Revolution CT联合不同权重ASIR-V在胸痛三联征成像中的应用价值比较

目的探讨Revolution CT联合不同权重多模型迭代重建技术(ASIR-V)在胸痛三联征(TRO)成像中的应用价值。方法选取我院2022年8月~2023年3月收治的90例胸痛患者进行研究,入院后接受TRORevolution CT平扫。按随机数字表法分成滤波反投影(FBP)组与ASIR-V组各45例。FBP组采用FBP技术进行图像重组,ASIR-V组采用不同权重(10%、30%、50%、70%、90%)前置ASIR-V技术重组。记录两组辐射剂量长度乘积(DLP)、有效剂量(ED),比较不同重组方式及不同权重下冠状动脉、升主动脉、降主动脉、肺动脉干的平均CT值、噪声值、信噪比(SNR)、对比信噪比(CNR),由2名经验丰富的影像科医生进行主观图像质量评分。结果ASIR-V组DLP、ED低于FBP组(P<0.05)。ASIR-V不同权重的血管腔噪声值低于FBP,血管腔SNR、CNR与主观图像质量评分高于FBP(P<0.05)。ASIR-V权重50%、70%、90%的噪声值低于ASIR-V权重10%、30%的噪声值(P<0.05)。ASIR-V权重50%、70%、90%的SNR、CNR高于ASIR-V权重10%、30%的SNR、CNR(P<0.05)。ASIR-V权重50%、70%的主观评分高于ASIR-V权重10%、30%、90%的主观评分(P<0.05)。结论Revolution CT联合ASIR-V技术能减少辐射剂量,ASIR-V权重50%、70%时对血管腔与解剖结构的显示良好,血管腔噪声值较低,SNR、CNR较高,能满足诊断需求。

Artificial selection of the Green Revolution gene Semidwarf 1 is implicated in upland rice breeding

Semidwarf breeding has boosted crop production and is a well-known outcome from the first Green Revolution. The Green Revolution gene Semidwarf 1(SD1), which modulates gibberellic acid(GA) biosynthesis, plays a principal role in determining rice plant height. Mutations in SD1 reduce rice plant height and promote lodging resistance and fertilizer tolerance to increase grain production. The plant height mediated by SD1 also favors grain yield under certain conditions. However, it is not yet known whether the function of SD1 in upland rice promotes adaptation and grain production. In this study, the plant height and grain yield of irrigated and upland rice were comparatively analyzed under paddy and dryland conditions. In response to dryland environments, rice requires a reduction in plant height to cope with water deficits. Upland rice accessions had greater plant heights than their irrigated counterparts under both paddy and dryland conditions, and appropriately reducing plant height could improve adaptability to dryland environments and maintain high grain yield formation. Moreover, upland rice cultivars with thicker stem diameters had stronger lodging resistance, which addresses the lodging problem. Knockout of SD1 in the upland rice cultivar IRAT104 reduced the plant height and grain yield, demonstrating that the adjustment of plant height mediated by SD1 could increase grain production in dryland fields. In addition, an SD1 genetic diversity analysis verified that haplotype variation causes phenotypic variation in plant height. During the breeding history of rice, SD1 allelic mutations were selected from landraces to improve the grain yield of irrigated rice cultivars, and this selection was accompanied by a reduction in plant height. Thus, five known mutant alleles were analyzed to verify that functional SD1 is required for upland rice production. All these results suggest that SD1 might have undergone artificial positive selection in upland rice, which provides further insights concerning greater plant height in upland rice breeding.

Nursing effect of narrative nursing intervention on postoperative patients with severe lung cancer

BACKGROUND Lung cancer is a common disease with high mortality,and psychological support is very important in the diagnosis and treatment of postoperative patients with cancer pain.AIM To explore the application effect of the narrative nursing method in postoperative lung cancer patients in the intensive care unit.METHODS A total of 120 patients diagnosed with lung cancer and experiencing cancer-related pain were randomly allocated into two groups:an observation group and a control group,each consisting of 60 cases.The control group was given routine analgesic and psychological care,while the research group applied the five-step narrative nursing method based on routine care,comparing the visual analogue scale scores,sleep status,anxiety and depression status,and quality of life of the two groups of patients before and after the intervention.RESULTS The pain scores,anxiety scores,and depression scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group after the intervention using the narrative nursing method,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Using narrative nursing methods to intervene in patients with lung cancer combined with cancerous pain can help patients to correctly recognize their disease,adjust their mentality,establish confidence,alleviate patients'subjective pain feelings,and improve their adverse emotions.

