To obtainα-CSH with the satisfactory performanc...The synthesis of α-calcium sulfate hemihydrate (α-CSH) from flue gas desulfurization (FGD)gypsum is a good way to realize the comprehensive utilization of FGD gypsum. To obtainα-CSH with the satisfactory performances, a facile hydrothermal-aging pretreatment process for FGD gypsum raw materials was proposed, where FGD gypsum was firstly hydrothermally converted to α-CSH whiskers, and α-CSH whiskers were further hydrated to synthesize CaSO4·2H2O (CSD) by aging under the regulation of N,N'-methylenebisacrylamide (MBA). The effects of aging time, MBA addition, aging temperature, and pH on the morphology of the synthesized CSD were investigated. The synthesized CSD crystals exhibit highly uniform prismatic morphology with the length of ca 100μm and the whiteness of 91.56%. The regulation mechanism of MBA was also illustrated. The synthesized CSD crystals with prismatic morphology were further used as raw materials to synthesize the short columnar α-CSH. The absolute dry compressive strength of paste prepared from the short columnar α-CSH is 40.85 MPa, which reaches α40 strength grade.展开更多

The standing time during the pretreatment of primary sample has a great influence on the concentration of nitrite tested by spectrophotometric method. In this context, three kinds of food samples are prepared, including canned mustard, canned fish and home-made pickled water. A series of standing times are placed during the sample pretreatments and the corresponding nitrite contents in these samples are detected by spectrophotometric method based on N-ethylenediamine dihydrochloride. This study aims to find out a reasonable standing time during the pretreatment of food sample, providing influence factor for precise detection of nitrite.展开更多

Modal parameters can accurately characterize the structural dynamic properties and assess the physical state of the structure.Therefore,it is particularly significant to identify the structural modal parameters accordi...Modal parameters can accurately characterize the structural dynamic properties and assess the physical state of the structure.Therefore,it is particularly significant to identify the structural modal parameters according to the monitoring data information in the structural health monitoring(SHM)system,so as to provide a scientific basis for structural damage identification and dynamic model modification.In view of this,this paper reviews methods for identifying structural modal parameters under environmental excitation and briefly describes how to identify structural damages based on the derived modal parameters.The paper primarily introduces data-driven modal parameter recognition methods(e.g.,time-domain,frequency-domain,and time-frequency-domain methods,etc.),briefly describes damage identification methods based on the variations of modal parameters(e.g.,natural frequency,modal shapes,and curvature modal shapes,etc.)and modal validation methods(e.g.,Stability Diagram and Modal Assurance Criterion,etc.).The current status of the application of artificial intelligence(AI)methods in the direction of modal parameter recognition and damage identification is further discussed.Based on the pre-vious analysis,the main development trends of structural modal parameter recognition and damage identification methods are given to provide scientific references for the optimized design and functional upgrading of SHM systems.展开更多

In CZTSSe solar cells,a simple sodium-incorporation post-treatment method toward solution-processed Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films is presented in this work.An ultrathin NaCl film is deposited on Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor film...In CZTSSe solar cells,a simple sodium-incorporation post-treatment method toward solution-processed Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films is presented in this work.An ultrathin NaCl film is deposited on Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films by spin-coating NaCl solution.In subsequent selenization process,the introduction of Na Cl is found to be benefacial for the formation of Cu2-xSe,which can further facilitate the element transportation,leading to dense and smooth CZTSSe films with large grains and less impurity Cu2Sn(S,Se)3phase.SIMS depth profiles confirm the gradient distribution of the sodium element in Na-doped absorbers.Photoluminescence spectra show that the introduction of appropriate sodium into the absorber can inhibit the band tail states.As high as 11.18% of power conversion efficiency(PCE)is achieved for the device treated with 5 mg mL^-1 NaCl solution,and an average efficiency of Na-doped devices is 10.71%,13%higher than that of the control groups(9.45%).Besides,the depletion width and the charge recombination lifetime can also have regular variation with sodium treatment.This work offers an easy modification method for high-quality Na-doped CZTSSe films and high-performance devices,in the meantime,it can also help to further understand the effects of sodium in CZTSSe solar cells.展开更多

