Research on Network Security Level Protection Measurement Strategy in the Context of Cloud Platforms

Platforms facilitate information exchange,streamline resources,and reduce production and management costs for companies.However,some viral information may invade and steal company resources,or lead to information leakage.For this reason,this paper discusses the standards for cybersecurity protection,examines the current state of cybersecurity management and the risks faced by cloud platforms,expands the time and space for training on cloud platforms,and provides recommendations for measuring the level of cybersecurity protection within cloud platforms in order to build a solid foundation for them.

Influence of Lightning Disaster on Cities and Lightning Defense Measures

Under the influence of special terrain and climatic conditions,lightning weather in Ulanqab City is more frequent from June to August,and lightning disaster has become one of the important tasks of disaster prevention and mitigation.In this paper,based on the characteristics of lightning weather in Ulanqab City,the impact of lightning disaster on the city was analyzed,and lightning protection measures,such as strengthening supervision of lightning protection safety,establishing a long-term lightning protection mechanism,doing a good job in lightning protection construction and detection in key places,and further improving public awareness of lightning protection,were put forward to reduce and avoid urban lightning disasters as much as possible and ensure urban safety.

Protection Measures for Buildings Based on Coordinating Action Theory of Ground, Foundation and Structure

Based on the theory of coordinating action of building ground, foundation and structure, this paper presents a modified method for calculating additional stresses on buildings in mining areas by considering the joint effect of cur- vature deformation and horizontal deformation on buildings. It points out that for buildings over the coal pillar, it is ad- visable to soften the intermediate ground of buildings when they are affected by mining. For buildings over the goaf, it is preferable to soften the ground at both ends of buildings. In order to enhance the ability of a building to resist tensile deformation, the key measure is to reinforce the bottom foundation of the building. In addition, the concept of “angle of break of building” is proposed. It is because of this angle that the protecting coal pillar is left, which is a better solution than prevailing solutions The findings provide a more scientific basis for mining under buildings.

Temporal-spatial Change Rules of Mangrove in Guangdong Province and Suggestions on Its Protection Measures

Mangrove ecosystem has an important ecological function. But since it is distributed in land-sea alternating region,mangrove is vulnerable to environmental pollution. Mangrove area of Guangdong Province greatly decreased after the 1950 s,and it declined to the minimum in the1990 s and then gradually increased. Mangrove area of Guangdong Province quickly increased from 2001 to now,and its area in 2014 was 19 824. 53 hm^2,in which Zhanjiang accounted for 72%. During 2001-2014,mangrove area of Guangdong Province increased significantly,in which the newly increased mangrove area in Zhanjiang,Yangjiang,Jiangmen,Zhuhai,Guangzhou and Shantou was larger,with obvious increase magnitude; mangrove area in east Guangdong during 2001-2005 increased quickly,while increase magnitude of mangrove area in west Guangdong and the Pearl River Delta was improved significantly after 2005. Additionally,mangrove species in Guangdong Province continuously decreased from south to north,showing as west Guangdong > the Pearl River Delta > east Guangdong. Mangrove of Guangdong Province could be protected strictly from shoreline control,ecological protection,function upgrading,and ecological restoration.

Current Situation and Protection Measures concerning the Wetland Resources in Yunnan Province

Yunnan has various and rich wetland resources because of the special geographical environment. In recent years,Yunnan has made great achievement in the management,protection and development of the wetland resources,but many problems still exist. Based on the threats,this paper puts forward the protection and use measures for the wetland resources in Yunnan by analyzing and studying the wetland resources as well as types and basic features.

The Ministry of Environmental Protection issued the Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits(Trial)

On January 10th,2018,the Ministry of Environmental Protection formally issued the Measures for the Administration of Pollutant Discharge Permits(Trial)(hereinafter referred to as the Administrative Measures).The Administrative Measures shall be implemented as of the date of promulgation.As an important basic document for the implementation of the Notice of the General Office of the State Council on Issuing the Implementation Plan for the Control of Pollutant Discharge Permit System(the General Office of the State Council issued[2016]No.81),the Administrative Measures clarified the responsibilities of the pollutant dischargers,emphasized on law-abiding incentives,illegal punishment.

