Reachability-Based Confidence-Aware Probabilistic Collision Detection in Highway Driving

Risk assessment is a crucial component of collision warning and avoidance systems for intelligent vehicles.Reachability-based formal approaches have been developed to ensure driving safety to accurately detect potential vehicle collisions.However,they suffer from over-conservatism,potentially resulting in false–positive risk events in complicated real-world applications.In this paper,we combine two reachability analysis techniques,a backward reachable set(BRS)and a stochastic forward reachable set(FRS),and propose an integrated probabilistic collision–detection framework for highway driving.Within this framework,we can first use a BRS to formally check whether a two-vehicle interaction is safe;otherwise,a prediction-based stochastic FRS is employed to estimate the collision probability at each future time step.Thus,the framework can not only identify non-risky events with guaranteed safety but also provide accurate collision risk estimation in safety-critical events.To construct the stochastic FRS,we develop a neural network-based acceleration model for surrounding vehicles and further incorporate a confidence-aware dynamic belief to improve the prediction accuracy.Extensive experiments were conducted to validate the performance of the acceleration prediction model based on naturalistic highway driving data.The efficiency and effectiveness of the framework with infused confidence beliefs were tested in both naturalistic and simulated highway scenarios.The proposed risk assessment framework is promising for real-world applications. 展开更多

Addressing the insufficiency in down-regulation leeway within integrated energy systems stemming from the erratic and volatile nature of wind and solar renewable energy generation,this study focuses on formulating a coordinated strategy involving the carbon capture unit of the integrated energy system and the resources on the load storage side.A scheduling model is devised that takes into account the confidence interval associated with renewable energy generation,with the overarching goal of optimizing the system for low-carbon operation.To begin with,an in-depth analysis is conducted on the temporal energy-shifting attributes and the low-carbon modulation mechanisms exhibited by the source-side carbon capture power plant within the context of integrated and adaptable operational paradigms.Drawing from this analysis,a model is devised to represent the adjustable resources on the charge-storage side,predicated on the principles of electro-thermal coupling within the energy system.Subsequently,the dissimilarities in the confidence intervals of renewable energy generation are considered,leading to the proposition of a flexible upper threshold for the confidence interval.Building on this,a low-carbon dispatch model is established for the integrated energy system,factoring in the margin allowed by the adjustable resources.In the final phase,a simulation is performed on a regional electric heating integrated energy system.This simulation seeks to assess the impact of source-load-storage coordination on the system’s low-carbon operation across various scenarios of reduction margin reserves.The findings underscore that the proactive scheduling model incorporating confidence interval considerations for reduction margin reserves effectively mitigates the uncertainties tied to renewable energy generation.Through harmonized orchestration of source,load,and storage elements,it expands the utilization scope for renewable energy,safeguards the economic efficiency of system operations under low-carbon emission conditions,and empirically validates the soundness and efficacy of the proposed approach. 展开更多

采用高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱技术结合优化的QuEChERS方法,建立了荔枝全果中29种农药的多残留检测分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,利用无水硫酸镁吸水和氯化钠盐析作用,进行离心分层后,取部分乙腈上清液进行净化,净化剂为无水MgSO_... 采用高效液相色谱-四极杆-飞行时间质谱技术结合优化的QuEChERS方法,建立了荔枝全果中29种农药的多残留检测分析方法。样品经乙腈提取,利用无水硫酸镁吸水和氯化钠盐析作用,进行离心分层后,取部分乙腈上清液进行净化,净化剂为无水MgSO_(4)、N-丙基乙二胺吸附剂、石墨化碳黑吸附剂,采用电喷雾离子源正负离子交换扫描方式对29种农药数据信息进行采集。29种农药在质量浓度0.001~0.2 mg/L内具有较好线性相关性(相关系数R^(2)均大于0.99),在3个添加水平(0.01、0.1、0.5 mg/kg)下,29种农药的回收率均值为70.2%~102.4%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~6.2%。方法检出限为0.1~3μg/kg,定量限为0.3~10μg/kg。该方法具有操作便捷、回收率高和灵敏度高等特点,可用于同时快速测定荔枝中29种农药的多残留。 展开更多

