Discussion on the treatment of amenorrhea by "Tihujiegai method"

"Tihujiegai method"(lifting a kettle and removing its lid figuratively refers to a method of lifting the'Lung Qi'(It refers to the functional activity of the lungs and also includes breathing gases.)to promote urination.),created by Zhu Danxi(1281-1358),who ranked among the era’s best doctors,is a metaphor for using"Xuanfei method"(A method of promoting the dispersing function of the lung)or"Tiqi method"(A method for treating Qi activity depression),which has been widely used later.The author consulted a large number of relevant essays and found that the"Tihujiegai method"of amenorrhea was also effective.This study mainly discusses the treatment of amenorrhea method theoretically,and opens up ideas for clinical application.

Discussion on New Rural Appearance Construction Based on Color Planning

With changing rural architectural environment as the focus of new rural construction, the paper had pointed out it was lack of researches on color planning of overall structures in new countryside. On this basis, by making use of relevant softwares, it had conducted color abstraction on current typical rural appearance; analyzed the color of rural nature, artificial environment and cultural environment in accordance with international standard of Natural Color System; and then concluded color context of rural appearance. It proposed that color control could be conducted on rural appearance from macroscopic, medium and microcosmic perspective by taking advantage of color planning in new rural appearance construction, so as to build a new rural color system, create modern new rural appearance reflecting regional characteristic and integrating with the natural environment, preserve artificial color of traditional ancient villages, coordinate colors in villages with architectures of different ages, finally realizing reshaping of Chinese people's spiritual hometown.

Multifunctional graphene‐based composite photocatalysts oriented by multifaced roles of graphene in photocatalysis

Graphene(GR),a single‐layer carbon sheet with a hexagonal packed lattice structure,has displayed attractive potential and demonstrably become the research focus in artificial photocatalysis due to its enchanting properties in enhancing light absorption,electron transfer dynamics,and surface reactions.Currently,numerous efforts have shown that the properties of GR,which are closely correlated to the photocatalytic performance of GR‐based composites are significantly affected by the synthesis methods.Herein,we first introduce the optimization strategies of GR‐based hybrids and then elaborate the synthesis of GR‐based composite photocatalysts oriented by manifold roles of GR in photoredox catalysis,containing photoelectron mediator and acceptor,improving adsorption capacity,regulating light absorption range and intensity,as well as macromolecular photosensitizer.Beyond that,a brief outlook on the challenges in this burgeoning research field and potential evolution strategies for enhancing the photoactivity of GR‐based hybrids is presented and we anticipate that this review could provide some enlightenments for the rational construction and application of multifunctional GR‐based composite photocatalysts.

Gender Roles in the Utilization and Challenges in the Management of Mangrove Forests in Casiguran, Aurora, Philippines

Mangrove utilization and management were observed done by men and women depending on their needs and priorities in Casiguran, Aurora. This study, therefore, tried to investigate the gender roles in the utilization and management of mangrove forests, the existing mangrove management practices and their challenges, and the relationship between gender and mangrove resources management. A mixed-method approach was used and data were obtained through triangulation. Respondents were obtained through snowball sampling and interviewed using a structured questionnaire with a few open-ended questions. Results revealed that the majority of the respondents were women (60.7%) and residents of Brgy. Esteves (52.5%) live within or near the mangrove forest. Mostly married (59%) who were providing food and income for the family. They utilized mangrove woods (58.20%) with an average quantity of less than 10 board feet (34.4%) for cooking (40.2%). Roots were utilized in minimal amounts (2.50%) for mythical, medicine, and cork purposes. Mollusks (93.44%), commonly bivalves (93.4%), were primarily gleaned by women for food consumption (93.4%) and as a source of income (93. 61%). On the other hand, catching of crabs (57.4%) for consumption (56.6%) and as a source of income (14.8%) and catching of fish (31.1%) for consumption (27.9%) were done by men. Both genders were involved in mangrove management practices, although only 65% of them had actual involvement in mangrove planting, 19% in mangrove nursery development and maintenance, and 16% in mangrove plantation maintenance. Challenges in management include low survival rate of planted mangroves (33%), lack of maintenance activity (20%), and lack of funds for mobilization (20%). A chi-square test of independence revealed that both men and women have no significant difference in their involvement in nursery establishment and maintenance, mangrove planting, and plantation management.