The objective-scientific conclusions obtained from the researches conducted in various fields of science prove that era and worldview are in unity and are phenomena that determine one another,and era and worldview are the most important phenomena in the understanding of geniuses,historical events,including personalities who have left a mark on the history of politics,and every individual as a whole.And it is appropriate to briefly consider the problem in the context of human and personality factors.It is known that man has tried to understand natural phenomena since the beginning of time.Contact with the material world naturally affects his consciousness and even his subconscious as he solves problems that are important or useful for human life.During this understanding,the worldview changes and is formed.Thus,depending on the material and moral development of all spheres of life,the content and essence of the progress events,as the civilizations replaced each other in different periods,the event of periodization took place and became a system.If we take Europe,the people of the Ice Age of 300,000 years ago,who engaged in hunting to solve their hunger needs,in other words,the age of dinosaurs,have spread to many parts of the world from Africa,where they lived in order to survive and meet more of their daily needs.The extensive integration of agricultural Ice Age People into the Earth included farming,fishing,animal husbandry,hunting,as well as handicrafts,etc.,and has led to the revolutionary development of the fields.As economic activities led these first inhabitants of the planet from caves to less comfortable shelters,then to good houses,then to palaces,labor activities in various occupations,including crafts,developed rapidly.Thus,the fads of the era who differed from the crowd(later this class will be called personalities,geniuses...-Kh.G.)began to appear.If we approach the issue from the point of view of history,we witness that the world view determines the development in different periods.This idea can be expressed in such a way that each period can be considered to have developed or experienced a crisis according to the level of worldview.In this direction of our thoughts,the question arises:So,what is the phenomenon of worldview of this era-XXI century?Based on the general content of the current events,characterized as the globalization stage of the modern world,we can say that the outlook of the historical stage we live in is based on the achievements of the last stage of the industrial revolution.In this article,by analyzing the history of the artificial intelligence system during the world industrial revolutions,we will study both the concept of progress of the industrial revolutions and the progressive and at the same time regressive development of the artificial intelligence system.

Narrative Empathy and Patriotism--An Analysis of the Chinese“Main-Melody”Film My People,My Country

Narrative empathy is a relatively new theory and it can guide researchers in the studies of main-melody films so as to promote the communication of the core values of the society.The rhetorical mechanism of narrative empathy can be illustrated from five rhetorical elements,including rhetor,rhetorical goal,rhetorical situation,rhetorical strategy and audience.The theory of narrative empathy can be applied to the case study of the film My People,My Country.In the production of this film,the directors are the rhetors.The rhetors uphold the tenet of closeness,choose the right rhetorical situation as the 70th birthday of the People’s Republic of China,and use appropriate rhetorical strategies in order to realize the rhetorical goals of evoking empathy and inspiring patriotic feelings in the audience’s minds.An exploration and application of narrative empathy can be conducive to the empathic communication of Chinese main-melody films in order to achieve better communication effect.

Analysis of the Characterization of the Old Man in“The Law of Life”from the Narrative Perspective

“The Law of Life”is one of Jack London’s representative works,depicting the story of an elderly Native American abandoned by his family,alone and waiting for life to fade away.This paper,based on narrative theory,aims to explore how the author employs narrative techniques to present the image of the old man in the short story.The narrative techniques of dual focalization and dual narrative timelines in the text demonstrate the abandonment of the old man’s homeland and his inescapable death under a naturalistic view of life and reflect a desolate life picture of resignation towards death under naturalistic determinism,depicting a grim elderly world under the naturalistic concept of“survival of the fittest.”Studying this short story helps us reflect on the living conditions of the elderly and provides insights into how to better care for the elderly population amid the global trend of aging.

Experiencing the Abject Female Body and Writing the Female Self:Body Narrative of In the Heart of the Country

In the Heart of the Country,the second novel by J.M.Coetzee,has been traditionally read as a disembodied writing that focuses on the problem of writing per se instead of the reality.This paper contends that the work is actually a body narrative that explores the visceral pain suffered by Magda whose infertile body impedes her being a qualified subject.As the heroine in a postcolonial novel,Magda is not just a body that is restricted and constructed by the politics of the body,but also a thinking and writing body that consciously questions and resists the gendered bodily norms under whose yardstick her subjecthood is barred.Written in the metafictional manner,Magda’s narrative of the body is not just a record of her corporeal experience,but also a self-conscious negotiation with,and challenge of,the bodily norms under whose yardstick her body has been debased or,in terms of Judith Butler,abjected.Taking her female bodily experience as the starting point,Magda writes a feminine text that values passion,fluidity and non-linearity to disrupt the patriarchal discourse underpinned with logical reasoning.The feminine body narrative endeavors to achieve a new way of communication through which a reciprocal cross race/gender relationship might be established.

