Teach-back健康教育联合延续性功能锻炼对乳腺癌根治术后患者功能恢复及应对方式的影响

目的探讨Teach-back健康教育与延续性功能锻炼联合应用对乳腺癌根治术后患者功能恢复及应对方式的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2024年6月连云港市第二人民医院普外科60例乳腺癌根治术后患者,采用抽签法分为两组,各30例。对照组实施传统健康宣教及出院随访护理干预,观察组实施Teachback健康教育联合出院后微信延续性功能锻炼干预,1个月后比较两组的肩关节活动度、疾病应对评分、上肢淋巴水肿发生率。结果观察组的上肢淋巴水肿发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的肩关节活动度高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组干预后的疾病应对评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论Teach-back健康教育联合延续性功能锻炼干预能够转变乳腺癌根治术后患者的疾病应对方式,提升功能恢复效果,且上肢淋巴水肿发生风险更低,值得推广。

Analysis on God's behavior from the teachings of Mosaic Law

the paper focuses on the first 5 books in Old Testament——Genesis,Exodus,Leviticus,Numbers,and Deuteronomy in the Holy Bible,which is also called Mosaic Law.Since it had a significant role in the Sacred Scripture,the teachings in those books would be the great material for analyzing God's behavior.There are 6 main teachings in the books,and God's thought and behaviors will be explained simply and briefly in both historical and text perspectives.

基于Teach back模式的助产士一对一导乐对高龄初产妇分娩恐惧的影响

目的:了解基于Teach back模式的助产士一对一导乐对高龄初产妇分娩恐惧的影响。方法:选择2022年1月—2023年6月我院产科的高龄初产妇100例为观察对象,按随机法分为对照组(n=50)和干预组(n=50),对照组实施常规的导乐陪伴式护理,干预组实施基于Teach back模式的一对一导乐陪伴,比较两组分娩恐惧及分娩结局。结果:干预后,两组分娩恐惧量表(CAQ)得分均低于干预前,且干预组得分低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预组经阴道分娩率高于对照组,且分娩并发症发生率低于对照组,产程时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于Teach back模式的助产士一对一导乐能够有效降低高龄初产妇的分娩恐惧,提高阴道分娩并降低分娩并发症,缩短产程。

Teach-back健康教育结合遗忘曲线规律对肩袖修复术患者功能锻炼依从性及康复效果的研究

目的:探讨Teach-back健康教育结合遗忘曲线规律对肩袖修复术(RCR)患者功能锻炼依从性及康复的效果。方法:选取2022年7月—2023年6月在天津市某三级甲等医院行关节镜下RCR的60例患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组(n=30)和试验组(n=30)。对照组采用常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上应用遗忘曲线规律结合Teach-back健康教育。比较两组患者术前1 d、干预后1周、干预后2周的功能锻炼依从性评分、UCLA肩关节功能评分、Constant-Murley评分。结果:两组患者术前1 d、干预后1周、干预后2周,功能锻炼依从性评分比较,试验组高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.026、5.664、12.820,P<0.05);试验组患者UCLA肩关节功能评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=6.333、6.906、8.581,P<0.05);试验组患者Constant-Murley评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(t=8.800、17.673、10.549,P<0.05)。结论:Teach-back健康教育结合遗忘曲线规律可提高患者功能锻炼依从性,改善术后康复效果。

Culturally competent care across borders: Implementing culturally responsive teaching for nurses in diverse workforces

The migration of healthcare professionals,including nurses,is a global phenomenon.It is driven by various factors,including the pursuit of better opportunities,living conditions,and professional development,as well as political instability or conflict in their home countries.The World Health Organization(WHO)has noted that high-income countries often rely on foreign-trained nurses to fill gaps in their healthcare systems[1].For instance,as of 2021,over 40%(52 million)of all nurses in the United States(US)were expatriates[2].In the United Kingdom(UK),the percentage of expatriate nurses was even higher,reaching approximately 18%in 2021[3].Owing to globalization and migration,healthcare providers must possess cultural competence to deliver improved care[4,5].Culturally responsive teaching(CRT)is rooted in the idea that culture plays a vital role in shaping people’s behaviors,beliefs,values,and communication styles[6].Furthermore,these cultural factors influence patients’perspectives on health,illness,healing,and their preferences for care and communication[7].By recognizing and embracing these cultural differences,nurses can provide more effective and compassionate care to their diverse patient population[8].

