Generation Mechanism and Social Impact of Knowledge in the Era of"New Quality Productivity"

The changes in knowledge forms in the era of"new quality productivity"are closely related to the development of society.With the rise of the Internet,"the world of dataism is coming".The traditional knowledge production model is undergoing fundamental changes in structure and nature.The most prominent change is that knowledge is becoming increasingly inseparable from data networks.The collaborative production of knowledge based on the Internet is becoming increasingly common,and Wikipedia is a prominent example of this.Wikipedia makes the networked production of knowledge possible by utilizing collective intelligence and data connectivity.Wiki users are commonly referred to as"wiki".This paper conducted interviews with 30 Wiki users and used content analysis to statistically analyze the interview records,in order to study the significance and value of the Wiki knowledge production model for online users,and to glimpse the impact of the knowledge structure changes in the era of"dataism"on social change.

Overview of Researches on Social Capital,Human Capital and Social Integration of New Generation Migrant Workers

With urbanization and socio-economic development,new generation migrant workers play an increasingly important role in urban construction. However,for a long time,their social integration situation in inflow places is not ideal. Academic circle has done a lot of researches,but no effective strategy is so far put forward. Through analysis of domestic and foreign researches,it is found that social capital and human capital have an important influence on social integration of new generation migrant workers. This paper takes this as starting point,combines characteristics of new generation migrant workers,and overviews theories and empirical researches of domestic and foreign famous scholars,to explore the relationship between social capital and human capital and social integration of new generation migrant workers.

A scaling law of high-order harmonic generation

Using a nonperturbative quantum electrodynamics theory of high-order harmonic generation （HHG）, a scaling law of HHG is established. The scaling law states that when the atomic binding energy Eb, the wavelength ）, and the intensity I of the laser field change simultaneously to kEb, λ/k, and k3I, respectively. The characteristics of the HHG spectrum remain unchanged, while the harmonic yield is enhanced k3 times. That HHG obeys the same scaling law with above-threshold ionization is a solid proof of the fact that the two physical processes have similar physical mechanisms. The variation of integrated harmonic yields is also discussed.

Quantifying social costs of coal-fired power plant generation

Coal has been dominating the electricity supply in Indonesia,especially in long-term power generation from fossil energy.This dominance is due to lower production costs in coal-fired power plant generation.However,this low price is only based on monetary costs and ignores the social costs.Therefore,this study aims to quantify the social costs of coal-fired generation.Using QUERI-AirPacts modeling,the present study quantifies the social costs resulting from the Tenayan Raya coal-fired generation in Riau,Indonesia.It includes the levelized cost of electricity and health costs into the generation costs.After that,this study calculates the net present value,internal rate return,and project payback period.The study found that as much as$50.22/MWh was the levelized cost of electricity.While$15.978/MWh or$0.015978/kWh was the social cost that was not included in the generating cost.At the electricity production level of 1,380,171.69 MWh per year,there is an expected extra cost of$22,052,383.30 uncounted when externalities are included.For instance,the net present value(NPV)is lower and even negative when external costs are included(-$24,062,274.19)compared to$176,108,091.52 when externalities are not considered.The internal rate of return(IRR)is much higher when the social costs are not considered.The payback period is also shorter when the social costs are excluded than when the externalities are included.This global number indicates that the inclusion of external costs would impact NPV,IRR,and the payback period.This result implies that the government should internalize the external cost to stimulate the electricity producers to conduct cost-benefit analyses.The cost-benefit analysis mechanism would lead the producers to be more efficient.

Second Law Analysis of the Optimal Fin by Minimum Entropy Generation

Based on the entropy generation concept of thermodynamics, this paper estabfished a general theoretical model for the analysis of entropy generation to optimize fins, in which the minimum entropy generation was selected as the object to be studied. The irreversibility due to heat transfer and friction was taken into account so that the minimum entropy generation number has been analyzed with respect to second law of thermodynamics in the forced cross-flow. The optimum dimensions of cylinder pins were discussed. It＇s found that the minimum entropy generation number depends on parameters related to the fluid and fin physical parameters. Varlatioms of the minimum entropy generation number with different parameters were analyzed.

