The Impact of Green Finance on the Ecologicalization of Urban Industrial Structure-Based on GMM of Dynamic Panel System

Although a number of studies have been published in the general area on various factors affecting the ecologicalization of urban industrial structure,little work has been carried out for empirical studies quantitatively analyzing the relevance between green finance development and the ecologicalization of urban industrial structure.Therefore,based on a comprehensive index of green finance development,this research employs panel data of target cities1 for the period 2012–2020 to explore the influence of green finance on the ecologicalization of urban industrial structure.The empirical results show that green finance development significantly improves the ecologicalization level of urban industrial structure.In addition,it is found that green finance plays a stronger role in promoting the ecologicalization of industrial structure in economically developed regions than in economically underdeveloped regions2.The research results can provide a valuable policy reference for urban green financial market planning and green product innovation.

Research on the Industrial Ecologicalization in Yunnan Province

By using ecological carrying capacity, ecological footprint method and shift-share analysis and the data from Yunnan Statistical Yearbook and China Statistical Yearbook, the status quo of industrial ecologicalization development in Yunnan Province is analyzed from the aspects of consumption of resources and environment, production technology and industrial pollution and industrial structure. The results show that the economic growth in Yunnan Province is based on the huge consumption of resources; the consumption of natural environment has surpassed its carrying capacity; the production technology is relatively backward and the comprehensive use efficiency of the "three wastes" is low; the solid waste emission of the ten thousand GDP far exceeds the average level of the whole county; the total emissions of industrial waste gas and domestic sewage are increasing; the efficiency of industrial structure is bad. On the strength of the analysis, the relevant measures on ecological industrial development in Yunnan Province is put forward, covering strengthening the awareness of saving resources and protecting environment; establishing energy-saving type national economy and social system; actively adjusting industrial structure; strengthening ecological construction of the three major industries.

Optimizing forestry industrial structure based on the framework of rationalization,advancement and ecologicalization

Under the target of the sustainable development,optimization of forestry industrial structure contains rationalization and advancement of forestry industrial structure in the traditional sense,as well as ecologicalization of forestry industrial structure.The connotation of optimization of forestry industrial structure is analyzed at first,and then the paper chooses the typical evaluation indexes from the three sides of rationalization,advancement and ecologicalization to evaluate the current situation of the regional forestry industrial structure.With the aid of the theory of fuzzy mathematics and information entropy,the paper establishes a fuzzy evaluation model which is based on information entropy for optimization of forestry industrial structure,and the evaluation model is applied in the study for the current situation of forestry industrial structure from 2000 to 2006 in Hubei province.The results show that the grade of forestry industrial structure is bad basically during the research,of which the overall level of forestry industrial structure of Hubei province is poor,the degree of utilizing forest resource is lower,and ecological environment in the forest region has been damaged to some extent.On this basis,the author presents the countermeasure to promote the optimization of forestry industrial structure.

Agricultural Ecological Zoning Plan of Old Industrial Bases in Liaoning Province, China

On the basis of brief description of current situation of old industrial bases and primary industry of Liaoning Province, the paper introduces the general situation of agriculture-ecological zoning plan in Liaoning Province. First, the ecological bases of agricultural zoning plan are introduced through various topographic and geomorphic types, regional climate differences and imbalanced distribution of natural resources; Second, in accordance with the theory of comparative advantage, distribution of production and resource economics, on the basis of comprehensive evaluation of agricultural natural resources, with the principle of fully excavating economic function of different natural resources, and in order to improve allocation efficiency of the two resources of market and government, the formation of ecological zoning plan of agriculture in Liaoning Province is analyzed; Third, according to Regional Layout Planning of Characteristic Agricultural Products of Liaoning Province (2006-2010), the paper describes basic layout of agriculture-ecological zoning plan in Liaoning Province. The policy support of agriculture-ecological zoning plan in Liaoning Province is analyzed from three aspects-support policy of functional zone major in producing grain, support policy of other characteristic agriculture-ecological zone and support measures of development of agriculture-ecological zone. The paper also analyzes experiences of agricultural development of old industrial bases in ecological zoning plan: First, agriculture-ecological zoning plan is a effective way of the revitalization of old industrial bases; Second, scientificity of plan is the basis of improving competitiveness of regional agriculture; Third, multi-input mechanism guiding by government is the key of agricultural packing effect; Fourth, integrated agricultural industrial chain is guarantee of realizing industrialization in ecological zone.

Mongolian Plateau is located in the center of Asia, remote from oceans and sur-rounded by mountains of various heights. It is a closed inland plateau and a special land-scape ecological region in the Euro-Asia Continent. Mongolian Plateau includes the landof the Republic of Mongolian and Inner Mongoilia of China. ECOLOGIC ENVIRONMENT OF TARIM RIVER AND ITS PROTECTIVE PROGRAMME

Situated in the arid area in the inland of the Central Asia,the reaches of the Tarim River possesses unique natural conditions. Being one of the most concentrated Populus euphratica distributing areas,it is a comparatively big ecosystem.Due to the human effect during the recent 30 years,especially the lack of overall planning of exploitation and utilization of water resources and poor awareness of ecologic protection, resources of the whole reaches and its ecologic environment is deteriorating, which rouses the attention from home and abroad.The programme being carried out is based on protecting the ecologic environment of the reaches of the Tarim River. The task is to protect ecologic environment,improve and restore the existing natural vegetation in order to prevent land desertification.