目的探讨感音神经性耳聋(SNHL)患者外周血miR-34c、miR-29b的表达情况及临床意义。方法筛选2020年6月至2023年6月我院收治的神经性耳聋患者140例为观察组,同期选取体检健康者40例为对照组。根据听力损伤情况将SNHL患者分为轻度耳聋组63... 目的探讨感音神经性耳聋(SNHL)患者外周血miR-34c、miR-29b的表达情况及临床意义。方法筛选2020年6月至2023年6月我院收治的神经性耳聋患者140例为观察组,同期选取体检健康者40例为对照组。根据听力损伤情况将SNHL患者分为轻度耳聋组63例,中度耳聋组42例,重度耳聋组35例。采用qRT-PCR检测miR-34c、miR-29b的表达,并检测VEGF、氧化应激水平(TAC、SOD、MDA)、NO和Cx26;采用Pearson检验进行相关性分析,采用logistic回归分析SNHL病情严重程度的独立危险因素,采用ROC曲线评估miR-34c、miR-29b对SNHL患者病情严重程度的预测价值。结果4组NO、TAC、SOD、Cx26水平比较,重度耳聋组<中度耳聋组<轻度耳聋组<对照组(P<0.05);VEGF和MDA水平比较,重度耳聋组>中度耳聋组>轻度耳聋组>对照组(P<0.05)。4组miR-34c mRNA和miR-29b mRNA表达水平比较,重度耳聋组>中度耳聋组>轻度耳聋组>对照组(P<0.05)。Pearson相关分析显示,SNHL患者外周血miR-34c、miR-29b与VEGF、MDA呈正相关,与NO、TAC、SOD、Cx26呈负相关(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,VEGF、MDA、NO、Cx26、TAC、SOD、miR-34c、miR-29b是影响SNHL病情严重程度的独立因素。结论miR-34c、miR-29b在SNHL患者中过表达,可作为预测评估SNHL患者病情严重程度的血清标志物。 展开更多

目的 探讨尿外泌体微小RNA(miR)-29c对器官和非器官局限性膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)临床结局的预测价值。方法 2017年1月~2022年3月,从我院泌尿外科选取152例BUC病人作为验证集。另外,从我院体检中心选择了126例非癌对照。采用实时荧光定量PC... 目的 探讨尿外泌体微小RNA(miR)-29c对器官和非器官局限性膀胱尿路上皮癌(BUC)临床结局的预测价值。方法 2017年1月~2022年3月,从我院泌尿外科选取152例BUC病人作为验证集。另外,从我院体检中心选择了126例非癌对照。采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测尿外泌体miR-29c表达水平。结果 验证集BUC病人尿外泌体miR-29c水平低于非癌对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而尿外泌体miR-17-5p水平和miR-590-5p水平比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。尿外泌体miR-29c水平诊断BUC的ROC曲线下面积为0.969(95%CI:0.953~0.986),相应的敏感性和特异性分别为92.1%和90.2%。亚型分析中,非器官局限性BUC病人尿外泌体miR-29c水平较器官局限性BUC病人进一步降低(P=0.009)。预后分析中,尿外泌体miR-29c高表达组病人总生存期、无病生存期和疾病特异性生存期均更长(P<0.05)。结论 尿外泌体miR-29c低水平是BUC病人不利的预后因子,有希望作为器官和非器官局限性BUC不良临床结局的预测标志物。 展开更多

