The personal pronoun is the indispensable and essential component in all languages.In modern standard Chinese,the second personal pronouns encompass two variations:the generic term "Ni" and the honorific term "Nin".No matter the speaker choose "Ni" or "Nin",it indicates the relationship between two interlocutors.This paper,based on the theories of sociolinguistics,mainly explores the pragmatic meanings of the second personal pronouns "Ni" and "Nin".The research obtain these conclusions:even if this pair of personal pronoun received the contextual constraints in the concrete utilization,but they can also derive a lot of pragmatic variations and deixis variations,the interlocutors will select distinct second personal pronouns to achieve the particular communicative goals. 展开更多

基于Notch与Wnt/β-catenin通路探讨黄芪甲苷对人成纤维细胞间质转化的作用

目的基于Notch与Wnt/β-catenin通路,探讨黄芪甲苷(astragalosideⅣ,AS-Ⅳ)对类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺病(rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease,RA-ILD)体外模型的作用机制。方法用Luminex检测法对RA-ILD模型鼠... 目的基于Notch与Wnt/β-catenin通路,探讨黄芪甲苷(astragalosideⅣ,AS-Ⅳ)对类风湿关节炎相关间质性肺病(rheumatoid arthritis associated interstitial lung disease,RA-ILD)体外模型的作用机制。方法用Luminex检测法对RA-ILD模型鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液中细胞因子进行检测,筛选出关键细胞因子;共培养人髓系白血病单核细胞(human myeloid leukemia mononuclear cells,THP-1)与正常人肺成纤维细胞(normal human lung fibroblast,NHLF)两种细胞系,加入关键细胞因子模拟RA-ILD体外模型,给予不同干预措施。通过RT-PCR、Western blot、COIP、EdU、ELISA以及双荧光素酶报告基因活性检测方法观察Snail、ZEB-1及E-Cadherin的启动子活性及mRNA表达、Notch通路中的关键蛋白表达、β-catenin的核转位水平、NHLF细胞增殖速率、ColⅠ、ColⅢ及Fibronectin的分泌水平以及β-catenin与NICD、β-catenin与LEF、NICD与CSL的相互作用。结果使用细胞因子处理NHLF细胞后,Snail、ZEB-1的启动子活性及mRNA表达明显增高,Notch通路中的关键蛋白表达水平显著上调,β-catenin的核转位明显增加,EdU阳性细胞明显增加;细胞上清中ColⅠ、ColⅢ及Fibronectin分泌水平显著上调,同时β-catenin与NICD、β-catenin与LEF、NICD与CSL的蛋白结合明显增加;使用Notch抑制剂DAPT和Jagged1 shRNA时结果与上述结论相反;AS-Ⅳ能够通过抑制Jagged1进而下调Notch及β-catenin信号通路的过度活化,抑制β-catenin与NICD、β-catenin与LEF、NICD与CSL的蛋白结合,能够剂量依赖性地抑制Snail及ZEB-1并上调E-Cadherin的启动子活性、mRNA和蛋白表达水平,抑制NHLF细胞的过度增殖及Col I、ColⅢ、Fibronectin的分泌。结论AS-Ⅳ可能通过抑制Notch和Wnt/β-catenin信号通路,抑制NHLF细胞增殖,减少ECM过度沉积,从而减缓RA-ILD肺间质纤维化进展。 展开更多