Two types of boundary tr eatme...In practical fluid dynamic simulations, the bou n dary condition should be treated carefully because it always has crucial influen ce on the numerical accuracy, stability and efficiency. Two types of boundary tr eatment methods for lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) are proposed. One is for the treatment of boundaries situated at lattice nodes, and the other is for the appr oximation of boundaries that are not located at the regular lattice nodes. The f irst type of boundary treatment method can deal with various dynamic boundaries on complex geometries by using a general set of formulas, which can maintain sec ond\|order accuracy. Based on the fact that the fluid flows simulated by LBM are not far from equilibrium, the unknown distributions at a boundary node are expr essed as the analogous forms of their corresponding equilibrium distributions. T herefore, the number of unknowns can be reduced and an always\|closed set of equ ations can be obtained for the solutions to pressure, velocity and special bound ary conditions on various geometries. The second type of boundary treatment is a complete interpolation scheme to treat curved boundaries. It comes from careful analysis of the relations between distribution functions at boundary nodes and their neighboring lattice nodes. It is stable for all situations and of second\| order accuracy. Basic ideas, implementation procedures and verifications with ty pical examples for the both treatments are presented. Numerical simulations and analyses show that they are accurate, stable, general and efficient for practica l simulations.展开更多

The Cu-Zr-Ce-O catalysts pretreated with different methods were studied by CO-TPR and XPS techniques. The results showed that the Cu-Zr-Ce-O catalyst pretreated with oxygen exhibited the best catalytic performance and had the widest operating temperature window, with CO conversion above 99% from 160 to 200 ℃. The O2 pretreatment caused an enrichment of the oxygen storaged on the Cu active species and promoted the conversion of adsorbed oxygen into surface lattice oxygen. It also improved the amount of Cu+/Cu^2+ ionic pair, and then facilitated the formation of CuO active species on the catalyst for selective CO oxidation.展开更多

This method uses finite volume mushes for troching material deformation and an automatically refined facet surface to accurately trace the free surface of the deforming material.In the method,the deforming work piece flows through fixed finite volume meshes using eulerian formulation to describe the conservation laws,Fixed finite volume meshing is particularly suitable for large three-dimensional deformation such as forging because remeshing techniques are not required, which are commonly considered to be the main bottelencek in the ssimulations of large defromation by using the finite element method,By means of this finite volume method, an approach has been developed in the framework of 'metallo-thermo-mechanics' to simulate metallic structure, temperature and stress/strain coupled in the heat treatment process.In a first step of simulation, the heat treatment solver is limited in small deformation hypothesis,and un- coupled with forging. The material is considered as elastic-plastic and takes into account of strain, strain rate and temperature effects on the yield stress.Heat generation due to deformation,heat con- duction and thermal stress are considered.Temperature - dependent phase transformation,stress-in- duced phase transformation,latent heat,transformation stress and strain are included.These ap- proaches are implemented into the commerical commercial computer program MSC/SuperForge and a verification example with experimental date is given as comparison.展开更多

When a whole Earth model is considered, the center of the Earth is included in the model and then singularity arises at the center of the Earth where r=0 since the 1/r term appears in the wave equations. In this paper, we extended the global seismic wavefield simulation algorithm for regular grid mesh to staggered grid configuration and developed a scheme to solve the numerical problems associated with the above singularity for a 2-D global Earth model defined on staggered grid using pseudospectral method. This scheme uses a coordinate transformation at the center of the model, in which the field variables at the center are calculated in Cartesian coordinates from the values on the grids around the center. It allows wave propagation through the center and hence the wavefield at the center can be stably calculated. Validity and accuracy of the scheme was tested by compared with the discrete wavenumber method. This scheme could also be suitable for other numerical methods or models parameterized in cylindrical or spherical coordinates when singularity arises at the center of the model.展开更多