目的探究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血清微小核糖核苷酸(micro RNA,miR)-29a-3p、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)表达水平及其对胎儿生长受限的预测价值。方法选择2019年8月—2022年12月在本院202例就诊分娩的GDM患者(132例)及同期体检健康孕妇... 目的探究妊娠期糖尿病(GDM)孕妇血清微小核糖核苷酸(micro RNA,miR)-29a-3p、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)表达水平及其对胎儿生长受限的预测价值。方法选择2019年8月—2022年12月在本院202例就诊分娩的GDM患者(132例)及同期体检健康孕妇(70名)作为研究对象,就诊分娩的GDM患者为患病组,同期体检健康孕妇为对照组。根据GDM患者是否伴有胎儿生长受限分为GDM组和胎儿生长受限组,GDM组88例,胎儿生长受限组44例。qRT-PCR法检测血清miR-29a-3p水平,放射免疫法检测血清IGF-1表达。TargetScanHuman网站预测miR-29a-3p与IGF-1靶向关系。分析miR-29a-3p、IGF-1及其与胰岛素水平、新生儿体重、新生儿身长的相关性;Logistic回归分析GDM孕妇发生胎儿生长受限的影响因素;ROC曲线分析血清miR-29a-3p,IGF-1水平评估GDM孕妇发生胎儿生长受限的预测价值。结果患病组孕妇血清miR-29a-3p水平高于对照组,IGF-1水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);GDM组患者血清miR-29a-3p水平低于胎儿生长受限组,IGF-1水平高于胎儿生长受限组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);miR-29a-3p直接靶向作用于IGF-1表达;GDM组和胎儿生长受限组孕妇胰岛素、新生儿体重、新生儿身长比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。相关性分析表明,血清miR-29a-3p与IGF-1水平呈负相关(r=-0.402,P<0.05);血清miR-29a-3p水平与新生儿体重、新生儿身长呈负相关,IGF-1与新生儿体重、新生儿身长呈正相关(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析表明,miR-29a-3p,IGF-1是GDM孕妇发生胎儿生长受限的影响因素(P<0.05)。血清miR-29a-3p,IGF-1水平联合评估GDM孕妇发生胎儿生长受限的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.877(95%CI:0.808-0.928),显著高于两指标单独检测(Z_(miR-29a-3p-联合)=2.893,P=0.004;Z_(IGF-1-联合)=2.810,P=0.005)。结论GDM孕妇血清miR-29a-3p水平上调,IGF-1水平下调,与胎儿生长受限密切相关,二者联合对GDM孕妇发生胎儿生长受限有较好预测价值。 展开更多

目的观察针刺调节miRNA-29c/白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)轴改善脾虚大鼠结肠炎症机制,探讨“健脾益气”针刺疗法改善脾虚便溏症状现代作用机理。方法将60只SD雄性大鼠以随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、非经非穴... 目的观察针刺调节miRNA-29c/白血病抑制因子(leukemia inhibitory factor,LIF)轴改善脾虚大鼠结肠炎症机制,探讨“健脾益气”针刺疗法改善脾虚便溏症状现代作用机理。方法将60只SD雄性大鼠以随机数字表法分为正常组、模型组、非经非穴组、针刺组,每组15只。除正常组外,其余3组采用劳倦过度和不规律饮食复合方法建立脾虚证大鼠模型。造模成功后,针刺组电针“足三里”穴及“脾俞”穴干预治疗,非经非穴组给予电针尾尖作为对照干预,每日1次/20 min,共治疗14 d。治疗结束后,取大鼠结肠组织及全血。qPCR检测大鼠结肠组织miRNA-29/LIF轴相关基因的表达;Western blot检测大鼠白介素-6(interleukin6,IL-6)、肿瘤坏死因子α(tumornecrosisfactor-α,TNF-α)的表达;ELISA检测结肠组织中白介素-1β(interleukin1β,IL-1β)、白介素-18(interleukin18,IL-18)的含量;HE染色法观察大鼠结肠组织病理形态变化;TUNEL染色观察各组结肠组织凋亡情况;流式细胞术观察外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)凋亡状况。结果与正常组相比,模型组大鼠结肠组织LIF的表达水平明显下降(P<0.05),miRNA-29、IL-1β、IL-6、白介素-8(interleukin18,IL-8)、TNF-αmRNA表达以及IL-6、TNF-α蛋白表达水平有所升高(P<0.05);与模型组相比,针刺组大鼠结肠组织LIF表达水平明显升高(P<0.05),miRNA-29c、IL-1β、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-αmRNA表达以及IL-6、TNF-α蛋白表达水平有所降低(P<0.05),非经非穴组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与正常组相比,模型组大鼠结肠组织中促炎因子IL-1β、IL-18表达水平明显升高(P<0.05),与模型组相比,针刺组大鼠结肠组织中促炎因子IL-1β、IL-18的表达水平有所降低(P<0.05)。另外HE染色结果显示,针刺治疗可有效减轻结肠黏膜组织中炎症细胞浸润和杯状细胞的损失;TUNEL染色结果显示,针刺可以抑制miRNA-29c/LIF轴,改善脾虚大鼠结肠炎症,抑制结肠黏膜细胞凋亡;流式细胞术结果显示与正常组相比,模型组、非经非穴组大鼠PBMC凋亡率明显升高(P<0.05),与模型组相比,针刺组大鼠PBMC细胞凋亡率有所降低(P<0.05)。结论电针“足三里”“脾俞”穴可以调节miRNA-29c/LIF轴,抑制肠道炎症和促炎症介质的表达,进而抑制血液、结肠黏膜细胞凋亡,提高机体免疫力,从而改善脾虚便溏症状。 展开更多