可逆锌-空气电池因其高功率密度和环境友好性而得到了广泛研究。然而,氧还原反应(ORR)和氧析出反应(OER)的缓慢动力学限制了其实际应用。迄今为止,二氧化铱和二氧化钌被认为是氧还原反应的最佳电催化剂,同时铂碳被认为是最有效的氧还原... 可逆锌-空气电池因其高功率密度和环境友好性而得到了广泛研究。然而,氧还原反应(ORR)和氧析出反应(OER)的缓慢动力学限制了其实际应用。迄今为止,二氧化铱和二氧化钌被认为是氧还原反应的最佳电催化剂,同时铂碳被认为是最有效的氧还原反应的电催化剂。然而,由于Pt、Ir和Ru的天然丰度低、成本高的原因,它们在ZABs中的实际应用严格受限。因此,探索低成本和高性能的双功能催化剂对促进可充电锌-空气电池的发展至关重要。具有高导电性、低氧还原反应能垒的过渡金属合金可作为有潜力的氧还原电催化剂。然而,为提高过渡金属合金催化剂的双功能催化活性,可构筑过渡金属合金@过渡金属氮化物的核壳结构。在此,我们设计了一种氮掺杂碳纳米管包覆Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)@Fe_(3)NiN核壳结构(Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)@Fe_(3)NiN/NCNT)的双功能电催化剂,其具有高效的双功能催化活性。核壳结构可以为ORR/OER产生更多的活性点。Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)核具有高导电性,有助于电荷转移。Fe_(3)NiN壳有助于提升催化剂的OER性能。氮掺杂碳纳米管不仅能够有效增强传质效应和内部电荷传递,还可以提升其电化学活性表面积。此外,具有高抗腐蚀性能的Fe_(3)NiN外壳可以有效地保护Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)内核,从而提高了电化学过程中催化剂的稳定性。氮掺杂碳纳米管对Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)@Fe_(3)NiN核壳结构也具有一定的保护作用,因此Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)@Fe_(3)NiN/NCNT表现出优异的稳定性。Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)@Fe_(3)NiN/NCNT催化剂表现出优异的双功能氧电催化性能,ORR的半波电位为0.88 V,在10mA·cm^(-2)时的OER过电位为380 mV,以及高电化学稳定性(8 h后电流密度剩余92.8%)。此外,与基于Pt/C+IrO_(2)(155 mW·cm^(-2))和Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)/NCNT(89 mW·cm^(-2))的锌-空气电池相比,基于Fe_(0.64)Ni_(0.36)@FeNiN/NCNT的锌-空气电池展现出更高的功率密度(214 mW·cm^(-2)),提供781mAh·g^(-1)的高容量,并展现出了超长的循环稳定性(循环寿命超过1100 h)。我们相信这项工作将对于新型催化剂设计有所启发,从而实现高度稳定和高效的锌-空气电池。 展开更多

Introduction: Work environments create the basis for arduous nursing work. This is what led us to research the factors of arduousness in the exercise of the health profession in North Benin, through this study. Methods: This is a cross-sectional and descriptive study which focused on health professionals in the health zones of Parakou-N’dali and Tchaourou. The sampling was an exhaustive census. All health workers who had given their free and informed consent were included. The data was collected using a questionnaire. The variables studied were the factors of arduous work and socio-professional characteristics. The data collected was processed and analyzed with the Epi info 7.2.0.1 software. Results: A total of 692 were surveyed, the participation rate was 85.11% and the sex ratio (M/F) equal to 0.7. The average age was 38 years old. Nurses made up 32.66% of the sample. They were 86.42% subject to night work and 82.66% to alternating work. Overall, 70.23% worked more than 40 hours per week. Between 78.12% and 96.46% of non-specialist doctors, nurses, midwives and biomedical analysis technicians were required to work night shifts. Nurses, midwives, radiology and laboratory technicians were between 89.53% and 97.35%, organized in alternating work. In the sample, 55.20% complained about the insufficient number of work materials, 26.29% handled harmful chemical substances. Among those surveyed, 58.14% had been attacked. Conclusion: All professional categories of caregivers are subject to arduous work. Measures are needed to reverse the situation. 展开更多