Revolution 256 CT轴扫模式下不同心率患者冠状动脉CT血管成像的图像质量及辐射剂量分析

目的:本研究旨在评估采用Revolution 256 CT扫描仪进行冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)时不同心率(HR)患者的图像质量和辐射剂量。方法:收集2022年3月—2023年3月期间90例不同心率患者的数据,根据入组时的心率将其分为三组:低心率组(HR<60bpm)、正常心率组(60bpm≤HR≤80bpm)和高心率组(HR>80bpm),各组人数均为30例,每组患者均采用Revolution 256 CT扫描仪进行CCTA检查,比较不同心率患者的图像质量和辐射剂量。结果:低心率组的图像质量最高,高心率组的图像质量最差,数据差异明显(P<0.05);统计分析表明,高心率组和低心率组在辐射剂量方面存在显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:使用Revolution 256 CT扫描仪进行CCTA检查时,低心率组和高心率组患者的图像质量均能够达到诊断标准,而且辐射剂量相对较低,因此,在使用Revolution256 CT扫描进行CCTA检查时,不同心率的患者均可采用该检查方式,无需特殊处理。

Research on Narrative Design of Creative Products Based on Regional Cultural Elements

The research explored the ways and means of narrative design in which regional cultural elements are integrated into cultural and creative products.It also researched a new way of thinking and methods of creative product design based on regional cultural elements in order to satisfy consumers’emotional and cultural experiences.Narrative theory takes the perspective of narrative expression in the design of cultural and creative products.The regional cultural elements were used for better interactive communication with consumers in the form of cultural and creative products.In the narrative of cultural and creative product design,intervening in the development of regional cultural and creative design from the perspective of narratology can better exert and create the cultural value of the region itself,with cultural and creative products playing an important role in“local cultural stories.”This research adopted a qualitative approach and provided ideas and guidance for the narrative design and expression of regional cultural elements in creative products through comparative analysis of case studies.The research highlighted the role of narrative design in creating multi-layered experiences,weaving regional cultural stories into products,and the importance of deep understanding and effective use of regional cultural elements in design.

Revolution CT在心律不齐患者行胸痛三联征CT血管成像中的应用

目的探讨利用Revolution CT对心律不齐患者行胸痛三联征CT血管成像检查的图像质量及可诊断性。资料与方法回顾性收集2020年1—9月在吉林大学第二医院因急性胸痛伴心律不齐行胸痛三联征CT血管成像检查的50例患者设为A组,选取同时期、相同对比剂剂量下心律规整且心率<80次/min的50例患者设为B组,两组均采用Revolution CT扫描,分别评价两组的图像质量,并计算辐射剂量。结果A组冠状动脉、肺动脉及主动脉的对比噪声比分别为34.98±11.11、39.08±11.93、37.82±12.08;B组分别为33.08±8.75、37.17±11.18、38.08±9.58,两组差异均无统计学意义(t=0.95、0.82、0.46,P均>0.05);两组患者冠状动脉、肺动脉及主动脉图像质量主观评分比较,差异无统计学意义(t=1.15、0.99、0.25,P均>0.05);两组有效剂量差异无统计学意义[(14.75±3.08)mSv比(13.77±2.05)mSv;t=1.84,P=0.07]。结论胸痛三联征CT血管成像中,对于心律不齐的患者采用Revolution CT扫描可以保证获得的图像满足诊断需求。

Sharing Economy: A Paradigm Revolution and Chinese Narrative

Sharing economy delivers structural impact on traditional theories of social sciences. To a certain extent, it subverts the classic issues of “invisible hand,”“society must be defended,”“free-rider problem” and “big government vs. small government” in traditional Western theories of economics, public administration and sociology. Under such circumstances, it is imperative to examine this theoretical innovation from the perspective of paradigm revolution. The Chinese economy(the Internet-enabled sharing economy in particular) is a revolutionary innovation of great significance in world history. China should take this “sharing” tide as an opportunity to promote digital China construction and industrial restructuring and create a new landscape for the construction of a socio-cultural system, a new national regulatory system and a modern governance system. This will help develop a China-led theoretical system of social sciences and essentially support the building of a new world order and a global discourse system.

