The amount of molecular marker information has considerable impact on the results of studies of crop germplasm genetic relationships in crop. The number of alleles required to reveal genetic relationship in maize inbred lines is a theoretical issue that needs to be addressed. In this study, 112 pairs of SSR (simple sequence repeat) primers and 97 maize inbred lines were selected to study the relationship between the number of inbred lines and the number of SSR primers and alleles required for a stable cluster. The results showed that the number of SSR primers is not tightly associated with the stability of the cluster analysis results, while an increase in the number of alleles can significantly improve the stability of cluster analysis results. The number of inbred lines (X) is significantly associated with the number of alleles required for stable cluster analysis (Y), and the regression equation is Y- 600.8xe(-15.9/x). This equation can be used to calculate the number of SSR alleles required for a genetic relationship study of maize inbred lines. These results provide a reference for determining of SSR alleles number in genetic relationship analysis of maize inbred line and other crop germplasm. 展开更多

Regression Analysis of a Kind of Trapezoidal Fuzzy Numbers Based on a Shape Preserving Operator

Fuzzy regression provides more approaches for us to deal with imprecise or vague problems. Traditional fuzzy regression is established on triangular fuzzy numbers, which can be represented by trapezoidal numbers. The independent variables, coefficients of independent variables and dependent variable in the regression model are fuzzy numbers in different times and TW, the shape preserving operator, is the only T-norm which induces a shape preserving multiplication of LL-type of fuzzy numbers. So, in this paper, we propose a new fuzzy regression model based on LL-type of trapezoidal fuzzy numbers and TW. Firstly, we introduce the basic fuzzy set theories, the basic arithmetic propositions of the shape preserving operator and a new distance measure between trapezoidal numbers. Secondly, we investigate the specific model algorithms for FIFCFO model (fuzzy input-fuzzy coefficient-fuzzy output model) and introduce three advantages of fit criteria, Error Index, Similarity Measure and Distance Criterion. Thirdly, we use a design set and two reference sets to make a comparison between our proposed model and the reference models and determine their goodness with the above three criteria. Finally, we draw the conclusion that our proposed model is reasonable and has better prediction accuracy, but short of robust, comparing to the reference models by the three goodness of fit criteria. So, we can expand our traditional fuzzy regression model to our proposed new model. 展开更多

In the issue of rainfall estimation by radar through the necessary relationship between radar reflectivity Z and rain rate R (Z-R), the main limitation is attributed to the variability of this relationship. Indeed, several pre-vious studies have shown the great variability of this relationship in space and time, from a rainfall event to another and even within a single rainfall event. Recent studies have shown that the variability of raindrop size distributions and thereby Z-R relationships is therefore, more the result of complex dynamic, thermody-namic and microphysical processes within rainfall systems than a convective/stratiform classification of the ground rainfall signature. The raindrop number and size at ground being the resultant of various processes mentioned above, a suitable approach would be to analyze their variability in relation to that of Z-R relation-ship. In this study, we investigated the total raindrop concentration number NT and the median volume di-ameter D0 used in numerous studies, and have shown that the combination of these two ‘observed’ parame-ters appears to be an interesting approach to better understand the variability of the Z-R relationships in the rainfall events, without assuming a certain analytical raindrop size distribution model (exponential, gamma, or log-normal). The present study is based on the analysis of disdrometer data collected at different seasons and places in Africa, and aims to show the degree of the raindrop size and number implication in regard to the Z-R relationships variability. 展开更多

The paper studied the relationship between microstructure and shape recovery characteristics by using colored microstructure analysis under polarized light on the thermomechanical cycled CuAlNi single crystals. The two-way shape memory effect in quenched thin bar resulted from the preferential formation/extinction of martensite variant due to the internal quench stress, and the variant was formed at an angle of about 45 deg. with the tension direction ([001] of the βphase). Initial thermomechanical cycling under relatively low stress single variant stress-induced martensite was formed at an angle of 45 deg. with the tension and its morphology was a lath of parallel twins. More than one group of variants were formed after several training cycles and such variants also caused tilting of some thermally formed accommodated martensite. By overheating the trained sample containing stabilized multi-variants of stress-induced martensite, very coarse martensite structure with a strong asymmetry was produced, which caused the reverse two-way shape memory effect. 展开更多

The paper addresses the designs of a caudal peduncle actuator, which is able to furnish a thrust for swimming of a robotic fish. The caudal peduncle actuator is based on concepts of ferromagnetic shape memory alloy (FSMA) composite and hybrid mechanism that can provide a fast response and a strong thrust. The caudal peduncle actuator was inspired by Scomber Scombrus which utilises thunniform mode swimming, which is the most efficient locomotion mode evolved in the aquatic environment, where the thrust is generated by the lift-based method, allowing high cruising speeds to be maintained for a long period of time. The morphology of an average size Scomber Scombrus (length in 310 mm) was investigated, and a 1:1 scale caudal peduncle actuator prototype was modelled and fabricated. The propulsive wave characteristics of the fish at steady speeds were employed as initial design objectives. Some key design parameters are investigated, i.e. aspect ratio (AR) (AR = 3.49), Reynolds number (Re = 429 649), reduced frequency (σ = 1.03), Strouhal number (St = 0.306) and the maximum strain of the bent tail was estimated at ε = 1.11% which is in the range of superelasticity. The experimental test of the actuator was carried out in a water tank. By applying 7 V and 2.5 A, the actuator can reach the tip-to-tip rotational angle of 85° at 4 Hz. 展开更多