Ecological Rehabilitation Proposal for Extracting Areas in Road Construction, Paraguay

This research work took into account two extracting areas that were used in the construction of the road between Pirayu and Yaguarun in Paraguay and describes the situation in the area taking into account the current related legislation. Signs of degradation have been observed, such as erosion in progress, compacted soil, scarce vegetative repopulation and lack of organic matter necessary to regenerate the flora, among others. Includes an analysis of the techniques applied in similar cases of degradation in other countries and those techniques that show more compatibility with the conditions of the areas under study have been selected; alternative rehabilitation techniques in road bank areas and surrounding surfaces are also recommended. The goal is that the selected areas will blend in with the landscape and will resume similar conditions to the surrounding landscape in a medium tenn. The most compatible techniques that were found were the reshaping of road banks in the degraded areas and the insertion of herbal species for the proposal for the implementation of bioengineering and soil improvements including the introduction of hardwood species after the insertion of herbal species.

绿色金融对工业绿色发展的影响机制检验

文章采用熵值法和DEA方法测度了2007—2020年我国省级绿色金融指数和工业绿色发展效率,并通过构建基准回归模型和中介效应模型检验了绿色金融对工业绿色发展的影响效应和中介效应。结果表明:绿色金融对工业绿色发展具有显著的促进作用,且绿色金融通过绿色技术创新和产业结构生态化促进了工业绿色发展;异质性分析结果表明,绿色金融对工业绿色发展的促进作用在区域、时期和政策方面具有显著的差异。拓展性分析显示,环境规制和研发投入在绿色金融促进工业绿色发展过程中均存在显著的单一门槛。

深化新质生产力推进农业农村现代化的理论认识

城镇生态化视角下三峡库区人口-经济-环境(PEE)耦合协调发展

[目的]探索PEE系统的互动耦合特征,可为三峡库区城镇生态化发展提供理论支撑和量化依据。[方法]在2000—2020年三峡库区PEE系统综合评价基础上,运用耦合协调度模型、引力模型和障碍度模型对系统耦合协调度的时空演化特征、空间联系特征及主要障碍因子进行实证研究。[结果](1)2000—2020年库区PEE系统综合发展水平呈逐步上升态势;(2)研究期内系统的耦合协调度基本不变,协调等级不高,协调类型呈“西南-东北”“中部-北部”的空间特征,总体呈良性上升发展趋势;(3)邻近区域系统耦合协调度的空间相关性存在显著的正自相关,空间联系总量总体上升,空间联系强度较弱,且随着地理距离增大而逐渐减弱;(4)各因素对系统发展影响具有趋同性,经济和人口系统是主要制约子系统,而环境系统的障碍度逐年增加。[结论]库区PEE系统耦合协调发展水平总体向好,区域差异缩小,未来应重点从单一系统优化向多元系统协调出发,从系统自身与区域协同2个角度进行调整,加强政策制度调控,科学探索发展路径。

“共同富裕”是未来乡村建设的重要目标。以杭州市横一村“未来乡村—共富生活”实践区为案例,构建“人本化—生态化—数字化”分析框架,探究未来乡村实现共同富裕的实践样态与运作机理。研究发现,未来乡村实现共同富裕遵循着人本逻辑、生态逻辑和赋能逻辑。增强多元主体的发展能力,营造和谐的邻里关系和优化惠民便民的公共服务反映出共同富裕的人本逻辑;发展生态经济、改善人居条件和倡导低碳生活反映出共同富裕的生态逻辑;数字技术创新乡村发展模式、提升治理效率和赋能全民共享发展红利反映出共同富裕的数字赋能逻辑。未来乡村实现共同富裕需要坚持以人为本、生态富民和数字赋能,从而实现乡村全民、全面、全域富裕。

长江经济带产业生态化时空演变及影响因素研究

构建由产业系统和生态系统两个维度组成的产业生态化评价指标体系,基于2013-2022年长江经济带沿线地级市面板数据,采用熵权法测度长江经济带产业生态化水平及其时空演变趋势,采用耦合协调度模型分析产业系统和生态系统的耦合协调关系对产业生态化的内在影响,采用面板分位数回归模型分析外部因素对长江经济带不同类型城市产业生态化影响的分位差异。长江经济带产业生态化水平整体在不断提升,但各地发展情况存在较大差异,高水平区域呈不断向下游发展延伸的趋势。产业系统与生态系统的耦合协调是推动长江经济带产业生态化发展的内部影响因素,二者在不同地区耦合协调中的主导情况存在差异;外部因素对不同地区和不同类型城市产业生态化的影响在各分位点上有所不同。长江经济带经济社会高质量发展,要深化地区间产业生态化合作,加强政策引导,因地制宜实施生态措施,充分发挥好人才、金融等的服务作用。