目的探讨拔毒生肌散通过调控Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)通路对糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡愈合的促进作用。方法随机将60只Wistar雄性大鼠分为正常对照组和糖尿病组。采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素结合喂食高脂高糖饲料方法制备糖尿病模型。28 d后,... 目的探讨拔毒生肌散通过调控Wnt/β-连环蛋白(β-catenin)通路对糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡愈合的促进作用。方法随机将60只Wistar雄性大鼠分为正常对照组和糖尿病组。采用腹腔注射链脲佐菌素结合喂食高脂高糖饲料方法制备糖尿病模型。28 d后,对比正常对照组和糖尿病组大鼠的体质量和血糖,然后制备背部皮肤溃疡模型。造模成功的糖尿病大鼠分为模型组、拔毒生肌散组、一效膏组、清创胶组。各组用药14 d。在第7、14天,采用Image-pro plus 6.0软件测量各组大鼠创面愈合率,采用苏木素-伊红(HE)染色法检测肉芽组织病理变化,酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)法检测肉芽组织晚期糖基化终末产物(advanced glycation end products,AGEs)、晚期糖基化终末产物受体(receptor for advanced glycation end-products,RAGE)、Wnt1、β-catenin、糖原合成酶激-3β(glycogen synthase exciter-3β,GSK-3β)蛋白含量,逆转录-聚合酶链反应(RT-PCR)法检测肉芽组织RAGE、Wnt、β-catenin、GSK-3βmRNA表达水平。结果与正常对照组比较,糖尿病组大鼠的体质量下降(P<0.01),血糖升高(P<0.01)。与正常对照组比较,模型组第7、14天创面愈合率均较低(P<0.01);肉芽组织中炎症细胞较多,成纤维细胞、胶原纤维和毛细血管数量较少;肉芽组织Wnt1、β-catenin mRNA表达水平较低(P<0.01),AGEs蛋白、RAGE、GSK-3β蛋白和mRNA含量较高(P<0.01)。与模型组比较,拔毒生肌散组第7、14天创面愈合率较高(P<0.01);肉芽组织AGEs蛋白、RAGE、GSK-3β蛋白和mRNA含量较低(P<0.05,P<0.01),Wnt1、β-catenin mRNA表达水平较高(P<0.01)。结论拔毒生肌散通过调节Wnt/β-catenin通路促进糖尿病大鼠皮肤溃疡的愈合。AGEs的沉积导致Wnt/β-catenin通路的抑制。 展开更多

通过对10Cr21Mn16NiN高氮不锈钢冶炼和连铸工艺研究,在生产中改进两步法冶炼和连铸生产工艺,与三步法工艺相比,LF精炼后期增氮速度由5×10^-6~10×10^-6/min提高到20×10^-6~30×10^-6/min,LF精炼时间由390 min缩短至24... 通过对10Cr21Mn16NiN高氮不锈钢冶炼和连铸工艺研究,在生产中改进两步法冶炼和连铸生产工艺,与三步法工艺相比,LF精炼后期增氮速度由5×10^-6~10×10^-6/min提高到20×10^-6~30×10^-6/min,LF精炼时间由390 min缩短至240 min,连铸等钢时间由4 h降至2 h以下;解决了钢包增氮炉渣外溢的问题;避免了方坯在连铸过程中的翘头,No.1、No.2流断浇率由开发时100%降至0,设备事故率由66.7%降至0,2炉连浇率实现100%。实践证明,方坯连铸机辊子非密排且仅有1台五辊拉矫机也能生产出高强不锈钢方坯。 展开更多

But it has a vital disadvantage, high hardware complexity. In order to reduce system hardware cost, an improved NIN (ININ) structure is proposed. As same as NIN, ININ has constant network diameter. Besides of keeping advantages of NIN, hardware cost of ININ is lower than NIN. Furthermore, we design a new deadlock-free routing algorithm for the improved NIN. New Paradigm in Nutrition Practice-Initial Findings From Ntuitive Software