The results indicated that in the warming-reinforcing group, TC decreased markedly and HDL increased obviously with significant difference as compared with the twirling-reinforcing group:TC and LDL also decreased, but no significant differencte as compared with the twirling-reinforcing group. The effects of air cooling and water coo...Static uniaxial compression tests were conducted on 16 granite specimens after thermal treatment using a heating device and an electro-hydraulic servo pressure-testing machine. The effects of air cooling and water cooling on the physical and mechanical properties of the high-temperature granite specimens were studied. Test results showed that the longitudinal wave velocities of the high-temperature specimens gradually decreased after they were cooled by water and air. The peak stress and elastic modulus of the samples decreased gradually with an increase in temperature, whereas their peak strain increased gradually. The effects of peak stress and peak strain were considerably more evident when cooling by water than by air. This result demonstrated that the thermal cracking of the granite specimens, and consequently, their internal micro-fractures, further developed when the specimens were cooled by water.展开更多

[ Result] Lime precipitation method treating high-concentration phosphorus wastewater could not only decline cost of phosphorus removal by chemical method, but also reach better treatment effect under suitable stirring and precipitation conditions by controlling alkalinity and pH. Phosphor- us content of chemical sludge after treatment could reach 9% -12%, with higher recyclable value. E Conclusion] Lime method treating phosphorus- rich sewage was more economic than low-concentration phosphorus sewage, and had very great potential for recycling phosphorus.展开更多
BACKGROUND Peritoneal metastasis(PM),arising from gastric cancer(GC),is the most common pattern of synchronous and metachronous dissemination and is generally associated with poor prognosis.New therapeutic modalities ...BACKGROUND Peritoneal metastasis(PM),arising from gastric cancer(GC),is the most common pattern of synchronous and metachronous dissemination and is generally associated with poor prognosis.New therapeutic modalities are being increasingly employed for such patients.AIM To develop more advanced methods,it becomes necessary to study the results of existing standard treatment methods in patients with PM in order to perform a comparative analysis of the strategies.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the efficiency of standard treatment methods(i.e.,palliative chemotherapy,palliative gastrectomy,and the best supportive care)was performed on 200 GC patients with synchronous PM.RESULTS The overall survival(OS)rate in 200 GC patients with PM under standard treatment was 5.4 mo.One-year survival occurred in 18.4%of patients.In multivariate analysis,the survival rate was significantly influenced by the following factors:Presence of extraperitoneal metastases,and stage of PM according to both the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association(JGCA)and the peritoneal cancer index(PCI).The median OS and 1-year survival of patients withР1,P2,and P3(JGCA)carcinomatosis were 9.8 mo,6.7 mo,and 4.0 mo,and 47.2%,18.8%,and 5.1%,respectively.The application of the palliative gastrectomy resulted in an increase in the median OS by up to 17 mo compared to the conservative approach where the value was 8.5 mo(P=0.05)in patients withР1РМ.In patients withР3,palliative chemotherapy increased the OS by up to 5.6 mo compared to the OS of 3.2 mo(P=0.0006)for best supportive care.The median OS and 1-year survival of patients withРCI of 1-6,7-12 and 13+points were 8.5 mo,4.2 mo,and 4.1 mo,and 39.8%,6.7%,and 5.5%,respectively.Palliative gastrectomy increased the median OS to 12.6 mo compared to conservative approach of 8.0 mo(P=0.03)in patients withРCI of 1-6 points.In patients withРCI 13+points,only palliative chemotherapy increased the OS to 6.0 mo compared to the OS of 3.4 mo for best supportive care(P=0.0008).CONCLUSION GC patients with PM are characterized by extremely poor prognoses.Long-term survivors were found in the group with PCI of 1-6 points,and there was no survival difference in groups with PCI 7-12 vs PCI 13+points.Palliative gastrectomy could prove effective in treating patients with early stage PM.The three standard treatment methods are equally effective for moderate stages of PM.In cases with advanced peritoneal carcinomatosis,a significant increase in prognosis was registered only after treatment with palliative chemotherapy.展开更多

I Result] These three methods were all suitable for the determination of Cu, Mn and Zn in concentrated feeding stuff and the determination of Cu and Ca in fodder. The content of Cu and Ca was higher in fodder detected by HNO3 HCIO, wetdecomposition method. The microwave digestion method was suitable for the determination of AI and Ca in concentrated feeding stuff and the determination of AI, Fe, Mn and Zn in fodder. The dry incinera tion method was fit for the determination of Fe in concentrated feeding stuff. [ Condusionl The content of different microelements should be deter mined after the feed is treated with different Ioretreatment methods.