为了分析半滑舌鳎突触体相关蛋白29基因(SNAP29)的分子生物学特征、组织分布特点以及感染海藻希瓦氏菌后的时序表达规律,通过RT-PCR、生物信息学网站、qRT-PCR技术对半滑舌鳎SNAP29基因进行了扩增、生信分析和表达特征研究。结果表明,... 为了分析半滑舌鳎突触体相关蛋白29基因(SNAP29)的分子生物学特征、组织分布特点以及感染海藻希瓦氏菌后的时序表达规律,通过RT-PCR、生物信息学网站、qRT-PCR技术对半滑舌鳎SNAP29基因进行了扩增、生信分析和表达特征研究。结果表明,半滑舌鳎SNAP29基因CDS区长度为789 bp,编码262个氨基酸,理论等电点(pI)为5.39,分子质量为29.71781 ku,有2个典型的SNARE结构域;二级结构主要由α-螺旋和无规卷曲组成,二级结构和三级结构基本一致;多序列比对结果显示,半滑舌鳎与欧洲鲈鱼SNAP29基因相似性最高;SNAP29基因在健康半滑舌鳎所测的各组织中均有表达,在鳃组织中表达最高,在脑组织中表达量最低;利用海藻希瓦氏菌人工感染半滑舌鳎后,SNAP29基因在肠道组织、心脏组织和脑组织中表达量主要呈现上调趋势,在肝脏、头肾、脾脏组织中主要呈现下调表达,SNAP29基因在健康半滑舌鳎组织中均有表达;海藻希瓦氏菌感染半滑舌鳎的肠道、脑、心脏、肝脏、头肾、脾脏组织中SNAP29基因呈现差异表达。综上,SNAP29可能参与机体免疫应答过程或病理生理过程。 展开更多

We discuss formulas and techniques for finding maximum-likelihood estimators of parameters of autoregressive (with particular emphasis on Markov and Yule) models, computing their asymptotic variance-covariance matrix and displaying the resulting confidence regions;Monte Carlo simulation is then used to establish the accuracy of the corresponding level of confidence. The results indicate that a direct application of the Central Limit Theorem yields errors too large to be acceptable;instead, we recommend using a technique based directly on the natural logarithm of the likelihood function, verifying its substantially higher accuracy. Our study is then extended to the case of estimating only a subset of a model’s parameters, when the remaining ones (called nuisance) are of no interest to us. 展开更多

Convolution neural networks(CNNs)have proven to be effective clinical imagingmethods.This study highlighted some of the key issues within these systems.It is difficult to train these systems in a limited clinical image databases,and many publications present strategies including such learning algorithm.Furthermore,these patterns are known formaking a highly reliable prognosis.In addition,normalization of volume and losses of dice have been used effectively to accelerate and stabilize the training.Furthermore,these systems are improperly regulated,resulting in more confident ratings for correct and incorrect classification,which are inaccurate and difficult to understand.This study examines the risk assessment of Fully Convolutional Neural Networks(FCNNs)for clinical image segmentation.Essential contributions have been made to this planned work:1)dice loss and cross-entropy loss are compared on the basis of segment quality and uncertain assessment of FCNNs;2)proposal for a group model for assurance measurement of full convolutional neural networks trained with dice loss and group normalization;And 3)the ability of the measured FCNs to evaluate the segment quality of the structures and to identify test examples outside the distribution.To evaluate the study’s contributions,it conducted a series of tests in three clinical image division applications such as heart,brain and prostate.The findings of the study provide significant insights into the predictive ambiguity assessment and a practical strategies for outside-distribution identification and reliable measurement in the clinical image segmentation.The approaches presented in this research significantly enhance the reliability and accuracy rating of CNNbased clinical imaging methods. 展开更多