Objective:Nutrition practice in India has generally been confined to pen and paper with little use of algorithms and technology.Nutritionists in practice find it difficult to go beyond macronutrient analysis for dietary intake or diet plans.Since nutrition practice requires lot of data processing,we decided to develop software to aid in these calculations and to empower nutritionist with technology enabled scientific practice using software.Method:Ntuitive software was developed by a team of nutrition experts and technologists over a period of 18 months.Data for nutrient values was sources from IFCT 2017[6],RDA’s were taken from ICMR guidelines and growth charts from IAP publications[7].Design and coding of the software was done inhouse.Ntuitive database has over 8500 recipes and packed foods and has most of the national and international cuisine items.The software module enables client/patient management,detailed profiling,recording anthropometric data and plotting on WHO and IAP growth charts,recording food allergies and medical condition.The dietary recall be it one day,three day or seven day can be easily recorded and analysis of nutrients can be obtained for the same.The software is hosted on Amazon Web Server and applied as SAAS platform for practice.Result:800 children and adults underwent analysis and consultation using Ntuitive software.All 189 micronutrients could be calculated using the software and deficiency or excess quantified when compared with RDA.Conclusion:Nutrition practice can be made easy and technology enabled keeping in mind scientific standards.This helps in data collection not just in macro nutrients,but also in micronutrients. 展开更多

为了明确大豆中4个参与豆科植物由根瘤菌侵染到根瘤形成和固氮的所有生物过程,并整合结瘤和结瘤自调控信号动态控制根瘤数目的核心转录因子(NIN)基因异同及其在植物生长过程中的作用,利用生物信息学的方法,对大豆4个GmNINs基因进行了系... 为了明确大豆中4个参与豆科植物由根瘤菌侵染到根瘤形成和固氮的所有生物过程,并整合结瘤和结瘤自调控信号动态控制根瘤数目的核心转录因子(NIN)基因异同及其在植物生长过程中的作用,利用生物信息学的方法,对大豆4个GmNINs基因进行了系统进化、蛋白序列分析及基因序列和启动子分析,并利用Real-time PCR进行了组织表达模式验证。结果表明,大豆中4个GmNINs蛋白均属于豆类植物中特异的NIN蛋白家族,定位在细胞核,序列相似,且均具有多个磷酸化位点,蛋白核心三级结构类似而在转角处有较大区别。以上结果说明,大豆4个GmNINs蛋白可能在核心功能上是冗余的,而又在具体的表达模式上具有差异性。对GmNINs基因ATG上游-3 kb启动子序列分析表明,GmNINs启动子序列中除NBS、CYC元件外,还含有如ABRE、DRE1等多种与逆境和激素响应相关的元件。转录组分析及Real-time PCR结果显示,4个GmNINs基因均在根瘤中高表达,并受到高氮环境抑制;均可不同程度的响应高盐与干旱胁迫,其中GmNIN2a与GmNIN2b在响应非生物胁迫上较GmNIN1a与GmNIN1b更加敏感与显著,可能在植物响应非生物胁迫的过程中发挥着重要作用。综上所述,结果揭示了GmNINs除了调控大豆结瘤及根瘤数目外,还参与了大豆根系响应非生物胁迫的过程,这一调节机制的发现为选育优质高产大豆新品种提供关键线索。 展开更多