GE Revolution CT在颅内动脉瘤诊疗中的应用

目的探讨GE Revolution CT在颅内动脉瘤中的诊断价值。方法选取我院收治的高度疑为颅内动脉瘤的95例患者,均行GE Revolution CT与数字减影血管造影术(DSA)检查。以外科手术结果为“金标准”,评价GE Revolution CT检查与DSA检查对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值。患者术后随访9~12个月,采用GE Revolution CT与DSA进行复查,评价颅内动脉瘤残留情况。结果GE Revolution CT检出阳性患者75例,颅内动脉瘤98个;DSA检出阳性患者77例,颅内动脉瘤100个;手术确诊阳性患者78例,颅内动脉瘤101个。GE Revolution CT与DSA检查颅内动脉瘤部位的符合率(97.03%vs.99.01%)比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。GE Revolution CT检出颅内动脉瘤的灵敏度、特异度、准确度、阳性预测值及阴性预测值分别为96.15%、100%、96.25%、100%和40.00%,与DSA的诊断结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。GE Revolution C T检出术后颅内动脉瘤残留5个,DSA检出4个,两种方法检出颅内动脉残留比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论GE Revolution CT与DSA诊断颅内动脉瘤均具有较高的灵敏度、特异度与准确度,且GE Revolution CT对术后动脉瘤残留亦具有良好的评估价值,临床可将GE Revolution CT作为颅内动脉瘤早期诊断及术后评估的重要影像学检查方法。

Revolution CT能谱成像技术联合肺癌血清4项对肺癌患者的诊断及疗效评估价值分析

目的探讨Revolution CT能谱成像技术联合肺癌血清4项对肺癌患者的诊断及疗效评估价值。方法前瞻性选择2019年6月至2022年6月来亳州市人民医院诊治的肺占位性病变患者70例,均给予肺癌血清4项及CT能谱成像检查,病理检查确诊的肺癌患者给予化疗治疗,化疗2个周期后肺癌患者再次行肺癌血清4项检查及CT能谱成像检查。分析70例患者的病理、血清、CT能谱成像检查及CA125+SCC+NSE+CYFRA21-1+CEA+CT能谱成像检查结果,分析血清及Revolution CT能谱成像检查对肺部占位性疾病的诊断效能,良恶性患者血清4项水平、CT能谱、灌注参数,分析55例肺癌患者化疗前后有效组、无效组的血清4项水平、CT能谱、灌注参数。结果70例患者的病理检查结果表明,良性15例,恶性55例。肺癌血清4项联合Revolution CT能谱成像检查、Revolution CT能谱成像检查对肺部占位性疾病的诊断阳性预测值、阴性预测值、敏感度、特异度、准确度明显较肺癌血清4项检测高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。恶性患者的血清SCC、NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA明显较良性患者高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。良性患者的CT能谱参数明显恶性患者低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);良性患者CT灌注成像参数中的血容量、血流量、毛细血管通透性明显较恶性组患者低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。55例肺癌患者化疗后,其中有效47例,无效8例。化疗前,有效组、无效组的血清SCC、NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA水平、CT能谱、灌注参数比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);化疗后,有效组、无效组患者的血清SCC、NSE、CYFRA21-1、CEA水平、能谱CT参数及CT灌注参数中的血容量、血流量、毛细血管通透性较化疗前均降低,且有效组较无效组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Revolution CT能谱成像技术联合肺癌血清4项可用于肺癌的诊断,二者也可用于疗效评价。

An Overview of Narrative Medicine in China

This paper sketches the history and the author’s involvement in the development of narrative medicine in China.It also describes“narrative medicine with Chinese characteristics,”explaining why narrative medicine is regarded as a tool to materialize the medical humanities in clinical practice,and detailing the features of narrative medicine in China.The features include the wide acceptance of the“22334 model”of narrative medicine,and borrowing theories and practice from Traditional Chinese Medicine.Finally,the author argues that the medical humanities should be given a“Class-A discipline”status,and narrative medicine should be a class-B discipline under the medical humanities.

The Inheritance and Development of Chinese Narrative Medicine Practice to the Philosophical Wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Starting from the inheritance and promotion of Chinese life philosophy and traditional Chinese medicine wisdom by Chinese narrative medicine practice,this paper discusses the inheritance and echo relationship between the“close textual reading ability”in Chinese narrative medicine practice and the“four diagnoses”in traditional Chinese medicine wisdom,narrative mediation and the“mind-body holistic philosophy”in traditional Chinese medicine,and narrative wisdom and Dao Sheng in Chinese life philosophy.Meanwhile,by analyzing the stories of contemporary doctors’practice of narrative intelligence,this paper expounds that Chinese narrative medicine is a new model of medical education and clinical practice based on the absorption of Chinese traditional life wisdom and the essence of traditional Chinese medicine culture,and the integration of western narrative medicine concepts.It also advocates Chinese scholars to actively build the discipline of“narrative traditional Chinese medicine,”constantly translate the academic achievements to foreign countries,and create a good narrative ecology of traditional Chinese medicine.