An extensive suite of igneous sills was intruded into the Tertiary sedimentary section of the Jiaojiang sag, East China Sea. This suite has been well imaged offshore through 2D and 3D seismic surveys, showing a close relationship with CO2 content in nearby gas discoveries. A new observational model, which incorporates simple upward propagation, simple horizontal propagation, and transgressive propagation, was proposed to interpret these sill intrusions. In this model, the source magma of the saucer-shaped sills was injected from their lowest points near the center. The transgressive propagation can be interpreted as a combination of the vertical and horizontal propagation. Most shallow sub-volcanic intrusions in the Jiaojiang sag exhibit fingered characteristics, both vertically and horizontally. The vertical fingered propagation produced saucer-shaped sills arranged in the flower style. Along the brims of lower sills could usually be found the upper sills, which are interpreted to have formed simultaneously with or later than the lower feeder sills. In the second type, the chilled paths of the older sills were reutilized by subsequent intrusions. The horizontal fingered propagation formed sheet intrusions that exhibit groove, lobate, tubular, and crevasse splay- like geometry in plan view. In 3D view, the sheet intrusions have still preserved the lower center and higher rim that similar with the sub-rounded saucer-shaped sills. Although fracture propagation may be important, flow inflation was the key mechanism of magma intrusion. Further consideration of the mechanisms underlying sill formation may help explain the fingered characteristics of sill propagation. 展开更多

Based on a rigid plastic material,the paper derives the macroscopic constitutive laws for homogenous equivalent medium. By changing the shape parameter of circular particles,the effect of pore shape on macroscopic constitutive laws is explored. Yield surfaces with different pore shapes are obtained. About voids,a two-scale conception is introduced,which regards main void as macroscopic scale and secondary cavities as microscopic scale. The macroscopic potential involving main and secondary voids is achieved. The proposed macroscopic constitutive law taking microscopic features as influence factors is helpful for exploring the macroscopic mechanical properties of porous medium when numerical simulation is required. 展开更多

水资源集对系统中同一项和对立项构成的对立关系是水资源集对分析辩证思维的集中体现,是构建集对系统联系数的基石。通过五种常见对立关系类型的概念解析与其应用之间对应关系的分析,以及面向五类对立关系的水资源集对系统差异项不确定... 水资源集对系统中同一项和对立项构成的对立关系是水资源集对分析辩证思维的集中体现,是构建集对系统联系数的基石。通过五种常见对立关系类型的概念解析与其应用之间对应关系的分析,以及面向五类对立关系的水资源集对系统差异项不确定性分析,在对立关系复杂、深刻的涵义方面取得了一些新的认识:在水资源集对系统中常见的反比型、互斥型、正负型、互补型和虚实型对立关系可分别由模糊、随机、涨落、分配和存在型不确定性对应产生并进行分析计算;在集对系统中最基本的对立关系是反比型、互斥型对立关系,对应的模糊性、随机性是事件发生的内容性质、事件发生的结果数量方面的不确定性;差异项不确定性的变化是导致联系数中同异反三类关系变化的原因,是“一分为三”辩证思维的一种典型展开,反映了量变到质变的转化规律;在差异项表征的五类不确定性中最常见的是模糊不确定性,模糊不确定性变量的运算可通过随机模拟技术转化为随机不确定性变量的运算。模糊和随机的不确定性分析分别注重物理内涵解析和数学定量计算,这反映了水资源集对分析学科属于计算思维领域,对进一步推动模糊水文学、随机水文学、水资源集对分析、结构水资源学等学科发展无疑具有明显的启发作用和指导意义。 展开更多