目的探讨NIN1结合蛋白1(NOB1)对前列腺癌细胞生物学特性的影响及其作用机制。方法采用实时定量PCR和Western印迹法检测常见前列腺癌细胞22RV1、PC-3、DU145、LNCap中NOB1的表达量;构建NOB1干扰慢病毒,转染前列腺癌细胞PC-3、DU145,并检... 目的探讨NIN1结合蛋白1(NOB1)对前列腺癌细胞生物学特性的影响及其作用机制。方法采用实时定量PCR和Western印迹法检测常见前列腺癌细胞22RV1、PC-3、DU145、LNCap中NOB1的表达量;构建NOB1干扰慢病毒,转染前列腺癌细胞PC-3、DU145,并检测干扰效率。采用MTT法检测敲低NOB1后前列腺癌细胞PC-3和DU145增殖活性,应用流式细胞技术检测敲低NOB1后前列腺癌细胞PC-3和DU145周期,采用Transwell实验检测转染NOB1干扰慢病毒后前列腺癌细胞PC-3和DU145的侵袭能力。检测敲低NOB1后的人Src原癌基因(c-Src)磷酸化水平。结果恶性程度较高的前列腺癌细胞22RV1、PC-3、DU145的NOB1 mRNA相对表达量均显著高于恶性程度较低的前列腺癌细胞LNCaP(P值均<0.05);前列腺癌细胞22RV1、PC-3、DU145的NOB1蛋白质相对表达量均显著低于前列腺癌细胞LNCaP(P值均<0.05)。在NOB1表达量较高的前列腺癌细胞PC-3和DU145中转染NOB1干扰慢病毒(Lv-shNOB1,敲低组)和空白对照慢病毒(Lv-shCtrl,阴性对照组)以构建NOB1敲低模型,PC-3、DU145细胞的敲低组NOB1 mRNA相对表达量均显著低于空白对照组(不转染病毒)和阴性对照组(P值均<0.05),表明构建慢病毒介导NOB1稳定敲低前列腺癌细胞PC-3和DU145。PC-3、DU145细胞的敲低组NOB1蛋白质相对表达量均显著低于空白对照组和阴性对照组(P值均<0.05)。实验第3、4、5天,PC-3、DU-145细胞敲低组A595值均显著低于阴性对照组同时间(P值均<0.05)。PC-3和DU145细胞阴性对照组的G0/G1期细胞百分比均显著低于敲低组(P值均<0.05),S期细胞百分比均显著高于敲低组(P值均<0.05)。PC-3、DU145细胞敲低组的迁移细胞数均显著低于阴性对照组和空白对照组(P值均<0.01)。PC-3、DU145细胞敲低组c-Src(tyr416位点)的磷酸化半定量均显著低于阴性对照组(P值均<0.01)。结论敲低NOB1可能通过抑制c-Src的磷酸化来降低前列腺癌细胞的增殖和侵袭能力。 展开更多

The household water purification devices such as ceramic filters may be a solution. “Filtre Songha?” is a ceramic filter, accessible and easy to use, marketed in Benin. The purpose of this study is to assess the contribution of the “Filtre Songha?” in the treatment of water for domestic use in a peri-urban area in Porto-Novo (Benin). Water samples have been taken, from a collective well and from the lagoon in the 5th district of Porto-Novo. The physico-chemical and bacteriological parameters were measured before and after filtration. The results showed that the use of filters has allowed for a reduction of 97.5% for total coliform in the well water and 99.05% for water from the lagoon. The reduction is 100% for Escherichia coli and fecal streptococci in both cases. Given the low cost and the lifetime use of “filtre Songhai”, this device can be recommended to households for drinking water, particularly for children below five years old the most vulnerable to water related diseases. Research is still necessary to improve the filtration time of this device. 展开更多

Introduction: Pregnancy is a critical period during which environmental factors such as nutrition can affect the optimal development of the fetus. This study aims to evaluate the knowledge, attitudes, and practices in food and nutrition among pregnant women in antenatal consultation at Menontin Hospital in 2021. Methods: This was a cross-sectional, descriptive study including 96 pregnant women at Menontin Hospital in Cotonou. Variables including socio-anthropological data, level of knowledge of nutritional requirements and their consequences on malnutrition, and description of physical activity practices were collected using a questionnaire and data on pregnant women’s dietary practices, macronutrient consumption, and fruit and vegetable consumption were documented using a food frequency questionnaire. Results: The majority of pregnant women (88%) were unaware of their nutrient needs during pregnancy. Only 49.6% of them took at least three meals and two snacks a day, and 45% practiced less than 30 minutes of physical activity per day. The consumption of carbohydrates, proteins, and lipids were respectively in the proportions of 36.5%, 50%, and 38.5%. It was also found that 48% of pregnant women did not consume fruits and vegetables daily. Conclusion: The pregnant women followed in the Mènontin area hospital had a low level of knowledge in terms of food and nutrition during pregnancy. Consequently, their attitudes and practices were unfavorable to good nutrition for both the mother and the child. 展开更多