Exploration on Teaching Reform of Synthetic Biology Course Based on the New Engineering Concept

Synthetic biology is a new frontier of life science,which aims to design,transform and even synthesize organisms with engineering design concept.Doing a good job in the teaching of"synthetic biology"is of great significance to the cultivation and reserve of biotechnology professionals in China,and also has an important impact on students' employment competitiveness.Under the background of"new engineering",the course reform of"synthetic biology"was carried out in terms of the construction of teaching staff,teaching methods,students' participation and the innovation of course content,and specific reform suggestions were put forward,hoping to effectively promote the sustainable development of"synthetic biology"and effectively improve the quality of education.

Practical effect of different teaching modes in teaching gastrointestinal surgery nursing

BACKGROUND With the continuous development and progress of medical technology,the position of surgical nursing in the field of clinical medicine is becoming in-creasingly prominent.As an important branch of the surgical field,the nursing requirements and difficulty of gastrointestinal surgery are also increasing.In order to improve the teaching quality of nursing care in gastrointestinal surgery,many educators and researchers are actively exploring new teaching methods.Among them,the teaching method case-based learning(CBL),scene-simulated learning(SSL),task-based learning(TBL),combining self-evaluation and training mode is considered as an effective method.This method aims to help students to better master knowledge and skills and improve their comprehensive quality by cultivating their self-evaluation ability.AIM To explore the practical effect of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery.METHODS Seventy-one nursing interns in our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected.According to different teaching modes,they were divided into observation group CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode combined with student self-assessment and control group(conventional teaching mode),of which 36 were in observation group and 35 were in control group.The results of operational skills,theoretical knowledge,nursing students'satisfaction,learning effectiveness questionnaire and teaching effect were compared between the two groups.RESULTS Compared between the two groups,the operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the total satisfaction ratio of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the observation group was lower than the control group in the questionnaire results of learning efficacy,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared between the two groups,the proportion of thinking ability,subjective initiative and understanding of theoretical knowledge in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The use of CBL-SSL-TBL combined with training mode and student self-assessment in gastrointestinal surgery nursing teaching can improve the operational skills of nursing interns,theoretical knowledge and satisfaction scores of nursing students,improve the results of learning efficiency questionnaire and teaching effect,which can be popularized in clinical teaching.

Research on Blended Teaching Mode:A Case Study of Floristry

In order to better carry out research on education and teaching,the author consulted relevant literature on blended teaching mode from 2011-2021 through CNKI,Web of Science and other websites,summarized and analyzed the research status of blended teaching mode,in order to lay a good foundation for studying blended teaching mode in course teaching.

A Structured Method of Teaching Epidural Block reduces the incidence of accidental dural puncture in inexperienced trainees.

Background: The rate of accidental dural puncture is particularly high during the period of training, especially in novices. The structured epidural teaching model (SETM) includes three standardized video lessons, the construction of a 3D epidural module by trainees and practical training by using an epidural simulator with and without the CompuFlo™ Epidural instrument. In this study we report the retrospective analysis of the accidental dural puncture rate of inexperienced trainees during their 6 months clinical practice rotation in obstetrics before and after the introduction of the SETM in our Institution. Method: We evaluated the incidence of accidental dural puncture before the introduction of the SETM methodology and afterwards by analyzing our departmental database from February 2019 to January 2023. All epidural blocks were executed by trainees who had never previously performed an epidural block and were about to begin their obstetrics rotation. Results: We analyzed 7415 epidurals: 3703 were performed before the introduction of the SETM methodology (control group) and 3712 afterwards (study group). The incidence of accidental dural puncture was 0.37% for the control group and 0.13% for the study group (p<.05). The probability of making an accidental dural puncture was 64% (OR: 0.36) lower for trainees who had the training than for those who did not. Conclusions: After the introduction of the structured teaching method, we observed a significant reduction of accidental dural puncture during the training period. We hope that our observation will encourage a constructive discussion among experts about the need to use standardized and validated tools as a valuable aid in teaching epidural anesthesia.