Influences of Institutional Pressures on Corporate Social Performance： Empirical Analysis on the Panel Data of Chinese Power Generation Enterprises

Institutional theory has proved the influence of institutional pressures on organization practices and structures. Meanwhile, with the soaring use of corporate social performance （CSP）, more researchers are focusing on exploring the relationship between institution pressures and CSP which is still not completely understood yet. Against this background, the paper aims to fill the gap through generally hypothesizing that different types of institutional pressures individually and collectively affect CSP via the mediating effect of corporate environmental strategy. First, based on the previous and extensive literature review, the theoretical framework and research hypotheses are constructed. Next, canonical correlation analysis about the panel data of 51 Chinese large-scale power generation enterprises from 2004 to 2009 is made to test the relevant hypotheses. Finally, based on the data analysis results, the study draws some conclusions and policy implications for promoting the CSP of Chinese enterprises, including enhancing the steering function of government policies and industry regulations and emphasizing the intermediary role of media.

Method of Evaluating Social Benefit of Energy-Conservation Based Generation Dispatching in Guangdong Province

Energy-conservation based generation dispatching is the revolutionary change in operation mode which could reduce energy consumption and pollutant emissions, promote power industry restructuring, and achieve sustainable development. Social benefit evaluation of the energy-conservation based generation dispatching under the new situation and environment has come into being as an important theoretical issue. A new scenario analysis based social benefit evluating method, which is implemented by comparing the energy., consumption and pollutant emissions of different scenarios defined by the key indicators, i.e., load factor and coal consumption structure, is proposed in the paper. Then the composition of social benefit is analyzed from the point of the dispatching mode and the coal consumption structure. The method proposed is of clear physical meaning. It is not only practical, but also applicable for the implementation of energy-conservation based generation dispatching in diffferent phases and with different goals.

Views of this paper is that social support and psychological capital enhancement have a significant impact on the new generation of migrant workers integrated into the city. Finally, propose strategies to facilitate this group more easily integrate into city life.

Employment Will of New Generation Migrant Workers in Hubei Province and Countermeasures

The issue concerning new generation migrant workers is an important part of current social management. How to improve employment ability of new generation migrant workers is the central part of improving living of migrant workers and development environment. Based on survey data of 6 counties in Hubei Province,I analyzed employment will and influence factors of new generation migrant workers. Researches have indicated that going out to work,employment opportunity,nature of subordinate service industry,industrial technical level,and financial support play a significant role in employment intention of migrant workers,while their employment ability is influenced by their cultural quality,professional skills, working endurance,degree of policy cognition,and information channel,etc. In view of these five aspects,I put forward following countermeasures: raise educational level,improve skills,strengthen endurance,enhance attention to policies,and expand information channel,to improve employment ability of new generation migrant workers.

Model for Generating Scale-Free Artificial Social Networks Using Small-World Networks

The Internet of Things(IoT)has the potential to be applied to social networks due to innovative characteristics and sophisticated solutions that challenge traditional uses.Social network analysis(SNA)is a good example that has recently gained a lot of scientific attention.It has its roots in social and economic research,as well as the evaluation of network science,such as graph theory.Scientists in this area have subverted predefined theories,offering revolutionary ones regarding interconnected networks,and they have highlighted the mystery of six degrees of separation with confirmation of the small-world phenomenon.The motivation of this study is to understand and capture the clustering properties of large networks and social networks.We present a network growth model in this paper and build a scale-free artificial social network with controllable clustering coefficients.The random walk technique is paired with a triangle generating scheme in our proposed model.As a result,the clustering controlmechanism and preferential attachment(PA)have been realized.This research builds on the present random walk model.We took numerous measurements for validation,including degree behavior and the measure of clustering decay in terms of node degree,among other things.Finally,we conclude that our suggested random walk model is more efficient and accurate than previous state-of-the-art methods,and hence it could be a viable alternative for societal evolution.

Generation and Evolution of Cavitation Bubbles in Volume Alternate Cavitation(VAC)

Cavitation generation methods have been used in multifarious directions because of their diversity,and numerous studies and discussions have been conducted on cavitation generation methods.This study aims to explore the generating mechanism and evolution law of volume alternate cavitation(VAC).In the VAC,liquid water is placed in an airtight container with a variable volume.As the volume alternately changes,the liquid water inside the container continues to cavitate.Then,the mixture turbulence model and in-cylinder dynamic grid model are adopted to conduct computational fluid dynamics simulation of volume alternate cavitation.In the simulation,the cloud images at seven heights on the central axis are monitored,and the phenomenon and mechanism of height and eccentricity are analyzed in detail.By employing the cavitation flow visualization method,the generating mechanism and evolution law of cavitation are revealed.The synergistic effects of experiments and high-speed camera capturing confirm the correctness of the simulation results.In the experiment,the volume change stroke of the airtight container is set to 20 mm,the volume change frequency is 18 Hz,and the shooting frequency of the high-speed camera is set to 10000 FPS.The experimental results indicate that the position of the cavitation phenomenon has a reasonable law during the whole evolution cycle of the cavitation cloud.Also,the volume alternation cycle corresponds to the generation,development,and collapse stages of cavitation bubbles.