文摘In CZTSSe solar cells,a simple sodium-incorporation post-treatment method toward solution-processed Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films is presented in this work.An ultrathin NaCl film is deposited on Cu2Zn Sn S4precursor films by spin-coating NaCl solution.In subsequent selenization process,the introduction of Na Cl is found to be benefacial for the formation of Cu2-xSe,which can further facilitate the element transportation,leading to dense and smooth CZTSSe films with large grains and less impurity Cu2Sn(S,Se)3phase.SIMS depth profiles confirm the gradient distribution of the sodium element in Na-doped absorbers.Photoluminescence spectra show that the introduction of appropriate sodium into the absorber can inhibit the band tail states.As high as 11.18% of power conversion efficiency(PCE)is achieved for the device treated with 5 mg mL^-1 NaCl solution,and an average efficiency of Na-doped devices is 10.71%,13%higher than that of the control groups(9.45%).Besides,the depletion width and the charge recombination lifetime can also have regular variation with sodium treatment.This work offers an easy modification method for high-quality Na-doped CZTSSe films and high-performance devices,in the meantime,it can also help to further understand the effects of sodium in CZTSSe solar cells.
文摘In practical fluid dynamic simulations, the bou n dary condition should be treated carefully because it always has crucial influen ce on the numerical accuracy, stability and efficiency. Two types of boundary tr eatment methods for lattice Boltzmann method (LBM) are proposed. One is for the treatment of boundaries situated at lattice nodes, and the other is for the appr oximation of boundaries that are not located at the regular lattice nodes. The f irst type of boundary treatment method can deal with various dynamic boundaries on complex geometries by using a general set of formulas, which can maintain sec ond\|order accuracy. Based on the fact that the fluid flows simulated by LBM are not far from equilibrium, the unknown distributions at a boundary node are expr essed as the analogous forms of their corresponding equilibrium distributions. T herefore, the number of unknowns can be reduced and an always\|closed set of equ ations can be obtained for the solutions to pressure, velocity and special bound ary conditions on various geometries. The second type of boundary treatment is a complete interpolation scheme to treat curved boundaries. It comes from careful analysis of the relations between distribution functions at boundary nodes and their neighboring lattice nodes. It is stable for all situations and of second\| order accuracy. Basic ideas, implementation procedures and verifications with ty pical examples for the both treatments are presented. Numerical simulations and analyses show that they are accurate, stable, general and efficient for practica l simulations.

文摘The Cu-Zr-Ce-O catalysts prepared using the coprecipitation method exhibited better catalytic performance for CO selective oxidation. The Cu-Zr-Ce-O catalysts pretreated with different methods were studied by CO-TPR and XPS techniques. The results showed that the Cu-Zr-Ce-O catalyst pretreated with oxygen exhibited the best catalytic performance and had the widest operating temperature window, with CO conversion above 99% from 160 to 200 ℃. The O2 pretreatment caused an enrichment of the oxygen storaged on the Cu active species and promoted the conversion of adsorbed oxygen into surface lattice oxygen. It also improved the amount of Cu+/Cu^2+ ionic pair, and then facilitated the formation of CuO active species on the catalyst for selective CO oxidation.
文摘A method to simulate processes of forging and subsequent heat treatment of an axial symmetric rod is formulated in eulerian description and the feasibility is investigated. This method uses finite volume mushes for troching material deformation and an automatically refined facet surface to accurately trace the free surface of the deforming material.In the method,the deforming work piece flows through fixed finite volume meshes using eulerian formulation to describe the conservation laws,Fixed finite volume meshing is particularly suitable for large three-dimensional deformation such as forging because remeshing techniques are not required, which are commonly considered to be the main bottelencek in the ssimulations of large defromation by using the finite element method,By means of this finite volume method, an approach has been developed in the framework of 'metallo-thermo-mechanics' to simulate metallic structure, temperature and stress/strain coupled in the heat treatment process.In a first step of simulation, the heat treatment solver is limited in small deformation hypothesis,and un- coupled with forging. The material is considered as elastic-plastic and takes into account of strain, strain rate and temperature effects on the yield stress.Heat generation due to deformation,heat con- duction and thermal stress are considered.Temperature - dependent phase transformation,stress-in- duced phase transformation,latent heat,transformation stress and strain are included.These ap- proaches are implemented into the commerical commercial computer program MSC/SuperForge and a verification example with experimental date is given as comparison.

