The Ideas of Landscape Studies in Material Landscape Planning of Agricultural Park

With the social and economic development,agricultural park played an increasingly prominent role in the development of agricultural industry.In the new situation,traditional material landscape planning has been unable to meet functional requirements of the constantly developing modern agricultural parks.How to build a comprehensive and reasonable material landscape of the park environment has become the primary task to the relevant departments and scholars.With the guidance of basic theory of landscape studies,taking the planning of Plateau Ecological Agricultural Park in Xining City as an example,this article analyzed the contents,objectives,advantages and disadvantages of this project starting from the basic data in detail.It provided complete and rational guidance of scientific theory to the modern agricultural park landscape image,which also added the finishing touch to the comprehensive effect of agricultural park.

Case Studies of Some Misunderstandings in Intercultural Communication

Misunderstandings are mainly due to the fact that they are from diffrent cultures. There are eight specific ingredients of Communicution within the context of intentional communication. Encoding and decording have a direct link to the effectiveness of communication. People from diffrent culture may use the same language symbols but diffrent systems of convention to encode and decode message so misunderstanding or conflicts most frequently occur in intercultural communication as a result of their ingnorance of each other’s cultural background.

Toxicological studies for some agricultural waste extracts on mosquito larvae and experimental animals

Objective:To evaluate some agricultural waste extracts as insecticide and their effects on enzyme activities in liver and kidney of male mice.Methods:The insecticidal activity of five tested compounds(one crude extract and 4 waste compounds) was bioassay against the 3rd instars of the Culex pipiens(Cx.pipiens) larvae in the laboratory.The LC_(50) values of eucalyptol,apricot kernel.Rice bran,corn,black liquor and white liquor are 91.45.1166.1,1203.3.21449.65.4025.78 and 6343.18 ppm,respectively.Selection of the compounds for the subsequent studies was not only dependent on LC_(50) values but also on the persistence of these wastes products on large scale.Results:White and black liquor did not produce any gross effect at 200 mg/Kg body weight.No apparent toxic symptoms were observed in tested animals during the whole period of the experimenl which run out for 14 days.No statistically significance was observed in the enzyme choliuesterase activity,the activities of liver enzymes and kidney function in treated mice with black and while liquors.While,no and slighl inhibition was observed after the 2weeks ol treatment period with deltamethrin and lenilrothion reached to about 24%in plasma cholinesterase enzyme activity.Significantly increase in the activities ol liver enzymes and kidney function in treated mice with deltamethrin and fenitrothion.Conclusions:Black liquor can be used efficiently In control Cx.pipiens larvae under laboratory condition.Environmental problem caused by rice straw can be solved by converting the waste material to beneficial natural selective insecticide.

Cultural Difference and Cognitive Biases as a Trigger of Critical Crashes or Disasters<br/>—Evidence from Case Studies of Human Factors Analysis

On the basis of the analysis of past case studies of crashes or disasters, it has been clarified how cultural difference and cognitive biases become a trigger of serious crashes or disasters. Heuristic-based biases such as confirmation bias, groupthink, and social loafing surely appeared in the process of crash or disaster breakout. Overconfidence-bases biases such as illusion of control, fallacy of plan, and optimistic bias are also ubiquitous in the route to a critical crash or disaster. Moreover, framing biases contribute to the distorted decision making, and eventually turn into the main cause of critical crash or disaster. In this way, as well as human factors or ergonomics approaches for designing man-machine systems, the prevention and the deletion of cognitive biases are indispensable for the preventing serious crashes or disasters from occurring. Until now, the distortion of decision making has not been discussed from the cultural differences of way of thinking. As well as a variety of cognitive biases, cultural difference in behavior is expected to be important for understanding the root causes of critical crash or disaster. We found that cultural difference distorted judgment through case studies of critical crashes or disasters. It was also demonstrated that considering cultural difference, as well as cognitive biases, is important to prevent irrational and biased decision making from occurring in safety management.

Accounting Systems in Cultural Context： A Research Framework for China Studies in Global Economy

The People＇s Republic of China （PRC） is a country that has great potential to international businesses. Her enormous market, resources, and labor power are important to other countries in this age of global economy. Research studies on the PRC are valuable not only to policymakers in the PRC but also to a larger audience in the global business community. Accounting standards and practices are central to the economic order of any society. As accounting systems are not isolated from social and cultural systems, towards an understanding of social/cultural environments interacting with accounting systems in the PRC in turn facilitates the international investors to interpret financial information and to set strategies in doing businesses in the country. It is expected that the research results of this kind of projects will have implications to different aspects of financial disclosure of companies in the PRC. Overview of Studies on Financial Support for China's Agricultural Industrialization

Agricultural industrialization is an innovative operation mode and effective drive for transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture. Benign development of agricultural industrialization depends on financial support. With increase of the function of financial support for agricultural industrialization development,academic circles have made deeper and deeper researches on agricultural industrialization. ＂They Are Married to kunqu＂ ——Cultural Studies Inspired by a Chinese Traditional Theatre

In recent decades, a new type of cultural upsurge surrounding kunqu1 has arisen in Chinese language sphere, though respectively due to different reasons in China's Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and other Chinese diaspora. Against the global trend of culture heritage nationalization context, via the new media platform, the performative staging of individual emotions and reverie in the market society2, the longings to redeem various alienation in a vertical modernity3, as well as the yearnings for emotional balance in a burgeoning feministic modernity, all integrate with each other and together generate a restless transforming memory for kunqu. Just like a misty veil, this complex, contentious, contradictory and long-lasting collective memory-making process blurs kunqu＇s appearance, expands its layers, and ultimately generates a cultural myth. With detailed case studies this paper aims to reflect upon the deep reasons for the kunqu myth and to probe the transformative powers of a performative space in enabling remembrance and/or forgetting.

Studies on Enhancing Yield of Embryos in Microspore Culture of Brassica napus L.

In ecological zone of Chengdu, Sichuan, microspore culture was carried out in Brassica napus L. to study the influencing factors on microspore culture. The results showed that the temperature on microspore formation stage, day and night temperature, disinfection solution of buds, cultivation concentration on microspore and strain-age were both important influencing factors on microspore culture. At a temperature below 5 ℃ or above 20 ℃, the material had a much lower embryo producing rate or even could not produce any embryo, but at the optimum temperature of 10 -15 ℃ the embryo yield was up to 300 pieces per bud; the best cultivation effect appeared when 0. 1% HgCl2 was used for disin- fection; the best density of microspore was 3 -4 buds per dish; In 2009, while strain-age was from 125 d to 150 d, the microspore embryo yield increased as strain-age increased. When stain-age was 150 days, the microspore embryo yield was up to the highest, but the yield declined after 150 days.