Constructal Law of Institutions within Social Organizations

This work looked for a unifying theory between physical-biological domain and social sciences. Constructal law unified physical and biological domain by telling the general sense in which flow systems tend to evolve. Management theory looks for relations between institutions and human agency. Although being state of mind entities, institutions follow constructal law. This work proposed the main organization flows are information and credit. Biologic instincts derived from Darwinian natural selection are the driving or blocking forces of such flows. Once biologic instincts systematically block information and credit flows in large numbers, this work proposed every human organization must have institutions to inhibit some behaviors. Those institutions need to be present, at least partially, in formal rules of social groups. This way it is possible to predict expansion or downfall of human groups using objective and quantifiable data. Therefore, further studies may employ classical history to confirm this theory. This work analyzed some case studies to show qualitatively the application of proposed theory. Concluding, this work gave physically-biologically grounded guidance for institutional changes.

An empirical analysis of comprehensive benefits of waste power generation

With the rapid development of economy, the scale of city has become more and more large. Meanwhile, the population also grows rapidly. Although the standard of living condition has been improved greatly, industry and domestic waste not only infl uence the quality of life by polluting the environment, but also become a signifi cant obstacle factor for economic development. waste power generation or waste-to-energy(WTE) is using the heat which is from garbage incinerator to generate electricity. This method can solve the problem of waste and generate the social benefi t, but by using the power on the internet to generate the economy benefit. In this paper, combined the method of FAHP and TOPSIS, a quotas system is set up to evaluate the social and economic benefi ts of the WTE project in Xiamen. Some advice is proposed for the Xiamen WTE project.

Second-Generation Muslim Youth Between Perception and Change: A Case Study on the Prevention of Radicalization

The following article presents the results of a research-action and an online communication campaign on the prevention of radicalization of second-generation young Italian Muslims as a part of a project called“Oltre”(the Italian acronym means“Beyond”)financed by European Union.After a short presentation of the four steps of the prevention communication model PKIC,a deepening on the radicalization factors,and a focus on the research-action methodology,the results of the research on some fundamental issues like the relationship with family and the relation with media and social media of the young interviewees,are shown.Finally,in the last part of the article,the interventions carried out by the second-generation young moderators of the social media campaign carried on Facebook and Instagram,are presented in the framework of the online communication campaign born out of the research-action to discuss if and how a prevention process and consequent change with regard to the radicalization factors took place.

Dilemma and Solution for Relief in the Right to Equal Employment-From the Perspective of Rectifying Private Law with Social Law

At present,the legal remedies in terms of the right to equal employment in China are mainly related to private law,that is,laborers seek direct legal remedies for personality rights liability and infringement liability according to typical private law,supplemented by indirect remedies for labor contract liability under special private law.However,there are many challenges in private law remedies for the right to equal employment,which are manifested in the misunderstanding of the general tort identification of employment discrimination,the loopholes in the regulations on discriminatory employment,the imbalance in the burden of proof,and the limitation and alienation of the functions of civil liability and private law autonomy.The root of those problems lies in the fact that the nature of anti-employment discrimination law is not private law but social law.Equal employment involves both public and private interests,and it should be based on the public interest of society and adhere to the value orientation of prioritizing fairness while taking into account efficiency.Improving the legal relief mechanism for protecting the right to equal employment,with a focus on correcting private law with social law,is the solution to the dilemma.Specific measures include establishing the special tort liability system for equal employment,the legal mechanism against discriminatory labor contracts,the public-private integrated legal responsibility system,and an essentially fair system for the responsibility of adducing evidence.

In this paper, a review of typical incentives for the installation of wind farms in the world, and a review of some laws and policies in Argentine are presented. Also financial and economic issues that are related to the installation of wind farms are analyzed, and some recommendations related to the topics are presented in this paper.