文摘A new treatment for interface of metal and dielectric in finite-difference time domain (FDTD) method was presented, further how and why this treatment should be as it is was explained. The FDTD method was developed to compute the low-frequency electromagnetic fields in the metal instead of the traditional high-frequency ones as it was originally proposed. The computational results agreed well with the experimental ones.

文摘The pseudospectral method has been applied to the simulation of seismic wave propagation in 2-D global Earth model. When a whole Earth model is considered, the center of the Earth is included in the model and then singularity arises at the center of the Earth where r=0 since the 1/r term appears in the wave equations. In this paper, we extended the global seismic wavefield simulation algorithm for regular grid mesh to staggered grid configuration and developed a scheme to solve the numerical problems associated with the above singularity for a 2-D global Earth model defined on staggered grid using pseudospectral method. This scheme uses a coordinate transformation at the center of the model, in which the field variables at the center are calculated in Cartesian coordinates from the values on the grids around the center. It allows wave propagation through the center and hence the wavefield at the center can be stably calculated. Validity and accuracy of the scheme was tested by compared with the discrete wavenumber method. This scheme could also be suitable for other numerical methods or models parameterized in cylindrical or spherical coordinates when singularity arises at the center of the model.

文摘Extended finite element method(XFEM) is proposed to simulate the discontinuous interface in the liquid-solid forming process.The discontinuous interface is an important phenomenon happening in the liquid-solid forming processes and it is difficult to be simulated accurately with conventional finite element method(CFEM) because it involves solid phase and liquid phase simultaneously.XFEM is becoming more and more popular with the need of solving the discontinuous problem happening in engineering field.The implementation method of XFEM is proposed on Abaqus code by using UEL(user element) with the flowchart.The key is to modify the element stiffness in the proposed method by using UEL on the platform of Abaqus code.In contrast to XFEM used in the simulation of solidification,the geometrical and physical properties of elements were modified at the same time in our method that is beneficial to getting smooth interface transition and precise analysis results.The analysis is simplified significantly with XFEM.
文摘In this experiment, the contents of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL), high-density lipoprotein(HDL) were used as indexes to observe the effects of warming-reinforcing method on rabbit’s lipide, liopoprotein. The results indicated that in the warming-reinforcing group, TC decreased markedly and HDL increased obviously with significant difference as compared with the twirling-reinforcing group:TC and LDL also decreased, but no significant differencte as compared with the twirling-reinforcing group. Warming-reinforcing method can decrease lipids more effectively than twirling-reinforcing method.

文摘The infection and drug resistance rates of Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)are high and must be prevented and treated by better strategies.Based on recent research advances in this field as well as the results from our team and those on traditional Chinese medicine,we review the causes of drug resistance,and prevention and treatment strategies for drug-resistant H.pylori infection,with an aim to make suggestions for the development of new drugs,such as establishment of new target identification and screening systems,modification of existing drug structures,use of new technologies,application of natural products,and using a commercial compound library.This article may provide reference for eradication of drug-resistant H.pylori.

文摘For the purpose of providing references for further research and practical application about the quality improvement of RCA,in this paper,various treatment methods were firstly classified into four categories:removing old mortar (OM),strengthening OM,multi-stage mixing methods,and combination methods.Thereafter,the improvement mechanisms and important conclusions of various treatment methods were elucidated and summarised respectively.In the section of discussion,the improved effects as well as advantages and disadvantages of various treatment methods were compared and discussed respectively,and recommendations for the selection of treatment methods were proposed.Finally,the further research directions were pointed out,and an integrative programme on the quality improvement of RCA was recommended.