高等医学教育PBL病例讨论课的教学设计改革

采用PBL教学法进行病例讨论式教学方式,已经在高等医学教育中得到广泛应用。PBL病例讨论课普遍存在部分学生参与度不高的现象。为了解决这个问题,在PBL病例讨论课中进行分小组讨论式的教学设计改革,将10人组拆分成3组或4组,每组2~~3人;调整教学评价模式,将原来的指导教师综合评价转变为组对组之间学生评价并设置加分项。教学组织形式和评价模式改革有助于所有学生积极参与讨论,取得了较好的课堂教学效果。

Sora变革教育:基于教师角色与学习方式的洞见

生成式人工智能的发展又迎来重大飞跃,具有“通用物理世界模拟器”潜力的文生视频模型——Sora被推出。技术的革新势必对教育领域产生重大影响,Sora对教师角色的影响如何?又将为学习方式带来哪些变革?回答好这两个问题是推动Sora变革与赋能教育领域的关键。基于此,本研究在对Sora进行本质解析的基础上,分析Sora对教师角色产生的影响,包括Sora对教师角色挑战的冲击、Sora变革下教师何为的应对以及Sora与教师协同发展的共进;接着提出Sora对学习方式的变革,包括进行“可想即可见”的学习、虚实融合学习的升级、人机协同学习的革新、促进创造性学习实现以及丰富个性化学习形态等;最后对Sora变革教育进行审思与展望,包括Sora的教育边界确立、Sora的使用标准建立、Sora应用的算力需求以及开发教育专属Sora模型。研究以期促进Sora有效应用于教育领域,提升学习效果与质量。

微格教学联合角色教学法在心内科教学中的应用

目的探讨心内科教学中采用微格教学联合角色教学法的应用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2024年1月西安交通大学第一附属医院心内科54名进修生,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=27)与对照组(n=27)。对照组采用常规角色教学法,研究组采用微格教学联合角色教学法,对两组课程综合评价、综合考核成绩、自主学习能力及临床思维能力进行比较。结果研究组为课程综合评价满意度为100.00%(27/27),较对照组的77.78%(21/27)更高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.688,P<0.05);研究组综合考核成绩较对照组更高,研究组自主学习能力、临床思维能力得分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论微格教学联合角色教学法应用于心内科教学中,能够使教学直观形象,提高综合成绩及自我导向学习能力,培养临床思维,提升教学满意度。

案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法在产科护士规培中的应用

目的探讨案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法在产科规范化培训(简称规培)中的价值。方法选取2021年8月—2022年8月在南京医科大学附属妇产医院产科规培的138名护士为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为观察组(n=69)与对照组(n=69)。对照组应用常规教学法,观察组应用案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法。评价观察组和对照组在规培前后的护患沟通能力、学习能力、规培效果,通过问卷调查规培护士的满意度情况。结果规培前,2组护患沟通能力、学习能力各项得分以及理论知识和实践操作考核成绩比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。规培后,观察组护患沟通能力、学习能力各项得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组理论知识和实践操作考核成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组教学总满意率(94.20%)高于对照组(81.16%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论案例教学法联合角色扮演+互换教学法可有效提高规培护士的护患沟通能力、学习能力以及专业能力,增加护士对教学工作的满意度。

结构化研讨法在部队健康教育实用技能课程中的运用

为探索结构化研讨法在任职健康教育课程教学中的应用方式与效果,以来自基层部队的300名卫生警士为研究对象,运用结构化研讨法进行健康教育课程教学的组织与实施。教学实践显示,结构化研讨法可激发任职学员的课堂参与热情,挖掘其潜能,汇集其经验和智慧,能够达到教学相长的目的,该方法对于任职教育培训具有较好的适用性。

人工智能场域下教师角色定位实现的研究

面向化工专业硕士的工程伦理课程教学实践——基于案例分析

随着工程技术的飞速发展,社会对工程人员的伦理素养提出了更高的要求。工程伦理课程已经成为全日制化学工程专业硕士研究生必不可少的课程。为了使工程伦理课程的教学效果更加有效,采用通论案例与专业案例结合的互动讨论模式,总结和分析专业特色鲜明且伦理问题突出的特色案例,研讨各种工程伦理问题。教学实践表明,合理配置的专业特色案例的讨论,加深了学生对典型伦理问题的理解,有利于学生形成良好的工程伦理意识和掌握应对伦理冲突时的决策能力,显著提高了工程伦理课程的教学效果。

浅谈“问题导向”与“职业角色模拟”相结合的法学案例教学

法学是一门实践理性的学科,既要注重培养学生的理论学习能力,又要强调学生的实践能力。校内法学本科学生在专业知识学习的基础上,需通过实践教学的过程去发现、分析和解决问题。《民法典》颁布后,笔者在所讲授的本科债法课程中进行了助力教学理念及模式设计的转换,形成了法学案例教学中的“问题导向”与“职业角色模拟”相结合的案例教学创新方法。希望通过对这种教学方法的尝试和改进,助力本科生形成对知识和能力的贯通,培育创新性思维,从而更好地推进我国法学实践教学改革的进程。