目的基于miR-29b/转化生长因子β(TGF-β)/Smad信号通路探讨复方血栓通对糖尿病视网病变(DR)大鼠的的作用机制。方法100只雄性SD大鼠,其中80只建立糖尿病模型,20只作为正常组。通过腹腔注射1%链脲佐菌素(STZ)成功建立糖尿病DR大鼠模型72... 目的基于miR-29b/转化生长因子β(TGF-β)/Smad信号通路探讨复方血栓通对糖尿病视网病变(DR)大鼠的的作用机制。方法100只雄性SD大鼠,其中80只建立糖尿病模型,20只作为正常组。通过腹腔注射1%链脲佐菌素(STZ)成功建立糖尿病DR大鼠模型72只,按照随机数字表法将其分为模型组、二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组,每组各18只。二甲双胍组通过灌胃二甲双胍184 mg/kg,复方血栓通1组通过灌胃复方血栓通片100 mg/kg,复方血栓通2组通过灌胃复方血栓通片200 mg/kg,给药10周。正常组大鼠随意给予正常饮食和饮用水,而模型组、二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组大鼠喂以高脂肪饮食,直至第16周末。测定并比较各组大鼠血清胰岛素与血糖水平,比较各组大鼠血清细胞因子[肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素(IL)-1β和IL-6]、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛水平。实时荧光定量PCR与蛋白印迹法分别检测各组大鼠视网膜组织中miR-29b表达与TGF-β/Smad信号通路蛋白表达。结果与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清胰岛素及30、60、90 min内血糖均明显升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组大鼠血清胰岛素及30、60、90 min内血糖水平均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常组相比,模型组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组大鼠血清TNF-α、IL-1β和IL-6水平均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与正常组相比,模型组血清中的血清SOD活性显著降低,丙二醛含量显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组大鼠血清SOD活性显著增加,丙二醛含量降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。正常组大鼠眼球视网膜视盘结构清晰,各层细胞排列整齐;模型组大鼠部分视网膜细胞水肿,层次模糊,排列稀疏紊乱,盘间隙呈空泡状,核染色质致密;二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组大鼠上述视网膜病变显著逆转。与正常组相比,模型组大鼠视网膜组织中miR-29b、TGF-β、p-Smad-3蛋白水平均显著升高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与模型组比较,二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组大鼠视网膜组织中miR-29b、TGF-β、p-Smad-3蛋白水平均显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。二甲双胍组、复方血栓通1组、复方血栓通2组组间大鼠以上各指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论复方血栓通可显著改善大鼠视网膜病变通过抑制机体氧化应激与炎症因子水平,其机制可能与抑制miR-29b/TGF-β/Smad信号通路相关。 展开更多

The high bandwidth and low latency of 6G network technology enable the successful application of monocular 3D object detection on vehicle platforms.Monocular 3D-object-detection-based Pseudo-LiDAR is a low-cost,lowpower solution compared to LiDAR solutions in the field of autonomous driving.However,this technique has some problems,i.e.,(1)the poor quality of generated Pseudo-LiDAR point clouds resulting from the nonlinear error distribution of monocular depth estimation and(2)the weak representation capability of point cloud features due to the neglected global geometric structure features of point clouds existing in LiDAR-based 3D detection networks.Therefore,we proposed a Pseudo-LiDAR confidence sampling strategy and a hierarchical geometric feature extraction module for monocular 3D object detection.We first designed a point cloud confidence sampling strategy based on a 3D Gaussian distribution to assign small confidence to the points with great error in depth estimation and filter them out according to the confidence.Then,we present a hierarchical geometric feature extraction module by aggregating the local neighborhood features and a dual transformer to capture the global geometric features in the point cloud.Finally,our detection framework is based on Point-Voxel-RCNN(PV-RCNN)with high-quality Pseudo-LiDAR and enriched geometric features as input.From the experimental results,our method achieves satisfactory results in monocular 3D object detection. 展开更多