文摘Static uniaxial compression tests were conducted on 16 granite specimens after thermal treatment using a heating device and an electro-hydraulic servo pressure-testing machine. The effects of air cooling and water cooling on the physical and mechanical properties of the high-temperature granite specimens were studied. Test results showed that the longitudinal wave velocities of the high-temperature specimens gradually decreased after they were cooled by water and air. The peak stress and elastic modulus of the samples decreased gradually with an increase in temperature, whereas their peak strain increased gradually. The effects of peak stress and peak strain were considerably more evident when cooling by water than by air. This result demonstrated that the thermal cracking of the granite specimens, and consequently, their internal micro-fractures, further developed when the specimens were cooled by water.
文摘[Objective] The research aimed to study influence factors of phosphorus removal by chemical method in sewage treatment system. [ Method] In different reaction systems, removal effect of the phosphorus in sewage by dosing lime and influence of the constraint factor were stud- ied. [ Result] Lime precipitation method treating high-concentration phosphorus wastewater could not only decline cost of phosphorus removal by chemical method, but also reach better treatment effect under suitable stirring and precipitation conditions by controlling alkalinity and pH. Phosphor- us content of chemical sludge after treatment could reach 9% -12%, with higher recyclable value. E Conclusion] Lime method treating phosphorus- rich sewage was more economic than low-concentration phosphorus sewage, and had very great potential for recycling phosphorus.
文摘BACKGROUND Peritoneal metastasis(PM),arising from gastric cancer(GC),is the most common pattern of synchronous and metachronous dissemination and is generally associated with poor prognosis.New therapeutic modalities are being increasingly employed for such patients.AIM To develop more advanced methods,it becomes necessary to study the results of existing standard treatment methods in patients with PM in order to perform a comparative analysis of the strategies.METHODS A retrospective analysis of the efficiency of standard treatment methods(i.e.,palliative chemotherapy,palliative gastrectomy,and the best supportive care)was performed on 200 GC patients with synchronous PM.RESULTS The overall survival(OS)rate in 200 GC patients with PM under standard treatment was 5.4 mo.One-year survival occurred in 18.4%of patients.In multivariate analysis,the survival rate was significantly influenced by the following factors:Presence of extraperitoneal metastases,and stage of PM according to both the Japanese Gastric Cancer Association(JGCA)and the peritoneal cancer index(PCI).The median OS and 1-year survival of patients withР1,P2,and P3(JGCA)carcinomatosis were 9.8 mo,6.7 mo,and 4.0 mo,and 47.2%,18.8%,and 5.1%,respectively.The application of the palliative gastrectomy resulted in an increase in the median OS by up to 17 mo compared to the conservative approach where the value was 8.5 mo(P=0.05)in patients withР1РМ.In patients withР3,palliative chemotherapy increased the OS by up to 5.6 mo compared to the OS of 3.2 mo(P=0.0006)for best supportive care.The median OS and 1-year survival of patients withРCI of 1-6,7-12 and 13+points were 8.5 mo,4.2 mo,and 4.1 mo,and 39.8%,6.7%,and 5.5%,respectively.Palliative gastrectomy increased the median OS to 12.6 mo compared to conservative approach of 8.0 mo(P=0.03)in patients withРCI of 1-6 points.In patients withРCI 13+points,only palliative chemotherapy increased the OS to 6.0 mo compared to the OS of 3.4 mo for best supportive care(P=0.0008).CONCLUSION GC patients with PM are characterized by extremely poor prognoses.Long-term survivors were found in the group with PCI of 1-6 points,and there was no survival difference in groups with PCI 7-12 vs PCI 13+points.Palliative gastrectomy could prove effective in treating patients with early stage PM.The three standard treatment methods are equally effective for moderate stages of PM.In cases with advanced peritoneal carcinomatosis,a significant increase in prognosis was registered only after treatment with palliative chemotherapy.