Practical Applications of the Understanding of Foreign Cultures in Japanese-language Teachings

Due to differences in cultural patterns,backgrounds,and thinking styles,it is difficult to learn foreign languages.By integrating the understanding of foreign culture into Japanese-language teachings,students may be able to use Japanese in a more standardized manner based on the understanding of Japanese culture;hence,improving their Japanese proficiency.This article explored the practical strategies of understanding foreign cultures in Japanese-language teachings in hope of helping students improve their Japanese proficiency.

Reform of Hospitality English Teaching Based on the Educational Concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE)

The Outcome-Based Education(OBE)educational concept,proposed by renowned American educator Spady,aims to guide students in mastering learning laws and ultimately achieving expected learning outcomes.The application of OBE educational concept in Hospitality English curriculum not only can effectively enhance the learning effect but also promote the reform of the Hospitality English curriculum,thus improving students’learning enthusiasm.Therefore,taking the Hospitality English curriculum as an example,this paper points out the existing problems in the teaching of this course and suggests the reform measures based on the OBE teaching concept,hoping to provide guidelines for related educational work.

目的:探究和分析teach back法在轻中度老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病抑郁患者认知功能的应用效果。方法:选择浙江省温州市第七人民医院精神科自2022年1月至2023年10月收治的40例轻中度老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病抑郁患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和研究组,每组20例,对照组患者采用传统教育法进行健康宣教,研究组患者采用teach back法健康宣教,对比两组患者护理前后的抑郁情绪评分、认知功能评分、对疾病相关健康知识掌握度评分、自我管理行为评分、生活质量评分、护理总有效率。结果:护理前,两组患者抑郁情绪评分、认知功能评分、对疾病相关健康知识掌握度评分、自我管理行为评分、生活质量评分对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后,研究组患者抑郁情绪评分低于对照组,研究组患者认知功能评分、对疾病相关健康知识掌握度评分、自我管理行为评分、生活质量评分高于对照组,研究组患者护理总有效率高于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:teach back法在轻中度老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病抑郁患者认知功能的应用效果显著,不仅能减轻患者抑郁情绪,还能提高其认知功能、对疾病相关健康知识掌握度及自我管理能力,从而能提升其预后生活质量。

Application of Perceived Teaching with Moderate Elimination of“Graphics”in Architectural Design Courses

Starting from the traditional form of“graphic”architectural education,this paper explores a teaching method of entity construction experience,instrument assistance,and digital virtual expression symbiosis symbiosis from three aspects:environmental perception,ontology perception,and extension perception.Using physical perception as a medium,and gradually rising from active perception to a comprehensive expression of visual audience perception through practical operation,it allows students to have a more comprehensive understanding of the meaning of architectural design on the basis of the“graphic”expression paradigm.

Opinions of Students on the Contribution of the DIVA 3D Virtual Dissection Table to the Teaching of Anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomatology of Bamako

Objective: Study the contribution of the DIVA 3D dissection table in the teaching of anatomy at the Faculty of Medicine and Odontology of Bamako. Material and Methods: This was a qualitative study carried out from November 1 to December 30, 2023 at the clinical and morphological anatomy laboratory of the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomatology of Bamako. Included in this study were students who participated in practical and tutorial sessions. The variables studied during this study were: the previous performance of dissection on a cadaver by the students, the opinion of the students on dissection on a cadaver, the replacement of dissection on a cadaver by virtual dissection in the absence of a body, the level student satisfaction. Results: We surveyed 130 participants. The average age was 22 ± 0.2 years with extremes of 17 and 29 years. 95.3% of participants were students. According to 66.7% of participants, virtual dissection is a good palliative in the absence of a corpse. 95.3% of participants found using the virtual dissection table easy with an average of 7.88 ± 1.4. The overall assessment was well rated by 99.3% of participants. Conclusion: According to the results of this study, the virtual dissection table should be improved by integrating commented videos. The use of the DIVA 3D virtual dissection table during practical and tutorial sessions is well appreciated by the students. We believe that the teaching of anatomy using 3D digital technology should be included in the study programs of the Faculty of Medicine and Odontostomatology.