U型渠道中直角三角形量水槽体型设计

量水槽体型设计是量水槽应用于灌区的重要环节,目前尚无完善的体型设计标准可依。为解决直角三角形量水槽实际应用中的体型设计问题,提出以淹没度、壅水高度和上游弗劳德数的限制条件为标准的量水槽体型设计准则。在2种型号、3种坡度的... 量水槽体型设计是量水槽应用于灌区的重要环节,目前尚无完善的体型设计标准可依。为解决直角三角形量水槽实际应用中的体型设计问题,提出以淹没度、壅水高度和上游弗劳德数的限制条件为标准的量水槽体型设计准则。在2种型号、3种坡度的U型渠道上,利用钢模板修建5座直角三角形量水槽进行灌区试验;建立了包含渠道坡度的流量公式,拟合了淹没阈值、壅水高度和上游弗劳德数的经验公式。研究表明:含有坡度的流量公式精度较高,平均相对误差仅为1.88%,相对误差的最大值为5.56%,相对误差在±5%范围以内的数据比例为98%;拟合得到的3个经验公式描述了淹没阈值、壅水高度和上游弗劳德数与量水槽喉口宽度之间的定量关系,可用于量水槽体型设计。基于体型设计准则和经验公式,建立了最大流量和最小流量下淹没度小于相应淹没阈值、最大流量下壅水高度小于渠道岸顶超高、最小流量下上游弗劳德数小于0.5的直角三角形量水槽体型设计方法。研究成果可为类似量水槽体型设计提供参考。 展开更多

为提高工位数固定的U型拆卸线拆卸效率,减少有害部件对操作人员的潜在威胁,针对高价值零部件和有害零部件的拆卸需求,本文提出了工位数固定的U型拆卸线部分拆卸平衡问题,建立了以最小化节拍时间、高危工位数目和负载均衡为目标的优化模... 为提高工位数固定的U型拆卸线拆卸效率,减少有害部件对操作人员的潜在威胁,针对高价值零部件和有害零部件的拆卸需求,本文提出了工位数固定的U型拆卸线部分拆卸平衡问题,建立了以最小化节拍时间、高危工位数目和负载均衡为目标的优化模型,并设计了改进的变邻域搜索算法进行求解.在编码过程中提出一种基于零部件释放位置的选择策略,以减少前继零部件拆卸顺序对编码的影响;提出最小偏差二分法,有效减少解码的迭代次数;提出瓶颈挤压局部搜索策略,用以优化节拍时间和均衡负载指标.通过与其他算法对比,结果表明改进的变邻域搜索算法求解具有优越性,并且可实现对工位数固定的U型拆卸线部分拆卸平衡问题的高效求解. 展开更多

橡胶粗细集料含量对FRP约束橡胶混凝土应力-应变关系的影响

为研究橡胶粗细集料体积分数对纤维增强复合材料(fiber reinforced polymer, FRP)约束橡胶混凝土应力-应变关系的影响,提出了橡胶粗细集料体积替换率的概念,并通过收集已发表文献的110组应力-应变关系试验曲线,分析了橡胶粗细集料体积... 为研究橡胶粗细集料体积分数对纤维增强复合材料(fiber reinforced polymer, FRP)约束橡胶混凝土应力-应变关系的影响,提出了橡胶粗细集料体积替换率的概念,并通过收集已发表文献的110组应力-应变关系试验曲线,分析了橡胶粗细集料体积替换率对FRP约束不同截面橡胶混凝土柱应力-应变关系关键参数的影响,基于分析结果建立了FRP约束橡胶混凝土的应力-应变关系模型和抗压强度模型,两个模型中均考虑了橡胶粗细集料体积替换率和橡胶混凝土截面形状的影响.模型评估结果表明:随着橡胶粗细集料体积替换率、FRP约束应力比和截面倒角半径比的增加,FRP约束橡胶混凝土的抗压强度均呈增大的趋势;建立的抗压强度模型可准确预测橡胶颗粒取代部分细集料或粗细集料的FRP约束橡胶混凝土抗压强度,平均误差仅为1.03;建立的应力-应变关系模型能够较好预测FRP约束橡胶混凝土的应力-应变关系曲线变化. 展开更多

创新要素集聚与城市间均衡发展:“一城独大”还是“携城发展”

随着区域协调发展战略的深入推进,以创新要素推动城市间均衡发展逐渐成为社会共识。首先从理论层面分析了创新要素集聚对城市间均衡发展的直接影响、作用路径及空间效应,随后基于2011—2021年中国273个城市的面板数据,运用双向固定效应... 随着区域协调发展战略的深入推进,以创新要素推动城市间均衡发展逐渐成为社会共识。首先从理论层面分析了创新要素集聚对城市间均衡发展的直接影响、作用路径及空间效应,随后基于2011—2021年中国273个城市的面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型、调节路径分析模型等实证评估了创新要素集聚与城市间均衡发展的作用关系。研究发现:(1)创新要素集聚与城市间均衡发展之间存在先“一城独大”后“携城发展”的U型关系;(2)创新创业活跃度能够作为创新要素集聚影响城市间均衡发展的作用桥梁;(3)相较于不与省会、直辖市相邻城市和经济发展落后城市,省会、直辖市或与省会、直辖市相邻城市以及经济发展领先城市的创新要素集聚与城市间均衡发展的U型关系表现得更为明显;(4)创新要素集聚对城市间均衡发展的影响具有显著的空间溢出效应,且该效应存在典型的地理距离衰减特征,600km以内创新要素集聚的溢出效应较强。研究有助于识别创新要素集聚对城市间均衡发展的具体影响,能够为缩小区域发展差距、促进经济高质量发展提供有益借鉴。 展开更多