Study on Effective Measures of Environmental Protection for Sustainable Development of Tourism Industry in the World Natural Heritage Wulingyuan

In the course of exploiting its tourist resources and developing tourism industry in the early days in Wulingyuan, the government did not pay enough attention and no forceful measures were taken to control the environment. As a result, a series of problems are produced. By analyzing the relationship between the tourism development in Wulingyuan scenic area and its environmental evolution, the paper exposes the basic reason why these environmental problems are produced, and according to the requirement of developing tourism, the paper puts forward some effective measures to reasonably control the distribution of the tourists flow and to protect tourist resources as well as the environment, so as to achieve the sustainable development of the area.

Characteristics of Lightning Damage to Coastal Wind Farms and Its Protective Measures

Firstly, characteristics of coastal wind farms were analyzed, and then lightning damage to coastal wind farms was discussed, finally main lightning protection measures were put forward from aspects of turbine blades, engine rooms and overvoltage protection. Besides conventional light- ning protection technology, local lightning protection, pre-discharge and lightning motoring and early warning techniques should be used to protect coastal wind farms against lightning.

Influences of 500 kV Transmission Lines on Wetland Ecosystem and Its Protective Countermeasures--A Case Study of the Lake Wetland Natural Reserve along the Yangtze River in Anqing City

The impact of 500 kV transmission lines of Anqing power plant across the lake wetland reserve along the Yangtze River on the safety of the ecosystem was taken as the researched object.The power frequency electric field intensity(PFEFI),power frequency magnetic field intensity(PFMFI),radio interference,construction noise,vegetation destruction and the influence on water quality were investigated and monitored,and the influences of PFEFI,PFMFI,radio interference and construction noise on wild animals,especially the habitats and migration of birds were mainly researched.The direct and indirect influences on the surrounding environment as well as plants and animals in sensitive areas were analyzed and predicted.The results firstly showed there existed a 182 400m^3 stereo-space(PFEFI>4kV/m)which made flying birds unsafe under the lowest height 11 mof the lines,which fills the gap in the research of this field.Finally,some operational protection countermeasures were put forward at the current technical level to achieve the win-win goal of economic development and natural protection.

Research on the Differential Protection Algorithm of Multi-Tap Special Transformer

Compared with conventional transformers, the rectiformer is special in connection mode, which is multi-tap and not equipped with the differential protection. In this paper, the differential protection algorithm for Multi-tap special transformer was derived. The regulating methods for the rectiformer were studied first, and then the rectiformer model of one electrolytic aluminium plant was built by PSCAD/EMTDC, characteristics of the rectiformer bank were also analyzed. The algorithm was derived on the basis of the per-unit system, and the processing methods of the regulating transformer’s tap position information were proposed. Finally, a contrast of differential protection algorithm between the multi-tap special transformer and the conventional transformer was made.

Control Measures for Protected Strawberry Cultivation in Continuous Overcast and Hazy Days

Continuous overcast and hazy days are common for the winter in Hebei Province,these disastrous weathers have tremendous negative effect on the production of protected strawberry cultivation,for leading to the problems such as degrading photosynthesis of leaves,poor pollination and fertilization,more malformed fruits,low percentage of fertile fruits,delayed maturation of fruits,degraded quality and yield,and aggravated diseases.In view of the disastrous weathers and problems,the authors put forward the measures for the management of protected strawberry cultivation in continuous overcast and hazy days,to provide technical support for strawberry farmers.

Experimental and Numerical Study of the Effect of Surround Protection Technique on the Strain Measurement for Offshore Jacket Platform

For strain measurement on offshore jacket platform in deep water, waterproof of strain foil is always an important issue, especially, due to the high pressure in deep water. The waterproof is difficult in two places, one is between the matrix structure and the protection structure, and another is between the lead wires and the protection structure. The surround protection technique discussed in this paper is conventional and ideal, and can be operative for a long time, up to five years. In this method, a metal case and tube is added on the local position, which increases the local rigidity, but the effect on the measurement of strain is not well studied. In this paper, the effect of the surround protection technique on the strain measurement is studied by using numerical and experimental methods, and the results show that the measurement error is well in the range permitted by engineering practice.
